Best choice we could have made was to hook up with Olympio at 401-Dixie Nissan. We had nothing but options galore in front of us and Olympio worked with us to get us the SUV that met our budget and the options we were looking for. Lucky for us, a vehicle that matched our needs was already on the lot, brand new with the plastic still on the seats. The finance process with Rahul was also very straightforward and laid out clearly in front of us, with every option explained and no pressure. We were driving a rental and needed a replacement relatively quick, and within 3 days we had the keys to our new Rouge. A testament to how clean, knowledgeable and expedient the whole process was. I am a new owner of a 2019 Nissan QashQai SV !! My experiance at 401 Dixie Nissan was absolutely amazing. From the first time I arrived to take it out for a test drive. Ahad Bhatti had the vehicle ready for my test drive and no waiting involved. He was very pleasant to deal with and answered all of my questions. Not only did they have my next dream Pathfinder, they were also very knowledgeable regarding the brand and its features. After test driving the car, I sat down with David which is a very nice man. My wife purchased a second hand vehicle here, when we went to have her winter tires changed over at our mechanics, he pointed out that there were wheel locks on them but no key to be found. she went back to this Nissan to have them remove the wheel locks and asked them not to put locks back on, our mechanic said they aren't really necessary. she thought it went without saying that she wanted regular lug nuts installed instead, apparently that wasn't the case. I don't know who worked on the car, or what they were thinking, but they simply removed the wheel locks and put nothing back in their place. This strikes me as incredibly irresponsible, unsafe, and quite frankly, negligent on their part. I cant imagine why an Auto manufacturer, servicing their own make of vehicle, would return a car to a customer with 4 missing lug nuts. not to mention, my wife is 6 months pregnant. thankfully she made it home in one piece, we're taking the car to our trusted Mechanic to have 4 new nuts installed. I am incredibly unsettled that any garage, let alone one in a dealership, would give a car back to a customer, let alone a visibly pregnant woman, with such critical components missing. the hazard that creates for not only the people in the car, but everyone on the road is inexcusable.

I'm super impressed with this Nissan Dealer. My experience has been amazing. I bought my CPO Rogue from Jameel. This guy made all my dreams come true. Whatever I asked he made possible, and I did ask a lot. They went above and beyond and I was not easy but they made it all happen even my smallest comments. They made me happy. It's been a month and a half since I bought my car and I wanted to write the review after this period just to be sure, and yes I'm sure, these guys are the best. Jameel is a hero. Hats off to a great customer service experience by a Service Rep... I just had a great service experience at 401 Dixie Nissan by a rep named “Shumaila Usman”. Generally, we expect CS reps to have these basic skills, like, greeting customers, attentively listening to concerns, empathize with the problems raised, and suggest a reasonable outcome. But how rarely do we see these qualities in our day to day life. This is the reason why people, like Shumaila, should be celebrated and given a thumbs up for being a valuable part of our community. I went in there to fix the annoying noises from a 2018 Nissan Rogue Trunk release latch. I was welcomed politely. Then, within minutes, a mechanic was called to go on a little test drive with me to diagnose the problem. Then, I was shuttled back to my place. After few hours, I was called and told that my car was all fixed, washed and ready to be picked up. Then I was again shuttled back to the dealership. I was not charged with anything; since, the car was still under warranty. This whole experience was very seamless and filled with satisfaction and gratitude. Shumaila is truly a gem, and 401 Dixie Nissan is lucky to have such great employee be their face for them. ????????

Huma David was our sales consultant and she worked really hard to get us a good deal, keeping in mind our budget and the trade in we did. This was our second experience at dixie nissan and like the last one they didn’t let us down this time too. Huma and her team actually took initiative to understand our situation and helped us crack a deal. Must say, the guys really are there for business and do care to get you a good deal. I would not recommend going to this location. I first booked my appointment at high park Nissan for an oil change and inspection (Go there). The customer service there was amazing. Everyone was nice and helpful. Unfortunately they were not able to get my car,(R35 GTR) into the underground service bay with out scraping the front lip. So I was rescheduled the next day at 401 and Dixie. At 401 and Dixie they charged me over double what highpark had quoted me. Not only that but they were rude and dismissive, in a very matter of fact way. They told me it would take around 3 hours to have the oil change and inspection done. 1 hour for the oil change and 2 hours for the inspection. So I decided to have the inspection done another day and just get the oil change. Well it still took 3 hours for an oil change. My appointment was booked at 2:30pm and they didn't even bring my car into the service bay until 4pm. I would recommend going to any other Nissan dealer other than this one. Hands down worst experience I've had at a dealer. I will never return to this location.

This was our first experience after trying to shop around cars for few days . It's too late to write a review but better late than never. What we liked about this place was a wide collection of cars within the budget we had in our mind . The people at the dealership who helped us were really great Part of the credit goes to two people Rahul from finance department and Imran from Sales. Imran was calm in presenting us with all the options within our budget Rahul just provided us with the perfect financial advice that we were looking for while purchasing the car. Imran knew his stuff well on sales part and Rahul was an amazing finance guy at the dealership. And of course afterwards the ice cream treat was awesome. Overall this experience was during buying of the car, yet to experience the servicing customer service.

I hate the waiting times there, the quality of their service leaves a lot to be desired. One simple issue with radio's reception and I had to talk to a few people, who all knew and agreed with the problem. But two times I left the car with them it wasn't fixed. They say third time is a charm, it was true for 401 Dixie, but my time is previous and I would have loved to have the issue resolved the first time.

This was my 1st experience with 401 Nissan Dixie and buying a Nissan car. We were Hyundai’s loyalist but moved to Nissan for the very 1st time . On the 1st day We were very warmly welcomed at the used car dealership at 401 Dixie and was introduced to huma David who was very courteous and helpful. She understood our needs and worked with us to ensure we selected the appropriate car type to ensure safety and comfort for our 7 month old child and us . Do not buy a vehicle from these guys! They are your typical shady salesmen. I went in alone as a single woman and totally got taken advantage of. I needed a car for work and bought my Nissan last year - while showing me around they wouldnt tell me the price of any vehicle I was looking at and said 'we can discuss that later...', they added rust protection and other fees I didn't agree to onto the bill without even discussing it. I've now sold that Nissan and have found out in was in a accident prior to me buying it and they never told me! I could go on and on about these scammers but I'll stop. Stay away!

Its better when the staff said the service need 2 hours to be done and made me wait for my car to be done and i realized that the se3needs only 30 min to be done so why you made me wait 2 hours and gave an appointment. And when i asked the staff after 1 hour and half my car is still out she replied back your car will be done within 2 hours as i said. Its better to give the customer an exact appointment so he dosnt need to waste his time. This time i went to buy a new car after my car get write off. Sales are not helpful and give me wrong information, the finance manager told me my case is decline and he will update me the day after and he knows he will be off. Unfortunately everyone was giving me a word , when i wanted my deposit back they said the finance manager supposed to be there , or the showroom manager and both of them are off for the day. They told me someone will call me after an hour and no one did call me. Unfortunately the worse experience i have ever i dont recommended anyone to go there.

