I just bought my First MDX Acura second hand used, the one who was really caring and helpful was Andy Lu, he was a gentleman, caring, happy to help and listing to your needs. They have a wonderful place to drink a cup of tea or coffee with a nice big massage chair that if your tired you can put it on and have a great 5 mins massage, I could not use this feature because I’m pregnant so it’s not good for the baby. I will try it when I do my car service lol, I Recommend Andy Lu to anyone want any information or any help for choosing the right car for you. Note: I put 2 pictures for the service that they have and how much it will cost for 1-2-3 years. Hope that comment was helpful for you.

This is a great car showroom. The employees working here are really dedicated to their work and they do their best to enhance our car-buying experience. When I was there, they treated me really well. I dropped off my Toyota Venza for service today. Check in was quick and easy as one of the Toyota Advisors registered my car for regular maintenance. I didn't have to wait long (5 mins) for Toyota's shuttle service to drop me home while they worked on my car. It took 3 hrs to complete the service. After it was complete a shuttle passed by my house so that I can pick up my Venza. My experience with Erin Mills Toyota was very good and I'm happy with the service.

I've been going here for a few years now for my Mazda. The service is good and they always try their best to help students with a little discount if they can. The washroom and reception area are clean, with a little comfort food at the latter. My only issue is when you enter the servicing area, the staff continue on their personal conversations while you're waiting to be served. Last time I was waiting 15 minutes, approached multiple staff, was outright ignored. Gets a bit frustrating.

Best thing the auto center is that it has its own drive way through the whole thing so you can take your time going in and out of each dealer without dealing with traffic. Woodchester Nissan staff openly lies nissan customers during Safety Recall visit that they have performed the services they put on the documents they hand-over to Customers. They do not perform the services. Take the car and park it inside and bring it back to you. General manager and Service advisors lies and cheat people. Technicians are poor quality and not trained, experienced & and certified to fix and diagnose the problems. This dealer charges 2 - 3 times for parts & 2 - 3 times for Service/Labor. They are robbing the customers on a daily basis. People are sitting in waiting area for hours who bought new SUV's but unable to get their vehicles fixed. Avoid this Nissan dealer. Report ALL conduct of misbehavior by this or any Other Nissan dealer staff to Nissan Canada Head Office. Always ask for Estimate, Proof of Inspection and Diagnostics report. There should be a Video proof of all work done on each car made available to all customers.

Allan and the sevice team at Erin Mills Acura are the best. They understand how to look after their customer needs. Everytime I go Allan remembers me and my daughter. I was in there today getting regular service done to my 2011 MDX. I bought the car in 2015 from them. I love going there as I can work in the customer service lounge with free coffee and WiFi. After buying my car I noticed something was wrong with the suspension. I brought it in and they agreed replacing my shocks and control arms for the rear suspension with no haslt (covered under warently of course). Last year I even brought my Dad who bought a 2014 MDX and loves Erin Mills Acura as well. Thanks guys you have 2 loyal customer.

my stepson bought a used car from them .they said it needed multiple things to safety we took the car as is, we brought it to a different mechanic and it needed nothing ,They do not enclose everything in the final price ,they also called myself about the car when I did not purchase it they do not worry about privacy laws. will never recommend this dealership
