Firstly, get a Genesis if you're the market for a luxury yet sporty vehicle! It will not disappoint! My experience purchasing a 2022 Genesis G70 was nothing short of pleasant. All this was made possible by none other than Asshar. The initial interaction down to the delivery was smooth as ever! I have no doubt that the post service will also be as good.

We went to buy our first SUV Genesis GV80 3.5T Prestige. My sales person was Mr.Zach, He was very accommodating when he explained about the vehicle. All the information was explained regarding the sales process. Actually you can buy a car without even going to showroom. Everything is done online. The lease/finance document arrived along with the vehicle and all the process was completed within 45 mins. Zach is available on phone and can request for a second demo if required. Which is great as the second demo happens in our place and no need to even go to the showroom. Overall a fantastic experience. P.S - There was a bit of delay in delivery but that is understandable it was common with all the car manufacturers all over the world. I will update this review after my first service experience. I am sure its going to be exciting as well.

Scheduled a test drive, and confirmed via email without any notification they stood me up and wasted my time, did not even bother to send an apology email or advise of cancellation of appointment. Send email to the same staff and manager to inquired NO REPLY FROM ANYONE! WHAT A WAY TO TREAT POTENTIAL CUSTOMER!

I contacted Genesis over a month ago about a racist outburst at this location a month a ago. I own a Hyundai, and love the brand and it's siblings, but some sales staff at this location have zero professionalism. This is what I sent to Genesis with no direct response so I decided to blast this on social media due to a lack of response. This incident occurred Oct 23rd, 2018. "I just walked out after one staff said to another jokingly, "Why did you just spend 30 minutes talking to those Fresh Prince guys." After two black men, still in the show room walked over to look at some of your vehicles. I don't care if he's quoting another coworker, if he said it jokingly or if he knew those two men. It's 2018 and I could hear it over 15 feet away inside a show room." These were two excited, enthusiastic men, who genuinely were looking at buying one of these cars. update: after contacting Genesis immediately after this situation, It's Jan12th, 2019 and still no response about this. They did say they would have someone contact me in October.

I visited Genesis Mississauga on Saturday afternoon in snowing weather. There was enough sales staff. Only one sales girl attending all. One sales girl and man keep dancing and Boutique Manager chatting with them. Suddenly Boutique Manager came to me and asked me please leave the store because we have sales meeting here. I left the store in one second.I could not even argue with him, because his acting and face impression was too funny. Good luck Hyundai of Mississauga and Genesis. Edit-You explained 30 minutes sitting story at the lounge.You should also write in that 30 minutes your sales staff were just dancing. Your one of sales girl wrote a FAKE review on my business. That does mean to me a unprofessional sales staff at Genesis of Mississauga. Extremely poor customer service, not professional and would not recommend!

Beautiful car, GV80, with an overall bad customer service experience. The sale process was swift and good, but after sales service sucks. We were offered a trade in value for our 2 Mercedes Benz E300 cars, which we traded for 2 GV80S, but lesser amount cheques were made and instead of sending us the cheques we were asked to come to the square one site to pick up the cheques. 3 months and no one has an answer. The vehicles were delivered to us , but after we were kept waiting for hours, on a rainy day, driven to our place and not on the fancy flatbeds as are being done to some other customers. This is plain discrimination or utter management failure. I wonder how many times this mississauga dealership gets customers who buy not one but two GV80S on the same day. Mr. Nav Bhatia you should look into this kind of issues at your level. In the end I would say we regret our decision to walk away from MERCEDES.

Just purchased a G70 from Asher. It took a while to complete the purchase due to my travel schedule and few other unforeseen circumstances. Ashar and team were patient and didn’t make feel pressured or rushed to finalize the purchase. Ashar and Fares were very honest and advised me upon picking up the car that there was a recall on the vehicle and asked me to wait to pick up the vehicle vs. Taken the vehicle and then returning to address the recall. This buying experience was much different then your normal car purchase there was no real pressure to buy. The showroom and free espresso are impeccable I highly recommend buying from Ashar and team. The car is amazing and can’t wait to experience all of it what she has offer. Shout out goes to Ashar for making it happen.

