Had a great experience at Khushi, purchased a BMW 335XI and couldn't have been more pleased. Very professional service, always prompt answers to calls and exceeded expectations. Brought the car to my mechanic for inspection before purchase and it needed a few things (rotors, brake pads, fuel sensor, tires etc.) and they had all issues fixed. They even helped out afterwards answering any questions and reimbursed me the repair cost for a chip in the windshield I noticed afterwards. Nice to see there are still honest dealerships around.

Great service from Muksat. I have been on the look for a 2014 BMW 750LI with the right options for about 2 months. I went to Muksat to see if he had one, he told me that he will promised me that he will find me one at a great price as well. 2 weeks later I received a call from him saying that he just got one. When we went there were a few things we didn't like about the paint condition so he offered to repaint the panel. We were very happy with the financing options that he gave us. Previously I had mazda 626 car, but it was failed because of transmission problem. then I try to take a car and i found Khushi Sales Inc. and I bought a Toyota Camery(2001) model and I had never issues . Later i want to take little big truck and i bought Honda crv (2006) which was now i am using at present; I am very much satisfied about his way of dealing with customer and what he told about his sales he will stick on his words. So I bought my first car from this dealership. The day after I picked up my car the tire came off on the highway as I was driving with my son. Thankfully no one was hurt, however the car received a bit of damage. Now after the tire had come off a vehicle that had been safetied, there was concerns about the car actually being safe at all. I came to the owner concerned about my well being and the safety of the vehicle and his response along with his sons were it’s not their fault but the mechanics. The mechanic which is their business partner.. none the less we negotiated a deal where I was told the car would be fixed to perfection and what not. That being said I got my car, the same day I took it back home the tire pressure sensor light came on. I took it to be safetied with a third party. When I took it to be safieted I was told the tires were all badly weather cracked, the rear shocks were worn, multiple broken exhaust hangars, a/c condenser destroyed, exhaust leak, a lot of surface rust. So much for fixed to perfection!! Now after seeing this I didn’t even bother going back to dealership because of their neglegance in fixing back the car to begin with. I don’t think it’s right that a dealership can sell you a car, tell you everything’s ok, give you a safety certificate and then the next day the tire comes off and their response is it’s not their fault but yet they sold you the car. Then you find out all of these other problems for something that was supposed to have been fixed. Thanks a lot Khushi Auto you’ve made purchasing my first car a memorable yet terrible experience.

BUYERS, BE AWARE! I dealt with this place with the hope of buying a car without getting scammed (something most other "dealers" in Brampton love doing). I called in advance about a car listing that I saw on their website and on Kijiji, a young guy answered my phone and said they have it along with "many other interesting models". I took my keys and drove all the way from east Markham because their price was somewhat reasonable. Upon my arrival (2 minutes away from their location) I call again to confirm the address because my GPS kept on sending me downtown, and the older sales guy answered and started rudely saying THAT CAR YOU CAME FOR WAS SOLD WEEKS AGO. So they literally brought me all the way over to look at their other garbage that I had no interest in. If you are such a "professional" dealership, why do you keep listings from a month back and lie about the stock? I will never have any business with this hole and will never recommend them or any other dealers in Brampton. STAY AWAY from this dealership, take your extra mile and go to Oakville/Hamilton to buy a good priced car. MY REPLY TO THE SELLER'S COMMENT BELOW: I have never inquired about this vehicle you mentioned in your reply below. That's just a proof that this seller is either a lying scam artist and trying to act innocent in the reviews section so people will think that I am wrong, or just had so many people scammed like this that you are mixing me up with someone else.

I browsed this car on almost all the sites and price was not less than 20k anywhere and I got same car at Khushi for 15k and I requested to put new all season tires, mats and full fuel tank. They agreed. At the time of pickup they also gave me snow tires along which were on the car earlier. It's been almost a month now and I love this car. Atleast visit once, they will never let you down. Thanks.

