If you are looking for luxury cars, this is the place. Highly recommended. I trade my Nissan with a bmw 5 series. Recently I purchased a 2015 BMW 328xi M-Sport from Gus at Carmichael Fine Cars. Leading up to my visit, I spent many months following the market and comparing market pricing against retail and wholesale values. There are three main reasons I ultimately went back to Gus: 1) pricing, 2) vehicle quality, and 3) character. His pricing was already lower than everyone else, which removed any need to haggle. Also, the car I selected had a clean Carfax and easily cleared my pre-purchase inspection. But more importantly, Gus has great character. He is very honest and forthright about the cars and his pricing, and he went above and beyond in many ways throughout the selection and purchase process. He is just an all-around great guy. There isn't one reason I can think of why I will not return to him the next time I need to purchase a vehicle. If you are purchasing a car, you should save yourself some time and just go right to Gus.

Just purchased a 2014 BMW 320i from Gus at Carmichael Fine Cars in Mississauga Ontario. Carmichael Fine Cars was the first dealership I visited. Doing my homework, I checked out 6 other used car dealers in Mississauga, Oakville, and Burlington. I wasted my time and gas because I ended up back at Carmichael after being shocked at the quality of vehicles and scamming sales people at the other dealers. From the beginning I found Gus to be friendly, honest, and very fair. He provided me with an amazing vehicle that he stands behind, gave me a very fair price, and he didn’t try to “nickel and dime” me on the value of my trade in. Have spoken to him a couple times since about other vehicles and parts and would highly recommend!!! Honest and fair, would buy from here again in a heartbeat!

What a great experience dealing with Gus from Carmichael Fine Cars. I recently purchased a 2016 Hyundai Elantra from him, he normally only deals high end cars but what a treat. From beginning to end he went through details about the car and all paperwork was on point. Was able to provide the same day with car fax info about the car and show me that there is no leans or accidents. The deal is also gave me what excellent as below market value for the car. He also detailed the car to give it that new car look and smell. I was looking for a car for over a week and visited some of the bigger used car dealers in Mississauga and Scarborough with no avail. When I came across the prices at Carmichael I initially thought they were too good to be true, as they were some of the lowest advertised on Auto Trader. However, after seeing some cars with the other dealers (one didn't start, the other had the engine light on, one I booked a test drive for wasn't even on the lot when I showed up) I decided that instead of head home I'd give this place a shot. I called and spoke to Roger on the phone who wasn't the typical customer service/sales rep you would expect as he came across a bit direct on the phone. However I showed up at the dealers thinking I had nothing to lose, most of the cars were parked inside the dealership and there were only about 8 cars. Roger explained to me that they are a small outfit that does a lot of volume business on quality cars at lower prices to help compete with the bigger dealers and that they don't hire sales people as they are only a 2 man shop that does the end to end of a car dealers ship from sourcing, mechanics and sales. Sensing Roger's sincerity, I took two cars for a test drive. I decided to purchase a BMW 328i which was in meticulous condition with the added insurance. Most of their vehicles are purchased from BMW financial and come with a car proof and an extended warranty (judgement still out on how good the warranty will be) for further piece of mind. They even agreed to have an inspection of the car at the BMW dealership as a condition of purchase which I thought showed further their belief in the quality of their cars. Soon after I purchased the car I had some minor issues with the car. When I called an explained it to them there was no questions asked and it was fixed the next week. I would highly recommend these guys and will go to them when I need my second vehicle. Nice to know that the little guys are doing the right things that the big guys aren't doing!

Just bought 2015 Mercedes CLA w/AMG package for wife. Gus was not just patient, but very proactively communicative about the vehicle (e.g. on the vehicle walk around, he pointed out a few minor imperfections before I caught them). Most importantly, he was honest and transparent with us even on areas he didn't need to be. No hard sell. Very pleased with the car so far. When my own car dies, I am definitely seeing Gus again. There are too many used car dealers out there that are not transparent with their vehicles and the history. Gus tells you everything and more. He has over 20yrs experience and it shows. Fair pricing right from the start so I could avoid needless haggling. It's a Win-Win. Like a good doctor, lawyer or mechanic, you want to buy your car from someone you can 100% trust.
