Don’t buy a car from these guys you will have problems and they will not help you. Salesperson: Marek Kolecki sold me a 2015 Adui A5 then basically slammed the door in my face. Then “Brian/Bryan” the mecanic did not order the part my car needed after 4 weeks of telling me they did, And I’m still waiting So I reached outed to Ryan another guy that works there and he also gave me the run around. I am very disappointed because this car is my biggest purchase to date costing over 30k and it’s Absolutely garbage. People please be careful when buying from use car salesmen like MAREK KOLECKI who are pretending to be nice just to make a sale.

I am in the middle of hell dealing with this dealership. I literally cry evey time I have to go there. I purchased a 2013 X3 3 years ago from them. I was forced to buy the warranty and told that It would cover anything on the car. I am not an expert at cars and this was the first time ever purchasing a luxury vehicle so I purchased the warranty. Turns out, The warranty is useless. I have been getting regular maintenance done on the car because it is literally falling apart. I have paid thousands in maintenance on the car since I purchased it and I'm in a very hard place with it since I cant afford to keep it nor get rid of it. The Sales people are always very nice (they will sell you a worthless warranty though) but its the Mechanics and Service you would worry about. I dropped off my car last week and when I picked it up - it was worse then before it was "fixed". Driving on the highway is dangerous in this car now and when I explain to the service center that I can't afford all these repairs and that I purchased the warranty they told me that I should have known better. That none of the issues with my car are covered under warranty. I'm now in a rental and when I call for updates they just don't answer me. It's been a nightmare and I have so many regrets purchasing from Auto Price Canada. Run Away.

UPDATE AS OF 2018: after years of poor service and constantly having to nag for cheques and any communication, Autoprice has now decided to stop reimbursing ANY funds unless we drive to Mississauga for services. Not only is this very far to drive just for a service, but as I cannot feel confident in the customer service received over the past few years, I definitely do NOT trust them to provide any service to my vehicle. Totally unacceptable behaviour for a company that supposedly prides themselves on customer satisfaction. PREVIOUS REVIEW: We bought a vehicle from their London location a year ago and purchased the "free" oil changes for life package. We were only able to use this service once with Autoprice in London before that location shut down. We were not notified of any closures ever by email, phone, or mail. We didn't find out until it was time for the next service and called the Mississauga location. They directed us to a local (London) shop who was honouring this package. Now comes time for the next service and the shop says they are no longer doing this. We call the Mississauga location again and after speaking with many people and getting different answers, we finally speak with the "general manager"- Ramsay. He informs us we have to drive to Mississauga for this service. Why would I drive all the way to Mississauga for an oil change?!?! The other options provided were to get back less than half of the package pricing (even though we only used the service twice!) or to get back $40 per oil change for life (which does not cover even half of a proper oil change). Here is my issue with these options: 1) why are we only being given less than half of the package price back if they value their oil changes at $40 maximum and 2) given my experience with this company, why would I trust them to even pay me the $40 every oil change? When I asked for this offer in writing they refused. How shady is that? There has been no customer service or empathy with this company. I work in the sales and service industry myself and am appalled at this situation. If this was a legitimate package they could easily make a deal with a local shop to honour it for the people who have purchased it in London. My family and I have been completely taken advantage of and I am honestly shocked legal action has not been taken to them as of yet. This has entire experience screams scam and I wanted to share so that no one else gets screwed. Beware of purchasing anything from this company.

I went in looking to buy a particular 2015 BMW M235i. I upsold myself to a 2016 model with less mileage that was my favourite colour—and also a bit outside my budget. Jesse was nice enough to give me a reasonable a discount (considering the car was already fairly priced). The car is amazing, perfect in every way as far as I'm concerned. It's insanely fast, handles impeccably, and it's red. I'm extremely happy with the car and my experience at AutoPrice Canada.

Bought a nice car for a decent price. Unfortunately it would have been nice to know that it was in a substantial accident that wasn't disclosed to me. A couple weeks after purchasing the car a friend from a body shop was checking it out and noticed, the trunk and rear bumper doesn't match the car. And the rear door frames have stress cracks and paint chipping off from impact stress, also the doors have worn paint away from rubbing. The car was from Quebec so.... Who knows what I bought! Not impressed at all!

