I had an airbag recall. From the time I came in the staff assisted me and they were extremely friendly. I had a call the day before my apt as well as an email reminder a few days before. I had a shuttle to take me to work and the service was great.. Very prompt and friendly. I think they even washed the outside of my car. Excellent service!

The dealership is clean and well maintained however, I have had a couple of bad experiences with Ideal Honda and I am not satisfied by their customer service. 1) My rear right mud guard needed replacement, so I took the car in and they ordered me a new one. After failing to install it, they told me they don't have the right tool to perform the installation, they'd need to order it. They said they'll call me back in a couple weeks once they have it. They never called, I followed up about it 3-4 times after visits for oil changes or other services and they just kept telling me the same story. First I don't understand what kind of dealership doesn't have a tool to install a mud guard and second it's really bad customer service to lie and keep postponing the customer... 2) Each time I go in for an oil change or a service, they tell me the air filters need to be replaced. I don't understand why air filters would need to be replaced 3 times a year, I don't live in the dessert. When I told them, they were like "do you live somewhere where roads are unpaved or something?" and I actually live in a very well maintained neighbourhood south of Etobicoke and I park underground, and I don't drive that much. At this point I don't even trust they are even replacing them in first place...and they're just making money off of me. Overall not satisfied with their customer service and I've lost trust in them, not servicing my car there anymore.

The finance team lead Eric did what he must do when it comes to explaining all the details about the protection tools, warranty and what types it is, helping me to choose what is the best. I just got a new CRV from Ideal Honda and was very impressed with the service that Mahad and Furqan provided. I got an excellent deal on the vehicle and Mahad made sure that it had everything that was a must for me. Furqan was also super through in explaining all the features of the car when I picked it up. This was very cool because there are features that are super useful but I think I would never find out about otherwise. All in all very happy with my purchase and the service I received.
Long line when I came in but they were prompt to service. Place is clean and looks organized. Bay area is visible from waiting area. They would inform you of what you need but do be careful coz like any other shops or dealer they may suggest services that you may not really need. It is ideal to bring your Honda to a certified Honda dealer. This one guarantees lowest price on synthetic oil changes and can price match. I suggest to make appointment as they will give courtesy inspections of your Honda.
We found our deal car in the Ideal Honda dealership. This dealership is large and has many new and used cars to choose from. The sales representative Eric Teka promptly answered our initial inquiries and introduced us two minivans both suit our needs pretty well. He is very professional, patient and considerate. The used car we ended up buying has manual missing. A few days after we purchased our car, Eric called us and told us that he has reached the previous car owner for the manual and will mail it to us as soon as he gets it. We are very satisfied with our experience with Ideal Honda, and also enjoyed their free coffee/cappuccino.
I had visited several dealerships but ended up making a deal on an Accord here. My initial decision to visit a Honda dealer was based on the reputation of their vehicles. After having dealt with the sales rep. here I can assure you that the staff at this dealership also care about their reputation: they are extremely product knowledgeable, friendly and cooperative, genuinely concerned about your needs and the service they provide, respectful of your budget, and most importantly, not pushy. They actually take the time to make sure the vehicle you drive off in is a great fit for you. I highly recommend this dealership whether your are looking for a Honda or any other vehicles. Guys don't go this showroom for service. I booked my service here and went there with some complaints. They told that they will look into that. But before handing over my car, I told them that I want to talk personally to a mechanic, they told don't worry we understood your concern and will try to fix it. They also told me that they will do free car wash. After I went the to pickup my car, in the notes they wrote that they fixed my issues but actually they did not. And they also did not wash my car by saying that there car wash machine had some issues. So please beware of this dealership.
Had a TERRIBLE experience with the sales person and finance manager couple of weeks back. I called them couple of times to confirm the price before visiting to sign up lease for a new car. Please do not TRUST these guys as they trick you with the price. The lied multiple times even though asked for what lease I will be paying every month and found discrepancy in paper work. I had to withdraw the application as they were charging me more than the honda price. AVOID as there are better dealers who offer better price and trustworthy.

looking for the perfect vehicle for our family, I ended up at ideal Honda in this location , where i was shown to a vehicle that captivated our eyes. I'm referring to a beautiful eight setters grey Honda odyssey EXL 2012 . this is a very good looking and spacious vehicle , it has a very good size trunk and comfortable leather seats. it is definitely a perfect family car. i highly recommend it, as well as I recommend any body looking forward to buying a vehicle to visit the ideal Honda dealership. it's professional staff always willing to assist and to offer the best service to it's customers create a very friendly environment . Service at first was good and till I pickup a 2019 honda civic touring on Wednesday April 28 2021 the salesman was Eric I sent him all of my insurance information to get the car insurance when went to get the car I ask him if he sent over the paperwork to my insurance he told me yes which is a big lie I drive the car on 401 highway to 400 highway with no insurance because he told me the car was insurance when i reach home I contacted my broker ask if Eric from ideal honda sent any email about my car they said no I have to do all the insurance work my self sent over everything to the insurance company people when going to purchase a car from ideal honda just be careful do your research first
We had a very bad experience today: My son scheduled appointment with the dealer for two Recalls. On reaching the dealership, they said our fuel tank must be filled less than or max 75%!! We were never informed this when we scheduled the appointment!! We went with a full fuel tank and they say we have to come again with a max 75% fuel!! Also, they informed that when we leave our car there we will get free rental to go home and return. When my son reached there they say you have to top up the fuel in the rental car!! Very unprofessional dealership. Why not give full information about servicing pre-conditions for a recall ? Why are they ambiguous? We take time off from work to go for recalls. It is painful. HONDA EARNS A BAD NAME, NOTHING ELSE ! DIDN'T WANT TO GIVE EVEN 1 STAR, BUT WITHOUT THAT I CAN'T POST A REVIEW... TAKING THIS MATTER TO HONDA CANADA...
It is the best dealership which I preferrable to everyone because,starting from the way Mr. MAHAD MOFRAD recieved me and suggesting that which car model suits according to my budget, and ERIC is a finance Manager , who did things very fast to approved and delivered.

