They must be doing something right as their inventory changes so quickly that by the time you decide to buy the vehicle, chances are it might be gone. So people like me who cannot make a decision on the spot, at least leave a hold until you can make up your mind. I went to several other dealerships before finally buying my vehicle through them, their sales guys are NOT pushy at all which is almost unheard of in used car business.

Had a very negative experience with this used car sales location. Right out of the gate the sales rep misquoted the price by trying to build in their nonsense additional sales package. They also asked to "look" at my car which I found out later meant taking my car for a drive without my permission. As well while I was waiting for the salesman to do some kind of administrative nonsense with the finance manager one of the other sales reps came and took the keys from his desk to show another "interested" couple the car. This was clearly a sales tactic. Stay away from this dealer. Funny enough I ended up buying a car from another dealer who didn't play these games 2 days later.

I had a pretty positive experience at Autotech with Chirs/John and the team there. They're honest guys and I felt comfortable in my dealings with them. The car i bought was in great shape and a very good price. I had a cool test drive on the highway and after some light negotiations I was ready to buy!. The car took a few days to get licensed, certified as well as the basic maintenance. In all it was relatively stress free and convenient. If I was looking for another used vehicle I would definitely check these guys again. (No problems with the car 2 years in.. then again Toyota's rarely do)

I have called this dealer THREE TIMES, and have left THREE separate voice mails for them to call me back regarding a car, i had spoke with someone there who promised to call me back on a price on tires, and a week later I never heard from anyone, I called back and left a voice mail for someone to please call me back as i was interested in purchasing a vehicle they had on their lot. I didn't get ONE phone call back from anyone, even to tell me it was sold. Nice customer service guys!

Make sure to get your car checked out by YOUR car mechanic. I almost bought a car because it had a clean car proof, but when i took it to the mechanic they told me it was in an accident with a lot of underbody damage, it was welded and a door painted. I am sure they knew this but did not say anything at the time of purchase. So just beware, not just here but any of these types of dealerships.

To all customers, their vehicles prices on display are not accurate. They charge extra $700 for safety and Etest. It's their trick for customers to bring to their lot and then tell them it's AS IS or they pay extra 700$. By government regulations they have to be upfront with every extra cost but they hide it in their over information in hundred lines that noone reads in description. Please be careful, there could be more hidden costs since they are hiding this. To all new customers, by law it is illegal for used car sales places to hide costs, who ever doing it, they have to reported and they could loose their license.

Update. 1 week after getting the car I found the battery was dead and the tire noise they said I heard turned out to be a bad wheel bearing. So understand you will likely have to fix some issues and allow for it in the price you offer. I still feel I got a good price repairs included.

Autotech Emporium showed me that there are honest dealers in the used car market. Their customer service and vehicle care can not be beat. I rarely write reviews, but I'm making an exception for Autotech as they are EXCELLENT! I'm an Australian eye surgeon finishing my training in Mississauga for 1 year. I visited Autotech to buy a good quality used car for my family. They focus on well-maintained cars with relatively low mileage. Don't be fooled by the caryard appearance, they hand pick great vehicles and pass on the savings. Their prices are excellent- significantly better value than other used dealerships and comparable to the best private sales in Ontario. I was looked after by Victor (and Chris), and both were terrific. I really appreciated Victor's sensible advice about which cars would have the best resale for me after 12 months. I purchased a Mazda3 with 46,000 km at a great price. I was uncertain whether I would need Autotech's reconditioning package but I ultimately purchased it and was glad that I did. The car was absolutely immaculate (inside and out), and everything had been done exactly as promised- rust proofing, new brakes etc. A few days later I noticed the front passenger brake making a clicking sound. I contacted Victor about it and his handling of this issue was nothing short of superb. Autotech honoured their 30 day bumper-to-bumper warranty without question and Victor worked hard to fix this issue asap. The problem was hard to diagnose and ultimately Autotech had to take the car to two different workshops. In diagnosing the problem Autotech had multiple parts replaced (at their own cost). The problem was ultimately discovered to be a faulty brake component- nothing to do with Autotech, and I point out that this was NEVER a safety issue. Businesses should be judged not by how they perform when things go smoothly, but by how they handle hiccups. Autotech excel in this area. They are a great business staffed by great people. I highly recommend them. They deserve your business and you'll be glad you went there! I wish Victor and the AutoTech team all the best! Nick, Theresa, and Jack.