Showroom looked clean and nicely organized. I went on a Monday afternoon so there were more staff than shoppers, but none actually helped or greeted me. I was looking for a potential replacements for my car and wanted to compare the G70. I could only check out the interior but nothing else. It's definitely a very different experience than walking into a car dealership. I'd say it's more like the car displays in the middle of malls.

The first test drive went well, but I then learned that I lived too far away(Kitchener) to have a GV80 test-drive without a deposit entered. I’ve decided against the GV80 as I’m concerned there will be more complications with ownership of the vehicle.

Beware of Mississauga Genesis. This is not a dealership. It is only a store front. If you have any issues or require service you will be sent to Mississauga HYUNDAI. There will be NO Genesis experience here. You will be put on the bottom of the list with no special consideration The GV70 is a great car and the sales team was good until the car was delivered. Now they are ignoring our calls and we must deal with the totally inept service team at the Hyundai dealership We will be calling Genesis Canada to see if we can switch our service provider to an established Genesis dealer if there are any

Just FYI please check your lease or finance agreement before taking the delivery because the chances are your payment will increase drastically and all you will get systems error. Apparently you have to make an appointment just to check out the interior of the vehicles if you come by after 5pm. I fail to understand the logic of this policy. If you're going to open up a showroom inside a mall, you should make the vehicles easy to check out by potential buyers. This goes against the image Genesis is trying to project. Very disappointed.

Rizwan was professional, courteous and knowledgable about the g70 and g80 platforms. I came into the showroom unexpectedly since it was convienent at that time of doing other errands. His demeanor is calm, patient and understanding as I was not ready to buy today but gathering more information. Knowing this, he still took out the time to treat me as if I was serious in buying. I bought Genesis in 2018. I'm now 2 years in dealing with this dealership. If possible I suggest you go else where to buy the car as the service is tied to the dealership of you purchase for Genesis. The car purchase process took a while and wasn't the greatest experience, but we like the car. I still like the car but the service is dysfunctional. Not sure if it is just a staffing issue or not. First, good luck reaching anyone who will take your call. I called 5 times today and has not yet reached anyone. I had service booked today and they needed to come and pick up the car. It's now 3PM and no one has called which means I doubt anyone is coming. So you can't trust your appointment will be honored. This has happened multiple times. . In the past I maneuver this lack consistency by dropping the car off, but now that I work from home it is no longer feasible. Even if you drop the car off the service may or may not be done when it said which happens but no one calls you. My other car is VW and I always get my call answered or call returned within 2 hours. Anyways if you are expecting a flawless service experience, this dealership is not the place for you. I can't even complain since I can't get hold of anyone.

Buying a car today can be a bit of a challenge especially with supply chain issues and the lack of used vehicles to choose from not to mention covid. The staff at Genesis Mississauga were exceptional when helping me find the right car for me. Naush Adil and Ashhar Malik along with their Sales manager Fares Elbeik answered all of my questions and all of my concerns. They made the buying process a stress-free event and never pressured me into making a decision that wasn't right for me. After several visits I traded in my old car for a G70 sport edition. I was treated professionally, all questions were answered to full detail, and received the best customer service I have ever experienced in all my car purchases. Having been a long-time Mercedes-Benz driver for over 30 years, I can safely say that my experience at this dealership was A-1. I enjoyed the courtesy and professionalism. Took delivery of my 2021 GV80 a couple of days ago, and am most impressed not only with the product but the whole process at Genesis Mississauga.