October 2020 Update: TL;DR to prospective buyers: initial buying experience and customer service is very professional. Maintenance services are hit-and-miss; they’ll try to sneak in extras you didn’t agree to and play it off as standard practice instead of being honest and asking if you would like to add it on. Today is my maintenance 3 package for my 2019 Nissan Qashqai. Both during maintenance 2 and maintenance 3 today I was greeted, but then told both times I would need to pay $300+ for my maintenance. Both times I stated I’m not paying for what was covered outside my maintenance package I agreed to when signing my lease. Maintenance 2 the lady apologized on the phone. Today during maintenance 3 when I explained this, the service rep appeared to become annoyed with me, while her manager right beside her was more understanding... the service rep made a point to call another manager. When he arrived, I restated that my maintenance is all covered, and I don’t agree to pay for anything else, as I know it is not part of my maintenance package and shouldn’t be expected of me. That manager also agreed. I think for maintenance 4 onward I’m going to go to Milton! Thanks for solidifying this for me, your maintenance department has made my original review drop from 5 to 3 stars. I came with my dad to test drive a 2019 Nissan Qashqai after having researched what I wanted to get for my first ever car. Matthew, along with Kashif Sear for financing, made my experience from start to finish a memorable one! Everything was explained professionally and honestly, and all paperwork for my agreement was explained and understood between Matthew, Kashif, and all staff handling the account. My dad even remarked how professional, honest, and personable all the staff were. They are crooked people who will make all sorts of false promises. Will do anything to secure the deal and than will harass you like anything. Do not fall in their trap.

I bought my 2020 Nissan Rogue, with 11,000 km of use, when I bought it, the seller Olimpio told me that he had a warranty for 20,000 km on the brake parts and others because the truck was a sales model, after driving for 10,000 km the truck began to vibrate When braking, I drove it to the dealer and he told me that it no longer has a guarantee, because it passed the 20,000km, but when I bought it I had 10,000km driven by the dealer, they tried to sell me the brakes because it was not safe since it had 4 mm of pads of brakes, I do not agree because I have not rolled the truck as such for 20,000 km, also when I bought it they gave me a single key and told me to re-grease the other at any time, now we do not know the other key and the seller He is not in the dealer, apart from asking me for a letter signed by him where that is accentuated, very bad but super bad experience with this dealer. I do not recommend this dealer.

Before you try to purchase a vehicle here, try calling them. No body response the phone. Come for a service and wait in line for 20 minutes standing and there is only one lady working at a service station. I have been calling for a service here for 2 days and they don’t care. I called more than 20 times in different times of the day. I don’t recommend this location at all. Don’t even buy a vehicle here because you will find out later that you bought the vehicle more expensive than anywhere else in Toronto and Mississauga.

Two days in a row, Dixie Nissan has the same two inventory vehicles blocking the single level 2 ev charging station. Makes me.think that they are abiding by their Nissan franchise agreement legally but not in spirit meaning "Nissan made us put a charging port in but we really don't care to make it accessible." That's my interpretation. Thx for the juice again Dixie Nissan but please adopt a more ev friendly stance. The message your sending is that you don't really care. Fortunately the cable is long enough to reach but I'm blocking part of the driveway. Again, I get the feeling that you don't really want me to use it.

If I could I would give ZERO rating to this dealership. Worst Dealership I have ever had to deal with, and I deal with a lot of them. I took a work vehicle in to be serviced at 401 Dixie Nissan, and also asked them for a $300.00 Detailed shampoo and Cleaning done on the car - it was stressed that there was pet hair in the car. I was assured they would get the car clean, and I was also told they had to order a part, I left my contact details etc. with the service advisor, Daniela, After a few days I called to get an update. i called, and called, and called, and called, and called, left message after message on voicemail, and with reception, and the Service Advisor did not call me back. I had to take an Uber back to the dealership, and walk in to get an update on the status of the repair and cleaning - twice. They told me the car had been cleaned but the part still hadn't arrived. They gave me a direct phone number to call Daniela, the service advisor, and I had the same problem, no answer, no response. Ever!! I left a message for the manager, no response from him/her either. My company called numerous times., still nothing. Finally, I get a call from another Service Advisor, Veronica, saying the car was ready. I told her I was relieved to have someone calling me back because the other girl Daniela was a nightmare, and she cut me off and said whatever happened with the other service advisor was not her concern, because she was not that person, and so she can only be concerned for her own actions from here on forward. ????????. No apology, no empathy. Nothing. Went there, the car was dirty. The manager Keegan said if you want us to clean it again, just give us another 15 mins, we will vacuum it again. Veronica was dismissive when I asked her to change the contact number for the person and company to contact, and she huffed and rolled her eyes and was dismissive telling me that she wanted to move on to the next customer, and then when I insisted she update it, she pretended to change the phone number on file, . I left and told them I would come back when it was properly cleaned. Two hours later, they called back the wrong number, and irritated our client again, the very person who Veronica was told she was not supposed to call. I arrived and the Car was still dirty. Veronica, is the polar opposite to Daniela, she talks too fast, cuts people off, and is a know it all who made numerous mistakes on my paperwork despite my requests. She needs to sloooowwww downnnn and pay attention. This is not a race. I paid 269.00 + tax = $305.04 for the dirty car back., and someone made a comment that my company was paying for it anyway. ???? At the end I had to call back to get a proper invoice with a breakdown of charges, and not a zero-ed out reprint, so I could submit the proper documents to my company. There it was, the phone number I had asked her to delete and replace, still there! On the bright side, Mary Brown helped me to do that reprint in the end, and Mary is an absolute pleasure to deal with. I left and took the vehicle to another place to get Detailed for an additional $186.00 and got the car back squeaky clean. How about that? Never again 401 Dixie Nissan.

