We recently bought a used Jeep Liberty, then received a recall notice and made the repair appointment . The gentleman who took my information and vehicle was friendly and prompt and called for a curtesy drive home. The young lady came out within a minute or two and was also friendly and we made small talk. The Jeep was repaired by the end of the day and a pickup ride was offered, I declined it as I was finishing my volunteer day and my friend was able to drop me off. The receptionist was also friendly and and I was on my way home in no time. Great staff, organized and great customer service.

My vehicle needed the radiator replaced, which I was not overly thrilled about, as the vehicle is just over 80,000km and I purchased the vehicle brand new. My warranty expired this past May (just my luck). This repair left me without a vehicle overnight, but Jackson Dodge provided a complimentary taxi to and from the shop, which was much appreciated! Upon further research on online forums, I found other Jeep Wrangler owners (2014+) with similar issues with the radiator leaking/cracking anywhere between 30,000-80,000km. Seems a tad suspicious to me. I will be following up with Chrysler directly to see what may be done with this obvious manufacturing flaw. I strongly feel they should recall the radiator and be replaced at no cost to the owner! Thank you to those at Jackson Dodge for your dedication to quality customer service.

The service person I dealt with to book in my Jeep was friendly. I was not happy with the work done by mechanic. The sheet that is to give you the information on what was done and the inspection is just checked off without actually checking the vehicle. All green checks even tho my signal light and licence plate light were burnt out. Just by looking at the warning on dash they would have realized the signal light was burnt out. What else did they not actually look at but checked off the green circle on scale? I was told I had to have an air filter changed, I asked to see it before agreeing to change it. I was told it takes 10 minutes to remove so if I want it changed they will take it out. Poor service on a vehicle under warranty. I have no choice but to use Jeep/dodge service due to warranty. Unhappy customer.

We had a horrible experience with the Jackson Dodge Service department. The first time we brought in our vehicle to get fixed the forgot to put the dipstick back in. When we brought the vehicle in for a second time we were assured that repairs would be done in a couple of hours, but after a couple hours had passed by we called and they had barely started. They dragged it out so long that eventually it was to late to get the parts they needed and we had to leave our vehicle there. The next day they called and said they were done, so today we went to pick our vehicle up and they hadn't even put everything together yet! We are furious, if you say a vehicle is ready it better be ready! Keep your promises, if you say a vehicle is going to be ready the same day GET TO WORK, instead of sitting around with your thumbs up your asses. I am definitely not recommending you to anyone.

I have a hole in my radiator and they sent me away telling me they can not fix it for 11 days and I have to just watch it and keep up my fluids. I feel that is unexpecteable. As I may have bigger issues or be stranded. I feel this is something that should have been took serious. And the comment was made that it didn't matter what mechanic I got as it was under warranty. Also I had my car in 2 1/2 months ago and this leak was dismissed.

I found that when I called the salesman who I dealt with (Justin Scherer), but was unavailable, he would always return my calls in a short time. They worked with me to help me get into a vehicle with no pushy sales pitches or expectations, they provided the advice, the decision was mine. Booked a service appointment for a week out since it was very busy, which was no trouble. Knew I was having trouble with my vehicle, which is why the appointment was booked, but the troubles seemed to get worse (strong gasoline smell from around the gas cap). Called to ask if they had any cancellations, but they did not. The woman I talked with was so pleasant and helpful and squeezed me in that day and I was able to get my vehicle back by time I was done work. They not only fixed the gas cap, but they did the rest of the work I had booked for the following week, which resulted in one appointment, rather than two. Shuttle service was great too.

i have purchased 4 vehicles from this dealership , this 1 was a replacement for 1 from an accident. I checked out units on line first, and found a couple of used trucks we liked. I called Shaun and checked out our options. I found out there was a big sales event on and went to have a look. My sales rep Lennie Williams put me into a new truck for what the used 1 would have cost me I was shown 2 ram 1500 quad cabs that were in our budget range our sales rep went through the numbers on both trucks , and showed us the units and the options in each. we made our pick and purchased it. Told service advisor I didn't need an oil change but for one anyway. That’s not really a big deal. However when I got into my truck after I paid I had to turn the radio down and it was on a station I never listen to. My question is why is anyone listening to the radio in my truck in the first place. If they are just pulling it out of the shop there is no reason to. If they are on a test drive then they should be listening to the truck not the radio. Pretty disappointed.

