Terrible experience on a Saturday. While trying to change my breaks, we came to find that my Jeep (bought from midland Chrysler) did not come with a wheel lock key to take off my tires. When I called, no one is working in parts today and the SERVICE MANAGER “does not have a key to that section of the shop.” He suggested I try calling back on Monday as my one and only solution. He tried to shame me saying that I should have noticed this piece to be missing before I needed it. This team is really great at selling you a car, but unfortunately the follow up service continues to be far from great.

Horrible customer service. Staff is not very friendly. Waited what feels like forever in the service and parts department just to check in for an oil change and ask about a fuel filter. Not very knowledgeable. No communication. Everything takes forever. Was told they didn't have the part but ended up having the parts after waiting 20minutes. Took about 3hrs waiting for an oil change and for them to replace a fuel filter. Came out of the shop with a huge white scratch down the side of our couple month old black truck, then was "purposely" covered up by Grease and someone's finger prints. Also a blue pen mark across the top of the truck on the inside. Will never go back after seeing how much they don't care about others peoples property and the lack of care for our 110,000$ truck.. treated us like we were children, refused to acknowledge us and talked back and forth about us behind the desk when we were right there. Never going back and will never buy another Chrysler automobile in our lives. Thanks for the horrible service.

Very disappointed about customer service. I bought jeep grand Cherokee trailhawk from midland. I came all the way from Kitchener to midland for my jeep. I bought it and recently they sent me email with an offer of winter tires in 499* but when I called them to book the appointment I was told that total cost would be 1600$ plus taxes and that offer was not valid for my car.

3 months ago I bought my journy from Midland Chrysler, my sales agent was amazing it was everything after that will makw me never go back. After being told that what was casuing my check engine light was my airbag (didnt really listen to anything else like how my car was legging). Brought it to a mechanic today, and was told it was my cam shaft was out of alignment. If I had listened to their service department id have spend over 1000 dollars to fix a problem that wasnt a major concern. If the cam shaft would have went while im driving it could have caused serious injuries. Considering it was supposed to be fully serviced when I picked it up, I had bald tires, filthy filters (carbon and air) needed an oil change, and when I brought it back in, it cost me 135$ just to have a Diagnostic done. Will never do business with them again. Lost a very loyal customer!!

We went to Midland Chrysler on Saturday of the Victoria Day long weekend to look at a vehicle we had seen advertised online. Much to our dismay, the dealership happened to be closed for the long weekend. We called the dealership and the voice-mail said to call or message David Clayton on his cell phone. We messaged David expecting to not get a reply until the following Tuesday. However David did reply and after a little back and forth conversation, he agreed to meet us at the dealership in 30 minutes. We couldn't believe that he would actually take time from his holiday long weekend and drive to the dealership to show us the vehicle. He arrived exactly on time and greeted us with a big smile. He proceeded to show us the vehicle inside and out. We were so impressed to we decided to purchase the vehicle on the spot. David made the entire purchasing process very easy. He answered all of our questions in detail, looked up the build history of the vehicle and took care of all the paperwork. A big thank you to Aimee Charron who helped us with the financing and licensing of the vehicle. We highly recommend David and the team at Midland Chrysler. We had a great experience from our initial contact with Nigel Mosley, our sales representative who patiently answered all our questions and was not pushy and treated us fairly. All the people we met at the dealership were super friendly and helpful. The dealership was clean and well laid out. We bought a 2021 ram classic Warlock which was delivered a few days later during a snowstorm. The delivery driver was friendly and a real professional. A special thank you to Aimee Charron who handled our financial and warranty details professionally and to Natalie Hamilton who kindly forwarded some items and paperwork by courier. Recently my mother and I we’re faced with some heavy repairs on her Jeep Compass and she had always been taking her Jeep to a ma and pa mechanic, I’m not saying they weren’t fixing what she asked they were but they weren’t going above and beyond to ensure my mother’s safety. I decided it was time to take her Jeep back to the one place I knew I could trust and that is Midland Chrysler. Not only did they look at what we asked but they went above and beyond to do a full inspection of the Jeep to ensure she was going to be the safest she could be while driving and to our surprise she was or could have been in serious danger!! They took the time to explain everything that needed fixing in full detail as well as informed us of a recall that we had no idea about. All of this would sound scary to anyone especially when you think of the cost associated with parts and labour and I can say with confidence they worked with me every step of the way to make sure all the repairs were done at a cost I could afford! You would never get this type of service anywhere else..they saw me not as a dollar sign but as a daughter who loves her mom, whose number one concern is that she is as safe as possible while driving at all times. I want to thank everyone at the dealership for making this possible and for being so accommodating to my budget and most of all for making sure my mom is safe, thank you!! Hope penetanguishene, ON