However for my partner and I, one of the strong decision making factors for our purchase was the salesman. JAI, from the Dixie 401 Nissan dealership was a delight to deal with. Clear and transparent communication, no hidden terms and conditions, highlighted the positives of his product but never talked down a competitors product, no rush to make a down payment or a blocking amount, a salesman but not a pushy one. Apparently 401 Nissan does not carry cash on hand to give change for your payment. Legal tender in Canada must be accepted as it is minted in trust by the bank of Canada. Refusal to accept cash can legally render services free of charge. Not only this, but you are not informed before hand to going to your appointment that they do not accept cash, otherwise I would take my business elsewhere. Seating area is under an air conditioner vent that blasts cold air on you. Thanks for the chill as I waited an hour for my oil change. I bet the general managers and sales managers are all colluding together on how to grow sales while the operations of the dealership is just - in honest words, a joke. If I give you $100 for my oil change, give me my change for the service provided. You can insist on cashless service but don’t run the company to force people to pay without cash or you’ll run into legal issues, which I’m sure, this place has got to of run into. Also what’s up with the attitudes on the service advisors? And the valet dude that runs up to you with a thermometer gun (without giving any word what he’s doing) and sticks a thing at your forehead. Horrible customer service, I have been with them for the last 2 years and changed recently to another dealer. My windshield had a crack in Feb 2016 and it was not fixed until May 2017, they use Flash Auto Glass from North York, horrible, I had to do more than 15 visits to fix this. When I wanted to trade in to a newer model, they gave me one of worst price and quoted such an high amount for the new car. Make sure you bargain as much as possible and do not go by the first amount they quote. I am happy that I moved from 401 Dixie Nissan.

I booked a appointment yesterday and was told by the staff on the phone my car is under warranty and I don't have to pay anything . After reaching the place they told me I have to pay $129 and got to wait for 3 hours. This is the second time its happening. The last time I gave my car for service they said the diagnostics cannot be done in a general service and I have to book an appointment separately. These guys just try to sell you stuff you do not want. Never more will I ever get to this service center or recommend anyone to this place.

If you want to be treated like a VIP client ask to see Firdoush (I hope I am spelling the name correctly) I made same day arrangements to see a car after work and had one of the best car buying experiences at the 401 Dixie Nissan dealership ever! First of all - no bait and switch, unlike many other places. The car I was inquiring about actually was at the dealer when I arrived. Second, the car I came to see was outside, clean and ready for the test drive when I arrived. Third, I was shown the CarProof right away and was given full disclosure about the car. Firdoush was one of the easiest and absolutely not pushy at all car sales people to deal with. Though the camera came in late (due to Covid-19), Veronica (service representative) took care of everything very well. It was my first time getting my car serviced here. My appointment started off with Keegan, he checked me in and even sanitized my car and took the right measures to ensure we were both safe and following covid-19 protocol. He provided me with step by step instructions on what to do after he was done checking me in, Keegan also provided me with nearby places to grab food while my car was getting serviced. My service advisor was Veronica and my interaction with her was really nice and pleasant. When I described my problem to her she knew right away what service needed to take place for the issue to be resolved. After the service was performed I was extremely happy as my issue was resolved. Keegan and Veronica made sure my car was sanitized after they worked on it and they even washed my car. 10/10, thank you both!!

Beware of the extended warranty!! I bought a Nissan Pathfinder in 2015 along with extended warranty for 5 years. It promised to give me a refund for up to $ 4000 dollars, if I don’t use the extended warranty. The coverage of the warranty was not clearly informed by the sales person. I had to eventually loose my refund since the warranty was used in two service centres without informing me. Better not pay for the extended warranty !! Dixie Nissan cheated me! Do not buy at this dealer.

Reducing 1 star just due to finance related things linked to finance manager. I found out a bit costly and couple of things were not brought to my attention by finance manager like loan processing cost, KMs covered under 2 years warranty. I was told 2 years warranty but wasn't disclosed KMs covered but may be miss from my side I should have asked. But, they could do better than this.

I bought my car here a few years ago and it wasn't a bad experience. The salesman, Firdosh was patient easy to work with. I didn't really feel any unnecessary pressure and we worked out a reasonable deal. The only serious pressure came when closing the deal - I don't recall his name but he was really pushing hard for me to get the extended warranty even though it was not in my budget. On the upside I received a year of free oil changes which was nice. The main showroom area is nice, clean with little cubicles around the perimeter for the salespersons. I still take my car here for service as the location is convenient for me. The service area is to the back and is on the smaller side but the waiting area is comfortable - complete with couches, a television and complementary snacks and beverages. The staff are professional and I have not had any major issues with repairs *knock on wood*. Of course they will recommend a lot of things like most other places. However they have been accommodating with the repairs I have had done. Express oil changes are available in a sort of drive thru way but I have never used it. There is shuttle service and the main driver Joe is a very cool guy. Sometimes you may have to wait a bit for the shuttle though if it already out. There seems to be two shuttles but it seems like Joe's shuttle is the primary. Finding parking can be difficult here so ask around on where you can "create" a parking spot.

I will NEVER do business with this location again. The finance department is just as useless as the used car department. It took them hours to find the car I saw on auto trader...they ended up selling me another car because they couldn't find the first one. When it was time to pick up the car the financing department give me so much attitude as if they were buying the car for me. So so unprofessional. By the way no one ever get back to you when you complain. I will spread the word on how horrible this location is.

i found service practices at 401 dixie nissan are fraud. I took a detailed inspection package and post services found that they didnt run any inspection and my car got safety issues 2 days after the inspection. While the company recommends brake fluid flush every 16k kms but they push you for every 8k which i felt was not done but charged. The replacement parts were most expensive and were almost double the price of 2 other nissan dealerships within GTA. They just want to cheat and make money

Update after pick up: gas tank was less than 1/2 full, car was not cleaned (ashes in the cup holders, etc), final sales contract myseriously deleted 12k km (showed odometer @ 25k km rather than the actual 32k),the selling price was 4k higherh etc etc etc..... The pick up of our car was terrible. Do i recommend? Sure. Just be VERY aware of the details. Will we go back? Probably not.

I bought a brand new 2021 Nissan Rogue Platinum back in July. During the process of my purchase I was informed that my first service appointment will be free. I confirmed this with the sales rep a few times. Even on the day of vehicle pickup my wife and daughter confirmed with the sales rep that the service will be provided for free, to which we were told it will be and the sales rep even booked the appointment for us. On the day of my first service appointment both the sales rep and the financial manager backed out of this agreement. The sales rep informed me that when the vehicle was purchased he was fairly new to the job and gave us misinformation. Which that is okay and understandable because at one point or another we all are new to a job so mistakes can happen. However, what is not okay for me is that the night before the service appointment, I once again got in contact with my sales rep to confirm the free service appointment and I was given false assurance. The sales rep had the chance to fix the mistake and he did not. Overall my experience was not a pleasant one which is why I have decided I will no longer be doing business with Dixie 401 Nissan. I have worked with Bolton Nissan before, they are great and going forward I will be taking my business back to them. As for the service appointment itself, Veronica was great - she was super nice and extremely apologetic for the service not being free even though she had no fault in this.

I was about to give 5* but no thank god I didn't. I got a very good deal on trade in. My salesperson Yasir Rehman was friendly and accommodating. So I took my friend 2 weeks after to see if we can get the similar deal. When he knew my friend is firm in trade in and the deal is not gonna happen. He was not only rude but bit aggressive. That's not how salesperson should interact with customers either they are buying or not. One of the worst service I received. Management you need to provide customer service training to your sales staff.

