Great used car purchase experience! Emad Huda was my Sales Specialist and he made me feel comfortable and knowledgeable about the used car I was interested in. This was my first time ever trying out the Subaru brand as I am a long time GM fan. The test drive was also educational and informative. Fiorella was an excellent sales agent. We did not feel pressured at all. She was patient, honest and direct in helping us match our request with what Subaru had to offer. We were wary of the sales pressure because of our past experiences with previous car dealers so we were pleasantly surprised with how Fiorella and even Barry conducted business. We are very impressed with the sales service and are looking forward to the same A-class service from the Maintenance/service department.

Terrible experience. Appointment for my Legacy @ 10:15, arrived 10:10 and was told I would have an update by noon, was told nothing until I arrived back at 1:30. My car was only beginning to be looked at nearing 3:30. In total after getting terrible time estimates and 7 hours later I receive my vehicle with scratches on the bumper on the bumper from their car was. Credit deserved to their mechanics, they do well and seem to want to help. The rest of the service department I cannot say the same for. Still will never be bringing my service back here.

I’ve always had excellent service from the Subaru location on Mavis Road in Mississauga for our 2018 Forester. From our initial purchase with help from salesperson Izabela Kosmowska to our service department rep Clifford, we have had ongoing outstanding service and attention to detail. I highly recommend dealing with this location and these representatives for service and dedication to customer satisfaction.
Went here for a standard oil change and maintenance check. Kind reception and very helpful service Consultant. Shame about the lack of amenities due to covid but what can you do! There's a time Hortons nearby too if you wanna walk 5 minutes and get a snack anyways. Overall, waited an hour or so and had no issues

Just a good, honest car buying experience. No hustle, straight facts and smooth process. The car was ready earlier than promised and when we came to pick it up, everything was ready, the Sales Rep took his time to explain everything and make sure we were satisfied with the car before we drove off. Worst dealership ever.. The person at the help desk of the service department is so rude and indifferent that she does not care if she gets any business or not. This dealership cost for servicing is through the roof and the employees attending the customer call does not bother to even justify the cost..18k km's service at this dealership costs about 800$ while the same service in another dealership costs only 400$.that's ridiculous!! They are like, that's our charge ;if you want come use it, else get out of here. Subaru may be making great vehicles but such dealership and employees keep customers away. Definitely do not recommend this dealership for any service related appointments.

I was able to schedule factory recall repair online, within probably 5min. Very nicely done. That spot was indeed reserved for me when I arrived, and all was done while I waited (about an hour). There is Tim Hortons and several other restaurants about 2min walk from the dealership, so I had my chicken soup while they were fixing my car :)
Elliott is a tech at Subaru of Mississauga who’s service is second to none. Never in a million years did I think I’d even consider bringing my STI to a dealership for diagnostics (as these vehicles are catered to only by the aftermarket) but Elliott made it a very comfortable experience. There is a big difference in the quality of work from someone who is just there for the hourly pay compared to someone who has chosen a job path because of their passion for a specific vehicle. I can't speak on any of the other staff at this dealership, but whether you drive a base model Outback or a fully built STI, Elliott is someone you can trust to take care of your Subaru.
I was looking for a Subaru Outback and decided to contact Fiorella at Subaru Mississauga. She is very friendly, helpfull and professional. She helped me to prepare the best quote with all incentives I could get and get her manager to approve special discount for my 2020 Subaru Outback Limited model. She arranged my pickup date just one day after I came and signed all documents. She also helped me to pick the good number for my new license plate. She even looked for a big blue gift bow to put it on the car hood for me as a birthday's gift when I came picking up the car. I bought a 2013 outback from Subaru Mississauga, hoping I would get the piece of mond of a Subaru dealership, well i was wrong. After few months, the water leaked through the windshield. I contacted the dealership/ general manager who assured me it was not cover by the dealership and it might be cause by movement in the frame. I even send him this picture from a well reputed auto glass repair shop and he never responded my email. Last week, with less than 6000km I had the sad news, that my Subaru needed 4 new tires. How can the car pass the certification...right they do it themselves. How is this possible a dealership that is so money driven and poor service can tarnish the reputation of such s great car (i owed 7 subaru prior to that one). I would personally never go back to Subaru Mississauga and I am contemplating buying another brand in the future. Here are the proofs of my claim. My car is in a garage, and I mostly work from home this year so it was just late spring in a rainy night +my car was left outside) that i realized my car was filled with 2 cm of water