Been very fortunate to always get a good service representative too. *Today I witnessed the manager of the service department putting plastic on seats and putting the paper floor mat down. The overall servicing staff is not very welcoming. They are not clear with the work that needs to be done on the vehicle, barely take the time to explain what was done after the service was completed and the ability to follow through on timings is a hit or miss. Also, whenever you call, you can sense that they want you to get off the phone and don't answer inquiries clearly. I've also had employees literally hang up on me and blame it on the phone lines. I know that it's not me because when I am in the dealership, their attitude is the same. I understand there are tough days on job and we are all human, but especially after working in customer service, there is a basic level of respect and attitude that should be given, mutually between customer and employees. There are 3-4 great employees which is why I started coming here, but it's a miracle if you'll get those awesome people. I just want my vehicle finished and I do not ever want to come back here, Would not recommened this dealership for servicing. I do not know about sales department but my review is based on the servicing.
The customer service is great and polite, but they always seem flustered and unorganised when I go there. I feel like they always want to replace everything when I go there. I was a bit unsure at first but it's getting a bit ridiculous. When I went to my old dealer I never had these issues and I don't even drive as much as I used to. I've never spent so much on service, even with my previous car, which was the same model but older.
Very friendly and accommodating staff, easy location to get to, very nice facility (clean, open, comfortable). The experience of buying my first new car ever was very positive, and I'm sure I will be well taken care of when I bring my car in for service. Incredible experience for buying a car with them We were looking to buy brand new year and went to many car dealers but none of them seemed enough professional or gave us the details we needed. So we went to Honda Ideal and met an employee there name- Daniyal. He gave us all the information about the cars we needed to see and were interested to buy. Daniyal not only answered our queries but also gave us great discounts and services. we closed the deal merely in few hours.The best part is he did not manipulate us or trick us into buying the car in hurry unlike other dealers who push the customers into buying and be done. Daniyal catered our EMI of the month to our budget. Once we were done, he was prompt to all our emails, paperwork, phone calls or messages. He was even available on weekends. Only because of his co-operation we got everything done on time. And we got our car delivered to us by next week. He was patient with me and took his time to explain and go over all details about this new step for me. He also volunteered to have the car delivered to me and his co-workers were also helpful in providing him with a ride back upon delivery. terrible customer service. They hung up on me when asked for an urgent service because of an urgent check needed that resulted after my latest visit. When I came back this morning, Nov 1, I was told a new story about my breaks and my winter tires that they never brought up in my latest visit! So new recommendation now is that I either need to replace my rotors or have them machened. Also, I was told my tires are old and need to be changed (notice that I had the same tires fit on this car last season and never really had to use them much because like many people, I started working from home and never had to drive muc! and of course they were just fine last year. When I asked for alignment, I was told that I have to get new tires first before any other work is done because the problem seems to be from tires. I also told them that my car drifts to the left, but of course the answer was that no, we tested tested the car on the highway and it doesn't drift/slide to the left!!! which obviously is not accurate, because the car is not feeling the same like when I fit the same wheels last yea! I feel their service is not up to par anymore, so I'm now finding a new place to take my car to fix!

Very clean facility. Drive in for your car appointment right inside their garage and they do all the preliminary checks for the car and even top up your windshield wiper fluid! I went to get my tires swapped here for my summer tires. They even offer a free car wash every visit which is a nice touch.
5th gen CRV has widespread oil dilution issue. Recall didn't fix the problem. 1000km after oil change, oil level is way above the max line and stinks of gas. When vehicle was brought in for inspection I was told oil level is at max line and it's normal. Oh well I'm not foolish and can tell that oil level is one inch above the max line and severely diluted. Read car complaints online before buying any Honda 1.5T vehicles.
I deal with Ideal Honda , the Syed was so friendly, he did all his effort to pull out the work , our car was ready in a day and pick up and paperwork was so fast. Horrible experience. No one greeted me when I walked in, they were just chatting at the front desk. They proceeded to send me to Ishmael, who was an extremely pushy salesman that talked way too much. I came in with the obvious intention to buy a car cause I needed one. Obviously before you buy a car, you’d need to test drive and get quotes. Ishmael made it seemed as if I wasted his time and tried to unnecessarily educate me on how to purchase a car. Definitely had a way better experience at the Danforth location.
Poor customer care. Have spend more than a month trying to return my lease ended civic. Customer care Manager Eric ignored all my requests/inquires for directions on how to return the car. I have finally talked to another manager, to get proper directions. I will never recommend this dealership.
Don't even think twice about it, this is hands down the single BEST Honda dealership in the entire GTA! After spending two weeks at over a dozen different dealerships across the city (the majority of them being Honda dealerships, as i was mainly looking for a Honda Certified car) i came to Ideal Honda and was immediately welcomed with respect and a genuine attention and care. Upon calling, Solomon was able to book me in for an appointment within 15 minutes of opening hours, and I test drove the car I wanted shortly after (2017 Honda Civic Sport). Customer Service: ... in a category of their own. Eric Yin, the financial manager completely outdid himself, and is one of the main reasons i ended up buying my car at Ideal Honda. After previous horrible experiences dealing with so many different managers & sales reps at other dealerships, Eric's customer service and patience breaking down all the specs and the entire purchase process stood head and shoulders above the rest. It's difficult to take sales people at their word these days as most experiences are treated as simple transactions and off you go, but Eric has stood by his word regarding everything he promised as far as the condition the car would be in upon delivery and dealing with any concerns or questions after purchase as well. Thank you Eric for everything!! A big thank you to Mark as well, another manager, who handled a few issues i had better than i could have asked for. I can't emphasize the customer service at this place enough ya'll... i am extremely pleased with my experience here! **Sanitation and COVID-19 measures** Social distancing measures were perfectly laid out throughout the entire dealership, with hand sanitizing stations all around. All employees were wearing face coverings as per regulations and each car was sanitized before and after every test drive, with plastic coverings on both the steering wheel and seats. Overall, just an absolute great experience from start to finish. Thank you once again Ideal Honda team for everything!