Bought a used car from them. They low balled me on my trade in which isn't surprising. I disclosed that I had summer wheels for the car I was trading in along with the winter wheels and tires that were currently on the car. Nice after market wheels and michelin tires. They said what if we throw in winter tires and wheels for the car I'm buying from them to sweeten the deal. I took that deal and later found out the car had been traded in with those same winter wheels and tires. They were really shady about what winter wheel package they would provide me when making the deal and now I know why. They made it seem like they were giving me new winter tire package for the car but the wheels they gave me were ones traded in with the car in the first place. When I picked up the car I drove it home and checked the oil only to find it was very low along with the coolant overflow bottle being empty. I had to buy oil and of course went back to them the next day being very angry that they either hadn't done the oil change they said they did or they didn't put enough in. I later found out they put oil in for a 2l engine and not 3.3l. They said they would reimburse me for the synthetic oil I had to purchase but of course I'm still waiting for that which will never happen. They also tried to sell me extended warranty on a car that already had 5 year 100k warranty. They told me the car had 3 year 60k and tried to sell me the extended warranty that was so nice of them! They also dinged my car putting the new plates on. Lastly when I dropped off my trade in and picked up my new used car the kid who was moving my trade in comes flying around the corner in a crowded lot and if I wasn't going slow and paying attention guess what would have happened? This is a warning to take your business elsewhere!!!!!

I dealt with the Nissan used dealership as I was selling my car through autotrader (it was a participating dealership). First off, to contact the manager, David, was next to impossible. Once we got into the dealership, the employees could not even get a hold of him. Once he was found, he was not welcoming, and was focused on making a sale and not buying my car. Once I decided to sell my car, another employee who took over the deal said the cheque would be ready in two days. We traveled to the dealership and of course it wasnt ready. Calling and texting for updates, we always got, oh tomorrow someone will be in, it will be ready by then. Two days turned Into a week and a half to get the payment for my car, and they had my car the whole time without paying me. The cheque had a spelling mistake and they refused to fix it even though I had asked multiple times for it to be fixed. This was such a poor experience and I would not reccomend it to anyone, even selling through autotrader. They just want your money and give you a hard time when you want to sell your car.

very bad experience for the first time of my life , after leasing 11 cars so far from different dealerships , this is the only one that really treated me with dishonesty. Just be careful with every promise they make or anything you sign , because once you sign nothing will happen. they promised to take my old car and return it, and i gave it to them when i picked my new one , then i found out that it wasn't returned and i ended up paying for the lease of 2 cars at the same time , one of them was in their parking lot. and of course no one answered the phone, or responded to any email.

Working with Huma was lovely. We would often drop in unscheduled and Huma would always be willing to work with us at a moment's notice. Please know that I don't ever post negative reviews but my experience with this dealerships service department was disgusting. I was hung up on 7 times while being transferred over to different people 6 times. My car could not be found in their system twice and when it was I was told that I had free oil changes under my lease plan by someone who works there. When I called to confirm if this is true that's when I spent 3 hours trying to get a hold of someone who could help me and I was bounced around to 6 different people- namely Grace, Joan and finally the manager Waqas called me back and said all he could do was apologize. If this happened in any other service industry that would not be sufficent. Its a shame as I had a good experience with the sales rep but I don't think I will be dealing with Nissan again.

The dealer (Finance Manger) promised and signed it on the bill of sale to reimburse me a specific amount, after 6 months, for keeping the financing deal. It has now been close to 2 months, multiple email trades with a promise to reimburse me, but a hollow promise and forcing me to seek other avenues. A very dishonest experience - watch out folks!!!

I had a bad experience I got my transmission oil changed after that I felt that my gear was sticking at first gear I went to back and told them about issue they checked and found that they filled up oil over the limit and now the took out some oil and brought back at normal level but problem didn't resolve yet I visited again and told them but they wanted to replace the transmission it cost was $5000 it told them due to your mistake it happened you have to replace it or fix it but they refused me to do then I wrote a letter to General Manger but he did not reply me, then I had to replace the transmission some other place cheaper than him, but never go over there for any kind of services if some thing happen wrong they will never take the responsibility.

I love my car, but I hate Nissan dealerships. I've gotten my car serviced here for more than 3 years. For a long time I've been peeved by the fact that they advertise service specials and then service staff would deny the special existed or insist that if you wanted it you had to tell them in advance suggestions that the service would be different if you did that. Still, if I showed them an ad, and made a bit of a scene, they would honor their ad. The last time I went they told me I needed my wheels realigned for about $150. I asked for a full inspection of the vehicle, brakes service, tire rotation and oil change on top of that. Three days after I got my car serviced they sent me an email saying that virtually everything but the oil change was unnecessary as I needed to change my brakes and tires (one tire was somehow unreasonably worn, suggesting an issue with their prior rotations). This meant everything they had done three days earlier was unnecessary even though they should have done the inspection first and advised me immediately (I was at the dealer for the whole servicing), and they wanted over $1000 for repeat and further services. Ultimately, I have to conclude that these people, while seeming amazingly friendly, are totally incompetent, or committing some sort of fraud. I am tired of dealing with them. I got a quote from Costco and I'd save more than 25% getting my servicing there with lifetime realignment and rebalancing of the tires included free, and the best tires on the market (Michelin premier) instead of the garbage I originally got from the dealership that lasted less than 4 years, and tax included. As far as I'm concerned, I wasted four years and thousands of dollars getting my car serviced here.

The service at this dealer is the worst I went three times and I promise I will not return and I do not recommend this site to anyone. On the last occasion I was there, I wanted to make an express oil change and ended up paying $430 dollars. They changed the brakes on my car without permission, that without counting that my brakes had already supposedly been changed at a different location, and I am sure that they had been changed already. They also made inspection charges without consulting me. They should not put that service in express. That is only to try to get more money. Good, it is a business, but do not be dishonest. They looked for things that did not have to be changed but changed them without my permission just to make more money. THEY RIPPED ME OFF.

