They have a great selection of high end cars. But I wonder where they came from. I test drove an Escalade here, and although the truck drove ok, there were noises that weren't normal in a truck that didn't even have 80k on it yet. They claimed it wasn't safety'd or inspected yet, and they have their own local mechanic that they deal with, not in-house. I didn't end up buying the truck - something was off. But the salesman was nice, and never pushy.

Recommended by a friend I decided to visit Etobicoke Motors. I must say at first I've had reservations in purchasing a car from a private dealership but I must say at the end I was very impressed. It is your job to do research on any used car you purchase and then make your final decision. Everyone has their own personal financial situation which will ultimately result in what you purchase and the risks. Etobicoke motors made it easy to weigh out my options to chose the car which best fits my situation. They were very professional and had patience while I was trying to choose from 5 different cars that I has interested in. I got my beautiful Cadillac and a well satisfied customer. Took an appointment with somebody named Sam to view/testdrive a 2013 vehicle which was on Autotrader for more than 6 weeks. Called & fixed a time in the evening around 6:30ish. Drove from work for more than 35 kms in evening rush hour traffic to reach there...When I reached there I was told that his manager has taken the car to home as an ride so the car is not available. Gave me an old excuse of "I called you but could not reach your phone to inform you" which is foolish in 21st century (voicemail even works when my battery is dead & my battery was good whole day).... This dealership gives car to employees to drive home & to work when in inventory & god knows what those employees can do to original part in the cars which they sell latter on to people like us. So if you are like me who respects time,quality & keeps unprofessional approach out of their life as much as possible, then stay away from them...

I’m only putting a five star, to make my comment visible, O star for this dealership. Before buying a car I read the reviews, to make sure I was making the right decision. Reviews are important for the customers, and it should be respected and not altered. My experience at first was great, they were very helpful and “honest”. They helped me with everything from getting a loan to getting the plates and so on. The car seemed very well maintained, and my partner and I were excited and happy. But all of these went downhill. After a few months in, lights started to show in the car, it needed “service” and other things. I have constantly went to the dealership to get it fixed but I did not work, they didn’t really helped after they got their money. They provided a summary of the car conditions, and stated the car was not in any type of accident at first. This was a huge lie!! I never went back since they never really try to helped , I have spended money and time in this car and finally I have recently gone to the actual car making dealership and run some test, as I have been having all types of problems with this car a few months in since I got it, it’s been now 2 years since I got it, I found out the car had previously had 3!!!! major accidents before I got it, this does ruined the car!, and as a dealership they should know that! This is unbelievable and very disappointing as I trusted this company to help me buy this car. I trusted their opinion and professionalism , which clearly they have non. All I have to say it’s to be careful when entering this dealership. Very disappointed and never going back here nor refer or recommend anyone to get a car here. Very untrusted, unworthy , so unfortunate I had to experience this, and decided to put a review to let this company know , to work more efficient and provide more honesty info to their customer who come vulnerably to their store excited to get a car, and to everyone else to triple check and have outside sources before buying a car here. I talked about my experience here , and for sure this is not a 5 star rating for me!

bought an audi A4 2008 couple of months ago from the dealership, very happy with my car and my experience with them. had a small issue regarding a Tire pressure sensors, but was fixed and taken care of as promised by the business manager. the auto store is beautiful . sales person was very professional and very helpful as am very picky regarding my purchase. they have nice selection of all imports specially BMW , AUDI and MERCEDES BENZ. for sure highly recomanded business place to all my family and friends, God Bless.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Moe and Shan to sell my 2013 Land Rover LR2 HSE. As we are in the middle of a pandemic I was very leery of selling my vehicle privately. Had Moe inspect my vehicle and he offered a fair price. Had a cheque in my hand within 15 minutes and we were all set. I avoided having to provide certification, purchasing a used vehicle package and dealing with remitting the government the taxes. Everything was handled by Etobicoke Motors. I also avoided multiple low ballers on Auto Trader that may have exposed myself or my family to COVID. I strongly recommend Etobicoke Motors if you would like to sell your vehicle or purchase a new one. Moe and Shan provided an excellent experience!

I was on Dundas st west going towards the Auto Mall on Erin Mills. I stopped by Etobicoke Motors to see what they have in there fleet. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Sam Shaukat, who was very helpful. He gave me the time to look around and was not aggressive as other car sales people I have come across in used car dealership. He showed us quite a few cars in the fleet and we test drove 2 cars. We ended up buying Nissan Sentra 2013. I will recommend Etobicoke Motors Inc. to any body who wants to buy a car. The staff are very professional and courteous. And the main thing is the sales team do not pressure you to make a decision quick.

