About a month ago I bought a used 2017 Volvo Xc90 from Bourgeois Nissan. The team was top notch I'm from Ottawa. I was dealing with Brady who was extremely helpful in making the deal with my trade in. He was very accommodating and even took it upon himself on his own time to drive the vehicle half way to meet me to do the exchange. He's a great young salesman and very professional. I would highly recommend him. I also have to mention Chris Gubert who took care of all the financials who was aslo extensively helpful and looked after me right to the very end. Amazing experience ! My cars engine light was on and I needed my tires changed, when I called they were able to get me in the next day. Nick at the Service desk was very helpful and they were even able to squeeze in an oil change. It took less than 3 hours to change tires, fix the engine light and provide oil change. The financing was easy to arrange, and one of the lowest interest rates provided by any other dealership. We started our shopping with Dan Earls looking to trade our F150 in for an SUV. Upon our arrival at Nissan we were greeted and offered refreshments. Dan and I communicated through emails to find our best option which was a real help to prep for our test drive. Dave met with us and thoroughly went through the Rouge prior to our test drive answering all of our questions. Never once did we feel pressured or sold to - it was as if we were talking to our neighbour about vehicles! After our test drive we sat down with Chris who allowed us to be honest about our limitations and needs without judgment or pressure. He advised us which products we truly should have and which ones we could potentially leave out. He thoroughly explained the financing of the vehicle teaching us along the way. On pick up, our rogue was pulled into a beautiful little show room encasement which felt extra luxurious! Our snow tires were installed for us and our summer tires loaded in the vehicle. Brady went through many of the features of our rogue, set up our phones, and swapped our plate covers for us. He even offered a tour of the dealerships service area for our future visits (unfortunately we had to decline because we were on a time crunch). I cannot say enough how much my fiancé and I appreciated the welcoming and supportive environment we felt at bourgeois Nissan! It is unlike any car dealership I have ever been to and we can’t wait to make them apart of our lives!

I was in need of an emergency repair to my vehicle on Friday. I did not have an appointment when I arrived at Bourgeois Nissan and without hesitation, they committed to looking at my vehicle that day. They were able to get the necessary part and have the repair completed that same day as I needed my vehicle for the weekend. They thoroughly explained what they had fixed and advised what additional repair should also be completed. I advised them to order the necessary parts and returned on Monday to have the extra repair completed. Picked up my first "NEW" car Feb 4 (Qashqai that I love btw) and I was pleased with every aspect of the process. Brady was fantastic at walking my through that different model features and doing everything he could to get the best options for what I was looking for. He was patient and not once did I feel pressured or rushed at the process. Chris in financing was just as helpful walking me through that process smoothly as well and helping me feel like I understood everything. I recently went into Bourgeois Midland Nissan for an alignment and I was really happy with the service and the comforts available to me while I waited. The woman who was working in the service department was very friendly and helpful. The other employees I saw around Bourgeois Nissan seemed happy and polite. There is a living room style waiting area with hot beverages and cold drinks and wifi for waiting customers; it was really comfortable. The entire place was clean and modern and open. And after all, my car now drives straighter. What more can I say? I’ll definitely be back one day.