Beware of these guys while buying used cars. Mentioned one owner in the website but 2 owners in their website but actually there is 3 owners. Found this on buying carfax report by my own. They ask to believe them but none of their documentation made them to believe. They even did not allow me to take a test drive. Just look a car and believe them. Paid $2000 down payment and cancelled the car. Car: 2015 Honda CRV SE burgundy color 50k km.

I felt sorry for Ideal Honda today , over the last 7 years i had 5 cars from this place the staff , the service department and sales were so polite , shuttles , welcoming and that kept me coming again and again to Ideal Honda, simply a welcoming polite and professional people. I arrived 30 minutes late for which i explained we live in a practical world where traffic , and personal reasons you get late.I apologized.The gentleman Bashar was so direct and loud in talking i wonder if any training is imparted how to talk to clients more so i asked for Sevice Manager as he left a voice mail for me yesterday. He came and literally the same style of conversation loud , impolite and just telling you if this happens you pay if this happens you pay , wait time 4 to 5 hours , no shuttle. I felt so sorry for Ideal Honda , where is the old Ideal Honda smiles , polite , caring staff.Sadly i wont return to Ideal Honda any more.With this attitude i strongly recommend to Stay away from this dealership staff ! Excellent service! We were greeted with all smiles from all the associates. Edwin went over all the information clearly and he was happy to answer all our questions! Emad came to check on us and greeted us in Arabic! Furqan was also very friendly he went over all the car features and happily sent us off. There's a verity of languages that the associates are fluent in, so you will be accommodated! Would defiantly recommend this dealership they deserve it.
I don’t know where to start.. I was supposed to get a normal oil change done at the beginning of July and it was done quickly. However, as I left the Toyo circle location, I noticed that my AC had stopped working. When I spoke to customer service about this problem, they had told me it happened “coincidentally” and that they would order a new AC condenser which would take 1-3 weeks. I called after week 3 to ask for any update and the customer service lady told me she’d have her manager call me the day of. I waited an additional 3 weeks as she said they would notify me when it comes in and called back in today. 6 weeks have gone by and I asked if there had been any update. The lady told me to expect it in the first week of September and that her manager would call me today by 6pm to confirm. It is 6:37pm now and I have called back with no answer.. I have gone the majority of summer without AC and have asked for updates numerous times. Seeing how the problem began after I saw them.. I don’t understand why they haven’t worked better to resolve this issue. Would definitely not recommend this place to anyone. Update: It is now nearing December and I have yet to receive any update on this issue.
Worst service ever. They dont even know how to deal customers. Firstly they said the interest rate is 3.99 but later on they tell different. Was told to pay 4000 dollars upfront. Better go for toyota