While it took 2 weeks to purchase the car? Not sure why? The salesperson handled the transaction with professionalism and attentive detail! There were a number of issues...but were addressed and taken care of. I would recommend having your guard up and suspicions up! Ontario needs a Lemon Law like California has! It would keep not just manufactures in check! But it would clean up a lot of crooks lurking in the automotive selling business! Beware of reviews that use too many “great” wonderful or amazing? There is no such thing when buying a car! Especially from a used car lot! At least when you buy a car (used or new) from a dealer you may pay a bit more but they have more to lose! Buying a car in Ontario (unless it’s new) is or can be a horrible experience not to mention scam? When buying a used car...unless it’s a low KM demo from a dealer? Have it inspected! You’ll thank yourself later for it! Beware of low mileage cars? Too easy to roll back mileage nowadays! This dealer wanted to charge me an extra $1000 ($3400) for an extended warranty even when Genesis was telling me that warranty was available for $1000 less! ($2400). If it doesn’t feel right? It isn’t! Dealers... no matter how many basketball games they attend? In the end have to make money to pay for not only their businesses but the season tickets at the Raptors? In the end...if a dealer doesn’t do right by their customers...they will have to spend more in advertising to get new customers? When they could make more from reciprocal business and happy customers! Genesis should follow Apple’s example and create their own closed loop sales and service centres? It won’t take but a few bad apples to spoil their goals? I think Genesis is doing something Lexus and infinity haven’t been able to do? Being different sometimes is better! Great cars by the way! From someone that has driven BMW’s and AUDI’s (cars better leased than purchased). All his life!

My neighbour purchased 2 luxury cars from here and when delivering, their truck crushed the backboard of our basketball net. My boys rely on this during this weird year. We have a small business and were forced to shut down for 3 months this year so we didn't need another expense. We are still waiting for someone to address this. Someone? Are you planning to follow through? Disappointing....the store manager down't seem to think this is a priority.

Just got our car delivered today. The overall purchasing experience was incredibly easy and convenient. We went to check out the models at the showroom and were welcomed by extremely helpful and friendly staff. Honestly speaking, I have no interest in Hyundai as a brand but after checking the store out as the cars do look decent, I was told the cars were locked and just for show. They have changed that now, however, during my original visit if you are going to try and sell a new car and even new company to me... At least let me sit in it and try it out before you try and pitch what you know. Maybe show me the interior of the vehicle and give me some price points and key features rather than asking me if I'm serious to buy the car or not. If I was a mystery shopper you would've failed.

My experience started on the right track after a good conversation with Chris (store manager). Spent 20 minutes on the phone to setup an in person test drive. Thought of giving Hyundai an opportunity as the new cars look great. Unfortunately no one called or showed up at agreed upon appointment. Called to complain about it and the staff had no remorse and suggested they will investigate. Shameful! wasted my time. Looks like reading previous reviews it's a new normal for these unprofessional people.

So dissapointing for a brand that wants to compete with other high end automotive manufacturers. The after sale experience has been a horrible from sales to service. I had purchased a demo 2017 G90 in February 2021 it had snow tires on and was assured that the car came with summer tires that were in storage. When it came time to get them installed they could not be found. It took three weeks of calling and texting two or three times a week. Feris the Sales manager ignored many of my calls and and did not return calls when promised. I tried calling the Mississauga hyundai service manager to call me twice and was promised a call back which didn't happen. I also sent an email the the second in command didn't want to bother Bav didn't even get a response. Finally was advised by Feris they would provide new tires which they did after three week's. I called to get my oil changed recently and book a car none were available for nearly three weeks. I decided to go to the Mississauga Hyundai dealership instead, waited around for a while noticed my car was parked no call or text it was ready. The tires were to be rotated and I asked the service advisor if they had he said yes they were not. The advisor did apologize for this and they will look into this with the technician and asked if I wanted a call from the service manager which I said yes, do you think I got that call no. Sorry to say my experience has been disappointing and frustrating. This is the second Genises I had purchased and didn't have this issue the first time. I don't think I will buy a third time based in my after sale service. n

I had the pleasure of working with Satveer to purchase my G70 and from the first phone call to delivery, the service was nothing short of exceptional. Satveer went out of his way to ensure I was taken care of and patiently answered every question I had. He assisted me on his off days to accommodate my schedule and was never more than a text away to lend a hand. Buying a Genesis with Satveer truly felt like I was creating a relationship, not just a transaction. I'd recommend asking for Satveer to anyone looking to purchase a car from Genesis, as he was a major factor in the flawless experience I've had with the brand. The car itself is amazing: looks great, feels great and drives great. Really nothing else to say as I'd be repeating myself. Only odd point I'd like to mention was that Satveer drove a Sonata demo. Think it'd make more sense for him to have a Genesis, since that's the car his helping guests purchase. Overall, amazing experience and I know I'll be looking for Satveer again when I want to make another purchase in the future.