It took 3 hours to change winter tires on rims. DONT OVERBOOOK, be respectful for customers time. I went in at 3 pm appointment and left at 6 pm,should only take 10 minutes..3 hours 3 hours of waiting..and they are people who come for oil change and have to wait hours...avoid this place at all cost. My Nissan rogue had issues which needed to be checked by a finance manager whether it would be done under warranty or not I kept calling them and the receptionist was just taking my name and number every time and telling me that they will make sure some one will call and have a look, eventually I had to take my car to a different dealer and they were professional enough to help and solve my issue.. I would seriously suggest not to get any car from them as they will be good while selling the car and promise they will look after your needs but they are horrible in post sales help... Four appoints to have a Technical Service Bulletin issue on my Nissan Rogue addressed. The first visit Dixie Nissan denied there was a problem, stated they checked for TSBs and found nothing. I wasn't convinced and did my own research, found the TSB and printed it out for them. They said that they had located the TSB and were going to get back to me? Second visit to diagnose the problem, I thought that's what the first visit was for. Third visit appointment was made, I show up Dixie Nissan tells me they won't be able to keep the appointment and send me home. Each time I needed to drop off the vehicle was a huge inconvenience, a lot of schedules being altered for drop offs and pick ups. I am told numerous times Waqas, the service manager, will contact me.....I'm still waiting for the call. By the way, no one in the service department answers the phone. All in all, a horrible experience.

Very bad experience with my service. No one answering the calls the Service Rep waiting for each to help out the customers waiting in line. No acknowledgement. They charge labour more than is required, they charge 4 hours of labour whereby only one or two max labour was required. Had lots of hassle with Service Manager, Laith and Service Rep Danielle, maybe she new to the company. Had to call several times to get responses. Before taking your car their pls check other Nissan first.

Bought a 2013 Rogue, fresh onto their lot. My salesman Daniyal Ahmad went above and beyond from the get go. After a minor issue during the initial test drive that required the vehicle to go into their maintenance shop, Daniyal went out of his way to drive the SUV to me, in Burlington, to ensure I had a chance to give it a run. With a week worth of safety work to be done (older model and needed some TLC), Daniyal stayed in touch frequently to give me updates, both good and not so good…actually it was all good, I was just being impatient. My pick up date of Saturday came and as I proceeded to the dealership to pick up my New To Me, Daniyal relayed the frustrating news that the Licensing required for me to pick up my new car had not been completed. Being the weekend, nothing could be done till the following Monday. I was in a pickle to say the least, as my current vehicle was due to be towed out the Sunday morning, and they did not have any viable loaner vehicles on site to help me get through the next few days. One of the Dealership managers stepped up and allowed me the use of their Demo model 2021 Rogue. Life saver! Daniyal took the extra time to ensure the vehicle was not only sound, but fully detailed, polished, and even had their Body team take care of some scratches and touch ups that were well beyond our original agreement. Picked my 2013 Rogue up this evening and I love it! One of the best experiences, hands down, with a dealership, and the majority of the credit for this goes to Daniyal. Very straight forward gentleman who goes that extra mile to ensure his clients are well taken care of, and comfortable with the entire process. Hiccups happened, but then again, nothing ever goes perfectly.

I have emailed the General Manager, the finance manager and left messages / voice mails with two other managers with absolutely no response. Just before storing my 2011 Nissan 370z for the winter it would not start, the issue is the common and know issue with the Electric Steering Column Lock (ESCL) unit that has plague many Nissan's from 2009 to 2011. Purchased a 2019 Pathfinder with approx 9k and was told it was a demo but was being sold as used. A week later I noticed condensation in my rear driver's side tail light. I brought it in to Nissan Hamilton and the service rep told me it was in an accident. The Carfax said it wasn't, so I brought it back to 410 Nissan and Lou the used car manager said if it's under $3000 they don't have to let the customer know it is not classified as an accident according to Lou. That is BS if you ask me. So, as dealer if they want to be up front with the customer, a decent dealership would tell their customers, do not trust this dealership, they did not even offer compensation, I will not be shopping at any Dilawri dealerships in the future, be warned.

Inspection appointment was for 2:00 and I was told on the phone it would take about an hour and a half. However, I wasn't out of there until almost 4:30 so I ended up in rush hour traffic on the way home. They told me after that they only had one person who was able to look at my car. I guess they must have been overbooking appointments. The actual inspection was good -- wish their time management was better though.

Long wait in the line as each customer is attended to thoroughly, which could be nice for that customer but there must be a better way to do it. Went for a regular service for my 2014 Nissan Altima purchased 6 months ago from the location and was told a bunch of other stuff needs changed, which was expected but again from a $80 bill to $530 which she was kind enough to discount it to round $500, made me skip a heart beat. I still have an additional 3 items to service but did not need urgent care. My car seems smoother on the drive back and for that I would sum it up to worth it.

Sales and Leasing Consultant Ashley Hastie Lara was splendid to work with. Calm, composed, and well-mannered. She gave us space and time to think about our choice, as opposed to most consultants who borderline doesn’t give you time to think. So the fact that she did this really made her stand out from other consultants, in my opinion. Her help to look for a new car felt genuine rather than most consultants that you obviously feel like they just want the sales. Another outstanding thing she did for us was she listened to our problem (I drive a lot, so I spend a lot on maintenance) and went above and beyond to provide us a tailored solution. She consulted her team to give us a complimentary oil change for a specific time period to help us save on maintenance expense. All of this, for me, is a five star service. Would recommend her 10/10, no doubt. Obviously, credits also to 401 Dixie Nissan team for what it looks like maintaining a high customer service standard.

The whole point about writing this detailed piece is to make other people aware of the below par service we went through so that others bear it in mind when deciding to buy and deal with Nissan at Dixie in the future. My wife and I financed a Nissan Rogue 2016 model from Nissan Dixie. We had taken the premiun protection plans from Nissan so it was 'made understood' or rather 'ensured' by the dealership that issues like minor dents would be taken care of In early October 2018, the car suffered a minor dent. My wife called the dealership and the Finance Manager asked to bring the car to the service department any time between business hours. No appointment needed. In mid October 2018, my wife went to the dealership at the expense of taking a day off from her annual vacation to get work done on the dent. Upon reaching 401 Dixie Nissan, the maintenance people advised her to come early to show it to the mechanic, and that appointments usually work better. Needless to say, the vacation day was wasted. I then asked my son who took the car again in the 3rd week of November and went early as advised but was told that is not the way to do it and was asked to call and open a work order. No appointment is needed but rather the dealership does not do this work - all the matters are handled by the insurance company. The personnel at the service department were not interested in even having a look at the dent. Needless to say, he wasted a vacation day over it as well. In December, my son called and gave all the details to the insuranxe representative and after the entire conversation, they refused to repair the car because it doesn't fulfill the criteria. Amidst all this, my wife also called the Finance Manager and left messages but there was no response from their side. So now its been 5 months since this episode began with barely any fruitful response from 401 Dixie Nissan's side. My family and I are extremely disappointed with the incompetence and the lack of expected customer service we were promised when we purchased the car and paid for premium protection plans.

