I bought an used Mercedes Benz B250 from Mike at Signature Cars in early April but wanted to wait a couple of weeks before posting a review, just to see what the after purchase service was like. This isn’t my first used car purchase, but definitely one of the better experiences I’ve had. Mike isn’t pushy like an used car salesmen trying to close the deal. He was extremely easy going and very prompt in responding to the many emails I had sent with questions I had about the vehicle, after the purchase. He even went above and beyond by delivering the car to my door when it was ready, as I was unable to pick it up. Now, how many businesses will actually go to that extent? Talk about customer great service! As each day goes by, I’m loving my car more and more. There were some minor issues that I noticed after receiving the car, but I took it back to the Mike and he fixed it, no questions asked. I stumbled upon Signature Cars on Facebook searching for my forever dream car (Mini Cooper). Looking at their website, I found a Mini at a price range I could handle and was pleasantly surprised because they provided a FREE Carfax for their vehicles! Having the history of the vehicle readily available for my viewing for $0 gave me the confidence to trust Signature Cars, something that I find very difficult to achieve with other dealerships. I then messaged their office at 10:30PM and was surprised once more when my message was responded to within minutes! Talk about hard-working! A very upbeat and kind Nas greeted me over the phone to ensure all my questions were answered. Despite it being very obvious that I was a first-time car buyer, he ensured that I was given all the necessary and honest information prior to making any final decisions. In fact, if he hadn’t gone over and beyond, I wouldn't have seen the 2017 Mini that I fell in love with and would have ended up with an older model! (I did not know there were other Minis to choose from!). It is safe to say that I not only found my DREAM CAR but I have also found a one-in-a-million dealership with THE DREAM TEAM. This company gives you their absolute BEST and nothing less, going above and beyond as car dealers. My situation as a newly employed graduate with quite a difficult credit history was met with a team that employed all their efforts to ensure that my dream was made at a monthly rate I can pay. My requests were met with care and with my best interest as their priority. In fact, when they heard my family and I were coming from afar to come see the car, they prepared everything beforehand just in case I end up purchasing the vehicle. This was all an effort to help my family be at ease and to save us time from waiting at the dealership and having to come back another day (which is a gesture that I deeply appreciate, especially during this pandemic). But that is not all. These guys gave me an insane deal for winter tires when they heard that this car was for my graduation! They topped it all off with extra things for FREE that I didn’t even ask for (ie. anti-theft bolts on my rims and tires and more!). These guys can’t be beat! Most importantly, you can be sure that you and your family will be shown a kindness and honesty that is beyond measure. So if you are looking for a car and a dealership that will treat you right, you my friend, have found the place! Look no further, these guys are THE BEST. They will look after your requests to the best of their abilities and give you 110%. So just like the other hundreds of reviews, I too, would highly recommend purchasing from this dealership as they will NOT disappoint! A solid 11 out of 10 from me and my family!

Honestly, this is the first car dealership i’ve been thorough where i found clear dealing without any hidden loopholes… from last 2months i tried so many dealerships in gta and couldn’t found any good deal. Unique experience! This defines what these guys offer. I needed to buy a car and decided to go for a used one, so I started to research for good and reliable dealers when I came across Signature cars. At first I was skeptical that all those positive reviews were actually true, but these guys are amazing at going above and beyond to deliver the best customer experience. Sonny was extremely helpful! He found me a great finance rate, worked out an excellent price for the extended warranty I purchased with the car and even helped me find the best insurance price. On top of that, the car, that was sold at a great price and in excellent condition, was delivered to my door in London all the way from Mississauga at no cost! That's right, I had only seen the car in pictures online and they said that if I was serious about purchasing it, I could make a $500 credit card deposit and they would hold the car for me until I could go see it in person. Because I was unable to go to Toronto last week, they said they would bring the car to me and if I didn't like it, they would simply go back and refund my deposit. I was in disbelief but ended up giving it a try and it's needless to say that I love my new ride. Seriously, I had never seen any company provide this level of service. To make it all even better, the car came safety certified, with NEW all season tires and rust protection. Thank you very much, Sonny! I hope I won't need a car anytime soon, but whenever I do, be sure I'll knock on your door again.

Saying that Nas and Ray exceeded well above my expectations would be an absolute understatement and disservice to how much they helped me through my car-buying process. Knowing that I was a young first-time car-buyer, I was very hesitant that cars would be pushed my way to buy or that I would be seen as an "easy sale" in the eyes of car dealers. Having heard of all the typical negative car dealer stereotypes as well, I initially walked into the process with a lot of vigilance. Hello Everyone, I just recently had purchased a Honda civic from signature cars and my experienced was there well enough. I chose the car on yesterday and today I bought it with a very reasonable price. Well, I had no need to ask them about the car, unless they explain me each and everything about the specifications of car. Even, all the staffs are very polite and must ask for the food or beverages whenever we comes in here. The best thing I liked them is that they had done all the inspections in just one day and the car was ready to pickup in just once a day. I think it is impossible for other dealership, as we know every company ask for waiting 2-3 days to pickup when we finalize the registration. But, this company had done it in just a day which really makes an appreciation for them. Hence, I recommend all guys to come here and see if they want a good advice for buying a car in affordable price.