Their trained sales staff and amazing management CAN NOT BE BEAT. I recently purchased a 2017 Acura TLX. This being my first car I have ever bought, I knew my credit was new and it will be difficult to get me approved. Not only was this vehicle priced amazingly, but they also managed to get me financed at a prime rate and get me into a payment that's lower than I had every imagined. I bought a vehicle from here a year I still have nothing but problems! when I took my vehicle off the lot the engine light kept coming on and they told me it's nothing to worry about I made them fix a part that seemed to be the cause turns out I have an exhaust leak. Also I've had to repair all pulleys and now my suspension is going. Cars are good prices but you will be spending lots of money on repairs unless your a mechanic yourself. I would never recommend this place unless you can repair your vehicle yourself!

We had a nice experience overall. Right price, right service and the whole process did not seem complicated at all. My husband and i have always bought new cars in the past and this was our 1st pre owned car experience. I must say that everytime we have been to a new car dealership, it took us forever from closing the deal to the signing of finance documents. However this time, we finished everything in less than 2 hours including signing the finance documents. This alone shows how much they value their customers compared to the new car dealerships where they always make it seem like rocket science. I purchased a Ford Escape a few months back. The sales team made my vehicle purchase easy and stress free. Their selection of used cars are priced very competitive, a lot lower than brand name dealerships that wanted up to $4000 more for the same Truck. I was well taken of. No Issues with the car. They did all the work and it came with new brakes and tires and a guarantee from them. I've told my friends and family that Autotech Emporium should be their first stop to getting their dream car.

Look no further for a used car dealer. I can’t recommend autotech highly enough. From my first enquiry via email when we were still in australia right up until now (over a month since we’ve had the car) it’s been a pleasant experience. Victor is friendly, courteous, honest, hard working and reliable. And it follows that the rest of the team are too. The $700 optional charge to get the paperwork in order and the used car up to scratch is well worth it and we appreciated this being offered. Unfortunately, through no fault of autotech, a faulty brake component was fitted to our car during this service. We got in touch and Victor took it upon himself to personally test the car and make sure the issue was all fixed. Outstanding customer service, above and beyond, thank you.

As with most people we went to Autotech Emporium looking for a vehicle with a certain budget in mind, at no point were we pressured into spending more than we had indicated. The representative we had assisting us Chris definitely had the power of personal attention mastered, even after the deal was complete he continued to follow up with texts and phone calls to ensure everything was going well. It didn't end there, the finance department was an absolute sweetheart , she had all the paperwork ready to go and explained in detail what we were signing each step of the way. She also took the time to explain the warranty options without any pressure or sales gimmicks, just facts. The experience we had at Autotech Emporium was very positive and we would definitely go back there again to buy our next vehicle and would love to refer our family and friends.

This place is great for all types of used cars and the amazing staff. In 2014, I went there all stressed out with a friend because I needed a car right away and i'm very indecisive and Kris gave me all the time i needed without being pushy. I ended up with a 2011 Accent at a reasonable price with the labour free service. I picked up the car a few days later that was dealership cleaned. Since then i have had a few very minor issues but every time i call Kris remembers me and almost all of the time i can go in for same day service and all i have to pay is for the replacement parts. While you wait, you can use their WiFi and he always offers you their free coffee. I haven't dealt with any of the other staff but they are all so friendly. Thank you to the team for focusing on customer service and providing a safe vehicle.

I called ahead and booked an appointment to test drive a vehicle. They said they would sanitize it and have it ready to go when I got there. When I showed up they said I couldn't test drive because of COVID19. I explained that I called ahead and specifically asked to test drive. They then said they could let me drive in the parking lot (which was very tiny). I explained I can't purchase a vehicle I can't test drive. They said they might be able to make an exception to drive around the block. I said if I can't drive on the highway I can't buy any of their cars. I received no apology for the inconvenience they put me through. I had come from out of town, so this was a big disappointment and took up half my day for nothing. They should have explained when I called them for the test drive. Most other dealerships will allow a test drive (even in Toronto).