Bought my new Honda from here and I would be lying if I said my experience was good. It was great! Ask for Junior to assist you and you will be very pleased with your assistance. The whole team is amazing as well but I never once felt pressured into buying a car right away with Junior. Great service was provided in all steps of purchasing a new car.
I bought my first car from Ideal Honda and I have absolutely no complaints. The dealership is clean and well maintained. Everyone working is always so friendly and ready to assist you. We bought a Honda Accord 2018 demo which came with winter tires, that they charged us $1200 for ( used). On the day of the pick up, I get a call from the sales person Amir telling me that they don’t have the second key and that they lost it. Even though they had at least a week to make sure that nothing is missing and if it is - then order it and get it delivered in time. We had to come back 3 or 4 days later to pick up the key, which they had to program, so pretty much 3 - 4 hours of my life was lost on the weekend. There was absolutely no “ we are sorry “ or any remorse. They didn’t even offer to wash the car, just to show that they appreciate us spending $38000. I had to tell the manager that it’s not our fault and I need some kind of compensation for my lost time. After a lengthy negation I was able to get a pair of wiper insert replacement, which by the way probably cost $20, but it seemed that i was getting a $2000 viper blade. Anyway, a few months pass by and I wanted to know how much it will cost to get steel rims for the winter tires. Little did I know that there are NO steel rims for the 19” tires and only aluminum. I found out the price for one and it turned out to be around $200. So, all in all I was looking at around $1000 just to get rims, balance the tires, and get them installed. Honestly, I felt that it’s a lot of money and my mechanic told me that he’ll get new 18” tires with new steel rims for $650 all in. So, I decided to sell the original winter tires and that would’ve paid for my new set. Before that, I never even opened the tires that they gave me and never bothered to cut the plastic bags and inspect it. When the person buying the tires showed up, we started looking at the tires and I was shocked to find out that one of the tires had a sidewall damage which is unrepairable and also had 2 patches on it! Wow! How can their garage not see that and pack the damaged tire and give it to the customer? I don’t believe that they didn’t see it! I am very angry and disappointed at the same time. I will NEVER go back there again. It’s a disgrace! How can you be so negligent?! My advice to you is check everything before you pick up your car, who knows what you’ll find.
Called to try and get a $12 clip. It should have been easy to locate that piece as it holds up a wireless module on the roof of my trunk. Nope. Can’t find it. Then hangs up when I insist he look again on whatever manual they have to locate parts. Called manager left a voice message. Do I get a call back? Nope. Instead I called another dealership and they found the clips and ordered them for me no problem. I know they aren’t going to make any money on two $12 clips but know what? I’m in a market for a CRV Touring, that’s $40K. Also, in about two years my Accord Touring 2.0 lease is up. That assumes I don’t go for an early end to get the mid-generation refresh. That’s another $38K. Will I consider Ideal Honda? Nope. What they thought was a dinky $24 sale parts actually put them out of the running for nearly $80K in business and a detailed bad review. And it’s on the parts person who hung up on me and the manager who didn’t call back.
I was having a problem in starting the car. After paying for an inspection they told me that the battery had less voltage and recommended changing the battery. When I complained they did find a leak on to the alternator and it was corrected under warranty after much negotiations. I also knew that the car was driven very little. So decided to have a few long runs. I had taken the car for service shortly after and did mention to them about inspecting the battery. They told me that everything was good. I noticed starting trouble again and when called they apologized and gave an appointment for this morning and said that they will do the inspection for free as I had paid for it a few days ago. This morning the service agent was not willing to listen to any of these and insisted that I pay again. Why be so rude and not even look up the notes? Why waste your customers time for nothing? Why don't you adhere to the values you preach and do a proper job? Very very disappointed. I was not at all interested in beginning a week, that too at this time in this fashion. Stop your money grabbing attitude and begin to do your job diligently.
When you walk into a dealership on the second last day of the month, when they should be making all efforts to reach their goals, saying you are there to buy a brandnew vehicle and you deal with a team who clearly doesn’t care for what you are looking for, nor give you any attention, you know the place is really bad. It was around 1:30 pm, the place was pretty empty and I could see all those sales guys doing nothing. When reception finally had one of them coming to talk with me the guy was completely out of touch. He valued my trade in really low without even looking at it. Another Honda dealer did a proper appraisal and offered me $ 2500 more than what he said would be their maximum offer. Then he tried to convince me I would not be able to afford the vehicle I was trying to buy. It’s pretty hard when you are way above 6 figures a year and someone is trying to convince you you won’t be able to keep up with your monthly payments, which would be around $ 550/month. Terrible experience. I strongly advise anyone who looks for good customer service to stay away from this place.
My experience from Ideal Honda was the best, especially working with John. What I appreciate the most about working with John is that he catered to my expectations for a car purchase. John made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions to help me make an informed decision. He and Sumit (Financial adviser) respected my personal financial situation and helped me with best financial option for me which I greatly appreciated. They would always follow up with me which shows great communication skills. Ideal Honda has very friendly people working. You would not want to go to any other location for your Honda. This was the only store i visited for my car. I got the best price and best service for the car.
We got our Brand new Honda Civic Sedan EX 2017 from Ideal Honda. It was a clear out event going on and by the time we knew about it most of the dealers were sold out in White color but we were able to find from this location. I guess it was the last car in white color in whole GTA so they didn't negotiated on price. Upon requesting they added all season mats for free. Over all it was a good experience and we were happy.
My experience at Ideal Honda was Exceptional!! The new facility is big and really clean. My sales person Edwin was really professional and showed me everything I wanted to get. Mr Ajmal Janjua is a real crook Two weeks ago, friend of mine bought a car from him. It was honda civic 2016. Although, it was dirty but as it was bit cheaper he preferred buying it after this Aljmal guy promised to clean it inside out. Firstly, he promised to give a car in 2 days but they took 6 days instead. Funny part is it was not even cleaned and had to sit there for couple of hours to get it cleaned. So took the car home. Surprisingly, he washed his car after two weeks in wash station he could not believe his eyes when he saw rust on trunk, side skids and door panels. We still don't know what these guys have done to temporarily hide it. Here are his words; Before buying: "buy this car it will be cleaned, wear tear will be repaired, it will look like new". After buying: " its an old model it can't be like new one what ever possible was done on it". Now this guy is acting like he doesn't know who we are. I can't believe just for his couple of hundered dollars of comission he ruined my friend's hard earned thousand's of dollars. I won't recommend anyone go there.
Beautiful, spacious, open concept modern facilities!! Free working Wi-Fi, free coffee at press of button and polite courteous service. You can see your car receiving the work from waiting area. (Review from 3-4 years was 5 stars). Visited today for an A1 service (oil change & tire rotation). You have to really press all staff to get a tire rotation done at a 4pm appt. The receptionist called my # at 09.30 & left msg to see if I could bump up my appt to something earlier ... I can only infer it was more convenient for them & nor for me. I confirmed with the person receiving my car in the service area that I wanted an A1 even though the mileage was at 8600 km. The person confirming the work completion said they only did the oil change as the tire rotation could wait until the next oil change (6 months). That didn't make sense to me as that would be a year without tire rotation. I insisted I get one done to not have uneven wear. The person said it could wait as the rotation & expense wasn't necessary at this time. I insisted for the work to be done. I could clearly see they were more interested in finishing their shift than in providing customer service. They weren't pleased I had to use the washroom before I could make payment. Upon payment, the receptionist (same person who called my # that AM to condense the work schedule) summarily told me where I could pick up my car with absolutely no customer service skills, I.e. she talked at me without getting my attention, addressing me ... Just did her speel about where I could find my car. WHAT POOR CUSTOMER RELATIONS SKILLS!!! She must be related to a higher up because she is either poorly trained by her relative, or is untrainable because of the SAME REASON. 4 years ago, service was amazing & the staff were motivated. Not sure what's happened, only know I'm looking for a new Honda Dealership to service the car. Service received today didn't cut it. They are set up to be customer oriented, but my impression today from dealing with 3 personnel, that ethos is gone.

Very bad Experience. I called for appointment for 2019 Honda Odyssey touring latest recall (April 11, 2019) and they booked appointmeant for 1 hour on May 6, 2019 @ 10:30. I reached there around 10:20, They took my van and I am waiting in waiting area for my car fixed. Around 12:00 I did not see that my car pulled in for service or recall. So, I asked parts department and they told me that they find out and then I talked to service technician and he took 5 min to find out what happening and than he is explaining that sorry I am too busy. so, I forget to tell you that takes time. I told him that I want to talk to manager/ supervisor. After 10-15 min I talk to supervisor and they apology about this and they told me that we are pulling your van inside but still take around 2-3 hours. So, you want to wait. So, I told him yes. After 5 min he came and told me that you van should be ready with 10 min. I am thinking that what type service or recall they fixed with 10-15 minute and how could trust on this recall. I need explanation from Honda also because I do not trust on their service or recall