ETA: The very next day of me writing the review, Ray called to apologize for coming across how he said he never intended. It takes a lot of character and strength to do what he did & we surely have buried the hatchet. This definitely also gives us the confidence to put our faith in them one more time. Old Review: went in today almost confident to book a BMW X3 after Nasir asked my husband to come in to talk to his manager to ‘seal the deal’. After a long day of work, we picked our 2 little ones from daycare & reached the Dealership only to be greeted by “ Oh my goodness, you’ve bought your whole army to buy a car” by Nasir. He put us in contact with Ray, who instantly asked us if it’s our “ first time owning a luxury brand”. Upon learning that we drive a Hyundai, he seemed to declare with a smirk and condescending tone, “BMW is not the car for you”. Mind you, this came directly after I inquired if we have any scope of working with the numbers they have put up online for the car. I truly fail to comprehend the other reviews who boost of getting a ‘good deal’ with them. For us, it ended before we could even start. It’s been nothing but a sheer waste of time, energy and spirits. If not for the prejudice & the tone of both Nasir & Ray, we would all have walked away happily. Ironically at their quoted price! We decided to walk away only because of how they made us feel. Take it down a notch & who knows may be one day you’ll be what you aspire to be. Humility and empathy goes a long way. My mom bought a 2014 corolla LE from signature fine cars in 2019. We traded in our 1999 Lexus rx300 for 1000$. They where polite and nice so my mom trusted them when they said the car was safety and certified. My mom took the car to Toyota after to get it inspected just to make sure. My mom quickly returned the car back to signature fine cars but they didn’t give the 1000$ back for the Lexus, they just gave back the the amount my mom paid for the car. Only for people with bad credit I'm not sure how this place gers such high reviews but I recently went to have a look at a SUV.....The salesperson told me the cost would be about 3000.00 more than the advertised price since I wanted to pay cash. This is false advertising and sure this is against Ontario law. I guess if you are financial illiterate they scam you without you even knowing you got scammed....I normally deal only with only large dealerships because of the scams of these smaller vendors. Needless to say I bought my car at larger dealership and paid the advertised price paying cash.

Sonny the finance guy was exceptional too. I didn’t need much assistance there but certainly got the feeling he was there to do whatever was right for you. And what can I say about Ray - the owner. The exact opposite of the slimy car salesman stereotype. Super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful!! I heard some tall sounding tales about his sales records at previous dealerships, but after talking to him for about a minute realized they are not exaggerations. Make sure you have plenty of time when you get there, cause they are usually quite busy, and also that you’d never want to leave!! My recommendation is when you shop for a car, you should contact them first even if they don’t have what you like in stock. They have ways to get it. If your situation is more complex than a straight cash deal, they are going to be of even more help and value.

These guys are what every dealership should aspire to be. Walking in, i expected it to be like every other dealership i visited where your feel pressured by salespeople and you’re always being upsold, but that was definitely not the case here. I emailed for a carfax report on a vehicle and Nas was quick to respond. I then made the appointment to go in and Nas showed me the vehicle i was interested in and even showed my similar vehicles just to give me options as he believed i should compare the different options before making a final decision. I wasnt ready to make the decision on the first day and was not pressured at all and was kindly told to take all the time i need. 2 days later i called back to confirm availability and was lucky that the car was still there. I went in and spoke with Ray the sales manager and at that point i knew i was making the right decision. I had a concern about a couple scratches on the bumper and he assured it would be fixed on pickup and he even purchased a paint pen for me for future touch ups. Bought my 2018 Accord from this dealership and I love it!! Walk in on Saturday afternoon and the place was busy. Luckily for me, someone didnt show up and John came and help me look at a few Accord that was on the lot. Test drove a Sport 2.0 Accord and fell in love with it. I recently purchased a 2016 Mini Cooper S from Signature Cars. The staff were very professional and courteous. In particular John and Ray were very attentive and tried to meet my expectations. After initially signing the Sales agreement, I noticed what, at the time might have been a significant error on the document. When this was pointed out to Ray, he was quick to assure me that prior to delivery of the vehicle, he would correct the inadvertent oversight. True to his word, on the day I arrived to pick up the vehicle, a new, corrected Sales Agreement was waiting for me. once all paperwork was completed, John then "walked" me through the agreement, to ensure I was satisfied with all of the details. He then proceeded to show many of the features of the car, and did his best to ensure that I was comfortable with how the features operated. Overall my experience with this dealership, and particularly the two gentlemen I dealt with was quite pleasant -Not the stereotypical image of a used car dealership at all.