After buying two cars from AutoPrice, I would recommend that you stay away from these guys. Their prices are cheap but there is a catch. You will end up spending much more afterwards. The tires these guys provide are almost at the end of their life cycle. They will make you believe that they will change the tires but those tires will just be good enough to pass the safety test. You will need to change tires within a year. Same applies for break pads and rotors. There is a reason why their cars are cheap. I would urge the potential buyers to buy a car from another dealership who is honest and will give you a car which is expected to give you no trouble for at least 2 years. I dealt with Sam who will say anything to you to sell. He is a flat out liar!

I purchased a bmw 328i which has consistently given me issues since just a few months after I bought it. I brought my car to their maintenance department a few times for an oil leak and the problem persisted. I’ve had to repair this car several times since I bought it. Autoprice receives these cars off lease and some are former rentals. As such, the cars that they sell are very low quality; coming to them rebuilt from car accidents. Their prices are competitive. One of the most competitive on the market. However, the quality is a one star. This was my personal experience. Autoprice should think about what it would like to represent. What needs to be addressed is quality. Autoprice thrives because they sell low quality cars, then you’re in their maintenance department constantly getting your car repaired. It’s a win win for them. As a professional, quality is what is important. I would not recommend Autoprice to friends and family nor will I ever buy a vehicle from them again.

I would never recommend this place to anyone. I drove from London ON to look at a car I loved on their website. After a 2 hour drive and looking at the car I asked if I could test drive the car. The owner said that I couldn't test drive the car today because they were closing in 30 mins and it was too difficult to get the car out as it was parked behind 4 cars. This being said, if you're not interested in selling the vehicle, then why be open on a Sunday? He said he would give me the keys but that was about it and I could come back in the week to test drive it. After explaining that I drove all the way from London to look at this car he said "oh that's not far at all. Come back next week when there is more staff".Then he had the audacity to ask if I was seriously looking for a car. I assume that this was because I look a lot younger than I am. Little did he know, after driving 2 hours, my intention was to purchase the car that day. He went to give me the keys for the car which ended up being the wrong key. He brushed my friend and I off and didn't attempt to speak with us or give us any information about the car. I don't understand why some people get in the business when they have zero customer service skills. Unfortunately I made the mistake of driving 2 hours to find this out on Sunday December 4th. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone.

The entire process went rather smooth. I saw the car online, contacted AutoPrice online and Roger got back to me within the hour. We proceeded through the logistics and by the end of the week I drove down from Ottawa, to pick up a vehicle I never saw. The SUV exceeded my expectations, it was clean and still had new-car smell. The drive back to Ottawa was rather amazing. All in all, it was a great experience. They gave me great value for my trade-in and accommodated me a few times with my request. I had a good overall experience purchasing my 2016 BMW 228i at Auto Price Canada. They did a great job detailing the car (inside and out) and doing the brakes for the safety. Its also been totally reliable for the first 2500km. I had to knock a star off for the condition of the air filter when I inspected it after getting home. It was clogged with sand, leaves and dirt. I know it's not required for a safety inspection but German luxury cars need to be well maintained, so they should get in the habit of changing them when their cars come in with air filters that bad.

STAY AWAY from this dealership at all costs....They sold me a garbage lemon Bmw with turbos issues!! After they stole my money the car spent more time at the dealership doing who knows what then with me. They claimed to fix the issue and never did after having my car for almost a month saying they fixed the leaking seals on the turbos, as soon as i got it back same issue was there so i brought it back again and they told me i need to pay for the 20 hours of labour the second time. The Garage "manager" was always rude and disrespectful as well as other sales employees. At the end of the day i sold the car and i hope NO ONE EVER NEEDS TO DEAL WITH THIS GARBAGE AGAIN. The other location was closed down for obvious reason's!!!!!!!!!!!!