When you come to dealership first time everything is fine! Jalil Rehman are very patient and know what they are doing; the dealership is clean and pleasant; Bought the car and said will pick up by 5 days and have all paperwork done. When we came to pick up on Monday almost like not insteaded in talking with him and said sales person will get your paperwork and just go through signature and than through the car etc etc. The biggest MISTAKE that they had not given me Car Insurance and I drove without it. I called my Car Insurance and he said how could drive without insurance. I called Jalil and he said do not worry as Honda Finance also has insurance. How can that be true? I still want to know difference about Honda Finance and Car Insurance Why do we need 2 insurance?I suggest everyone to be careful before you drive you car without insurance... Now that I have leased for 4 yrs and cannot do anything but I will not suggest or my from Ideal Honda.
I dont know about the center, but I tried calling up, the call drops automatically with all my and even my friend phones. The chat was even worse, if it was like I am asking for 2+2 and they are telling me pineapple. Dont waste time on chat.
Came here for service. Checking in was really easy. I declined the A129 brake and rotor service that was strongly suggested, I was then told that they were going to do a multi point inspection which was not completed. Overall, not happy, not ecstatic either.
We took our van in for repairs, it was making funny noises. They gave us the short list of repairs needed. Some parts were covered under warranty, but they also said we need new shocks, which wasn't covered. They charged us $125 for the diagnosis of needing new shocks, which I still feel is misdiagnosed since we've had this creaking noise issue since we pretty much got the van. They didn't complete the warranty covered work properly. Missing parts. The van was making a grinding sound when accelerating after we got it back. Being busy, we had to give it a couple weeks to get it back in there. The tech who test drove it couldn't hear the noise?? It was obvious. Then they took a look and noticed the missing parts. We didn't have the van for three days waiting for these parts to finally come in. They do not offer a complimentary loaner like other dealerships do, they charge a pricey rental fee. No apology or any sort of restitution for the poor workmanship. Caused us days of hassle. I would recommend going to another Honda shop, even if it is for warranty work.
Takes 20 minutes standing in front of parts just for the lady to help you, then another 20 mins waiting for the actual part guy to help you since the lady sitting at parts is just for show or something. Consistently it takes an hour to buy anything here, but I can't comment on the sales and service staff. For parts alone this is probably the worst dealership to get anything from.
My husband and I are first time buyers so we basically have no idea about cars, like which one to get with the least possible cost. But Edwin was so helpful and knowledgeable, and he was able to offer us a very good deal! His customer service is excellent and we feel so comfortable dealing with him. He laid down all the best possible options we can have and is considerable of our concerns. We got a new Honda car now which is affordable and reliable. All thanks to Edwin! Also, there are a lot of food and drinks while waiting for the paper works, so help yourselves! We will definitely be back in the future in case we want a new car again :)

Thushanthan Ravindran was open to discussions about pricing and market value, and spent countless hours trying to meet this deal and also gave us ample time in order to consider a huge financial decision. A lot of people do not provide enough time nor, care when there are counter offers on the table. This is the go to person that needs to be visited for the process of your vehicle purchase.

Bought a Civic about a week ago and my salesperson was Amir. I explained my situation and Amir was fantastic to deal with from start to finish. I had bought from Ideal way back in 2009 and I can definitely say this was a much better experience this time around. If u are in the market for a Honda and visiting Ideal I would recommend definitely speak to him.
I did not like the service at Ideal Honda. I had battery issues three times and each time the dealer said there was no problem found. So I carried booster cables and had to use them.I also had problems with the remote trunk lock not unlocking when the car was cold. When I bring in the car the dealer did not find a problem. They told me to bring it in when I experience the problem. So one cold morning I drove in without warming the interior of the car and showed the problem to the service manager. The power trunk lock was replaced. More issues with a rattle in the sun roof and the driver's side power window switch not intermittently working. More of the same .... no problem found. I resolved all the issues by trading the Honda CRV in for a Chrysler product. After four years I have only been in for routine maintenance.
This is my first time dealing with Ideal Honda. Staff were courteous and hospitable and professional. Very efficient to get my loan for my lease done faster than I even expected!! Will definitely come back for all my future Honda needs!
Went in there to buy a used civic. The sales representative was really rude and wont talk numbers properly and show the car in-depth just cause I said I am looking at cars and haven’t decided on any yet. Really disappointed with the service they provided. Before this went to the Toyota next door and they had the best customer experience. The dealer took his time in showing the car, talking about payment options, warranty for the vehicle, making sure the test drive was great and even offered me to take the car far away and on the highway to get the feel. Really disappointed with Honda’s service, regarding the fact I own 2 Hondas they treat customers badly. If u r at Dixie Honda go to Dixie Toyota they r thousands time better.

I had an issue with Ideal Honda that I bought a car that the carfax was not showing any record, but after 2 years I found that my car had been in a collision before and I didn't know. Long story short, Eric helped to replace my car which had accident with a new car. He did his best to get the best numbers and also consider my car value as if there was no accident, which it was fair. He ended up finding a good solution to us. I went for a test drive with Auric and it was amazing, he is so knowledgeable about the cars, all features. He make you understand and use all car features for a better experience, also he give the best advices to get the best of your car can offer in terms of technology and features
Untrustworthy! I have a 2019 Civic Touring that I purchased at at different location but because Ideal Honda is closest to my house, I've been getting my servicing done there out of convenience...but not anymore. Not only did they loose my new tires that I paid to have stored there, they quoted me thousands of dollars for work that work that either didn't need to be done or that should have been covered under warranty. They have fought me over warranty coverage on several occasions now and they seem to have trouble owing up to their mistakes. I'm done with this kind of treatment. I constantly feel like they are tying to take advantage of my lack of auto knowledge rather than trying to educate me on the problems. I've started going to a different dealership that's farther away from my house, but it's 100% worth the extra travel. They are much better versed in the details of Honda warranties and treat customers the way we should be treated, with honesty and respect. I understand that things go wrong from time to time and that people make mistakes, we're human after all. I am a very leanient person when these things happen, but after three strikes, you're out!

Yesterday at work, my car did not start. I called Honda roadside service and after a boost started. Because this dealer is the nearest to my office I went there but they did not even wanted to check my car because " had not an appointment". I went home, and this morning the car did not start again. I called roadside service and after a boost I was able to drive myself to Honda Georgetown, where they helped me immediately without as previous appointment.
If you want to get great service and great deals, visit Ideal Honda. Don’t go anywhere else. I purchased my first car from them. I visited almost 5-7 dealerships but the deal that I got from this place was unmatched. The staff seems to be very happy to assist you. They make sure you get the best deal. Highly recommended Honda dealership.
Don't go here to purchase. Place is a complete joke. Dealt with Jelial today..he and his manager or whomever tried to offer me a price on my trade that was at least $10,000 under wholesale and $10,000 less than I was offered at other Honda dealers...a total insult...sure hope they haven't actually gotten away with scamming anyone like that...he then proceeded to pick up his phone and have a conversation during our appointment at his desk.. that was extremely unprofessional. I'd had enough and left. Lady at reception was very nice though. Overall wasted my time and gas driving there.

