Bought a used Tacoma, had an issue with the Bluetooth hands-free microphone not working. The GM reached out to me and got me to bring my truck in. They had to order the part and I had to return to get it installed. Both times my truck was in there getting serviced I was provided with a car to use for the day. Once the new part was installed, my microphone worked and I love my truck!

Please do not support this dealership, they are looking out for themselves. Ripping off the people of Midland with horrible service. Non educated and rude sales staff. Not in your database because I would never give anyone my information after being treated the way I was. Assuming that I needed extended financing and that I would pay the price that’s advertised on the Internet “ we don’t negotiate price.” The Dodge dealership as well as Honda is better suited if people are looking to purchase a vehicle.

I had been thinking about replacing my aging truck for a while and had been interested in upgrading to a new Toyota. Back in July I met Wayne and started looking at the Toyota trucks and decided on the Tundra. With the shortage of inventory available for new and used I decided to order new but I wanted to take delivery in October. Wayne was very accommodating to my needs and I never felt any pressure to buy. He was able to order my truck and have it ready when I was ready. He was alway available to answer my questions and allowed me time to even add additional accessories after I placed the order. I took delivery this past Friday and was thoroughly pleased with how easy and smooth the process was. I am very happy with my new truck and recommend Midland Toyota to anyone who might be thinking of buying a vehicle.

This is the third vehicle we've purchased from Midland Toyota and we'll keep going back there because of the excellent service we always get. From Sales to Finance to Service everyone treats us like they really, truly care that we are happy. Dominic was very thorough in making sure we knew everything about all of the new features on our Highlander Hybrid when we picked it up and he continues with follow up calls and emails even after we've driven away just to make sure we're still happy. Candice went the extra mile to make sure we got everything we needed for our financing and warranties. Maggin was fantastic to schedule us in within a day to get roof racks installed before our upcoming camping trip. Everyone really made us feel like we were important to them. That kind of service is special and is what keeps up coming back here.

I purchased my first truck at Midland Toyota. However, the sales experience I had was quite poor. The salesmen was very rude and even laughed at me when attempting to negotiate. At the time that sales manager was not there so I had asked him to go see the owner about the price. The owner didn't even have the curtesy to come and see me. This is just to name one bad experience. Many of my friends and family members have been treated with the utmost disrespect at Midland Toyota. This is why I take the time to drive to where I know I will be treated with respect and kindness at Collingwood Toyota. I recommend to everyone that if you are shopping for a car or need service to choose another location.

I feel obliged to write to this review. They were able to get me a timely service appointment, whereas other locations could not. Despite my annoyance with the distancing process, they did offer me shuttle service to and from work, which is a huge bonus during the apocalypse. 5/5 rating and highly recommended.

Took my car in for an oil change and they said they lost the equipment to put the skid plate back on afterwards. They refused to do anything about it and kept the old skid pate. My car now has a huge hole under the engine where water and rocks get thrown up into the engine bay by the tires. I do not recommend using the service department at this location!

Will be taking the extra time to drive to another Toyota for ALL future services. First experience- I was left waiting at the service desk for about half an hour for the service manager who knew I was coming to meet with him (as I had just called ahead of time). I was made to wait while listening to him screaming and swearing on the phone over multiple phone calls while he stared over at me knowing I was waiting for him to realize the customer is probably more important than his issues outside of work. Once he finally came to deal with my concerns, he was pissy from who he was dealing with on the phone and instead of helping me further he says “take it back to where you bought it and tell them they sold you a lemon” (place I bought it was an out of town Toyota- truck is brand new). So the issue was not dealt with. Second experience- called ahead to make an appointment while being rudely interrupted in the middle of my sentence by whomever was on the phone. Ended up booking in to bring the truck back (for the same issue as before that wasn’t dealt with or looked at- of course) and also asked if they could just take a look at everything else to see if it may be something other than what I was thinking. To which I was told no because the scheduled maintenance still wasn’t for a while.. so I guess not worth it to even take a look to put me at ease or do a better job helping customers. So I Get the call to pick the truck up and I’m told there’s nothing wrong again, and it’s most likely my fault for why there’s issues. I can say with utmost confidence that I will never be taking my truck back to midland Toyota, even though I live around the corner. Bought the truck in Collingwood and have never been treated better at a dealership before. Well worth the hour long drive to be treated with respect and to feel like my vehicle and myself are cared about. I have worked in a car dealership before and know and understand the customer service meant to be given to everyone equally, and this place is by far the worst. Being a business owner now myself, I will not hesitate to provide this kind of information to my clients and let them know (if they are looking to purchase a Toyota) to go elsewhere.

June 23, 2016 Terrible experience with Toyota!! Have had a Rav4 for over ten years. Leased the 1st & the 2nd one. when the lease was coming up on the 2nd we planned on buying it out. I told the dealer we always dealt with about concerns we had before the buyout. The paint had chipped off on many areas of the vehicle & the leather was torn on the driver's side. I was told that Toyota would not take care of the issue as my warranty was over. You would think a HUGE car dealership as Toyota would want to satisfy their customers but I found out they do not care in keeping customers I guess. I would never purchase another Toyota vehicle & I sure would not recommend anyone else!! Poor company to deal with and no customer satisfaction!!.

HORRIBLE SERVICE - Take the extra half hour and go to Jacksons Toyota where their techs are knowledgeable and they treat you right! Brought my 2009 Toyota matrix into Midland Toyota for a service issue. It took them 4 + hours to diagnose an issue that should have taken an hour. If they had knowledgeable staff I would not have been charged to this extent. Now because I refused to pay that kind of money for diagnostics for their lack of knowledge they tell me they will never service my vehicle again. Take your car elsewhere people!