I went in to look at buying a newer vehicle, and the salesperson Noah, was greatly helpful and knowledgeable. I went on to pursue a purchase of a slightly used SUV. I was sent in to do the paperwork with Taylor, who took care of everything towards the purchase, financing, and extended warranty of my choice for a newer vehicle. I was asked to come in a few days later, where I was handed my keys, taken to my new purchase by another knowledgeable employee, and asked if I had any questions or if I wanted any technical help (pairing my phone, etc). All was in a timely professional manner. I had none of the hassle normally associated with purchasing a vehicle. Everything was taken care of by them except a couple signatures lol. Awesome service in all aspects and highly recommend! Thank you Midland Chrysler!

I am not sure how a dealership could have such incompetent staff. I brought my vehicle to them to do a service recall on my cat converter. They left my vehicle outside for me to pick up after hours, and driving home I noticed there was an exhaust leak. I returned my car to have them fix the hole they causes in my exhaust system, only to be told that they didn't cause the leak and it would be $1100 for them to repair it. I had no issues with my vehicle AT ALL until they did work on it, and was even told by Crystal that it is possible they caused the leak because they were handling the exhaust. So. How am I responsible to pay for a repair on my vehicle that I wouldn't otherwise have, if they caused the damage to it?! I am beyond frustrated that a company can handle itself so unprofessionally. Don't take your vehicle there unless you want to pay extra for them to repair damages that they caused to your vehicle while fixing the initial issue you brought it in with!

Bought a 2012 Journey a little over years ago. It was fine for a few months except for a weird grinding noise when we turned corners and occasionally while going straight. had them look at and they couldn't figure out what it was and said to ignore it. (red flag #1). A little while later the back up sensors stopped working. brought it in again, the looked at them, SAID they fixed them, but when I tried them out they still didn't work (red flag#2). called back right away, but it was the end of the day and the mechanic who worked on it was gone for the day so they guy said he'd call me in the morning. never did. never answered my emails about it. Also. the tires that came on the car were bald within a year. The rear calipers needed to be replaced last year and need to be replaced AGAIN. I've had more problems (luckily, mostly small problems) in two years than I did in 10 years with my previous vehicle (Buick rendezvous). Just terrible. No fan of Dodge and definitely not a fan of this dealership!

I have two messages: 1st -to the nice lady on the phone – when a customer tells you that one of the wheel bolts is missing and the rest four are not torqued enough after your service – it’s not because he wants to call back in an hour and talk to your technician (what is really to talk about?). 2nd message to the guy who fixed the tire – thanks for doing a poor patch or plug (didn’t have time to check yet) job – otherwise I wouldn’t find out that I could loose my wheel somewhere on 400 doing the usual 120 km an hour. So next time finish your job properly – not your shift at 5 p.m. as your boss wants you. And it’s actually not funny at all.

I started going to Midland Chrysler with my used Dodge Journey 2 years ago. I built a relationship with trust. They are not like any dealer out there. You will see???? I put faith in a huge job on my engine. The Dealer Manager had faith is his mechanics, (Kevin) I trused his word. Couldn't be happier with that work being done. I then traded in my car, The finance department ( Chris) was amazing in getting me a new car and a better finance rate. I have delt with Ken and Burno in parts for winter tires for my car but also my sons Ford. Both of these guys can find an answer to any part questions you may have. Scott and Justin know customer service, you won't go any where else for a simple oil change till fixing major troubles. I know this sounds to be good to be true, or I work for them.....trust me when I say... Midland Chrysler will change the way you car shop and get repairs! You become part of their family, I have over the past two years! Thats how long it has taken me to write this review on them......

The pre owned jeep I purchased was not properly inspected, as it was in an accident with it's previous lease owner. Thus making minor repairs on my end a costly challenge. The detail service between owners left fries and stickers in the seat tracks. Now after owning the vehicle for a few years their service is still shotty. Today marks the 4th attempt for them to reprogram their own key to it. Costing me 8 hours of travel time and over 3 hours of waiting room time. Save both your time and money, stay clear!!