We were looking for a Van and then I checked with Ideal Honda I spoke to Mahad and he asked us to come in and he can help us out. We went in to browse only and we also had other appointments booked at other dealerships but the way Mahad welcomed us and made us feel comfortable and showed us the vans available we were really happy and impressed. His customer dealing is really impressive and we really liked his service and were very satisfied and made a deal in just 30 minutes. His assistant Furqan also helped us out a lot in explaining the features of the vans available, also in the test drive. He was very quick with the paperwork at the time of pick up and had the car ready for us and we were out of there with our new van with in an hour. We will definitely go back to Ideal Honda for our future car purchases and would definitely recommend it to friends and family! Thank you Mahad and Furqan!!
Ideal Honda is always quick and well done. The waiting room is bright and modern and they also have a wonderful courtesy shuttle to take you back to work, or to another place during the day if you can't wait. The customer service rep Jonathon, was very helpful and professional.
Can't express how smooth a process it was to go to this dealer. No haggle, no salesman pitch, no up sell, no pressure. Oh my goodness it was great!! Eric Yin was our guy. It was funny because we tried the Toyota Corolla right before (which was next door) and there was no comparison to the Civic EX. Not only that but there was no comparison to the service. We just wanted to test drive some cars at different dealers and Eric at Honda was the only one who sat with us to show us what this car could really do. He was pretty amazing, and you never felt like you had to make the deal right there, he was genuinely passionate about showing you the car, as if it was his brand new car. Since our purchase Eric has checked in on us, thanked us, and always re assures us if there's ever anything we need or have questions to not hesitate to come to him, which is pretty amazing. I didn't have to deal with his manager or any funny business and he gave me a great deal. Thank you Eric, for what everybody else makes so questionable, you made so simple and so easy.
Very memorable experience, was treated with a lot of diligence and respect. The car shopping was made very simple by Edwin who helped me get exactly what I wanted and more. I was later handed over to his finance manager Jalil. Jalil took the time out and explained every single clause in my agreement and how it was designed to protect my interest. He explained to me exactly how the factory warranty worked and how the extended warranty protected me throughout the ownership of my vehicle. I greatly recommend the team, it's simply fabulous.

I've taken my car to Ideal Honda a few times for service; but, the last time I wasn't too happy with it. Left a message for the service manager, Paul, and he returned my call within hrs. Paul listened to my concerns and apologized on behalf of the service adviser, and he decided to provide my next service for fee. I wasn't looking for any freebies, just wanted to address my concerns, but was glad with his customer service skills. This is the best service I have received so far after dealing with two different Honda dealership. I've left messages for the GM at Classic Honda regarding my rusting proofing service a couple of months ago and never received a call back!
We have good and bad experience with ideal Honda, the sales person , Eric was really helpful friendly with us. But otherwise we had a poor experience with them. We got Honda CRV recently ,They promised that they will be giving the winter tiers and mat (Not free -low cost compare to market price ) and we are paying for that since we bought the car.Its more than a month.Still we did not receive them. I am expecting the winter tires at least before this summer . I tried to contact them but i did not get proper response from them.Very disappointed!!!!
Great location but better than that is the warm and friendly atmosphere to guests at Ideal Honda! I was welcomed by a young salesman Eric Yin. He is very knowledgeable about Honda's product line and extremely patient, no hassle, no pushing, just understand what a customer really expects. Excellent service!!! Simply put, ask for Shan :) He puts his heart and soul to make shopping for the car a truly pleasant experience, as it should be! He carefully listens and makes his recommendations accordingly. In short, I gave myself about a month to find the right vehicle because my Nissan was ready to let go. In my search, I drove to a number of appointments or randomly stopped at dealerships. One day someone recommended Shan at Ideal Honda so I contacted him to see what's available in store. Shan showed me a couple of really good vehicles which perfectly matched my search criteria. He was informative and most of all - Not pushy like other dealers!! In OTHER dealerships I was being "forced" into "quick sale"! ...people, this is not a pair of shoes you are buying, you have to be sure you are getting what you truly want. I bought a used car from Ideal Honda in 2012 and have had it serviced there ever since. My purchasing experience was transparent and straightforward. The sales reps were respectful and there was never any pressure to buy, even after a few visits (I was comparison shopping). Since then, the Service department has consistently delivered on time and as estimated. No drama, no return trips to fix the same problem. They do their work quickly and correctly the first time, every time, and I’m back on the road again. True professionals. Top marks all around.
Why are we asked if we want a free multi point inspection? Anyone would be foolish not to accept. I saw that the work was done and my car driven out of the service bay. Why did it take almost half an hour for the paperwork to reach the checkout desk? Then the cashier was on the phone forever and I waited some more. Why are there not two people at checkout or one on standby in case it gets busy? Then the cashier has the audacity to say my wait time was within the quoted time. So if you quote me 1.5 hrs and ready in 1 hr, it's OK to keep customer waiting another half an hour? No sense of urgency in your service. Please have more respect for people's time.

Bought a 2019 Honda CRV in Cash on Aug 2019. Since this purchase, I was told an Aero kit would be installed upon delivery and it wasn't found out 1 Month later that it wasn't. The day my aero kit was installed, my tail gate wasn't closing properly! Had to go back to get it fixed because of lack of care Bill of Sale went missing General Manager was in complete denial of the where abouts. They then reproduced my bill of sale and the finance person forged my signature! All I got was an apology! Went to get Winter installed, they couldn't find the tires under my name I specifically ordered so I guess they took someone else's CRV tires? TPMS came on 1 day after. Tire Pressure Low, so pumped tire with air, then noticed I was given 17 inch winter tires instead of 18 inch. I purchased the Honda CRV EX so 18 inch wheels are standard! Lastly, texted one of the managers as he texted me on my phone first a few months ago to make him aware of winter tires and he told me he would block my number like WOW. Considering everything I went through that's what you say? I've been understanding and nice to this dealership but this was the last straw! Guys please go to any other dealership but this one! They ARE UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE AND THE HAVE NO CARE WHEN IT COMES TO YOUR Vehicle! WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN!!!