Fantastic experience. Under panel of my car had come loose and was touching the road while driving. Went in without an appointment hoping for some help. Not only did they fix the panel quickly I was shocked when they returned the car washed and clean. Service advisor Steve who had helped me once before was fantastic. You have a customer for life. This is why I own two cars from your dealership.
Very efficient service. Arrived at 8 and winter tire switch regular maintenance takes only 1.5 hour. Will come back again.
Overall experience was fine, service was done pretty quickly. Although the service checklist came back all green when I know there are a few issues like brake rotors making noise and air conditioning not working, so the checkup wasn’t through. “Complimentary” carwash was unsatisfactory but it was free still. License plates were also bent, probably from a power wash. Staff was really friendly, had the pleasure of speaking with Clifford and he was really kind and helpful.

I purchased a 2019 Subaru Forester sport and Sunny was very helpful and the whole experience was very easy and fast, I called other dealerships but none could get my car faster. They all told me over 2 months and this dealership got it in mint condition within 2 weeks. Explained everything and got me in the drivers seat within the time promised. Im very happy and this dealership represents the Subaru brand well. My only suggestion is to fix the pothole when driving out from the showroom just to make the first drive out smoother. However I had no issue with it as my car is built to handle potholes. ????????
Was disappointed with the Service department today. I showed up early for an oil change scheduled at 10am. When I asked how long it would take, Mark Lee (service advisor) confirmed it would be about an hour; maybe more, maybe less. My car was not moved into the garage until 11:18am. I understand that nothing is perfect and unforseen situations may arise, but I think all clients waiting would appreciate some communication as to why they are being delayed well beyond what's expected. -- Having been to other dealerships for service, I feel like it's almost an industry standard to provide the client with ongoing updates. Now here's the best part. My car was brought out to me at 11:33am with the work fully completed.
I picked up my new 2022 BRZ from the Subaru dealership just last week Dec. 04. I had ordered my rally Blue BRZ early Sept. 2021, they were very helpful and courteous throughout the whole process. Darryl my sales rep was very patient even though I phoned almost every week to inquire about the location and status of the BRZ, due to the Covid and chip shortage situation. LOVE ❤ my BRZ and I take every opportunity to drive it. So a big thanks to the sales and service personnel at Subaru Mississauga.

Loner car program was suspend due to Covid-19. When set up appointment for recall sale team told required vehicle for full day, we arranged taxi to return home. Even at the morning told that require vehicle for full day. As soon as return home got called that vehicle is ready to pick up. We spend money and time. Subaru Canada can arrange proper appointment and schedule.

If I could give less then one star I would. I have a 2019 Subaru Forester purchased from this dealership with 92600 KM. We have our own fleet mechanic that services all of our vehicles with warranty approved parts and fluids at the required intervals. Three weeks ago a service engine light came on with the deactivation of the collision avoidance system. Long story short, our fleet mechanic isolated the problem to what is called a Electronic Controlled Thermostat that controls coolant temperature, critical engine component that should be covered under the 100,000km power train warranty. Well, it is not. To get to this part repaired the intake manifold requires removal (another major engine part). The "thermal control valve assembly" and gaskets as Subaru calls it was $881.98 plus another $875.00 for labour. The bill was 1,756.98 + tax. I was told at the service counter because I was not a "regular" service customer I wouldn't get any discounts on any of this work. This is a MAJOR ENGINE COMPONET AND SHOULD BE COVERED UNDER THE WARRENTY! We purchased a Subaru product because of the reliability and workmanship of the vehicles, I guess this is no longer the case. I am truly disappointed with the lack of service and what this 100,000 km warranty covers. I have called Subaru of Canada and I await a response from them. The dealership was not helpful at all and will not be purchasing any Subaru products from them in the future. I will make it a point to share my experience with anyone planning on purchasing a new vehicle in the near future.