Came in on a Sunday and there was a girl sitting there. I wanted to get to know the car and I am looking to purchase within a month or so. The girl told me that no one is available because its a Sunday and the cars are all locked. She did not have keys either, since she is only there to look after the store. The girl went back to her TV show on the laptop as multiple customers walked away with disgust. Genesis is doing a great job with this new method of car sales but a few bad apples are ruining it for them. I don't write reviews often but hopefully this will help the store improve.

My experience was not good at the genesis missisauga and the only reason is that we feel that we were judged on our appearance and were not taken seriously. The cars were good and we loved the g70 but the only thing which took us back was that firstly we were not welcomed by any of the salesperson as they were busy on their phones and secondly we have to ask for every specific detail. At the end, I went back to my hyundai dealer and purchased palisade luxury trim and the customer service was way more better than genesis. Would give a second try in future to see if there us something better we may experience at genesis or no.

Absolutely the worst experience leasing a vehicle. I had a lot of reluctance about making the switch from Audi to a brand that doesn’t really have a dealer network to speak of. But, they were very slick at Genesis Mississauga and leased me a GV80 that I was excited to get. Ashhar Malik was the Sales Rep and he managed the delivery of the vehicle to our home. And that’s strange because it was winter and you’d think he might have noticed that the washer fluid wasn’t working. At all. I got delivery of the vehicle last night and, today, while out on the highway, tried to clean the windshield and… nothing. No washer fluid. That’s pretty dangerous. Not “inconvenient” as they tried to later excuse it - dangerous. I was able to exit the highway, pull over and get to a gas station. I checked the reservoir, it wasn’t full but it wasn’t empty. I topped it up. Still not working. No power to the washer fluid. This is a brand new vehicle. They absolutely did not PDI this vehicle before delivering it to me. I don’t know what to say about this dealership except I feel completely misled about their attention to detail and basic safety. You should go literally anywhere else. These people are negligent. Update January 23rd: despite the fact that I was driving on the 403 with a completely obscured windshield and had to do an emergency exit all because the dealership didn’t ensure the fuses were replaced in the car before delivering it - they’ve done nothing to fix this mess. Nothing at all. No call from a Manager, not a single attempt to make this right. I’ve left messages, spoken to the service department - no one is taking responsibility for this. They wouldn’t even send a courtesy vehicle. The “white glove service” they tout? Nonsense. This would never happen with the German brands, heads would roll. I wouldn’t trust this dealership to deliver your vehicle ready for you to drive. Even the rear lift gate wasn’t operating properly. Dangerous. Negligent. Incompetent.

The boutique itself is very clean and spacious, and boasted a modern style that felt different from other dealerships. My husband and I booked an appointment to test drive the GV80 back in March 2021. Ashhar, the sales agent, brought over the car for us to test drive and we took turns driving for over an hour while Ashhar explained the different features with us. Unfortunately the car was just too big for us but we were very interested in the Genesis brand and Ashhar introduced us to the GV70. He kept in contact with us throughout the months and gave us a call right away when the GV70 3.5 came out. We went for the test drive but the car seemed a little too powerful and we wanted to try the GV70 2.5 first before deciding. This meant another month of waiting but Ashhar did not give us ANY pressure at all! We finally got to try the GV70 2.5 and loved it immediately. We had a few back and forth regarding the options and colour we wanted but again, Ashhar accommodated us and NEVER giving us any pressure. Eventually, Ashhar called us to the dealership one day to show us a GV70 and we quickly acquired it. During this pandemic, everything is in a shortage which makes the purchase more difficult in the process. However, Genesis worked professionally and ensure the whole process work smoothly. I am grateful for their hard work to make my purchase come true. Good car and good sales service.