This place is a hidden gem! The place is super clean and nicely layout. While it is visible on 401 but you won't easily see it if you drive along Dixie. We went to various car dealerships prior to coming here. Our initial intention was dropped by Ideal Honda just for a quick look of their new cars as it was close to their closing time. We were pleasantly surprised and greeted by Auric who is very friendly and knowledgeable. He find out what we are looking for and arranged a 2021 CR-V for us to test drive. He patiently explained all the new features. He introduced us to Eric Yin, the finance manager. Eric worked out an excellent deal for us on the new vehicle and gave us the best trade-in value for our 2004 CR-V. Overall it was a wonderful experience. No high pressure sales. Had a great experience with Mahad Mofrad he showed me all the SUV’s that were available and did not pressure me into anything let me make the choice of what was best for me he was very professional and looked after me till the end when I purchased a Honda HV-R Sport from him and I am loving the car. I don't usually go out of my way to write a review, but for Ideal Honda I will make an exception. The service department left a less than desirable impression after they told me something was going to be done, then later ended up not being done at all. I don't strive to receive absolute perfection when it comes to service, I understand we are all human and make mistakes. However, for Ideal Honda to tell you something was going to be done and end up not doing it at all is a little concerning. I am just disappointed that this Honda dealership does not meet the same standards as other Honda dealerships. Contrary to the name, this Honda experience was definitely not ideal.
Incredible service from John, I'm very happy with this salesperson. He was very nice, polite and most importantly knowledgeable. He's not a very good "used car" salesperson, but when it comes to new cars, he was extremely efficient and knowledgeable. I recommend this Honda dealer - they give great deals and everyone was nice. Will surely purchase another car from them next year.
Be CAREFUL when trying to lease or purchase a vehicle from this dealership. They are very misleading with the information they give you. Spoke to the Finance Manager Eric on the phone and was given misleading information which wasn't the worst part. Eric tried to include taxes on the buy-out of my leased vehicle. YOU DO NOT PAY TAXES ON THE BUYOUT OF A LEASED VEHICLE if you are trading it in. After reviewing the break down I called Eric to ask why I was being charged HST on a leased vehicle he quickly panicked pretended to be with a customer and said he will call me back. HE HASN'T CALLED BACK and won't respond to my messages. It was actually hilarious to hear the panic and shock in his voice. If this was truly a mistake he would have taken the time to make the adjustments however it clearly wasn't and he really thought he was going to pocket $2,300. Do your research and understand your purchase or you will be SCAMMED by such individuals.
My experience with Ideal Honda has been nothing short of spectacular. The facility is large, very clean, and the staff is great. The service department is very knowledgeable and efficient. In the sales department Ajmal, Adam and Victor were all very professional, informative and welcoming. You can tell these guys genuinely care about customer service and it shows. I'm always greeted with a smile when I walk through the door, and for that reason I won't go anywhere else. I pass by 2 other Honda dealerships, and I do it gladly because Ideal is worth the trip. Worst car buying experience ever. Stay clear and don't spend your hard earned money at this crooked dealership. Sales person to general managers to financial service managers, all of them are incompetent in their job. They are disgrace to Honda brand and should be sent back to further training's to do their job effectively.

I had a very bad experience during service/recall. Even though i was told that I’ll receive complimentary ride during the service window they told me the ride isn’t provided for oil change services and even though i had other things i wanted them to check. Additionally, In the receipt it was mentioned a complementary car wash was included but i had to wash my car again after my way back home. My car is showing this warning message about cruze-control when i drive on highway with cruze on ever since i bought the vehicle and when this message pops up the cruze won’t turn back on unless i turn off the vehicle and start it again and this guy told me that it isn’t an issue and it’s due to dirt or something and advised to turn off my vehicle every time it pops up. I am not visiting that place again.

The car I went to see was already sold but...he recommended a car he believed is ideal for my needs. Ask him what he would recommend and you won’t be disappointed! Straightforward dealing and a good quality car made this a positive experience. Sales rep Amir wanted us to have a good experience, and was pleasant to deal with. Some glitches (a missing second key and a missing vacuum canister) were resolved at no charge to our satisfaction. Not five star, but an above average experience for buying a used vehicle.
I want to purchase a 2022 Civic Touring, so naturally I go to read reviews of nearby dealerships so I can decide where to go. Instant turn off when I read recent reviews, by "Thanh Phan" and "Cosimo DI IORIO" recommending someone named Auric. Both of these "reviews" have literally the exact same wording about "helping me navigate the world of digital dashboards" and "I encourage all future customers to ask for him by name..." Be better, Ideal Honda.
I went in looking to purchase a new car and had an amazing experience at Ideal Honda after shopping around quite a bit. I highly recommend Aftab Malik at Ideal Honda he was exceptional. He was professional, transparent and went above and beyond all expectations. Throughout the sales experience he did not waste time, he was all business and did not give me the flowery sales pitch. He listened, gave me space to think and did not come back until I was ready. From the sale till I picked up the car, he was fantastic. Upon pickup, he spent some time showing me some of the features on the car, he even helped me get Android Auto setup so I could see my phone screen on the car. I had an issue with some mats I ordered and management (Solomon Ali) was exceptional. He did not think twice before assuring that I was taken care of. From sales to service I was ecstatic with the entire process!
If you are planning to visit the dealership, the first thing, you get a written confirmation on is if the price fixed or negotiable, otherwise, you will be wasting your time. I went in with an expectation that I could secure a 2018 Honda Odyssey, It didn't work out. I didn't like the negotiation part, which was wishy washy. I was told on the phone, the price could be negotiated, and hence, I went to the dealership. I set out an offer, which included installation of a hitch which obviously Honda overcharges by 2x. That aside, I thought I offered a fair price, basically knock off $500 from the listed price, and include the installation of the hitch. They didn't agree, I stood firm and walked away. I was hoping they could solution, a suggestion perhaps to make the deal work. Tried again on the phone, and was told at the end that the listed price was non-negotiable. Hence the 3 star due to the mis-statement. They should have said fixed price from the start, and I would have aligned my expectation and not wasted my time.