How to begin this review...I new Ray (From Signature Cars) when he was at Honda full time. About 3-4 years ago. He sold my family our first Van. He treated us like family. We told him if we were ever looking for another vehicle we would come back to him. Fast forward to last week when I bought my working van (Ford Transit) from Signature cars. Please keep in mind that this vehicle is not easy to come by as it's a popular work vehicle. Zain was my go to guy who did all the hard work. From start to finish the process took about a month and a half. It took so long because Zain wanted to find the perfect vehicle that fit my budget, and that had all the bells and whistles I was looking for. Zain pushed back when I was willing to settle. He had a goal in mind and he wasn't going to stop until it was reached(I'm glad he did). After raising my budget to be competitive we finally found the perfect match. Was the process perfect, nope! There was lack of communication, misunderstandings and frustration. Why, am I telling you this with a 5 star review? Because I dare you to show me a company, a person who doesn't have flaws and who hasn't made mistakes. EVERYONE does. What makes Ray, Zain and the rest of the team ideal is that they want to improve, they want to succeed, they want to go the distance and EARN there 5 star review. How many dealer ships do you know that will do that for you? How many people actually treat you like family and would be willing to help in anyway. These guys at Signature cars are the REAL deal, SERIOUS, and GENUINE people. It's not just about cars at this company, there is a family agenda and you will come first. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE. I went in to look at a Range Rover for my wife's 50th birthday. The entire time in the facility, people walked by us, did not greet us, but instead were gawking at my wife. I recently Purchased a used 2018 Honda Odyssey and I just wanted to take a minute to rate my recent experience with Signature Cars. 1 000 000 stars satisfaction ! There were 3 factors why I've enjoyed my recent purchase. ONE...I was searching online for weeks to find the perfect used Honda Odyssey to fit my budget. Before I knew it I found one and yes you've guessed right ! It was from Signature Cars. I believe Signature Cars prices their vehicles at a price to instantly beat every used car dealer in the G.T.A and surrounding area. For the year and amount of kms on this 2018 Honda Odyssey I couldn't find anything cheaper than Signature Cars price. Everywhere else was about $2000-$6000 more. So I felt like I've already got a discount without even having to ask. The price is what attracted me to go check them out. TWO...on the day when my wife and I decided to go check them out, we didn't even book an appointment. I didn't want to show my seriousness on purchasing this van and honestly we were just there to look. Upon arrival at Signature Cars parking lot we immediately noticed the beauty. We inspected the van and just smiled at how immaculate the condition the van is in. I do believe Signature Cars is very selective on the vehicles they pick to put on their lot and keep them way beyond the standards. So at this point we were very excited to try to purchase this van but didn't want to show it on our face too much. So 'ONE' we felt it was priced right and 'TWO' the condition of the van was superb. Now for THREE...when we walked into the office we were immediately greeted by the secretary with a smile. Not having an appointment wasn't an issue and we noticed every staff member in that office had a smiling face. Now here comes this gentleman who approached us named Nasir Butt. What a COOL guy ! You kinda brace yourself going into a car dealer. Preparing mentally for the oncoming "Pushy Salesman". Mr. Nasir Butt was far from that. Instead he was very helpful. He listened and was very accommodating. He explained to us on how the owner liked to run his business. Through Quality-Transparency-Honesty-Sincerity, success was found ! It felt more like buying a van from a great friend instead of a salesman. I later got introduced to the owner Mr. Ray Mehta. What a even COOLER guy ! These two guys make the process of buying a van very smooth and never felt pressured. I am beyond charmed on how Mr. Ray Mehta runs his business. Truly inspiring !!! We finalized our loan with Mr. Sonny Arora. A great guy who made sure we got the lowest rate. Outstanding service !!! Very happy with the purchase of my van. Even on pick-up day, it was to my surprise how Mr. Ray and Mr. Nasir got me a special gift which was a set of brand new Honda rubber mats to complete the look inside the van. (Not sure if that happens to everyone...I guess they enjoyed my company as well. LOL) We Genuinely Thank You guys at Signature Cars for the pleasant experience. We highly recommend Signature Cars !!! I was looking for a car for my dad - i found a Mercedes C300 for an amazing price online so i contacted Signature Cars and i got a hold of Nas - right from the beginning the customer service was amazing. Nas didn't hide any details and answered all my questions (i got screwed over by other dealers telling me there are no accidents on cars and when we get there and see the carfax - there are accidents). The day before my appointment Nas reached out to me and confirmed that it was still a good time - I wanted an earlier appointment and Nas worked out some other appointments and got me in earlier. The vehicle was in great shape and drove like new. We sat down to discuss numbers and we met with Ray - what an amazing manager/owner. We were trading in a car and he called other dealers in front of us to get us the best value for our trade in and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Very poor customer service, theres a sale rep name nas he is ver inexperience and once i was taking a look at the car, apparently another employee was using the car and had there lunch and clothes all over the car that was a big turn off, he the needed time to clean the car before i could take it a road test. the next i call him asking about the financing and the rate and he told me he could not provide me that details cause he does not at the shop and he doesn't have a calculator and he will once he gets to work, been 3 days and he has not reach out to me, i decided to take my business elsewhere the minute he told me he couldn't provide a simply rate which every sales person should know.