Terrible service. Took my Outback in for 100k servicing and damaged the harness for my emergency brake. Took it to two different dealership for their opinion and was told they should have replaced the harness when they damaged it instead of using zip ties. Best is to avoid and stay away from this place
The people I interacted with were very polite and knowledgeable about their products. They were not pushy as some car sales people are. The showroom was very clean and bright. Overall I would say it was one of the nicest dealerships I have been in and I enjoyed every aspect of my experience.

The colour of the Subaru Outback we wanted was not available at this dealership but Sales Rep Sunny Jawed did everything possible to get this for us. We got our car 21 days after the sale was finalized. Sunny's desire to please and not disappoint us made him promised that it will be delivered on a certain date but due to circumstances beyond his control, it was not delivered. We needed a car for long road trip that weekend so Sunny worked to give us rental car (for free) to use. The rental Subaru Outback was the premier model and was very clean! Keep up the good work - will recommend Sunny to family and friends who wish to buy a Subaru.
I would never do business again with this dealership if they paid me to! In my opinion, they had absolutely horrible service at pickup date, promises that were never carried out, previous owners personal information left in my new to me car, paperwork that was a mess and inaccurate, and a general manager who's attitude/stance was just unacceptable. General managers stand was that I should expect all of that when buying a used car, even if from not only "a" corporate dealership, but the "only" corporate Subaru dealership... My high hopes for this transaction were quickly squashed. Due to my experiences, not only would I not return, but I have recommended other Subaru dealerships to my friends and family. Be careful if doing business here...

During my car-shopping experience, I visited at least 10 different dealerships in the Mississauga/Brampton area, trying different makes and models of SUVs. The staff at Subaru of Mississauga was consistently at the top in terms of their willingness to help, their patience, and the lack of high-pressure tactics. I visited Subaru of Mississauga at least 5 times while shopping, and they were always courteous and professional in their interactions with me. Those personal interactions made me feel that if I were to buy a car from them, I'd receive similar service during the time I owned the vehicle. Ultimately, this was one of the main reasons I ended up buying an Outback. I'd encourage anyone shopping for a new or used car to give Subaru of Mississauga a chance. A good salesman in the car sale business is hard to find. More often than not, you are bound to meet an over-zealous salesman who is keen to close a sale and less keen on providing a quality service. Against that backdrop, when you meet a good salesman who is service oriented it is important to recognise and appreciate the individual. I visited Subaru of Mississauga to trade in my car and get a new Subaru. Christian Devlin was the salesman I had the good fortune to meet. He not only was friendly and personable but also had the product knowledge, customer service experience and the right attitude. Christian did everything possible to get me the car that suits me and explained the process involved in having a smooth and seamless transition. I had an appointment at this dealership yesterday. As usual, I was greeted by friendly staff and taken to the service department. I was told I would have to wait for a period of time for the service to be completed. I decided to wait in the clean and nicely appointed customer waiting area. It was, unfortunately, full. I knew there was another waiting area at the far end of the dealership. When I got there I realized it was under construction. I could have been turned away. Instead, the wonderful staff found a private cubicle (at a safe distance from the construction) and allowed me to wait there. My car was ready in half the time quoted. On my way out of the dealership I happened to overhear a sales person coaching another, "No two customers are the same." There is no "cookie cutter" service or sales here. I am not receiving anything for this review. I now live 122km away from this dealership. It is worth the gas and the 407 charge to remain a customer of this dealership. Thank you to the staff of Subaru of Mississauga!
My car went in for regular servicing (oil change) as well as two recalls on the model had to be addressed. The dealership was efficient, clean, and friendly. I was done and out in 2.5 hours. I didn't even need to use their free shuttle service; walked to Heartland for a coffee and some shopping. Car was returned shiny and clean. Will use again for oil changes.
The customer service l received from Clifford the service consultant was excellent! He was attentive in updating me the service on my car and was courteous. And the complimentary car wash was a nice touch! Receiving your car in a pleasant state and knowing your vehicle was well taken care off safely is much appreciated!