I had funny and great conversations with everyone. I am only 24 and this experience was new to me but the financial advisor took his time to explain everything. I went to check a Honda accord coupe. We couldn't meet a negotiation, we decided that we didn't want one of the promotions so they could lower the price. The catch I went back to get what we agreed on it wasn't the same. The price was not what we agreed, had to get them to correct after 3x for it to be what we agreed on and they removed a wheel package. I didn't care about it because I didn't come there for a wheel package but was disappointed that they did when they included themselves. We agreed on having the same contract minus one of their promotions while keeping everything the same except the price to which they agreed to so I don't know why the contract changed in the end excluding the package. After that we decided to purchase the car but wanted to see finance options to see how it was. Under financing it would have been under my father's name but when we decided we would pay it out right to save on interest fees. Now under my name because I'm paying for it. We told them to switch ownership to me they said it would be ok. Now picking up the car a week later we were waiting for an hour when they said it would be 10 minutes because they had to switch out the ownership (which I don't see why when we told them in a week advance we were swapping). Neither less picking up the car we had to pay some licensing fee and registration which is normal but they tried to overcharge, the bill of sale we already paid some already but due to grabbing new plates and such theres another fee but should have been deducted from the bill. They were trying to tell us that they did but couldn't show us that they have done through paperwork so in the end they did deduct it. Taking the car home we realized there was minimal to no detailing done. Now I'm not expecting perfection but there were obvious visible stains still present. The car is used but it shouldn't look used if nothings wrong with it beyond their control, therefore it shouldn't be dirty. Should have been cleaned better but again not the main issue. The real situation the stickers did not match my birthday and it was my fathers (Probably because the dealership assume it would be under my father's name under financing but we didn't go that route because I paid for it myself and told them well ahead of time to have to swapped). Had to go to service Ontario and get that fixed and pay to have it match the correct date. Picking up the car we were informed the driver door sill panel was still missing and that it would arrive within next week. 3 weeks later with me having to inquire, when they should have updated us properly not telling us "It should arrive soon" or told us straight up it's been delayed. Understanding parts can be backordered/delayed but what I didn't appreciate was lack of communication and false ETA, them telling me it would arrive within a few days when it took 3 weeks. When I called in I understand at the dealership everyone is busy. I called in the morning/afternoon and left them my personal contact info with a promise to update me or someone will be in contact within the day, I was not contacted. With them telling me the part has arrived the trunk cylinder is missing. (when I went to go look at the car the reason the door sill panel was missing was because they had to replace the trunk line. I don't know why the door sill panel went missing and trunk cylinder wasn't installed after the trunk line) Told them about this and they insisted that it didn't come with one now again it's a Nissan dealership and not Honda but almost every car has one. I could've let it slide that they didn't have the information about the car but you're selling it now when they decided to buy it off the previous owner. I had to pretty much beg them to correct something that I shouldn't really have had to but in the end they did what they promised... In the end what I'm saying is maybe a used car that's non Nissan or I'm the odd client that experienced this just be extra careful. However you can count on them to deliver what they promised and thats customer service.

Cars are priced well but the customer service was terrible. I'm happy with the car I got but I definitely won't be back. The agent was not considerate of my time at all and made no real apologies for it. He changed the time of my appointment to come view the car twice on the day of and then after I decided to buy it, had me wait around for 45 minutes to sign the paperwork with the finance manager, and when he still wasn't available, I was asked to come back another day. Came back a few days later and again had to wait around. On the day I picked up my car, I had an appointment scheduled to finalize the paperwork but again waited 45 minutes for the finance manager. When I asked what the hold up was I was told I must have mixed up the time of my appointment and that they weren't actually late (even though I had the time of my appointment in writing from them, twice). The agent also was not clear about fees and when I picked up the car I was stuck paying an additional amount that had not been discussed prior. Overall, very poor experience.

0 stars if I could. Bought a 2019 Sentra from them. They have been the only mechanic I have been to. Had my winter tires last year put on and removed by them. Had to go to another mechanic to put on my winters due to appointment unavailability (which is totally fine- everyone wants their tires on). Brought my winters to another shop to get them on, upon removing Nissan’s tire bag the mechanic informed me that TWO tires (winters) need to be replaced, one was not safe to drive. My tires have been stored in a climate control space and not touched since they came off in the spring time. Called Nissan about the unsafe tire being packaged back up and given to me, without any communication that my tires were damaged. Upon calling Nissan was told “it’s their word against mine”. There was not even a “let me look into this for you” Definitely a shame because they were fantastic to purchase from and have only been using them for service but will definitely not go back after being called a liar and will not recommend anyone to go.

I highly recommend asking for Maher Kaddoura as your sales representative for the BEST customer service. He went above and beyond to help my father and I. He spent his time looking for cars that met my needs and we did not once feel that he was just throwing any car at us just to make a sale. He took me out for a test drive and showed me every single thing in the car! He did not once make me feel like I was bothering him- it was the exact opposite, he would show me things that I did not even ask about. He is clearly very passionate about his job and it really shows. Also, I love how the General Manager went out of his way to shake my hand and congratulate me on my new car. He even genuinely congratulated the sales representative who helped us- which I thought was such a nice and supportive gesture on his part. This was the best customer service experience I have ever received. My father who has purchased over 6 pre-owned cars stated that he has never had that level of customer service from a sales representative at a dealership. Thank you Maher!

This is a dealership that is great at selling cars but when it comes to sevicing your car they are terrible. I went in recently for a recall service appointment and they suggested all sorts of services that were additionally required. The worst was that my Tire Treads were down to 3 ( Brand new Bridgestone tires installed in April 2021). Took it to my mechanic same day and he measured them at 11. Shocking they only want to swindle customers.

I purchased a Nissan Leaf from 401 Dixie. I have no problems with the car, and I have been more than satisfied with it. The only problem with my overall experience is that I have to come here for servicing. If you service your car, expect long wait times, incomplete servicing, and indifferent employees. I tried ordering a part (covered under warranty) and I might as well be pulling teeth. They didn't inform me that the part had arrived, and when I called to check they told me that they will contact me later, but they never did. Eventually, they sent the part back. From now on I would rather go to another dealership for servicing if possible.

Initial issue was for the Seat cover on Passenger side, they reviewed it and installed a new seat, which is good, but it took approximately 3 months for them to review and get to the decision, For that issue, we made 5 visits and then the issue was resolved. 2 nd issue was for the air bag sensor, it took approximately 6 months to resolve them the air bag issue, and we made approx 10 - 12 visits. and then finally the stress went off after 6 months and the issue was resolved. 3rd issue was with the speakers, there was a cracking sound from the speakers, which they fixed it within a month, we made 3 visits for that issue. 4th issue was when we gave car for the servicing(Oil changing and regular maintenance) the door panel light was broken, and they mentioned that it was not broken by them, so We will have to share the amount of the door panel light, and we paid $40 for their mistake. and Currently the issue is with the keys, the remote is not working and also the button on the door for opening and closing is not working. We made 2 visits for it, but still they didn't come up with the solution. Both the times we went their and they told us that there is not any issue with it, but on regular basis we are facing a lot of problems with the key not working. We tried both of them and none are working. No one in the team at 401 Dixie is helpful, and is not willing to help at all. it was the worst decision to go with 401 Dixie, and I will not recommend to any one who is planning to go there. We were not expecting services like this from Nissan. When I called today, service manager was not working, and I was asked to email them, and the person whom i spoke to today was not willing to give her name to me. WORST SERVICE EVER...!!!!! PLEASE DONT GO TO 401 DIIXIE NISSAN.