Dont know where to even start with it. I own one of the 2016 G80 models, called in for upgrade and to get price appraisal because I wanted to get out of the existing nightmare with service and switch to lease. Its been 6 month since they took my details and never got back to me, even after numerous attempts to reach out to them. If you are new to this brand, don't go by the looks of it, it is beautiful on the outside, but disgusting when it comes to customer treatment and vehicle maintenance. I don't know any other luxury brand that leaves greasy finger print s all over interior after service, or damages the car while in services and then acts like it was done by the customer. Warranty repairs is a totally different story, they dont have parts for these cars and take forever to repair anything, but, only if you finally get them to fix it. for most of the time they just say - its normal. my car got faulty propeller shaft, and its 3rd year now, since they cant fix it. I changed 4 dealerships, all same treatment. Beware!!! all they want is your money. and that statement about relationship on their page is nonsense. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

The staff here at the Square One location is awesome. However this review will focus on the cars. I recently got the G70 3.3T Sport model after much research and test driving. I test drove the BMW 440 Xdrive which was the only car available closest to the 340 and the Mercedes Benz C43 AMG. The BMW was quite a bit of a letdown especially at the price which the 340 will start around 80K. The C43 on the other hand was a complete opposite of the BMW. I loved the sound and the aggressive shifting. The C43 I test drove would've ran me 81K tax in. Much better than the BMW in my opinion but when it came to the G70 I found it to be squared right in the middle of the two. Can be loud and harder at shifting but at times can also be quiet and smooth shifting. I feel that the G70 is able to really bring the best of both worlds of sportiness and luxury in one very competitively priced car. It does not end there as while I've also researched the G70 as well, not one reviewer mentions the Genesis Connected app that is available for phones and tablets that allow you to monitor the vehicle's systems, start, A/C and heat, and even where the vehicle is parked and many more options. So at a starting price of the 3.3T Sport at 58K, it is very hard to go wrong here and I suggest any new car buyers looking in the compact sport and luxury sedan market, please do yourself a favour and test drive the G70. The helpful yet awesome staff can help you with any questions and help you book a test drive.

I visited this showroom with my husband in the past, and unfortunately it's an experience that I will never forget. Upon entering the showroom, neither my husband or I were acknowledged by the sales personnel. Soon after we entered, the sales lady turned off the lights and proceeded to pull down the "gate" to the store without giving my husband or I any notice as to what she was doing. While being in shock at what was happening, my husband and I had to quickly leave the store. The sales lady still didn't acknowledge us, or apologize to us. I'd like to think that her actions had nothing to do with my husband and I being Black or looking young. Regardless, it was an extremely disappointing situation. It seems like others have had other similar experiences. I'm hopeful that by now, there's been some changes regarding the staff in this store.

I was greeted at the front desk and directed to Ashhar Malik. He was exceptional to work with! He sat us down, went over all the features, every option, the engine differences, the financing, everything. Over 2 hours. No pressure no nothing, just the facts. I must say I love that genesis has removed the haggling and negotiations outta the sales. It was a pleasure for once to just purchase a car and not stress if I’m getting a “deal” or not. Highly recommend the car and this dealership and staff. When I picked up the car Ashhar even had a big bow on the car which was a nice personal touch.

I felt he was always looking out for my best interests, I never felt pressured. Before picking up the car, Satveer arranged for winter tires to be installed, but I was unable to take the summer tires with me. You are not going to believe this but today Satveer drove down to London with my summer tires, from Mississauga. That is a four hour round trip. This is service above and beyond. Below is a copy of an email I sent to the VP Operations at Mississauga. A week later after have been promised an owners manual, I still don't have it. If you are thinking about purchasing a vehicle from Mississauga Genesis don't expect any level of service ≈====≈======== Mr Dukhilall, I took delivery of my 2021 Genesis G70 from your Square One location on May 14, 2021. I must say the delivery experience can only be classed as underwhelming. I purchased a demo with 5500 km. My concerns are as follows: 1. Only one fob was available for the car. The sales person, Mike Capistrano, assured me they would find the other fob and I could pick it up. I live 2 hours north so we agreed it would be sent by courier. The fob never was located. Today, June 11, I took the car to Mississauga Hyundai for service. They had a fob and programmed it for my vehicle 2. The car had a manual for a 2020 Genesis, not a 2021. While I was in for service I was given the multi-media manual in both English and French, however I don't have a manual for the rest of the vehicle. I have no idea how a number of the functions in the vehicle work. I spoke with Mike Capistrano and he said I could stop by the Square One location and pick one up. Unfortunately by the time I reached him, I was half way home. He knew I didn't have the manual, so why wasn't it ready when I took the car for service. Apparently it is to be sent by Purolator, I'm not holding my breath! 3. When putting my plates on the new vehicle no one had the appropriate screwdriver. Fortunately my husband had come prepared so my plates could be changed 4. The windshield washer fluid dispenser was empty and the alert kept chiming as soon as I started the car for the first time. 5. It took 12 days to be able to use Genesis Connected Services as the car wasn't transferred over to my name. The Connected Services Rep told me the vehicle was registered to someone else, so perhaps it wasn't really a demo, maybe just a used car! I was also told that Genesis Connected Service was similar to OnStar in that they provide turn by turn directions if the address isn't found on your Nav. That is not true, I tried and was told the service is not available. I was also told I had 6 months of free satellite radio, I guess say anything to make a sale! 6. The morning after getting my car I was altered to service the car within the month. My question is, why wasn't this done prior to delivery? 7. Mike was very busy as he was delivering the car. He gave me the fob and said you can figure out the buttons. Still don't know why the memory seats are not saving the settings and since I don't have a manual I have no clue I did communicate my displeasure to Feris El Beik and he said the Connect Services app should be available for my use in a few days. I did end up calling an 800 number and after about 45 minutes, the car was transferred to my name and the app became functional. After having owned a Lexus, an Infiniti, a Jaguar, a Mercedes I must say Genesis does not live up to the reputation of being a luxury brand. Hopefully by highlighting these issues you will be able to fix your processes so as not to disappoint your next client.