Big five stars to the team at Signature Cars! I first got in contact with Nas and we met via FaceTime as we live in London. He was very friendly from the beginning and took his time (it was a last minute appt but he spared his time for us) to show every angle of the car and answered to all the questions we had. His customer service was amazing and he was always very prompt at getting back to me (even in the evening, I bugged him with a few questions and he got back to me no problem). And it was a Saturday when I asked him if he could meet with us on Sunday at a very last minute, as we live far away and couldn’t make it during the week days, he confirmed that he was happy to show us the car (they are closed on Sunday so it was his day off!). When we showed up on Sunday, the car was ready to go so we had a nice test drive. He also brought his manager, Ray, in the office that day so that we could have warranty information etc. while we were there. We ended up taking about 2 hours of their time and we actually bought a car (VW Tiguan) that day! We didn’t plan on buying the car then, but with all the information and the high quality service they provided, we had to purchase a car with them! This wasn’t the end..they worked so hard to get the car ready for us the following week so that we could take the car on our vacation and we had our car delivered to the door the day before we left for a trip. With all the communications going back and forth during that few days, I could tell how hard everyone was working to get the car ready for us in time. It’s been a week since we first drove our new car and we are in love with it! Nas even sent a follow up text while we were away to make sure everything was good. Overall, our first experience with the Signature Cars was excellent and we are very pleased that we worked with them. I will definitely suggest this company to everyone we know and if we ever purchase a pre-owned car again, now we know where to go! Overall the best dealership I’ve ever been to!!!!! I cannot stress this enough, Sonny is the best at what he does. He is definitely a miracle worker. No other dealership can compare to the effort and hard work Sonny and his team put into every customer they have. Signature Cars is a game changer and hands down has the best service! Through Sonny, I was able to get my dream car and more! My situation is a difficult one to handle considering I am only 21 years old, just starting my life. My age and having fairly new credit are two main things banks avoid to touch, but he did it, and got me APPROVED on the same day (no cosigner needed). The whole process went so smoothly, it was such a relief. Sonny and the whole team were so welcoming and nice, making it an exciting experience. Best dealership experience ever. Typically buying a car can be quite stressful but not with Ray! Ray is a guy you want to buy your car from! He was recommended from a friend and I must say my friend was correct - Ray was wonderful! Not only he was easy going but during the whole process we never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision which was so important to me. We visited the dealership a few times, and couldn't make a decision, Ray was always there available to answer the questions never pushed us, and always available to assist and show us options. The car we finally purchased was a nice new suv honda, and came with full inspections, extended warranty, everything was services before the purchase. The financing process was great, and we got a great deal - smaller rate than the other major dealerships! We checked few other places and Ray's was the best! The price was better and the financing was better! Small detail - when we showed up to pick up our car the next day, we recognized that one of the tires was slightly more worn out than three other ones. Ray managed to provide us with the replacement and brand new tires, not only one new tire for the affected one - but all 4 brand new tires! I recommend Ray to all my friends and family! When I first contacted them I didn’t know anything about the process of getting a car, or getting a car loan. I worked with Ray from the beginning. I was able to get my first car, even though I am a very young woman, young driver, a student & have bad credit. When I first contacted Ray, we were able to work together to get an amazing interest rate. With his advices, I was also able to get my credit score up by over 100 points in less than a month! He was honest and worked with me to get the best car in my budget. He made the buying process very easy even though I live in Quebec. The whole buying process was made remotely. I only went to pick up the car, and was it was beyond expectations when seen in person. I am super happy with my 2019 Honda Civic and couldn’t ask for anything better. I left with a super clean car and a tank full of gas They have an amazing customer service and are very knowledgeable. If you are looking for a good dealer THEY ARE THE ONES. Don’t look further. Shortly after we drove down to Mississauga and bought the car that day. Andy showed us the car, let us test drive and explained the details of the car throughly. Sonny was able to get us financing that night and have the papers signed for my new car. Even though it was already getting late they stayed to get it done. I was able to pick up my car based on my schedule the next week when they said it would be ready with all my requested filled. I came to pick it up and a bouquet of flowers was waiting.