I purchased two car with them in the last year and a half. Unfortunately,after a month of my first purchase I had a car accident and it was total damage. When I closed my car credit,I went back there and ordered another car that they delivered few days after. Cars are great. Low mileage,looks like brand new,quality great. Sellers are very nice and tries their best to do in your interest and to please you. I'm planning soon to get one more car for my wife as soon as she gets her licence. Would recommend to everyone to buy car there.

Sales people are friendly and will give you an estimate and will have you sign it without mentioning the hidden fees. i assume, that they are told by the owner or the finance lady to not put the hidden fee in the estimate. once you sign she will say i got you approved do the $500 deposit and i will explain you when you come to pick up your vehicle but i went to pick up my vehicle she charged me $500 processing fee and she didn’t even gave me the financing document copy to hide her lies! No dealer CHARGES $500 for financing. They tricked me and they charged me $650 for e-test, safety, shampoo etc. they didn’t do any shampoo or any work on the exterior saying their guy only comes once a WEEK and come back again to have it fixed. i had to chase them for almost a month to get an appointment and finally when i brought my vehicle in they had their shop helper to buff my car who doesn’t have a clue how to fix the scratches and other stuff they supposed to fix before pick up. I paid $ 17K plus for a Quebec vehicle and i had to fix the body and brakes which they told me that we changed the pads and it will take some time to adjust? They didn’t cleaned them this what Canadian Tire told me. I have all the documents and proof of it. If This dealership say I’m wrong i can prove them wrong. I lift it up to GOD you do bad to people bad will come to you. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. however, if you have to then make sure you don’t sign any document until you discuss all details with the Lady who handles the finances. Terrible DEALER.

Beware of there rustproofing promises..they will only use asphalt spray from crappy tires and spray only those visible areas like the wheel well...promise ENGINE SHAMPOO hell no! they only clean the top cover..PROMISE A NEW BRAKE ROTOR. hell no! they only painted it..PROMISE A NEW BRAKE PAD well they install a new one but CHEAP one..driving in less than a week and too much brake dust in the rims..You don't one to drive a cheap brake in your car...PROMISE A NEW TIRE..hell no!! they only spray a tire foam to look it wet and new which u can get at canadiantire....PROMISE YOU TO BUFF THE WHOLE CAR..hell no! they only wax it and after your first car wash, all of those scratches will be visible again.. Oh sweet little Hafsa..talked like an innocent puppy..telling you that the financing institution require you to buy an extended warranty which is BULLSHIT!.. If you still insist to buy there car, put it in writing all the thing that they promise..rustproofing,brand new brake pads,rotor,engine shampoo,new tire,buffing the whole body,if they promise heaven put it in writing too.And have a copy with you everything even the temporary receipt for the $699 package thing. Then pick up the car and bring it to your mechanic and let him inspect with the list that you have.

I am a senior citizen & I live about 4 hours away from Toronto in Chatham ON. I hit a deer last summer & wrote off my car of 12 years. So I had to get another car and had no clue where to start from & what to do. I realized that a lot has changed when it comes to buying a used car in the last 12 years. I came across their add. on the internet and gave them a call. The salesperson seemed nice & cooperative over the phone and I ended up giving them the deposit. I was a bit nervous about this since I was going to purchase something I had not even seen. Three days later I went to the dealership and found out that the car was exactly as the salesperson described over the phone. What really impressed me the most is that they did not transfer the ownership in my name in case I did not like the car. The truth is that even if I did not like it, I did not have much choice. However, they never tried to force this purchase upon me at any point. I never felt that I was being taken advantage of because I was a senior citizen & did not have anyone with me. They treated me with respect even though I was somewhat unreasonable at times but it was only because I was quite nervous about doing this on my own. I am glad I found Autotech Emporium and I absolutely love my car. After all what they did for me; I think I owed them this review a long time ago.
