I would not come back to this store again. I arranged my trip to the store in a weekend hoping to see a motorcycle, I contacted sales department several times to confirm its there when I spend 10 hours of road trip. Then later date when I called a day before, a sales person told me that it's actually not available yet and I need to wait another week to get it ready because of their mis-communication to their tech person. Lucky there is similar motorcycle close to my home. Then next week I arranged another trip to make purchase and pick that motorcycle up. The purchasing process itself was quick, then it was loaded to my motorcycle by this sales person, then guess what. It falls on the high way and my brand new motorcycle got damaged before even I rode it. I called and asked him if he can be responsible for fixing it, then I was told that they can only provide me 15% of discount on the parts, and he can do nothing more. Very disappointing.

The only good thing about 2020 was getting my Renegade serviced here recently,,, Instrument Cluster and all electronics were gone,,, Melissa said come by at 100pm,,, PJ helped me unload with contactless service,,, I got a call at 415pm from Melissa with a realistic repair bill and to come by to pick up the sled,,, Drove back with my trailer about 500pm,,, Gladly paid invoice and PJ loaded the fully functional sled on my trailer,,, Thats what I call awesome customer service as this was my first time @ FR !!! Two experiences with FR in the past 2 weeks. I want to support local and they are only 20km away. Called to get a rear shock quote for my Ski Doo Touring model on Saturday. Staff told me would need to look on Monday, as the supplier was not open on the weekend. It was promising when the staff member called me back on Monday and got all my details about the machine and what I needed a second time... then ghosted. Called back over a week later, as I now need a fan belt for the machine, got attitude because they were obviously overwhelmed by the business demand lately, and when, I did get information about the fan belt (Gave up on the shock, Royal D provided) salesclerk informed me that a Visa or MC were required to order a $25 belt?! They are not setup for visa debit, so my choices were to drive over and pay for it and wait till it came in or find a Visa or MC. Was real friendly about it, ie. take it... or leave it. LOL.I left it. Ordered over phone at Royal Distributing in Innsifil in 10 min and picked up the shock and my $9.00 belt, paid contactless at car window. with my visa debit card. I understand a policy on big parts... you cant' return, requiring pre-payment, but a fan belt? Royal D will be my supplier of choice for future. Do better Factory Rec.

Absolute joke of a dealership if you want the owner to lie to you and then laugh in your face this is the place to go. They thrive on quantity of sales so your money means nothing. They know someone else is coming in right after you anyways. Paid 21000 for a new sled been lied too and laughed at since day 1. Honestly go somewhere else and save yourself the headaches later

They said for me to try and solder one to try and make them work and if not to return them for a refund. As soon as they got them back they refused to refund me my money. While at the Snowmobile show I bought a bag for the rear of my sled. I asked the rep if it fit the XS chassis and he said it did. They were giving 20% off so I bought it. When I got home, it didn't fit. I can't hold the rep to be totally responsible as the place was packed and he was getting bombarded with questions. A couple quick emails and Donny at Factory Recreation looked after me. He sent me out a different bag, gave me the discount, paid for the shipping of the original bag back to Midland and paid for the shipping on the new bag! He even gave me the discount on a Glove Box extender and shipped it with the bag. This to me is great customer service! Too bad i am too far away from Midland to make them my dealer.

Terrible !! If i can put less than 1 star i would! Never bring your seadoo here to get repaired. I was told one price and a timeline both the timeline and the price was exceeded by almost 500$. Then to top it off when i got it back after 2 months i put my seadoo in the water and its taking in water almost sank the Fu****g thing ! Fix one problem break another. Also the parts manager has no clue what shes doing. Please do not waste your time here for repairs !!

disappointing service. Went in for warranty work on knew Kawi when fan quit and heat light came on. They could not find the issues including a burnt out fuse. Tried to sell me a new fan for $500 and no warranty until I took it home, diagnosed, and replaced the fuse for 50 cents. Fan was fine. When the bike continued to intermittently die on bumps and not start in neutral, we were told that was normal. Swore at by service tech and told to find another service dealer for suggesting there were still issues with the bike. Took it home and diagnosed a lose starting relay myself. Now works as supposed to. Never return to FR.

This location charges for work not completed, 5 hrs of cleaning with no results, carpet was left with dog hair and algae/mould intact which I was assured would be taken care of. Stains from mould and weathering (easily removed with a brush over) remain all over the seats, steering wheel, etc. I asked for a professional cleaning, was told upfront it would take 5 hrs which was agreed to. buyer picked up the pontoon boat directly from service so I was billed over the phone for work that was never done. BEWARE!!! The only reason I could give for the one star was that the staff was friendly and accomadating while I was in the showroom