Unfortunately this is not a good review. If I could give a half a star I most likely would. I bought a 2018 Jeep Compass trailhawk back in January. Five days after I had my new unit my bottom fog light got smashed out. I was able to find out pricing etc. Unfortunately I did not hear from the car salesman for about four months. My boyfriend went in to talk to him and he didn’t even remember who he was. Initially we were told it would take around an hour to install a new fog light. I took my vehicle in for a ten am apt thinking that it wouldn’t be a long wait. I had called myself to check on the status of my vehicle. The staff member in services could clearly tell I was not impressed. When I dropped it off he said he had two mechanics that called in sick. If knowing a customer would have to wait five hours for a simple fix, why not offer to reschedule me? I didn’t find the staff apologetic, or very friendly. If I would have known I wouldn’t be treated in a friendly, and caring matter I would Not have chosen this dealership for my purchase.

I will never go back to this place. The service manager was arrogant and wouldn't let me speak. Wouldn't work with me. Eating his very loud food in my ear. Not to mention had a second opinion on my jeep and problem solved. The bill at the second opinion place was still expensive but was between 300 and 500 dollars cheaper. Not only was it cheaper but Standard improperly diagnosed the problem which would have cost me double in the end. After 4 vehicles purchased there since 2013, never again.

I have given two stars because the issue that I went into the shop did get resolved. Unfortunately, that is where the good ends. A 15 minute repair ballooned into a 30 minute charge for something that hasn't worked since we bought our Dodge Grand caravan new. After speaking with the service manager about the exhorbitant charge he was unapologetic and merely suggested that he would "help me out" on an oil change. He even questioned me as to why I didn't bring it in while under warranty. I have an extended warranty but conveniently it is not covered. Well I do my own oil changes so no help there. This company seems to be all about the money. Jackson Dodge had a chance to offer some Goodwill to customer who never went anywhere else for service- I will now be taking my business elsewhere.

Took my journey in to get some power steering recall done. So they got new hoses and they didnt crimp the one end of the hose under the veihicle and about 1 year later the hose came off and i had no power steering!!!! This could have caused a major accident!!! I feel that they were in a hurry to getter done and they didnt take the extra five minutes to do a walk around check after they did the work. I do not recomend the service department to anyone.. I know we all make mistakes but this could have been very serious!!!

Very poor Service when bringing in a vehicle. Service put in wrong parts and still charged me. Some was warranty work with mopar and they never submitted after 3 phone calls. My vehicle was not put in for work as scheduled and no one phoned to let me know so it sat outside for weekend. Issues still unresolved 6 weeks later. No desire to correct by service department.Money owing to me and proper part bot installed.

bought a car from Jackson dodge and everything about the whole purchase was amazing. first of all the same car I was looking for was 2000.00 more than their asking price anywhere else in the province that I could find. secondly. on entering no one was pushy and annoying like every other dealership I've dealt with in the past. they were polite and welcoming. ANDREW our sales man was more like a friend you've known for years. he was prompt and answered all our questions and got the answers for everything we needed asap which was amazing since we didn't get there on time and had a very tight sports schedual. by the time we got back all of our papers were drawn up and matched the original numbers. ANDREW also came out to run through the whole car with me and answer any final questions and helped in every way he could. we didnt make it easy on them but they sure did make it easy on us. my husband and I have never had an easier time buying a vehicle and we have bought a lot. Needed to have a fob reprogrammed for my Caravan. Fob found to be defective, work not done, but I was still charged full amount for the reprogramming because the technician took time to look at the fob. So now I need to purchase another fob and will be charged the full amount again to have it reprogrammed. It won't be at this dealership. This is why dealerships get such a bad reputation. No honest mechanics would charge for a service not provided.
