Bought a MB from him preached trust and honesty. There was a carfax saying damage but zero value. Well after an inspection there are thousands of dollars in damage. There was a poor paint job, bad overspray, crack in the weld or bondo and the paint is peeling. Sent him a message and have not heard back. Buyer beware. I would never buy from this guy or any of the lots around that area.

I heard about the dealership through a friend who purchased a car through them last year, and he had a good experience. I went in to the dealership and was greeted by a sales person who then took time to show me cars that met my budget and preference. I was worried about the financing part because of my credit being new and I recently started working. But the financing worked out, and that too at $ 0 down. I was told that they will need a few days in order to get the vehicle ready. When I came to pick up the vehicle, everything was done as promised. The detailing was outstanding, it felt like the car was brand new. I highly recommend this dealership. My experience was amazing, and so far everything has been great.

Found car on Autotrader, I live in Kingston, ON and this was up near the Toronto airport. We went to many GTA dealerships on a Saturday to test drive a few Mazda CX-7s. This was the first one we drove and it appeared to be in great shape, both mechanically and cosmetically, especially for a 10 year old car. Shabaz was extremely helpful and friendly, ensured we had a communication channel (text) as we were going to drive a few more cars. None of the other dealers were as friendly or helpful as Shabaz, and the car was also the least expensive with lower mileage. Went back and made the deal that Saturday, Shabaz said come up Tuesday and get the car. I took an airport bus, got to the delaership, car was exactly as I expected, very nicely detailed and solid. Drove home to Kingston that night without issue in my CX-7, which drove very well btw. Would definitely deal with Peel Auto Sales again. Thanks!

If I could give it zero stars I would . Went and looked at a Kia , fell in love . Put a deposit down and it was suppose to get safetied and estested . 5 days go by I hear nothing , I had to keep contacting them . Than I was finally told I couldn't buy the Kia because the engine was going ( took them 5 days to tell me that ) . Than I offer to pay for the engine to get fixed if they cut the price down , didn't happen . I am guessing they went behind me and sold it to the 2 guys who was there looking at it when I arrived or to someone else . Than it took forever to get the deposit back which we didn't even get all back ... thier mess up and we still didn't get all our deposit back because it was paid with a credit card . This place is beyond unprofessional .. I would stay clear .

Every one plz read this review ,its long but will help u in buying a used car with this dealership Don't deal with them ,had a really bad experience ,the vehicle is not that what they tell u while selling it ,they don't keep there words ,everything is fake this is the response to your answer,plz check the date on the bill it was 26th March 2017 and why should I trade it for another one,would u like to give me another car ,I am fine with it just tell me when should I can come to pick another car ,u can keep this and give me another good one but I will not pay anything to u guys and plz check the bill I traded my pointac van in this deal and paid u guys ,the total amount was 2100 dollars and at the time of sale I was told that the car is wonderful,Its in perfect condition ,we changed the new battery and now after 10 months ,everything goes off ,needs new shock absorbers ,I changed spark plugs ,changed tires and put I new battery in it and it still has issues with engine and transmission and now Mr Sam don't even want to talk ,he answered me about warranty "that he might wrote that by mistake on the bill of sale ,and about the battery I don't know about it "and now after 10 months u guys gave me the warranty papers and for u kind information Mr Sam told me that u will get nothing from the warranty guys bcoz the warranty guys send u to there mech.who already charges the double amount then other mech.my question is why u guys sell these types of warranties if u already knew that ,the customer will get nothing out of it and I will appreciate if you keep the car and return my money that comes to @2100 $ as on bill $+257 for throttle body +$100 for tires +$150 for new battery +$125 for spark plugs or give me another car with same mileage ,certified and with safety ,can u do that ,your own safety guy (who did the safety for my car and to whom Mr Sam send me told me that u guys cheated ,u guys already knew that there were issues with the car and Mr Sam was telling me that after 36 days we r not liable for anything ,is that u fool ur customers ...WOW, how u can do that and to add up may be u guys alter the odometer too bcoz on the carproof provided by you guys ,it was showing approx.160,000 (dated 01/05/2017) and 133,000 kms (dated 01/08/2017) ,just imagining how all 133,000 comes together,moreover will write a suggestion to UCDA to extend the period of safety from 36 days to 3 months so that the consumer gets a clear picture of what he brought ,afterall it's our hard earned money that should not be taken away like that ,I request other customers on this post to plz write and email to UCDA about that extension of safety period of time to avoid such things and people should make a dealer to get everything written on the bill of sale ,what he tells u about the vehicle and let the dealer sign and stamp it before signing any contract with the dealer bcoz there is no cooling off period and plz read all the contents written in fine print ,Its a lesson for all of the consumers ,I learnt a lesson,this I am writing bcoz I experienced it when I ask Mr Sam about the car battery that u told me u put a new one while selling the car "his answer was show me where it is written that the battery was new at that time "on the bill of sale so plz avoid these things in future

This place is full of scam artists! As a trained mechanic I reviewed a friends car that was purchased from here and let me tell you, they are liars. Either that or they are unaware of what condition an engine should be in. Clutch on the vehicle was gone (who knows if they even know the difference between automatic and standard). Furthermore I am embarrassed to see that people are allowed to own a dealership with the knowledge of a 2 year old infant. I recommend you do not accept their review of the vehicle and in fact make them pay for an inspection from a RELIABLE and HONEST mechanic. To this day I have not seen something so absurd and ludicrous, I am shaking I tell you. I bet you Amazon can sell you a better car than these guys! Nevertheless the disappointment is at an ungodly level. The only car they should be allowed to sell are the 1999 Toyota Echos because nobody will believe them when they say it's in excellent condition. P.S. 1 star is a very high rating for these guys.

I purchased a car from here in the fall and a couple of days later started to experience problems with the transmission. After contacting them on MULTIPLE occasions and being ignored, I wrote a letter to the Ministry and received a response right away from the owner. They offered to get my car fixed from their mechanic and although the problem seemed to have been resolved, I could still hear noises with the car. A few months later the same problems have started to occur which leads me to believe the transmission was never properly installed. I have to now get a new transmission installed for $3-4K. If you are looking to go through a horrible experience and spend thousands on repairs...I suggest you buy from them otherwise save your money and go to someone else. :)

I went to this dealership just because of the reviews and bought a Dodge Ram from them since they assured me that they provide "premium warranty" from A-Protect. After A DAY the engin light came on, I took it back and they said they fixed it but when I got home it came back on and a few days later the transmission started leaking and the owner said I should call the waranty company (A-Protect) when I called the company they said they dont cover anything unless it's "internal damage" and since there was some rust (which they didn't tell me about) at the bottom of truck, they did NOT cover anything! I paid almost $2000 out of my pocket for a truck that I just bought even though the salesman said it's in a "perfect condition" and it comes with "premium warranty". The truck did NOT last a year! I just sold it to a junk yard last month. I found out they get all their vehicle from auction for next to nothing and they "fix it" and clean it up and sell it three times what they paid for it. Do not let them fool you!

When going to pick up the vehicle they charged me money for the license plate but when looking at my bill I noticed they charged me a fee for license. I asked, what that fee was and they admitted the fee on the bill was for the license plate.I asked for a refund for the mistake they made, they would not refund that simply.