I don't recommend dealing with this dealer because of one reason. They are dishonest & will lie to sell you the car. The car may be a great or a lemon but the seller is a BIG LIAR.They will hide all problems in the car as much as they can & when you find them, they'll agree to correct those problems but they will either do it cheap or don't do it altogether but tell you that it was done. Don't be fooled by FAKE 5 star reviews with excellent feedback to neutralize the REAL negative reviews. If a business does such great, it is excellent most of time with some acceptable performance not the 2 extremes

These people are liars and big scammers. They are not honest people and will waste your time. Buyer beware! They list the cars on Autotrader and other websites at attractive price and have the buyer call them to inquire about the cars. They would tell the sellers that that the cars are getting shipped or getting serviced hence the cars are not available for viewing. They possibly are bidding on the car in auctions and do not physically have the units. The idea is to gauge buyers interests. Eventually when they are not successful in getting the cars, they would tell you off blaming the shipping company and/or the service company who services their cars. Buyers be aware; they are not sincere and do not expect an honest dealing from them.

I was stunned to witness personnel from this dealership (dealer plate 975 DLZ) arguing with the staff of Artesian Elementary School. The school administrators patrolling the entrance have asked the gentleman to move his car as he was obstructing the school bus and parents walking their kids to school. He became totally outraged after teacher took a photo of his plate despite asking him dozen of times to move his car. Note that school is doing their best to keep everyone at a safe distance during this pandemic. He then started arguing with random parents who were having hard time squeezing through and ended up calling a concerned parent “a white trash”. All this in front of elementary school kids and horrified teachers. This is the caliber and “quality” of people you will get by doing any business here. After witnessing this behaviour, would not drive their car even if given for free! Absolutely disgusting! Out teachers and community deserve better.

Very bad experience with Etobicoke Motors. I bought a 2013 Subaru STI from them and got extremely ripped off. When purchasing they said it would be ready in 1.5 weeks which lead to 2 weeks then to 3 and finally a month after the car was ready. When purchasing I asked for sway bar links to be replaced because they were literally falling apart, a changed intake filter, and readjust the hand break alignment due to it being extremely high and in wrong location. None of these were changed or fixed, once I got onto the highway 30 minutes on my way home check engine light turned on and cruise control flashing and other dash lights, and the front right suspension completely non existent leaving the front end of the car bouncing like a hydraulic low rider. Just another point at the dealership I checked the trunk and the car was missing the spare which they said would call me when it "arrived" it has now been 3 weeks no word of them and no compensation for the horrible sale they have completed. Am now taking my car to a specialist due to it not going over 4.5k rpms until choking and the car shaking, getting all other of the several issues fixed, getting the suspension all replaced and the filter replaced due to it literally being rusted. All though the car is used and I did expect to replace a couple of things due to the car being a Subaru STI. Very poor experience and will not recommend even if the car seems in good shape and they seem like good people as they did at the day of putting down the down payment.

Recently purchased a VW there, very satisfied with the dealer. Nice clean showroom, the cars are all in pristine condition, great selection! Sam and Shan were very accommodating, Sam with the demo and vehicle delivery, Shan in the business office was willing to negotiate a fair deal for us. Car was ready for pickup in less than 24hrs. When we picked the car up there was a bad snow storm which required windshield washer fluid, Sam topped up the fluid in the new VW and also my wife’s Subaru before we left great customer service!

Really bad company, if want a good car dont go to this place, they are not honest, i bought a car from them, after about 2 months had problem with the A/C and the heating, one of head lights stopped working and fog lights as well and when i called them and i told them what happened they, they kept me on hold and then it disconnect. And now my audio system stopped working and when i opened to check it we seen some wires had been cut and some replaced with not a wires And all the 5 stars rate probley are from his family and friends, DONT LET THESE PEOPLE FOOL YA

I bought my 2011 BMW from Etobicoke motors in March 2014 .I had a great experience with everybody I've dealt with there, from my sales rep shawn to sales management, the business office and the crew in…I was really surprised how different each dealership would be. I was helped by knowledgeable sales personal.There inventory area is really huge and well maintained. What really impressed me and made me write this review was i received a phone call from my sales man Shawn last week to assure me that they are there for me if any problem occurs and mainly i am enjoying my wheels that shows that they are not there just to sell they are there to build a solid relationship. Well done Etobicoke Motors.
