My van was immaculately cleaned and detailed when I picked it up. There were a few things missing in the van such as a manual, headphones for the dvd players and a remote control. I was shopping around for a good deal. The idea was to get a vehicle which is not too old at the same time was looking for great pricing with clean car fax report. While it is not tough to fine one, but definitely an uphill task to get all this three together and with no hidden charges. I was pleasantly surprised to find one such deal at Autopark Mississauga. The sale experience was awesome. Robert(Rob) is an excellent person I would say. Before purchasing the vehicle I had a list of small/medium issues handed over to Rob. He took care of all of them before we took the possession of the vehicle. During the entire purchase process, Robert provided excellent support. Post sale experience: There were minor marks on the car's bonnet. Robert had promised me to address this during sales process. True to his word, he followed it and within 2 weeks of sale and he ensured that the marks are taken care of. There was absolutely no obligation for him to do so, but he went an extra mile by procuring the exact car manufacturer's color for us and ensured that we get the vehicle as promised. It is worth mentioning, that he also gave away the touch up paint to me so that I can use it on need basis in future (A gesture which very few people would do today). Pricing of the vehicle was as per the marked price on the website. There were no hidden charges at all. In such competitive market, providing such support and pricing goes to show this is a "consumer centered" place and one should definitely pay a visit in case if they are looking for purchasing used vehicles. Extremely happy with my experience at AutoPark and specifically with Bob. He was easy going, not pushy, and friendly right from the start. Bob listened to what we wanted and didn't try and push us into anything we didn't. He's a straight-shooter, no BS, and definitely didn't try to use the typical (and dreaded) car salesman tactics. This was a relief considering it was my first car purchase. The purchase went smoothly, no haggling back and forth, and the car was ready for me in a day and a half. Edit: This is a second review for Autopark and my sales person Moe. I just purchased my second car from this location and it was once again a great experience. I went in looking to upgrade and they handled the trade in and new purchase very smoothly. The day I picked up the vehicle I was informed that they noticed some scratches they couldn't buff out in time so they referred me to their paint guy so he could take care of it, which worked out well. Great experience and I will definitely recommend to others! This dealership is excellent. I recently purchased a beautiful (barely) used car from this location. My sales person, Moe, went above and beyond to find my first ever car for me. He also made sure that the quality of the car was in top shape upon pickup. He responds to my concerns very quickly [I left him a message later that day and he called me back as soon as he got in the next day]. I got a car from them about 3 years ago. Recently I noticed that most of the paint on the hood and in some other areas had stared to come off. The paint had lost its shine in most places. Fortunately I had purchased paint protection when I got the car, so I contacted them about the issue. I spoke with Luke Neilson and Steve Coates at the reception and they asked me to leave the car with them. The process was very smooth, and they seemed to be happy to help me. I had to wait about 10 days to get the car back, but it was worth the wait. The paint now looks better than it did on the first day.

I've always paid cash for my trucks in the past so this was the first time I dealt with dealerships and financing. Shopped around at a few places and really felt pressured to spend more than I want or even can. I was stressed out and about to give up and put it off till summer but on my last try met Moe and the rest of the crew. I really appreciated the relaxed atmosphere and taking the time to let me think things through. I highly recommend this place if dealerships make you uneasy. Well, last Wednesday, April 7th, I purchased a Hyundai Elantra Preferred 2020 car with the Safety package and sunroof, and Ricardo Oliveira gave me all the assistance and great service. I literally just brought my new car home from AutoPark Mississauga, and I cannot begin to describe how satisfied and grateful I am with their services. This was my very first time purchasing a vehicle, and I was dreading the process because of all the horror stories you hear about shady car dealerships. I was looking for a used small simple car for work commute, and the car I found there was arguably the cheapest one they have in their inventory. You'd think they would give me sub-par services because of the price, but they did not. They even went over and above to exceed my expectations. He was very open and honest. After I confirmed the purchase, I noticed the bumper was loose, and had very minor scratches, so I notified Bob about the loose bumper. When I went to pick up the car tonight, the bumper was good as new, even the scratches were gone! Turns out they actually replaced the entire bumper and even repainted it, at absolutely no cost to me. Bob personally made sure the car was free of issues. The man was true to his words, he takes care of you and your car. The guys at AutoPark Mississauga were amazing to deal with from the first time I entered the showroom. My sales person, David was fantastic and very attentive to my requests, and very quick and thorough when it came to preparing my vehicle for delivery. When I arrived on a Tuesday or Wednesday night, the car had just been transferred from the previous owner, and was not even clean. But I took delivery bright and early on Saturday morning - and they had it all safety checked, emissions tested, detailed and they even installed the backup camera at cost ($400). Kim, the finance manager, was terrific, and didn't try to sell us anything extra. The 2009 Honda Odyssey EX I purchased was listed on Canadian Black Book for $16k but I got it for less than $14k. Great deal, no fuss, and very professionally handled. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who has been burned by an auto dealer in the past. You'll be amazed at how simple and painless they make the experience.

