Owner and employee inflated price of vehicle with various fees that are not applicable at other dealerships, lied about it during face-to-face meetings, refused to provide any written terms or Carfax report and attempted to threaten to call the police after confronting them over their dishonesty. Run the other way and use any other dealer.

If you are in the market to buy a specific used vehicle you always wanted to own, if Ontario Car Store has it, I highly recommend buy from them !!! Satisfied Customers! An honest and trustworthy used car dealer. Came across Ontario car store when my husband and I were shopping online for a used car. They had the car we where looking for with the options we wanted. The price and mileage also to our liking. Since we had a 2hour drive, we called to arrange a time to see the car.