!!TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL !ALWAYS HAVE ISSUES! I've been going to FR now for 4 years. Every year I come in at the beginning of the season and spend $1500 plus on my own sled in parts and fluids never mind the amount money I spend on other sleds for my buddies. I order more then the average person as I work on sleds. Everytime I order parts it's a struggle. Never have had a good experience. Walking in you feel judged before talking to anyone. From the guys behind the counter "misplacing" my order sheet. To mismatched names and giving my parts to someone else, to excessive wait times. First time I thought ok. Mistakes happen (UNPROFESSIONAL). Second time ok. That's annoying but things happen (UNPROFESSIONAL). But now it's happend so many times I can't keep count, enough is enough. I kept going back because it was close for me but not anymore. I'll commute to leatherdales as when I called expressing my concerns about the bad customer service I got at FR they reassured me that my orders will be handled quickly and Respectively. (Just FYI) I tired to order parts like do everywhere year. But this year is different because of COVID and I understand. So I call instead of going in and to my knowledge placed an order with the parts guy. I also send an email so their is no miscommunication. The parts guy (no name attached to email so you have no idea who you are talking with - UNPROFESSIONAL) had emailed.me back with questions. Understandable. I answered. We emailed back and forth 5 times. So about 3 weeks go by and no email no phone call and now I have customer asking about their sleds. I decide it's long enough. I'll call them. I call to find out my parts havnt been order. That I needed to pay first. It wouldn't have been a problem if I was told. BUT I WASNT. I then got attitude saying I've told you like 30 plus times. No where did he email or verbally express that I needed to pay. When I talked to Don. He turn around and said that their was nothing that could be done about it. Being professional and Respecting customers is a start. (UNPROFESSIONAL) Just my experience and thought I'd share to make other people's lives easier.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE We recently purchased a 2004 Seadoo GTI and brought it in to be serviced at Factory Recreation. To be transparent, I brought the Sea-Doo in because I made the blundering mistake of pouring gas into the oil tank (I'm used to the oil fill in the engine). I felt stupid however I brought it in to Factory Recreation to properly clean out the oil tank and lines. I explained that I'm new to watercraft ownership. When I dropped off the Sea-Doo I also inquired about purchasing a trailer. The service rep told me to wait a minute or two and someone would be down to assist me. They made me wait roughly 20 minutes while the sales rep was clearly talking to a friend on the phone and when the sales rep finally came to speak to me he walked right by me and went outside?? The service rep even looked confused and told him that I was waiting to speak to him about a trailer. What did he do? He went and started talking to an employee. I left and waited for the service to be completed. They called me the next day and told me the Sea-Doo work was completed. I took the Sea-Doo to the boat launch and when I dropped the craft into the water there was a HUGE gas slick around the Sea-Doo. There was another couple dropping their boat into the water and they were upset when they saw the gas coming off of my Sea-Doo. I explained that I just had it serviced and that they clearly didn't clean the Sea-Doo before giving it back to me. I'm now really not impressed. Now for my big issue. I went to take the Sea-Doo out after dinner to make sure it was running good because we have friends coming over this weekend. I went to go test it and the Sea-Doo had sunk!! They didn't even put the plugs back in!!! I brought it to them with the plugs in and they neglected to tell me that they had unplugged them and let me drive away!! They told me I was all set and was ready to go. I didn't think about looking to see if they were undone because why would they even need to take them out?? I had a neighbour who's a mechanic spend about 2 hours getting it going again after he saw us bailing it out. When we called Factory Recreation they were immediately dismissive and could really care less about helping us. Their attitude was that it was 100% our fault and that putting the plugs in was "the first question on the boating exam" which it is not. We explained that the plugs were in when we brought it in and they knew we were new boat owners and suggested that they should remind clients to put the plugs back in before dropping it in the water. Nope, still couldn't care less. We really had a poor experience at Factory Recreation and clearly won't be returning for any sales or service. Factory Recreations slogan should be: DOUBLE THE PRICE, HALF THE SERVICE

My husband took our 2006 Canam in for some work because it would only idle. Booked an appt for July 23 and did not even look at it for at least 2 weeks( had to cut our vacation short to drop it off,) did an estimate($1200) on parts that did not even need to be replaced(already replaced,) and still could not get it to start. I guess for a dealer, is it fair to replace every part until you get it right? DEFINITELY NOT. All the owner had to say was well at least you did not have to pay the $1200. A waste of time going there and no results. Maybe hire sone qualified mechanics . Will not deal with them again.

I called to get a quote on a new enclosed triton trailer. I spoke with Doug Sagan and he told me the price of the trailer would be $31,999. But when I asked him for a written quote showing the trailer and the prices for the accessories I picked out, I was very thrown off when Mr. Sagan simply said "No, I'm not going to do that" and when I asked why it was an issue he responded with "that it's just not the way I do things" and continued to be very unprofessional. He came across very rude and errogant. I then called Reinhart Trailer Sales & Dunfords of Havelock(same vicinity) and their sales representatives were more than willing to help me with putting this quote together. I recommend you bring your business anywhere but Factory Recreation.

I hope anyone who is about to go here reads this i sent my sled there with a friend and they did the rutine check up and run threw they took my sled apart and told me it needed a top end witch it dident. They told me to come pick it up so i got it back home soon to find out they dident bother puting the secondary cluch on or the spark plugs i paid for the, belt gaurd, tool box, boge wheel caps, air box berings and drive shaft and asorted bolts i was missing. So i called them and told them, two days later they sent the secondary cluch not any other parts so i called again, two days later they sent a bag with some of the parts ie. Wheel caps berings and some asorted bolts along with a dozen or so random bolts i dont know where there from neither do they. So i called again and asked for my airbox and belt gard they sent them but for a 2005 style sled at this point i was pissed so i called again "a little less friendly this time" they sent an airbox and half a belt gard, no tool box or plastic. I still havent got my parts so if you are thingking about going to factory rec dont but iv heard good things about st onge