I highly recommend AutoPrice, they make the car buying experience very easy. They have no hidden extra fees or costs, the price is the price, and in my case they priced lower than what I saw at other dealerships for the same car. My salesman, Roger, was excellent. He wasn't pushy and pretty much let the car sell itself. It's been a long time since I've bought a car, and he walked me through the process to make it easy for me. I bought a 2018 Jag from them, and just love it.Best car I've ever owned.

Horrible customer service. Dealt with a salesperson named Aries who was too absorbed in watching television to help at first. When he finally approached me he commented twice on how great a salesman he was because he "dealt with Indians and, you know how hard they are to do business with" I found his comments to be racist and very insensitive. I found a car that was suitable for me and asked to go for a test drive. Despite it being an hour till close, Aries flat out refused to let me go out for one as they were closing. This was a lie as when I drove past the dealership a while later, they were still open and the salesman was back watching television in the front show room. I would never deal with these people as the salesman lied to me on our first meeting and, was clearly biased against minorities. Unacceptable plain and simple.

Bought a car from them a while ago - after a few days of owning the vehicle - there was a smell of burning oil - had the car check by them - couldn't find the problem, took it to an independent mechanic - they stated the turbo was leaking and recommend it to be replaced.. dealership didn't want to take ownership and do the work? I had been to see them on several occasions -- they seemed disinterested in helping and seemed bothered by my continuous trying to get the issue fixed.. Did not take responsibility and do the right thing. Super friendly until they make the sale..

We arrived at the dealership at 330pm ( we had a pre-approval of 40k). We were told by the salesman (tall African male) that they close at 4 pm. We had chosen to purchase a 2014 Mercedes 2 dr coupe. We again approached the same male and wanted to ask questions of the mentioned vehicle. He said, I can't sell that car because we are now closed, the time was 415 pm. We will not go to the dealership again. No customer service!! We have decided to go to another dealership.

I purchased my car last year December from this dealership. Roger the sales agent was nice enough prior to making the sale. Soon after purchasing my car, I noticed an issue with the breaks and contacted the company immediately. Roger did not return my calls and text messages when I expressed my concerns about the brakes. It is disappointing that the service department initially told me there was no problem but when I was insistent, they admitted the breaks needs to be serviced (which they should have done before sales) and I would have to pay for it even though it was still within the 30 days warranty period. At the time, I had only had the car for over 2 weeks and was well within the 30 day warranty period. . I wish I could have left a more positive review because prior to this, I had a good experience. Be aware of the shoddy after sales practices after purchasing your vehicle.

Picked up my C300 Benz last week from Auto Price Canada, after nearly a month looking for the right car. I came in and met Sam! He was so welcoming and he knew his cars. He looked after both me and my wife and we couldn’t of been happier with our choice. The car was mint! Detailed and delivered on time. And we even got a call from Sam a few days later just checking how we are enjoying our new car! I had gone in to get some work done on my 2013 Hyundai Sonata as it was shaking. I waited for about an hour before they could figure out what was wrong with the car and what needs to be replaced. The gentleman in the front quoted me with a $1400 estimate to replace both side Driver Shafts. I found this price too high so decided to call my Hyundai dealership and get a quote from them on the parts it self for both sides. Hyundai dealership quoted me at $435 for parts not including labor. I then proceeded to front desk to inquire about why they quoted me with $1400. The gentleman said that was the price and he could find me cheaper parts if that is what I wanted. What shocks me most is that the parts are $500 at worst case scenario so that means they wanted to rip me off for $900 worth in labor ? The gentleman at the front said to me as I was paying for the inspection that he called the dealership and found out the parts were about $600. So lets take that into account which leave another $800. He had advised me it was about 4 hours worth of work so if I divide $800 by 4 that means this place must change $200 an hour in labor. Which is not the case because I paid about $120 and change for an hour worth of labor for the inspection. I would love to know where they get the parts from and how they are either ripping customers off or are allowing them selves to be ripped off by their suppliers. This is sad because I went to this place because it was recommended by a good friend. I will make it my life's mission now to spread this word about this place and I certainly do not recommend getting any work done here. They will try to rip you off blindly. Also to top it all off when I advised him that I do not want the work done there he said well lets cash you out in a manner that implied I will not pay for the inspection. That however did not matter to me because I would rather pay $120 something for an inspection but make sure I never get work done here or every purchase a car from here. I will be passing this message to all my family and friends and will request all of them to do the same. Thank you very much for attempting to rip me off blindly. I ended up going to dealership right after and they quoted me with $820 all in.

