Driving across the country with my brother and our truck broke down and we had to pull in here for service. Absolutely amazing, Warren Hepfner was one of the most helpful service managers I've ever dealt with even helping is to rent a car to get home, then making sure the work got done ahead of schedule. And I appreciate they were willing negotiate prices with us bringing a trade in. We had just been to a dealer in Brooks that wouldn't even consider moving numbers around. Would recommend to others!

super unprofessional. got my hopes up on a car that they let me test drive that was covered in stains smelled horrible of smoke and had burns in the back seat they tried to hide with a car seat. also there was a cigarette butt in the door also. Then tried to charge way more for it than comparables without those problems very disappointed.
They were awesome. Just needed to get the internet working in the truck. The young man was very helpful.
Just finished up with getting a great used ehicle for our family. I was really impressed with the efficiency and transparency of the sales and finance team. Competitive price and overall a great experience. Even if you're from out of town like I am, I would suggest giving them a shot.

I can't get a negative star to show up, so here's an experience: 1. But $100k truck 2. Wait 3 hours for them to install mudflaps. Ok. 3. Deal included tonneau cover, not in stock and different tires (also not in stock). 4. Parts arrive. They'll wait for my schedule. 5. Book appointment. 6. Confirm a maximum timeline as aligning it with other commitments. 7. Timeline guaranteed. 8. Appointment booked for 8am Monday. 9. Truck checked in. 10. 11:55 call to service department says can't tell me if truck is ready yet as all Service staff are on lunch (wish they would've shown up on time) either way, no answer. 11. 130 drive I yard, see truck being driven to service bay. I ask if it is down, he says yes. 12. Go to get truck, find out all they've done is install the tonneau cover. (15 minutes job} done terribly. Wish I could show a picture. 13. Service advosro specifically stated "max 1.5 hours". 14. 2.5 hours till no call. Go to shop. 1 tire half done. 15. 3 hours. 1 tire on. 5 more to go. 16. 5:03 truck still not done. Finishing last tire 17. Sticker balancing weights on expensive factory rims made for clip one. 18. Scrape on outer surface of rim noted. 19. Tire pressures ranging from 25 to 72 20. Terrible balance job 21. Tonneau cover adhesive letting go 22. Cole's notes. A. Over 9 hours to put on a tonneau cover and change a set of tires, with an appointment and an acknowledgement that it would not take over 4 hours.
Update: We have updated our contact information at the dealership. We have had the camshaft replacement done to the car to fix the engine run on issue but the fix did not work, and we have had to take the car in again. The car still vibrates after shut off and has done so more frequently and violently then it did before the fix. I have also encountered an issue while driving where it was as though my engine cut out (foot on the gas but there was no acceleration and I was forced to glide to a side parking lot) after that the car ran fine to drive me the rest of the way to work until I shut it off and it shook. We have been experiencing more frequent shakes at idle since the camshaft replacement. Now the car is back in again as of this morning and after an hour and a half of being there we have been told that there is another part that needs replacing, and that we must pay our deductible AGAIN as well as the price of an oil change to do the repair work on the same problem that has been fixed in their words a couple of times now. Was hoping that after these past few months that I could have changed my rating and review to reflect a better outcome, but sadly that is not the case. Still extremely disappointed. It still seems as though even though they have been okay and friendly dealing with us bringing it in multiple times to have the oil levels checked and the car looked at for codes, just not much more is being done to investigate the problem. It seems they would rather have the car driven around till it breaks, seizes or just doesn't turn on one day, then take the car for an extended period of time and do a thorough investigation into the problem. ***** Having issues with Service Department. Our third attempt at getting our car fixed for what we believe is an engine problem and they do not seem to want to do a whole lot to fix it. We figure that there is a leak somewhere and gas is mixing in with our oil. We took it in the first time and they replaced some things and did an oil change, then they said it should be all good and we took the car and left. A couple months later it made the same engine sputter at shut off so we took it in again, figuring that something must have been missed in the first visit. They had it less then half a day and claimed that the oil change they preformed was not done properly, so WE HAD to pay for another oil change (even though they admitted they did not flush the lines properly). We picked the car up and voiced our concerns that the problem was larger then an improperly done oil change, because the oil level its self had increased since the first visit. They claimed it was fine and to drive the car and just to bring it back if it happened again. So we left and told them that WHEN it happened again we would be back. The lady we talked to promised us a curtsy car and assured us that it would not happen again and that they would follow up in two weeks with a call. We never received a call...and about three weeks later the sputter happened again. So we took the car back, we got the curtsy car as promised but now they want us to take the car and drive it again without replacing the oil. I am beginning to feel the service department is not listening to our concerns nor are they actually looking into the potential of a bigger problem. Instead they are just giving us the run around and trying to get our car out of the shop, until eventually we are driving it down the highway at 100km and our engine dies (I'm sure that would be a fun scenario). I do not feel assured that they are doing all they can to fix our car.