He was very professional and took time to explain the features of the cars we were interested in, fully responded (and more) to our questions, and offered various options so we could make an informed decision. Called Honda to ask about if my car is still covered under a recall... since I got a letter about it. I spoke to a lady in the service department who apparently took this information down as a message with a commitment to call me later. I understand I’m not booking a “service appointment” thus there won’t be an opportunity to necessarily profit off of me, however, I expect some level of professionalism and customer service, considering I do drive your manufacturer at the moment, and was most definitely looking into an upgrade. Customer service in this case was just plain and simply absent and thus will not be driving a Honda anymore.

My first time buying a Honda, I’ve been a Ford girl all my life and compared to the other Honda locations this one was amazing! Great service and the staff care about the customers needs. Amir and Eric went above and beyond to help me get my used 2014 Honda Accord Sport. Any issues I had with the car they made sure to fix them all before I picked up the car and they were great at getting back to me right away. I would definitely recommend them to any of my friends and I love my Honda!!!
I wish i could’ve give them 0 star rating. They are simply incompetent. My appointment was for a non-working AC in my 2017 Civic, when i went there to get that issue resolve( Honda Manufacturing issue). They surprisingly asked from me to pay $195 for Diagnosis. When i mentioned them that, there were no conversation over the phone about that Diagnosis charge. They simply told me, i didn’t ask about it. Even in Last June i had replaced my Breaks from them, and after that job. It was horrible to drive in that way, as it supposed to be. And i was told by them to spend more to get my breaks done. Which i did but my problem was same.So i tell everybody DO NOT GO there. They just simply incompetent and Non- professional people. They don’t know how to maintain a Honda standards.☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️
Excellent experience at Ideal Honda. I had visited 4 other dealerships before stopping by Ideal Honda and my experience here was one of the best. Unique Jacques quickly setup an appointment after my internet inquiry and followed up with me until my scheduled date. Upon arrival, I was greeted at reception and was then introduced to Junior McLeod who would be taking care of me. Junior was professional, down to earth, and was exceptional in both knowledge and service. Not once did I feel pressured, and I was able to have great conversations throughout. Thusanthan (Shan) Ravindran assisted me when I came to pick up my vehicle, and I am glad to say that he also possesses the same characteristics required to provide excellent customer service. I recommend anyone to visit either of these two associates for future purchases; you will have a outstanding experience.
Worst Honda service centre. Never visit this location, no customer service and they just want to make more money. Really disappointed with their service.
Beware, my wife took the vehicle in for service and was told that a new muffler was required for $850. I went to look at it and realized there was nothing wrong other than a rubber support dot broken off period took the vehicle to Zoro muffler, they replaced the rubber support at no charge. Highly recommend Zoro great service.
Ridiculous service. Aaprox1000$ job quoted for almost approx 4000$. They recommended me to change the parts that my car never needed. All it needed is front wheel bearing and front flange and rear hub for civic. They told me to replace the following part just to let you guys no none of the below parts were damaged in any form - lower control arm for front - strut - knuckle/bearing - abs sensor( abs light was never on) - rear tailing arm - lower and upper control arms for rear - knuckle and bearing - abs sensor
I just purchased a really great used car from Ideal Honda yesterday. My experience with this dealership was amazing! Eric Yin needs to be recognized as a very knowledgable and wonderful sales rep. The dealership Manager Adam also took great care of us! I would highly recommend this dealership, they're fair and made car shopping a wonderful experience!
Beware of ideal Honda’s quoting malpractices. I was told by the service manager that the car rental was included in the paint job he quoted. I specifically asked him about this and he assured it. When I went for the appointment I was told that the rental is not included and I have pay for it.
Treated poorly at this dealership when asking simple questions. An utter disgrace to the Honda brand and everything I've come to expect from other dealers.

I had a great experience at Ideal Honda. Location was super clean and nice. It was my first time buying a used car from this location. Mr Ajmal helped me, I did test drive for Honda CRV 2017. He was knowledgeable and friendly answered all of my questions and helped me to decide what I was looking for. On delivery day all went well Mr Furqan and Mr Emad sales manager was very courteous. This dealership is the definition of crooks. Bought a Civic from here, with a global recall. Got the AC condenser fixed once, kicked out yet again 6 months later. Bring it back, tell me the part is on back order and will not have an appointment for 5 months. Call with an appointment within 2 months. After 2 months of struggling in the heat with no AC, I am told that there is contaminated gas in the line and I will be charged $250 for this part that was on a global recall...makes sense right. Best part is, I tried to put Freon in, but due to a Honda Specific Cap on the condenser, I was not even able to do this. So please tell me how this is possible without the Honda Connection? Complete scam. I wouldn't buy another vehicle from this dealership, and at this rate, Honda in general. GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT THIS ESTABLISHMENT!

Came in for an oil change, then the attendant goes on to tell me that I could get a free multi point inspection plus free car wash if I so choose. Before I was done clarifying if actually those are free services, the attendant goes on to sell a bunch of other services to me which I declined. I then asked if the MPI and car wash would still be offered to me for free since I declined other services, she says "yes". I leave and go to work for the time being. While at work, I get a call saying my tire is leaking from the rim and that it needs to be looked at for $75. I decline the offer since I have a mechanic who takes care of these things for me. An hour or so later, I am back at Honda and to my surprise, the "free" services were not done, plus after driving about a KM to pump my tires, I noticed that the tire valve of the tire they looked at was missing. I had to drive back to Honda and request they replace my valve. Bad experience all around. This is my second time bringing my car for service at Ideal Honda. On both occasions, customer service was bad. I will not be back unfortunately even though it is the closest Honda dealership from my place of work.