I was happy with the purchase of 2 vehicles until recently, bought a bmw and a VW. Since buying last june(not even a year) and only driving these about 10000 km each these cars have both been in the shop. i've replaced all the coils and plugs in the bmw 1500$, replace all the plugs and coils in the vw and even a fuel pump in the VW 1000$ front brakes also squealing now. Calling autoprice canada they said its not part of the "conditioning of a vehicle", what to make sure these things works/runs properly?? who wants to buy cars and have to put 2500$ in repairs not even a year later and after spending 50000$ on 2 cars this is unacceptable. Also there service department told me if the engine lights not on they cant do anything. The warranty they sold me also covers nothing whatsoever so don't get suckered into the people's choice warranty it's worthless also got autoprice canada to tint my windows on the bmw which are scratched and peeling and have to pay again to re tint elsewhere. If Autoprice would like to reach out to me and do something for me i would love to rectify things and will remove this post but i will gladly leave this post here to warn others if not. Here's where I would like to reply to the comment below, i have the oil change package so of course I'm going to get the oil changes! The warranty you sold me was crap. I reached out to you guys immediately when the problem happened and was told exactly what I wrote above,, I was suggested a tune up for 600$ that wouldn't even of fixed the actual problem I had. I was told there was nothing they can do because I was having a problem that didn't have a engine light! I'm not confusing! I did reach out to you guys and got nothing so why call you about my other car when you weren't willing to do anything before ! I have all the reciepts to prove all the work that they needed to a tune of close to 3000$. I think it's very bad practices to pretty much tell me I didn't try to do anything when I very much did! Why am I gonna pay 600$ to your shop to do something that wouldn't even fixed the problem???? The warranty company said they don't cover anything at all other then the power train. Which is pistons and rings and other stuff that rarely ever goes in cars theses days. if I was suppose to talk to some manager then why wasn't I put to him in the first place? Why was I told all this??? Don't try to blame me for this one I did what I could but needed my cars working properly and took them to get fixed when you guys told me this nonsense. I finally had enough when I was getting the fuel pump done on the Tiguan and decided to write this post to tell others my experience. Had no problems until yesterday when I called to book an appointment for an oil change and I was told that they were no longer honoring that contract. My sister purchased a vehicle from Autoprice through Sam, I accompanied my sister and I took note of Sam’s customer service skills and his willingness to go above and beyond to make sure that she gets the vehicle that she wanted. Long story short she got her choice vehicle and I told myself that I would go back and get one of my own. I met with Sam and I was very nervous that I wouldn’t get approved because of my credit score. However Sam assured me that it is more than possible and that he will try his best. We left the office and I was worried, but as soon as I got home I got a call from Sam! He said “ when are you able to pick up your vehicle” I was in shocked, Sam kept his word and worked hard to make sure that I was approved. His customer services skills are phenomenal and I cannot thank him enough for helping me with getting my car. I purchased a 2012 Mercedes C350 everything was completed the same day I test drove the vehicle for my purchase. It took numerous weeks to get the car. I called the London location (when it was here) to see what the hold up was and to tell them never mind. Well the next day I receive a call my vehicle is ready and they put new tires on it, new brakes, tinted the windows for free and a bunch of other work. I had the car and within 2 weeks the car dealership was closed after numerous police cars were at the dealership. Then my car has to go in and the dealership that was not Autoprice that I took the car had to put new brakes on the vehicle. They showed me the brakes that I was told were brand new were clearly not. Mind you I hardly drove the car as it was my second car that I owned. Plus the brakes were not properly installed. Over the next year it had multiple service done to it not to mention 2 sets of tires in less then 4 months. The tires were wearing in the same spot and come to find out my vehicle that I purchased was in an accident and I was told it was not also I was told the vin number did not match the colour of the car by London police. I called Autoprice and was told that it showed in their records there were no accidents and that they have all the work that was completed to the vehicle before I received it. Mind you the worker kept more a less blaming me for having to get new tires in 4 months after the set I just bought 4 months prior how could it be my fault if they wear in the same spot also I was never in an accident with the vehicle. Still waiting to hear from the manager which I probably will not as they are caught in a lie.... why would the Mercedes dealership where I am from lie after running all diagnostic tests on the vehicle. Very sketchy dealership... buyers beware...!!!