I browsed the Autopark website and found a SUV I liked so I went to the dealership to check it out. Robert showed me the car, explained the buying process, and introduced me to the manager Bob. Bob was very helpful with getting my old scrapped and giving me a little money for it towards my loan. My first car was purchased through a friend so I had no prior experience with a dealership. Needless to say I was anxious and hesitant about all of this, but Robert was great at assuring me it would all be okay. Kitch in the financing department contacted me the next day for some additional information in order to look into financing and by that evening he got back to me with what my interest rate would be along with my biweekly payment. I decided to go ahead with purchasing the car and they had it ready for me to pick up within a couple days. I did have a minor brake pad issue after a couple days of driving the car, but I contacted Robert and he had their on site mechanic fix the issue. I was very frustrated, but both Robert and Steve (a manager) were patient and understanding. I would definitely recommend Autopark. Everyone I spoke with answered all my questions. They definitely made the process simple and painless.

I began my experience by going into 2 other dealerships that treated me (a young woman shopping by herself) like she didn't know what she was talking about, preaching to me about services and features I had already voiced I had no interest in. Disappointed, I returned home and kept looking online at cars. I stumbled upon auto parks website and looked at 3 cars that were right in my price range and were nice new vehicles with hardly any km on them. I went in the next day to check them out (with no appointment they were still able to find a sales associate to accommodate me). I worried I'd have a similar experience to the previous days pressure filled sales pitches, sales dudes with plastic smiles and upsells. I was dead wrong, thankfully I got to meet two very helpful key players to my purchasing experience: Robert and Devin. Robert was so gentle and kind, he completely eased me into the process with respect and was a calming presence in this very big decision I was making all on my own. It was like having a friend there with me through it all! We test drove 2 vehicles together and he shared his helpful opinions with me without pressuring me in any way, encouraging me to take my time. I would recommend anyone intimidated by the idea of car shopping alone (especially young women/men who have had bad experiences in the past with salespeople underestimating them or undermining them) to go in even just to chat with Robert about what you'd ideally like to get a jumping off point. Devin also did a great job in relating to me and explaining numbers to me in a way that I could understand and make sense of, coming from a background of having never bought/financed a car before. He did a great job in pausing to give me time to think and ask any questions. Very charismatic guy. Overall I would recommend for anyone to go check out auto park in Mississauga, even the people I didn't get the names of who worked there were so pleasant to me in congratulating me and wishing me well. If I knew buying a car would be this easy- I probably would have gotten rid of my old car sooner!

Poorest service ever experienced in Canada. I went to check out their inventory, any of their salesman’s didn’t no what customer service means. They didn’t even know the details of vehicles they are selling. The ir representative pulled my credit history without asking or taking permission from me. Bought a Maroon 2016 Nissan Rogue SL premium from this dealership on January for an affordable price. A month later, still very happy with the decision. It was an awesome experience from Robert - made the whole process easy with no pressure at all (very genuine and honest). He went out of his way to make sure I was certain of the vehicle I truly wanted and the one right for me. If you’re looking for a vehicle, look at the ones available on their website - if one strikes you as a good deal, give them a call and hopefully you get the same experience I had. Also, I noticed a cut (1-2inches) in the leather upholstery of the driver’s seat which I thought was a crease . I called the dealership back a month later to see if anything could be done. They were nice enough to say that they would send me a check for $150 to help pay for the repairs. Very grateful to them for all their advice and help. They know how to treat their customers well. Although we had pointed out a number of faults and items that were missing, these were not corrected when we came to pick up the vehicle (Bob Biggar , our salesman was not present at the time of pickup). We had to bring it back and Bob made sure these were corrected this time (new front rotors were installed and he also provided us with the wireless headphones, wireless remote and floor mats which were missing on first pickup). Closed Sunday and chat with Kitch on Monday about financing options and details. Agree to buy the car and start the process with a deposit and start figuring out how I am going to pick up the car as I live 3 hours away. Get a call today that the car I just agreed to buy was sold Saturday? Guess no one talks to each other at this dealership. It wasnt even Jonathan that called to tell me it was Kitch the finance guy. Some salesman and some dealership this place is. If looking to buy a car I suggest not shopping here. Update, 2 months to review and give a generic reply to my post. We brought home our 2016 Mazda CX-5 last week and couldn't be happier - the whole experience exceeded our expectations. Special thanks to Darren and the rest of the team for addressing all our concerns and for quickly preparing the car prior to the long weekend. Not only was the car given to us in immaculate condition, with minor paint imperfections fixed and interior thoroughly cleaned, but to our pleasant surprise they provided us with new tires and brake pads at no additional charge. We were a little wary of buying a formal rental car, but Darren provided CarProof reports for each of the vehicles that we were interested in, and assured us that we were covered by their 7 day exchange and limited power train warranty policies.