I went to Khushi Auto Sales to buy my first car on Monday July 9th and I was very impressed. My dad and I found a 2012 Jeep Patriot for a WONDERFUL PRICE and amazing millage that we could not find anywhere else. The car looked brand new, with minor issues such as squeaky brakes, a missing knob on the door and a locked seat. Khushi auto fixed all problems, get the car certified and safety tested, as well as filled the car up with gas for my arrival. They also have wonderful warranties available! The customer service was exceptional and I could not be happier with my experience, the service, and the car itself! WOSRT EXPERIENCE EVER. I went to see 2017 Elantra GLS. I liked the car and decided to buy so I paid $1000 deposit. I checked Carfax and there was an accident, i asked him about that and he said its just minor but when I further checked, there was a line saying "AUCTION ANNOUNCED AS STRUCTURAL DAMAGE" under the accident details. At first I thought it would be a minor damage but then I asked some specialist and also did research online as well and everyone told me to just run away from this car so I told the owner that I would like to cancel this deal within just 24 hours after paying a deposit. He was very rude and furious and threatning me with legal steps he would take if I cancel it and I had to pay him a big amount so i was scared. He kept telling me that its just a minor damage. When I went there to cancel it, he returned me $1000 as per the process but i had to pay him a CASH MONEY so some cash is required if you still decide to go there. I am sharing my experience so that nobody else has to go through it. I have never seen this kind of cheating in ky life. Now he put the same car for sale with reduced price because he already made some money without selling it. Think 100 times before going there and think 1000 times before paying a deposit. As always, the owner will reply back that please send us detailed email and we will look into it. We can discuss a dispute but not the SCAM.

Buyer beware. This is my second review for this dealer. The first one on yelp was removed. Most likely by the dealer. I purchased a 2004 gmc sierra in early October from them and agreed upon a TOP dollar price for the vehicle to be E tested and certified. I gave the dealer lots of time to complete this and he later called me asking if I would pay for half the cost of the front tires needed, should have been included with the safty. But I agreed. When I picked up the truck the fuel tank was completely empty. Light came on as i left the dealer. I then drove north to near Barrie Ontario and when I arrived at my destination I noticed smoke and burning brake smell from the drivers side rear brake. I looked in the truck for a jack and tire iron and no tire iron. No spare tire either. Had my brother not met me there with his truck i would have had to call a tow truck. A rear caliper pin was siezed. Rusted solid. Some safety check. The owner was pleasant to deal with but really is out for the money.

I bought a 2009 Ford Expedition on March 9, 2017 from Khushi Auto certified and with one month bumper to bumper warranty. They called me to pick up the car on March 16th (safety certificate have been issued on March 10, a week before, safety certificate is valid for 30 days). After a day; I heard some unusual noise from engine, inside cab smelt like a rotten egg. Dealer said nothing is wrong a little bit of noise is normal. I paid $300 to Pine Tree Ford for inspection. They estimate $3,800 of repair cost (Exhaust manifold was cracked, axle seals were leaking oil, wheel lug nuts were defective, etc.). Khushi Auto wasted a week to find a cheap mechanic. After my persistent and threating them to take action, they took the car on March 28 for repair job. He sent it to a mechanic, after a couple of days he called and told me manifold is not cracked, the leak was from fasteners and he asked me to pay for a new manifold, so they can replace the old one while it is opened. I told him I want to go and see the car in shop and the old manifold before paying for replacement; he did not want to disclose the mechanics name and address. I told him I will not pay money to an unknown auto shop (all these took a couple of hours from 1:30PM to about 3:30PM). Anyway when they returned the car on April 3, he showed me a new manifold has been installed on car (which obviously they had to change due to crack in old manifold, but he wanted me to pay for it). Next day when I start the car engine light came up, and the tail gate door was opening by itself randomly while I was driving the car. I took the car to my mechanic, paid $60 to diagnose the fault. He said the mechanic who changed the manifold damaged the oxygen sensor which has to be removed for replacing the manifold, the cost would be $300 to replace it. Khushi Auto said he will not do anything else on the car. I filed a complaint at OMVIC and asked MTO to inspect the car. On April 25th an MTO officer inspect the car on my driveway. He removed the license plates immediately and said this car's chassis is rotten; this was on top of many other defects which he found just by visual inspection on my driveway. Luckily MTO forced the mechanic who certified the car to fix the chassis and many other safety related defects. You see the picture of towing the truck to mechanic from my driveway and structural defect on chassis. I have all the reports from Ford dealership, MTO and proof for the above. After 2 months from picking up the car certified, emissioned and just about 400km driving (going back and forth to dealer and mechanics) MTO approved the car is safe to go on the road. I paid 2 months of insurance, spent lots of hours, spent about $1000 for repairs on this car, which purchased certified from Khushi Auto. Now I still have a car with repaired structure, noisy engine, etc. which I think should have been scrapped. I cannot sell or use it due to above problems. My advice: Do not buy any car from this dealership. Do not trust any word from them (one month bumper to bumper warranty, safety certification, emission, etc.). Before signing any sales contract with them; take the car to an OEM dealership, have them check it properly they will give you an inspection report, then ask khushi auto to do the repairs before signing the sales contract. This may cost you a few hundred dollars, but believe me it will save you lots of money and time. Do not let them add any comments to sales contract, he writes something and verbally explains something else to you. Don't think OMVIC can/will do anything on your behalf, only thing they do is to call the dealership and ask them to do something, they do not have any legal authority over dealerships. They will ask you to go to court and spend thousands of dollars in legal fees and lots of time to claim the damages from dealership. These people put my family and other people's life in danger just to make money; they do not care about anything else.