I was traveling from Calgary to Winnipeg and needed a cruise control switch for my vehicle. I stopped in at the parts counter to buy the part. I did not have any tools with me, so I asked if I could borrow some to install the part in the lot and they happily obliged. They made my trip that much better, I recommend!

Really quick and easy to deal with, my car was in for an oil change and I was in and out within 45 minutes. I wish the dealership near my house was this quick! The coffee in the waiting area is pretty good too.

I took in my friends car to have winter tires on . When they were done they told me I odd them 400$. My friend had already paid . But they said they would not release the car till the bill was paid . Wasn't my car and I didn't have 400$ so I had to call UK to my friend . His brother is dying of cancer . I feel they could of waited . But they didn't. Very embarrassing.
This place had date for completion, and it was not ready for pickup when we had to return our rental replacement.
Service representatives and mechanics were very friendly and competent. Diagnosis and repair was quick and painless. The truck runs better than ever before.
Clayton was excellent to deal with as usual. We have bought 3 vehicles from him now. Ken and all the other staff have always been great to deal with and everything gets done professionally and in a timely manner.

If you want a vehicle with no pressure and great service then come here. Randy was my salesman and he was great throughout the whole experience. He was always professional and gave us all the information requested without any pressure. When it was time to pick up the car he came in on his day off to make sure everything was how it was supposed to be. The sales manager and Rj with finance were great to deal with. Other dealerships should take note on how to treat customers.
Truck was nice and priced fair. Truck had damage that wasn't disclosed to me before going to buy the truck(I travelled from Edmonton). Interest rate we discussed on the phone was suddenly unavailable when I got to the dealership. Left me with a sour taste after being very excited about the truck.

I have felt that the dealership with Cars trucks, etc. are laid out very well. To be honest I have only dealt with Dan Welten there, but I love the feeling I get that he is honest and looking out for my best interest. There is no pressure, just what ever works best for me. Which would cause me to go back again. I would highly recommend Dan and this Dealership.

I would not recommend going to this shop to get anything replaced or done on your vehicle. On November 6 2020, we took our car into the service department to get our tires swapped over and new tire pressure sensors put in. They had the car for 6 hours and could not do the job properly. Not even two hours after having the car back, the front right tire blew off the bead as we were driving down the number one. The next morning November 7 when they opened we took the car into get it fixed, the lady in the service department said it was not their fault and that it is because it is a low profile tire but we have NEVER had this happen to a car with low profile tires. They took the entire morning to fix the car. The car has not been driven since November 7 and tonight on November 12 we drove the car and the front tire they already replaced once is now flat again, from the valve stem. The lugnut on that tire that they done twice was not even tight. The new tire pressure sensor they made us buy in each of the four wheels is now completely out of whack. We paid 409 dollars for techs that cannot do their job properly. We are pretty sure they destroyed the inner bead of the tire. Their service techs are bad at what they do and they do not care about the safety of you or your family. Do not give this dealership any business.

We were traveling from SK and had some vehicle trouble because of the cold weather. The service at Murrays was such a great experience. They got us on the road in a timely manner. Warren went above and beyond to get us in and out of the shop as quickly as possible and checked in on us to make sure we got to where we were going!
Sales people are pushy and annoying. They seem to think you have to buy a truck after you one and price it out. They dont seem to understand there's other options that could suit you better

Took my bfs 17' cruz for an oil change. Brought it home. Go to leave the next days and there's an oil puddle in the garage. I take it back to Murray's and the tech tells me that its just a hard car to work on and that the skid plate is in a weird spot where the tech has to put their hand in a tight spot. I accepted this, even tho I was sad for my garage floor and sad for wasting my life and paying 100 for that. I asked my normal dealership in Lethbridge the service department told me it was bad workmanship. I won't go back to this location.
My husband and I went there to just have a look and run numbers. Jon Weiss was our sales guy and he was amazing. He took the time to explain the vehicle and all of its options and features. The test drive went amazing and we were impressed. Bryan Kitching who did our finance made that process easy and a good experience. All in all Murray Chevrolet made purchasing our new family vehicle an amazing and pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is wanting to buy a vehicle.

With great attitudes and smiles when you walk into the dealership, it shows how much they appreciate you coming in to Murrays.