Initial car buying experience was good but I was mislead in purchasing a warranty worth $2000 which is of no use for a 3 year leased car. More so after a year I came to know they are not going to honor what they sold. Complained about it, I was promised a resolution but never got one. Complained to Nissan and they said they have no control on what their dealer sells. General manager was copied on all communications but never got a response from him either. I would be surprised if he replies here.

I bought 2 vehicles from 401 Dixie Nissan (Dilwari Group) New 2018 Nissan Rouge and recently bought 2005 Nissan Altima from used car division. Before buying a vehicle they will make you feel that they have best customer service and you are very important to them. After Sales service is very very bad, neither sales person comes the phone or manager if you have any questions for them. Receptionist put you in hold for 10 to 15 minutes and comes back and says please give me your name and number and I will have one of Sales person call you back. They don't care once you have bought a car from them, noone replies back. I already bought 2 cars from them so not planning to buy another one in near furture but definitely will not recommend 401 Nissan Dixie to any of them. Thanks, Sujeet

I bought my second hand car there, had a good experience then used their service center for oil change and for tire change. I was happy with them and praised about them. BUT, after changing my winter tires to my 4 season ones (cost me a $140), I immediately noticed that my car leans to the left, so I call them to fix the problem since I didn't have this before EVER. They tell me its a wheeling problem and it will cost $120!!!!! Anyone I've asked said you changed your tires with them and they are responsible for this. They tell me the problem is your tires they are probably worn out. My car is 2016, with only 50K when I changed my 4 season tires and they been sitting there for 1 year so how can they be worn out. I am sooo mad!! I hate it when my trust is abused and I am treated like fool. I will never go there again!

I HAVE MADE NUMEROUS PHONE CALLS ASKING TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE AS YOU HAVE MENTIONED IN YOUR POST AND NOBODY GOT BACK TO ME!!!!!!! Not too happy with my experience at 401 Nissan. I booked an appointment for an oil change early this summer. Everything went fine until I brought the car back home. I noticed a small dent on the front passenger side door. It is a very small dent and I never notified Nissan because I had no proof that is was their fault in the first place. I did not give it much thought afterwards. I brought my car in for another oil change on Saturday, November 5. Everything went fine up until my car was given back to me. As I approached my car I noticed a relatively large scratch on the front bumper. The Service Advisor was with me and I pointed it out to him immediately. I asked if he could review the security cameras on the premise to investigate the matter. He told me that the cameras might not have the proper angles to see what happened. He told me that he would apply paint on the car the next time I booked an oil change. I verbally agreed with him and left without signing off on any documents. When I brought the car back home, I looked at the car in more detail and noticed more faint scratches on the driver side of the car. I called Nissan right away and explained the situation to the receptionist. She forwarded me to my Service Advisor and he was not available. The receptionist told me that he would call me back before the end of the day. He never did. Over the next couple of days I called back and I was not able to get a hold of my Service Advisor. I left messages and never got a call back. The worst part is I never had the Service Advisor sign off on any documents about the situation. My car is leased as well, so when I bring the car back I am going to be blamed for the damages. Aside from the fact that nobody called me back, this location is so small that maneuvering around is difficult. I do not entirely blame the technicians as there are many tight spaces. All I want is for 401 Nissan to fix the damages or at least sign off on a document that puts me at no fault.

The sales staff does need to work on their communication and follow-up, but upper management really does care about customer satisfaction and retention; I am confident they will continue to improve and develop their staff so they can provide the best and most memorable experience to their customers. Buyers beware: Purchased a 2018 Nissan, Ghufran and ranran were a pleasure to deal with but when it came time to pick up the car there was a personal emergency where Ghufran couldn’t attend. His replacement that day was less than impressive and honestly I almost walked away from the sale that day and in hindsight I wish I did. He showed no interest in providing basic customer service, he assured us the car was ready to go, once inside the empty gas light was on. When I approached him about it and explained we were charged a fuel fee when buying The car he said this wasn’t his role and he had other customers who booked an appointment. I explained I also booked an appointment to pick up the car today and shouldn’t have to wait until he was finished with his. I proceeded to wait an additional 30 minutes and he eventually took the car to fill it with gas. I was also assured by this gentleman that the owners manual was in the car and of course it was not. Again his response was less than supportive and eventually I said I wasn’t leaving until I had the owners manual as I was no longer trusting the integrity of this company for basic things to close the deal. The most disappointing part was realizing after the buy that a car made in 2018 doesn’t have automatic headlights. Now this could be partially my fault and I’ll be sure from now on to check if a car has a basic feature that’s been in cars of all Models for over 20 years. Nissan really missed the mark here, it’s great you can tell me the tire pressure of my car but why not turn my headlights on and off automatically?? Who honestly manually turns the lights on and off on cars anymore? Such a safety hazard. I reached out again to the dealership to see if there’s anything that can be done, even if I need to pay (which is incredibly unfortunate) to add a basic feature. I had a pleasant exchange with Ghufran but over a week later I’m still sitting here with a car with no automatic headlights. At this point I’m left to take matters into my own hands to resolve this issue but felt important enough to share the story so others do not have to go through a similar experience.

Today I wanted to take the time out to talk about the amazing customer service I received. People are not really thanked enough when the go above and beyond to help. Yanique Bailey is truly an asset to their staff. Each time I come in and get assisted from her I’ve never had an issue. They have a very reasonable service and try to understand the customer to give them the best possible outcome. I highly suggest getting a good warranty to help out with some of the more expensive repairs. And the have a membership where you get a percentage off and also towards your next visit. All in all good service.

Worst car buying experience ever! and the Review gets worse. I just found out that when I had the winter tire sensor option "included" with my purchase - supposedly a retail $400 / 500 retail value - that Nissan put on an after market 40.00 part. So now my winter tires cannot be installed at other Nissan dealership without buying a new sensor package. This is out right thievery and lying, wish I had time to take them to court. I strongly suggest that you make sure any options you purchase from this dealership are not after market, should you choose to purchase from them anyway. A call to the dealership brought no satisfaction whatsoever. Original review was the following and I stand by it. If you can buy a car from any other Nissan dealer I highly recommend that you do so! No disclosures re in service date, once you've signed for your purchase calls are not returned, delivered with chip in bumper, etc. etc. List goes on. Buy your Nissan elsewhere!