I was interested in a used vehicle at Midland Chrysler, so I set up an appointment today at 11:00 a.m. I arrived at 10:50 a.m. and the salesman had not yet arrived, so I waited till 11:05 and asked if there was someone else who could assist me. I did my homework prior to my visit so I knew the wholesale value of my vehicle. They offered me $3500. for my 2010 Nissan which is in mint condition and according to my online research it is worth $6950. or more depending on the condition of the vehicle. My Nissan is in mint condition, oiled every year, inside and out is immaculate. I am a single middle aged female who was about to taken for big $$$$ Please be ware of this dealership. They insulted my intelligence as a female, I am considering the idea of contacting " Going Public" with this experience.

Horrible service!! Initial buying experience was amazing but good luck when you need to fix your car!!! Bought a 2015 civic SI from this lot and within a few months the fuse for my radio blew, took it to Chrysler midland (dealer I got the car from) they said it was an internal fault and I would need to pay $3000 cash to fix it but “take it to Honda they may have a workaround”. I had a fit, they told me to go to Honda, Honda said it was JUST THE FUSE. They tried to scam me out of $3000 saying my ENTIRE RADIO NEEDED REPLACEMENT. In reality IT WAS A $10 FUSE THAT THEY “CHECKED” (have it on paper btw). Managers were useless, credits were a headache to redeem (ultimately unredeemable) and even when you tell them you sold the car they will constantly try to contact you in regards to that very car! When Honda found out they WERE NOT SURPRISED!! Very unprofessional!!! Traded my car in and switched dealerships as soon as I humanly could!!!!!!!!

We had are car stolen and midland chrysler helped me and my family out of a really bad spot with helping getting us back in to a vehicle.. after the rental had to go back thanks to midland chrysler they made sure my family was safe and in a vehicle until all the paperwork and all the crazy part of it all was over.... can't say enough. . Most unprofessional place I’ve ever been to. First when you get there you’ll get stormed by the kids in the parking lot try to sell you a 2016 Nissan Altima for 30 grand when it’s not even worth more then 12 grand. Just bunch lying sales men in this place. Stay away from this place I would recommend you take your business else where. I felt humiliated and racisam towards me. Terry stay away from that lier they will do what ever it takes to bring you in the dealership. Highly not recommend this place. If I could I would give them no star but unfornunalty that’s not an option here.

Midland Chrysler and specifically Sebastian made me as happy as I could possibly be with having to trade in my basically 30 day old used vehicle I had just purchased from JP motors. Went to dodge to get transmission fluid checked - they told us we were short 1.5L - took out the “extra fluid” our Jeep then wluldnt switch gears- was letting off burning smell- went to our local garage and watched then check the fluid... guess what !? The Jeep was short exactly 1.5L!! Dodge almost cost us having to get an entire new transmission (4000$) because they failed to do the transmission check correctly! Because of this we drove all the way to Barrie to buy our new dodge van a they lost on a massive sale and I will make sure to tell everyone of their incompetence ! Unbelievable that the people in the garage at Dodge are either lying to get more money out of you or simply have not a clue what they are doing! They have lost our business along with many other of our family members and friends! Very upset

Only leaving 1 star because zero was not an option, cannot express enough how horrible the post sale service is. Ordered a truck 4 years ago, have been having sensor issues with it within the first 6 months till present day and they haven't been able to fix at all. Truck has been in and out of the dealership almost dozen times annually with absolutely no solution. Unwilling to go to bat for you with Dodge canada, they constantly try to pass the blame. Service desk was friendly however but is a front for incompetence in the shop. Buyer beware go somewhere else for a vehicle

I would like to say first that when I was looking at new vehicles at the beginning of fall at other dealerships, I had a hard time with sales people - very pushy, just wanting to sell me whatever highly expensive vehicle they had and not listened to anything I had to say or ask about. My experience at Midland Chrysler was fantastic and I didn’t have the horrible experiences I had in the past at other places. I went in to look at a used truck and Ryan was great to show me what I wanted to see. He also gave me other options in new trucks as well and I was able to test drive the trucks with no added stress. I was able to see the difference in pricing and got to compare the trucks to make a decision. Ultimately I purchased a new truck with no pressure and My husband and I love it! Friendly & professional staff. Both Sebastian & Noah we’re very knowledgeable about the vehicle, the list of options/accessories & model comparisons. The vehicle was located & delivered in a timely manner. However, I was disappointed that a 2020 “new car” had over 200Km - due to it being driven and not towed between dealerships. Lastly, I was not told of an adjusted PRO-RATA fee dependant on when the start date for the lease begin (before/after mid-month). This could have been handled better - maybe better internal communications between Sales & Leasing staff. Otherwise, very happy overall with the process, extremely happy with my interactions/negotiations with Sebastian (5-Star rating); but more importantly, that the wife is ecstatic with her SWAMPTHING.
