I think I was overcharged for checking a car here. This is the first time I came here and may be the last time. I asked the price for MPVI health check and was informed that it's 39.95$. I agreed with the price and just asked them to take note that whenever I turn right, I hear a sound in my car. They said ok and asked me to wait about 45 minutes. But it turned to 3 hours and the billed which was over 198$. In the receipt , they charged me 60$ for "Road test and diag, found large chunk of is being RR wheel area causing noise". They should have noticed me in advance that if they check anything else beside the regular health check, how much it will cost me more IN ADVANCE and get the agreement from me first , not doing all the job and charged me that amount. I feel like I was cheated and really unhappy leaving there. I was busy runing to my work place because I thought it's just 45 minutes as they said, but it turned to 3 hours and it made me be late as work too. I will not recommend here for sure. Really disappointed !

The best part of my experience with Lounsbury was dealing with the courtesy driver. He brought air to my home so I can reflate my driver side tire so I could drive to the dealership. He was super friendly and even offered to drive me back to Lounsbury in case something happened on the drive there. The whole experience afterwards was not the greatest. The person I dealt with at the garage, he was extremely cold, impersonal, and just couldn't be bothered. I explained to him that my tire keeps deflating and I think it could be my rim, and could he check into it. Plus, he was already aware that the shuttle driver had to come to my house to reflate my tire. He brought it up before I was able to mention it. The next day he told me what needed to get fix, the body work 3x the price compared to other places, and essentially in a coy way telling me it is time to buy a new car and the repairs cost more than the car's worth. He never brought up the tire so I assume everything was good. When I went to pick up my car 3 days later (took time to decide what to do), the car was in the dealership parking lot with a flat passenger tire. I was angry that something I brought was never dealt with and nobody checked on my car afterwards. It was extremely apparent that the car was flat by its' tilt. They had to put more air in my tire so I drive off. I went elsewhere to get my car service. I will never come back to Lounsbury again. TL:DR - I told them I was having tire issues and to check it. When I picked my car it was flat and laying in their parking lot for 3 days.

I recently needed warranty work done on my truck and went to a another Chevrolet dealership that was closer to home. When I left there disappointed, I brought my truck to Lounsbury. Much better service and I left there more than satisfied. The guys did a great job and made sure I was happy!! It reminded me why I bought my truck there in the first place and why I will return there when I buy my next truck

Never going here for an oil change again...when you call a place and ask how much it is for an oil change and if there are any extra costs and your told 1 price and that there are no extra costs then go to the place get your oil change done and when comes time to pay your paying 30$ more then you expected because there was an extra cost and they didn't even bother putting any windshield washer fluid in the car like every other places do for the price I paid definitely not worth the service received the guy talking to me could have been a little more friendlier to talk to rather then being blunt and straight up with a slight attitude

The service departement is good for what they have as vehicules. The major problem is GM/Chevrolet does not have reliable cars. Especially the 1.4 liter with a Turbo in the Cruze,Trax and more. I would not recommended those car unless you're only planning to use it for 2 or 3 years and doing less than 60000km in total. After that, get rid of it. It's junk.

I would like to share my wonderful experience i had with Jason Gaudet at Lounsbury Chevrolet. I will start off by saying that i don’t normally write these kind of things but with my experience i can’t sit here and not share. There was a vehicle i had wanted and mind you it was located in Dalhousie NB. I took it upon myself and drove the 6 hour round trip to look at this Jeep. It has been something i have been searching forever. Once i got there i new i wanted it right away. I immediately messaged Jason and advised i want to proceed to get that Jeep brought down and financed. He advised me not too long after that banks don’t finance older vehicles. My heart kind of dropped, but he was not willing to GIVE up yet like some dealers would. Steve in financing went above and beyond to be sure that he contacted many banks personally and spoke to who he had to make the deal happen. A full day later i got a phone call saying guess what? We got you a bank that will lend. I was jumping for joy as you can imagine i was finally going to get something that i have been wanting since i laid eyes on in my teens. When i got to the dealership and waiting inside for him to arrive from washing the vehicle, everyone at the dealership was so friendly. Saying hello and even though it was busy some made the time to speak about the vehicle i was buying, which to me is huge because most sales associates are like.. meh i didn’t sell it so whatever. One thing can’t not stress enough is that it made me feel like "YES" i made the right decision all the way. Considering i just went through a horrible experience at another dealership about a week prior as Lounsbury unfortunately didn’t have what i was looking for and trust me Jason tried everything as well i was not sure if i could mentally handle another one. So i finish off with a big GREAT JOB to everyone there. Keep doing what you are doing because if that is how you treat your clients you are doing the right thing, and i will for sure return. Came in for servicing (appointment was for 10am) mind you had to drive from Fredericton and was told would be quick and no longer then a hour as I needed to be back for 2:00pm ... there were about 6 people ahead of me and I was still waiting for mine to be finished and it was going on 1:00 pm!!! I find that ridiculous and shouldn’t take 3 hours for a quick servicing. Also was told later on next time to go get it done in Fredericton when told previously I wasn’t able.