Shady dealership! Purchased a bmw from these guys in October 2018, expressed concerns about the tires to the sales person Roger, he claimed it was certified ok, I believed him as he seemed really nice ( FYI that is how they appear until they take your money and you drive off ) . I noticed the drive was awkward as it veers to the right so often but I didn’t go back to complain as I thought I needed to adjust to the feel and also didn’t think the dealership was capable of such deceit. I became convinced the experience was abnormal after a few months so I took it to their service centre ( same folks that certified the vehicle in the first place, what a joke!) and they lied to me again that I needed to do just alignment . Did the alignment and it didn’t fix the problem. Next I decided to go to another bmw service centre to actually get a different opinion/genuine assessment and behold I was told all FOUR TIRES need replacement plus one BENT RIM. This vehicle was purchased in October 2018 and I had driven only about 3k plus kilometres on it. Took me a while to figure them out, I had so much faith in them otherwise I would have taken the car back the very moment I noticed the problem. I reached out to the sales person afterwards and as expected, I am on my own. If I came here to read other reviews when I was looking to purchase , I definitely wouldn’t have ended up there. All I can say is beware of this dealership, they are not sincere and the service centre is just there to make it all happen!!!!!

This car was from Quebec. Until I bought this car to a technician sometime later, the technician told me there was a severe accident previously in the front. He replaced lots of parts and also said it could result in an accident if not replace the faulty parts. I agreed with other reviewers - please get a thorough inspection before purchasing any car from this dealer. I have to say that I don't trust them anymore after all this.

I purchased a Volvo V60 last week at Autoprice Canada and have no complaints whatsoever. When the car arrived I was notified to come and look at it in their heated indoor facility. A pleasure as opposed to some places where you have to walk throw snow and slush. The car was immaculate and all my questions were answered. I was an educated buyer so knew what I was looking for. When I picked it up the transfer went quickly and efficiently. They have no haggle pricing and got a great price(their list) which is alot simpler. Do your research for the car you want, then go to Autoprice as you will find their prices better than anyone in Ontario by far.

My wife and I drove to this dealership from Bolton to see car for my son. When we arrived two males standing at desk talking about whatever. They were "too busy" in their idle talk to address us. I have to point out we were the only customers in the store. We walked around looking in their store for the car and figured one of the two eventually come over to talk to us after 20 minutes. No one did. We then went to the front where they were and sat in a few of the cars to see if they would ask us for help...they never did. WE LEFT AND WOULD NEVER COME BACK. If the owner only knew this is how his staff was he would not be too pleased.

The worst dealership and customer service I ever experienced. My husband and I went there to look at some of the cars and the staff was very unprofessional and rude. It actually felt like they were being racist towards us. The rep had already made a decision in his mind that these people are not going to buy a car like we were there to waste his time (not that we had plenty of time on our hands anyways), so his attitude was very unprofessional and rude. We ended up buying a BMW from another dealership the very next day which we are so happy about. Too bad these guys lost actual potential customers. The customer service rep only showed us one car and when we asked to look at another car which was another manufacturer, he said 'So you havent even decided which brand you want yet!' I have been to enough dealerships and never once had this kind of rude behavior from anyone. I strongly recommend everyone to not waste their time by going there. I wish there was an option for negative rating, I wouldnt have thought once before giving that to them.

