Well I had two vehicles in to get windshields replaced. Unfortunately the first new windshield cracked before it went in the car. No more in stock. I needed that one to get the car registered. My other vehicle was in the shop. So I had to rush to the shop and swap vehicles for the weekend which was an inconvenience. However they ordered two more windshields in to be safe. Then squeezed me in on Monday to get it done. Then my truck went in Wednesday and was done without a problem. I even got a ride back to the shop when I was in a bind. So overall they got things done right. Price was the best of three estimates and I got free wiper blades on a promotion so that was great. Staff were courteous. I would come here again.

We went in to have our rear window replaced on our Dodge Grand Caravan. When we picked it up it said the liftgate was open even though it was closed. Took it back and the guy took a look at it and said he had no idea and sent us on our way. It didn't do this before we dropped it off. Not impressed. Now all my interior lights are constantly on and it dings at me while I'm driving because it thinks the gate is open. We won't be coming back.

I needed a fix to my windshield weather strap. It blew off on my way from Saskatchewan to Calgary. I stopped at Speedy Autoglass Medicine Hat in hopes they could fix it. They were able to get to it right away, the technician showed me what happened. They even vacuumed the front and passenger side of my vehicle while the adhesive dried. The entire staff were professional and did their best to get me back on the road in less than 30 minutes. Thanks for great service. I recommend Speedy Autoglass Medicine Hat entirely.

I first inquired about getting my windshield repaired on my Tiburon. They had a quote to me within minutes and the price was more than reasonable. Later on in the week I went in to get to wiper blades and not only was I greeted with a smile but Denzel from Speedy Glass put on my wiper blades without me even asking! Truly was speedy. I called one afternoon, and was in the next morning. Finished in under 2 hours. I was given the price with taxes over the phone. It was close to what other places charge, but could get it done right away, more quickly. Waited in the clean showroom while it was done (although they offered to call a cab for me). Everyone was very pleasant, not just to me but to every other person who walked in. Thanks!

Just picked up my truck after a windshield replacement. Glass looks great however was overcharged. I was quoted 288.00 installed plus tax. And that was it. When I went to pay it ended up around 20.00 over my quote. They through in a disposal fee and a glue fee of 20.00. That they never stipulated on the quote. Will never go back. I was quoted a cheaper all in price else where. Should have went there

I called and ordered a piece of glass to be cut (first time customer) at 2: 20 pm in the afternoon and at 2:40, they called me back at work to let me know that it was ready to be picked up. I went to pick up the glass just before closing that same day and two great guys attempted, to no avail, to get the glass in my small car. When it was decided that it wouldn't fit, the boss asked me where in the City I lived and I told him my address and he said that he would just follow me home with it in his truck and drop it off for me!! Definitely ABOVE and BEYOND service and I will be a repeat customer and sharing with friends and family!!

I had my van in to have the rear window replaced. After I had it changed and picked up, the sensor for my back hatch was damaged and doesn't work properly anymore. The manager said he would replace the part because it was damaged while in their shop. I had called him, gave him my vehicle information and was told he would order the part. I have called and left messages since then and haven't ever heard back from them. I would not recommend this place if you need a back window changed out on a van.