If it was possible to give zero starts that's what they deserve , had the car covered in snow so I could not see it properly, I took it mercedes benz in Brampton to get a professional look at it and they find a few faults with it which were to be replaced by OEM parts, this cheaper owner got after market parts that were falling off and than on top of that he ate my deposit, do not ever trust a word out of his mouth, write everything down, better yet voice/video record everything, he has no sense of customer service

No words for how exceptional the customer support is at Khushi Auto. I went to many dealerships but no one took me seriously because I am only 23. As soon I walked in to Khushi Auto Sales i was welcomed by there salesperson and was treated like any other customer. We looked at a BMW 3 series that they had, After a few days he called me saying that he just got a Subura STI in stock. I wasn't really sure if i wanted it but i decided to go take a look. We went for a drive and I fell in love with the car. It is a stick shift, what i was looking for, and has plenty tasteful mods done to it already. I have had been driving the car for about a week and a half now and love it. Khushi Auto Sales is the place to go for your used car! Thanks guys

terrible service. When I walked in I wasn't greeted, and the people in the room seemed like they did not want me there. I asked to see a specific car and was told it was in the back. No one really tried helping me at all. When it came time for me to ask questions they seemed like they had no interest in selling the car. I have never been to a dealership with terrible customer service like this. I would not recommend this location, and would tell anyone looking to buy to go to a more reputable establishment.

This dealership is one huge disappointment, I would never advise anybody to go there. They have the worst service ever. I called this dealership and made appointment to test drive Lexus Rx-350. I called at 12:30 and made an appointment for 2pm, I was short in time and asked to prepare the car for test drive. I asked leave from my job and drove from Vaughan to Mississauga to see this car. When I came I was told that the car was taken away by another customer for inspection with his mechanic and it was almost sold. Nobody called me, so I just wasted my time coming there. Worst customer service I ever experienced, never will go there again

I bought a vehicle here. The check engine light came on during the drive home. I was told it would be taken care of, but was sent to a shop that did nothing. after three 2hr commutes to this shop in Brampton I gave up which was no doubt the intention. I do not reccomend this dealer.

I purchased my 2009 F-250 work truck about 2 months ago. The third week of ownership the traction light sensor went off. I brought it back to the dealer and he was happy to fix it. The same day he sent me to a mechanic nearby that had ordered the sensor from ford and replaced on the spot. Even though he had given me the 1 year warranty for free he still paid out of his pocket to make sure the vehicle was in perfect condition. I am driving the truck everyday is Sudbury's brutal weather and it is doing me just fine. Special thanks to the owner Mohammad for helping me on the purchase on my first work truck!

Bought a car for my brother, have to change brakes with in 2 months. When asked reply was”your driving must be bad”. (May be he installed the camera inside the car to check it).now engine got problem,Have engine insurance paid extra, when asked can you fix it?He said you gave me bad review so i am not gonna fix it, do whatever you wana do. He has spend 1500$ for that. Thats 3-4 weeks pay for hardwork. This is not how the business runs. Business runs on reference. Dont know who passed the safety with 20-40% brakes and engine lights ON.

I will never purchase a vehicle from this dealership every again. The customer service I received was horrible on all standards. I was told the vehicle would be ready two days after the day of purchase. When that day came the dealer informed me that the vehicle would need new tires and a headlight to pass certification. Myself, being patient, I agreed to wait another 4 days (even though I was already paying for the insurance starting that day). We also made an agreement that I would pay for half the cost of the tires. After finding tires that were of medium quality, that cost 'X' amount, I spoke to the dealer and informed him of the cost. He then refused to pay half unless I bought cheap Chinese brand tires... for a Mercedes... The dealer was obviously trying to make up for the money he lost on the headlight by having me buy cheap tires, which he could then price at a higher rate against me. I finally took custody of the vehicle over a week later. I'd have to say, i have bought many vehicles in the past, and never have I had to deal with such a business that has such low ethical standards.