These crooks literally sold me a lemon. I bought a BMW and was sold the extended warranty, which I was told would "COVER ABSOLUTELY ANY ISSUE WHATSOEVER... YOU HAVE A PROBLEM, NO PROBLEM". Don’t ever trust this place all of there cars have accident even tho the car proof shows clean ☹️ Very disappointed. Would never go again here or send any of my friend in there. Ramzi and his team came to my rescue, and gave me excellent customer service. I am currently wearing calf height aircast boot on my right foot, as I fractured two toes. The doctors have told me that I must not drive, and my vehicle is due for an oil change. I called the service department to see what options I had available, and Ramzi and his team came to my aid. Ramzi asked me if I am OK with someone else driving my vehicle and upon my yes I am OK with that, he arranged through his department for my vehicle to be picked up, serviced and returned to my home which is roughly 30 minutes from them. Recently bought a 2015 Mini Countryman from AutoPrice Canada. Went in knowing that I did not have the best credit situation however Sam Ahmadi assured me that I was in good hands and that he would be able to get me financing. He went above and beyond to help me. He treated me as if I was family and personally worked on getting me a good interest rate. They had a huge inventory of cars. Which I was pleased with. Even though the car that I initially wanted got sold, Sam was able to get me financing for a newer car with a lower mileage. I’ve been driving the car for over a week now and I’ve no complaints. On the initial test drive I found a few minor issues. However Sam assured they would be looked about before I picked up the vehicle. And he kept his promise. There are still good people in the used car sales industry, don’t hesitate when thinking of visiting this dealer. And definitely ask for Sam. His customer service skills is out of this world.

Purchased a car in mar 2019 from Auto Price. Had some issues seems some miscommunications between sales and service departments on having the car ready as per agreement and not all were resolved. Now having issues with brakes that were installed new at the time of purchase by Auto Price with less than 1000 Km since purchase. Service Dept is now asking for diagnostics charges of $115 to check this out. I don't think this is good customer relations. I can have the brakes checked for free at a few garages around my area that 's miles away from Auto Price from me. Understanding lady in Service Dept explained their policy and tried to pass me over to some kind of Manager - left a message did not hear from them. I cannot recommend this place due to the after sales service which i think is more important than the sale its self.

We bought a Mercedes SUV from AutoPrice last year and a BMW in 2017. We deeply regret out decision. Had to change our tires within one season as they were no longer safe on the road. This was after they changed the tires before selling. Turns out the new tires were just good enough to pass the safety test which suits their purpose and screws the customer in the long run. We will be filing a complaint to Better Business Bureau as well so dealers such as Auto Price stops doing these shady practices. They make all sorts of claims about their vehicles's conditions. They will also tell you that you are free to take their vehicles to any Mercedes/BMW dealer and get it inspected there. Reality is that most customers don't do that that as it will cost them quite a bit to do get an inspection. The customers end up taking their words for it without realizing its just a shady tactic. We now understand why their prices are lower than other dealers. Their vehicles have some sort of problem which you won't find out until later on. We recommend any potential buyer to stay away from Auto Price. People like Sam, while may be nice to you upfront, will show you their true colors when you get a problem. It's better to spend a little bit more and get a car from a trustworthy dealer.

I brought a car from them in 2016. I thought I was getting a good deal until the paint started to chip away from the back bumper. After numerous emails with the sales dept and "Manager". Nothing came to fruition for compensation/repairs or anything. When purchasing the car I was told that the vehicle had no accidents EVER. turns out the vehicle has been paint on one side in a totally different shade...only visible in the sun/light. I take the fault personally for not doing much due diligence with regards to the car i purchased from these guys for over $20K. But as a non expert i expected such dealership to treat me with honesty. SO I WOULD NOT TRUST THESE GUYS FOR ANYTHING THAT THEY SAY. PLEASE GET YOUR FUTURE CAR CHECKED BY A PROFESSIONAL BEFORE PURCHASING IT. I didn't and had to pay the price for it. Wouldn't want this to happen to others.
