Made an appointment for 8:30 for an oil change and tire swap ( tires already on rims ), vehicle didn't go into shop until 11. Won't be bringing vehicle here again for service.

Charge twice as much as other places just to tell you what is wrong, and take twice as long. No part on hand so always have to come back in a few days. Gave an estimate to replace 2 items,left and right. Then only did one but kept me waiting twice as long as they said the two would take so they could add more labor cost then threw in "shop supplies" so they could get all the money . Crooks! The only good thing was the shuttle driver. Without that it would be zero stars.

Had my truck serviced on warranty, one issue was not covered (wheel balancing) and dealership went ahead and corrected the issue without informing me (77$). As I disputed the charge service rep indicated that next time I need service under warranty I would not be a priority since I did not purchase vehicle at that location. I paid the charge and left