Have been a Subaru owner since 2006 - this is my third. Have been having it serviced at this dealership since. Have usually dealt with Clifford or Steve and have been very pleased with their professionalism and honesty when assessing any service issues.
My wife and I just picked up our very first Subaru (Crosstrek Outdoor) through IZABELA and it was the most pain free car buying experience ever. Izabela took her time with us as we test drove 2 vehicles (Forester and Crosstrek) and is very knowledgeable with the different features of the cars / trims. She was pleasant throughout the whole process and did NOT put any pressure on doing a deal the day we visited her (which is a big pet peeve for my wife). She was quick to respond to any questions or concerns via email and text. Delivery day was issue-free as both paperwork and vehicle were ready for us. She even sent a follow up email a few days later asking how we like the car. We are already thinking about a second Subaru – and the only “problem” we have now is choosing between the soon to be released refreshed 2022 Forester or Ascent (lol). I would gladly recommend her to anyone who’s considering a Subaru in the GTHA. It was worth the hour plus drive for us from Markham.
I recently bought Forester at Subaru of Mississauga. The experience I had there was every positive. The sales lady, Eva, was very easy to talk to. Answered all my questions I had about car. Also Shawn the manager was very helpfull. Found me the car I wanted, considering a shortage of stock now a days. And big boss Barry was good. Not pushy. This is our 3rd Subaru from this dealership and I have to say this was our best experience yet. Our sales Danny Li gave us really good feedback and opinions that really helped make our decision easier. We casually called in for some info a few months ago telling him we are just thinking about it and he gave us all the info without any pressure.. fast forward a few months there was a promotion at the dealership and he gave us a call to let us know! He was super attentive to our kids knowing that our motivation for getting a bigger car was more space for them. Highly recommend him!
Car has a 5 year warranty or 100,000km. My 2016 Subaru wrx is just passed 5 years and only has 65000km, my car has a leak at the cam carries which has cause my timing to be off. This is a constant problem with the 2.0L engine Subaru has created and this defect should be fixed by Subaru free of charge since this problem occurs at no fault of my own. The car should of been good willed and fixed for free since I bought the car from Subaru mississauga and is well under 100000km but it was not and i am expected to pay for the defect on my own. They quoted me $2100 before taxes which is a lot of money to pay for a problem that subaru is to blame for because they did a terrible job with the manufacturing of this engine and they still sold it to the public. If I knew what I knew about this car now I would have never purchased it. I will never buy Subaru again, Subaru mississauga is cheap and did not offer anything but offer 10% off a 2100 dollar bill before taxes for a problem they should be liable for, terrible customer service. Also 3 month after I bought the car I got a check engine light for knock sensors which they also refused to cover, 3 months after selling me a 30000 dollar car they would even pay a couple hundred bucks to replace sensor. I had an intake on the car which they used as their reason not to fix my car (they’re always finding a reason NOT to fix their cars), where anybody who knows anything about cars can tell you an after market intake will not cause that problem and WAS NOT the problem because I had the sensors replaced somewhere else and the problem has not returned, even after 3 years.
Terrible dealership and service. The manager name Bill or whatever his name is the worse. He has no customer service skills and tries to take things as if he is doing you a favour. My son bought an outback and we had so many problems from day one let alone the warranty issues. Bill the manager, I read a lot of your posts about warranty issues and your service. I am not surprised. When your behaviour is like a child to the customer then ofcourse they will speak the truth about you and the dealership. AND it has nothing to do with discrediting you. It’s the truth , you deserve it. Never again as a family we will deal with anything to do with you or this dealership. In fact this review is not even for you, it’s for other genuine customers to know what to expect.
I have never bought Subaru before. This is my first time coming to a Subaru dealer. Our current Acura's lease is ending and was shopping for another lease. We met up with Danny Li, salesman from Subaru heartland Mississauga. He is a very honest, reliable and detail oriented person. I had no intention on buying but after meeting up with Danny and went over a few different options and learning about Subaru cars, I decided to get the Subaru Outback limited. I fully recommend Danny if anyone is interested in getting Subaru.
