I have dealt with a lot of car dealers over the years, but Kia Miramichi is by far the best at providing top quality customer service. At no time did we ever feel pressured to buy any vehicle and they did not try to sell us something above our needs. The staff are very professional, knowledgable and easy to talk to. Only went to the service department but found them to be friendly and very good and on time service. Overall very satisfied with them for my first visit there. Only gave 4 stars because I never had the chance to deal with the sales team yet. I have heard from other people that they have a good sales team tho.

Il was a really great experience buying a car at Miramichi Kia. They were fast effective and especially caring .I had the choice to go elsewhere for the same car, but the staff there amazed me. Took a lot of there time to make sure i was served and taken car of during the time i was there. A special thank you to the salesman that served me. Awesome guy to talk to.