The concierge staff (Chris and Terry B) at Genesis Mississauga Sq1 are very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. When I first visited this boutique store, I met Chris who was readily available to explain the Genesis brand to the customers including the features of the cars, mainly the G70 (the vehicle that first caught my attention) in great detail. You can tell he is very passionate about the Genesis brand he is representing by his overall demeanour and enthusiasm. I fell in love with the 2019 G70 the moment I first laid my eyes on it thinking "This would be my dream car one day." As a first vehicle buyer, I wanted to do more research and reviewed other luxury options before finalizing my decision. I went back to this boutique store a few times and decided to book a test drive with Terry B., who was also friendly and patient with me as he reviewed different trims and features of the G70 without being pushy and made sure I was comfortable during my meeting with him. Once I decided to make my deposit online to purchase the G70, Terry B. was resourceful and walked me through the buying process, providing me with his expert opinion of which features I will need for my car that will surely meet my needs. Terry B. was a great sales manager to deal with as he consistently exhibited great communication skills and responded to my email inquiries on time. For instance, when I decided to add the window tints last minute on the same week of the delivery of my vehicle, he was able to get the job done. He was very accommodating of my schedule and provided me options of when I wanted my car to be delivered based on my convenience as a customer. In general, I am very pleased with Genesis Motors Canada and the first class service their staff provided. I am very fortunate to have my new 2019 G70 as my first car which has become my daily driver to work. In fact, I drove this bad boy to Niagara region on the second day. I am extremely satisfied with the performance and luxurious interior and exterior appearance of the car. My G70 sports luxury sedan constantly receives many compliments and stares from my friends, co-workers and strangers on the street and gas stations. I leased a new 2020 Genesis G70 in October. I was very impressed with the entire Genesis experience, From their detailed online services to the no haggle pricing. Chris the Boutique manager was very knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through the vehicle in detail despite it being a busy Saturday and even though my 12 year old daughter was with me at the time. Once I decided to move forward I was introduced to Wesley my Genesis experience Representative. Wesley was an excellent advocate and ambassador for the Genesis brand both during the test drive and when my G70 was delivered to my home address. I love the car and it’s well worth the extra money for the 3.3 litre engine. I’m excited to see the GV80. Thanks to Wesley and Genesis Mississauga for the best ever new car buying experience. The young man who is quick to help anyone is a desperate need for this dealership. Sales staff here are rude, pompous and feel they are better than the customer. I sat and listened while one sales staff argued with a customer. I’ve contacted by phone and email and have had 0 response. I walked in and I believe his name was Mike was a joy to deal with, treated me with respect and was very helpful. I would’ve bought a car as I was looking at trading in my Mercedes, however the sales person I had was horrible. No people skills whatsoever. I went elsewhere. No luxury at all.
