As a Walk-In at Murray Hyundai Medicine Hat, i just wanted to figure out if leg room was adequate for me in the new Palisade. I noted that leg room was superior to the Competition and i also noted that my preferred Trim version was unavailable and i walked away. Great experience with the dealership, friendly staff and the price was right. One of the best prices in Alberta! Bought the car in one day and was a very fast service to get the car. Was in and out of the dealership in less than an hour which is exceptionally good. However, I had one problem which was the car had a smell in it. I tried taking the problem in my own hands but obviously it didn’t help. I called Murray Hyundai and they offered to do the detail in Medicine Hat at no charge but it was not efficient for me so I brought it to a local dealership where I live and Murray Hyundai was willing to pay for a portion of the detail - which made me very happy that they’re willing to help. Overall, very good experience dealing with Murray Hyundai and they are always willing to help with any problems I have. It’s a dealership you can count on for sure and I do recommend buying a car from Murray!

I went online last Wednesday evening requesting information on a 2016 Hyundai Tucson, after a very short time I received a Email back from a salesman named Jorge he gave me some information. On Thursday morning I called the dealership & talked with Jorge & made a appointment to talk with him on Saturday. My wife & I talked with him & explained what we were looking for, we subsequently took a Limited Edition out for a test drive, my wife drove, she fell in love right away with the vehicle. It was so smooth & quiet, handled great. Back at the dealership we knew that that was the vehicle for us, my wife then looked at the Luxury Model, more bells & whistles & that is the one we went for. All the dealings with Mike the General Manager, Clint Finance manager & of course our salesman Jorge went perfectly, they were all very professional, friendly & courteous & listened to our requests, we felt very comfortable, you went over & above what we expected, beyond the call of duty. We negotiated a deal & made the purchase. My wife & I both agree that this is the best bunch of guys we have ever dealt with when making a vehicle purchase. She apologized numerous times and she and a service technician stayed beyond hours to diagnosis an unknown problem and helped get it corrected so we could take our vehicle home with us that day.

Absolutely amazing experience at this dealership. Bought a 2020 Santa Fe from a dealership in Calgary, after bringing my car into the dealership in Calgary 4 times over multiple issues they wouldn’t fix because “they weren’t broken”, I gave up. My whole navigation system shut down, brought it to this dealership and they found all the issues and fixed it, no problem. Thank goodness for warranty. The lady that works in the service department, I forget her name, has the most amazing customer service skills and was beyond helpful! The gentleman who also works in service was beyond helpful as well! All around an amazing dealership, the service department specifically. Will be travelling from Calgary to Medicine Hat Hyundai for any future issues!

Their compressor went down on Saturday when I had an appointment scheduled to get my tires changed from winter's to summers. So had to reschedule. Work in Redcliff and don't have time to take car down there during the week. They came and grabbed the car on Monday in Redcliff, serviced and delivered it back to me the same day, and didn't charge me anything for the pickup/drop off or tire change. I would say that's over and beyond. Thanks service department. ????

I had just purchased new wipers but didn’t install them yet as it was cold and didn’t want to break the plastic pieces. Read the fine print,,, not a five year bumper to bumper warranty. Battery failed in less than two years . Towed to dealership. Not covered by warranty.The sevice department told my wife she couldnt leave with the vehicle without buying a battery because it would not take a charge. They quoted over $200 for a new battery. I bought my own battery down the street ( five year warranty) for exactly half the price . I went to pick up the (dead) car, and miracle of miracles ! They started up the car and drove it out onto the lot. Best part is, they charged me $76 dollars just to tell me the battery wasnt covered by warranty.

If you are willing to pay a little extra these guys will take good care of you. Great service, free wifi and Courrier service home and back if needed. My car is a bit older, but they were still able to get everything in for it in a timely manner. If you have an older Hyundai they are a good, and possibly, your only option.

I was looking to buy a new car recently. After dealing with several Dealerships closer to where I live and being completely turned off, I gave Murray Hyundai a try. They were fair and professional from start to finish. If you are looking for a new ride give them a call. Unfortunately approximately 1 week after purchasing my new Kona and posting my review a suspicious front end rattle revealed that a bolt was missing in the front (drivers side) caliper. I took my car to the local (Lethbridge) Dealership expecting quick resolution under the factory warranty. Imagine my dismay when they informed me that I would have to pay to have the bolt installed. What should have been a simple warranty repair became an odyssey. The Representative I spoke with at Hyundai Canada did nothing but dodge blame and deny any responsibility for any deeper potential damage that might have been done to the brake system. Seems that missing bolts in the brake system are my responsibility somehow. Murray Hyundai did step up to cover my repair costs. Hyundai Canada were pathetic. Maybe something to consider?

With the world the way it is, we had to wait a bit for it to arrive, but throughout the process Derrick touched base, answered questions and was super professional the entire time. When delivery day came, Irene was patient as we had our toddler with us, and took time to make sure we understood everything we were signing. We couldn't be happier!