I had a great experience with this dealership, and our salesman, Yasir. However, after I signed the lease deal and completed the financing with Matthew D, they took ten days to submit my trade in cheque to my bank. On top of that, we had to call them two times and go in person to follow up on this situation. It has now been 4 weeks since this sale and my bank loan is still pending. Matthew did not have the kindness to even follow up with us. We also contacted the manager of the entire dealership. Here i am, four weeks after trading in my vehicle and having paid two payments on it, waiting for it my money to finally be deposited. All is good until the papers have been signed - then you're on your own!

I would like to say that they are so bad to deal with. I was told that some services are free. However, I go there for my service and they charge me something completely different than what the contract said. We tried to call Salil 10 times for explanation but he never returned the call. Never returning back to their service.

Salesman was rude and told me false information about other brands and gave me the worst advice. "Buy a car at the very first dealership you go to". That is after we told him they were the first place we visited in the morning. The same salesman also claimed he was an essential worker and that he was as important as my nurse friend trying to shop for a car.

Probably the worst experience I have EVER had at a dealership. While the sales staff are very kind and reasonably knowledgable, management leaves much to be desired. I came in 3 times and on all 3 occasions noticed the GM in particular mistreating staff and doing his best to ignore customers as well and pass them off to whoever he could find. He seems to not want to do any work and then blames all his problems on his staff, a double sign of a horrible leader. On top of that, if you go through reviews of this dealership it is very clear from the usernames, account histories and just general writing style of the reviews for this dealership that many of them were falsified probably by the GM in order to cover up all the bad, honest reviews about this place. I would go anywhere else for your Nissan needs, and will be driving twice as far to purchase a car in the future just to avoid ever having to deal with this dealership again.

Just leased a new vehicle at 401 Dixie Nissan and I had a great experience. Olympio was the salesman that I dealt with and he was fantastic. He took his time explaining all the specs/details of the vehicle, and was very reasonable when negotiating a price. ***Note: Originally posted this review in August, I was contact by a manager who apologized for the mistake, told me that there was miscommunication and that I would get my money by Late December/Early January LATEST. He asked me to take my review down, which I foolishly agreed to. Well we are mid February, no money. I have tried to contact the GM and my voicemails have gone unanswered. These people are crooks go literally ANYWHERE else! ** Original review: I didn’t want to leave a bad review and was very hopeful that the dealership would follow through on their word, however that is not the case. The fact is that the financial manager Salil Bhattia is a liar and I feel like others need to be warned. I purchased a Nissan Parhfinder in June, and although we had the cash in hand to pay for the full price of the vehicle, Salil pushed us to get financing-they get a commission from all loans they initiate. We hesitantly agreed and were promised that 1. It is an open loan, so we can pay it off whenever we want and 2. We would be compensated $500 as Salil would be making money off of us getting financing. It was agreed that a cheque would be mailed to us and we would have it in our hands a week after our car purchase. The day before pickup, Salil called and indicated that we would need to keep the loan for 6 months in good standing before he would honour our agreement for the $500. After I reminded him that this was not our agreement, he grudgingly said that we could accept the cheque in “a week or two”. One month later, after still not having received the cheque, I called Salil multiple times asking about the status of the cheque. He fina y returned my call after the fourth voicemail I left him and informed me that he “guarantees” that I will have the cheque in hand by the end of next week. Well it has two weeks (2 months after our purchase) since we spoke and guess what? -no cheque. I had heard many times that car salesmen are sleazy and conniving and will say whatever you want to hear to get a sale- turns out the same can be said about the financial managers as well. On a side note: the salesman (Zo) that we worked was actually great. Too bad Salil’s lies turned what would have been a 5 star rating to a 1 star.

The customer service advisor Haseeb Ali was extremely helpful and knowledge right from start to finish. The service on my car was conducted in a professional manner, and I am very pleased with their work. Haseeb was prompt at informing me at every step. A special shout-out to James Li and Rahul Champaneri for their excellent services!! This was my first car purchase experience, and James has been doing above and beyond for his service! I actually had a few vehicles on my mind when I was shopping around the city, and Nissan was not one of my options. Yet, James has demonstrated excellent understanding of my needs and showed a lot of patience throughout the entire process. He always responded to my continuous messages and calls in a very timely fashion, making me feel that I was always his top priority. I wouldn't imagine anyone who could have done any better. Plus, I really dislike aggressive sales and over-exaggerative speech, which I have found in other dealerships, but James was just very very humble and down-to-earth. I learned a lot from him, and James is definitely the person you would continue to go to for excellent after-sale services. As a matter of fact, I could see that they have an excellent team taking care of different aspects of the customer. Rahul has helped me with the finances, he gave me very comprehensive advices and clear analyses so the payment would work out the way that would fit my financial need. Despite my constant questioning, Rahul has always taken his time to understand my need and answer my questions to his best. Both James and Rahul have gone the extra mile to help me resolve my complicated auto insurance issues so I could take the vehicle with peace of mind. All in all, this has been the BEST car purchase experience and I would say the BEST SERVICE EXPERIENCE I have ever had! I strongly believe that Nissan should be proud to have hired such a wonderful team!

Overall it was a good experience dealing with 401 Dixie Nissan. My sales rep was Salma who showed me the cars and walked me through the process. Even though we could not finalize a deal but no where I felt she was being pushy to get me to sign something I didn't want ... Can't say the same for other staff members, but Salma was comfortable enough to deal with... hence I am giving 5 stars

WARNING: Terrible experience at every turn!! Really wish I bought anywhere else. -SALES guy I bought from was a real weirdo, did not treat me professionally and did not seem to understand how interest payments work -FINANCING guy seemed nice but I had a major issue with my financing payments not being started and he dragged it out for literally 3 months because he never returned my calls, was impossible to get a hold of, and when I did reach him he didn't take the issue seriously at all -GM did resolve my financing issue for me, but didn't seem particularly bothered by the treatment I'd been given by his staff -SERVICE: call the main line and press 1 for service, this line is never answered and messages in the mailbox were not returned. Eventually talked to someone in sales who connected me to service coordinators who could make an appointment for me, for some reason they are not the same team that answers calls to service. Despite the fact I bought the car at the dealership they weren't able to lookup my VIN so I had to call back. Eventually I was able to make a Saturday appointment, when I showed up I was told they can do the oil change but not the diagnostic, they also lied to my face and told me they tried to call me and warn me about this. I had no missed call and when I asked what time they called me they fumbled so hard it was clear it was a thoughtless lie. Now I have to come in again, and I'll need to take time off work because diagnostics are only M-F till 1pm! Also 'drive thru' service is not what you'd expect, you have to get out of the car and a basic oil change takes an hour.
