Have always gone to Kirk's tire. My family had their business account with them. I unfortunately will not go back ????. Went to get my tire fixed today. Explained I just wanted it fixed and couldnt afford to buy a tire on this day. As a single mom going to school. Pay day being a week away. (They all needed to be replaced and was buying a full set from brother in law next week). They ended up putting a different tire on...without asking me. For half the price I was going to be buying 4 for. I would have rather went home with the spare and drove my other vehicle. They didn't give me that choice. Thanks Kirk's tire, now I can't afford the 4 new ones I was going to buy. His Dad wouldn't have done that and knew my family well.

My husband and I cannot say enough about these folks. Took our car to a dealership for new brakes. Were quoted over 1000.00. Took the car to Kirk's and found out only the front brakes needed to be done. The cost? 315.00! Integrity and Honesty is grown freely at Kirk's.

Great place. Had a flat tire on a saturday. Other tire places" might have it done by end of day". Kirks "oh ya give us 10 min" while i wait they fixed a trailer flat, toke tires off semi. Replaced tires on anther car. Put new tires on a jacked up truck. Tires is what they do. And they do it very well

Long story short, I found myself, suddenly needing to buy a brand new set of 4 tires. Kirk's offers high quality tires at a great price. Cheaper than any other place even if the other places have a sale on, I would say. The other thing is, any other place in town was booking to the following Monday at the earliest. I called Kirk's on Wednesday and they got me in on Thursday before day's end. Great prices, greatquality of product and work, great, fast service.

I bought All Weather tires and this winter took them off and got dedicated winter tires Hankook iPike and rims. My vehicle has a lot better breaking and better taking off in snow conditions and otherwise. On December 13th, 2021 I got my winter tires replaced on Honda Pilot without any charge. Excellent proprietor! Driving from BC to SK in our purchased U-Haul 5-ton and blew a tire (one of the dualies) about an hour from Redcliff. It was hot, pushing 40 and we were fully loaded! We limped down the road to Redcliff, saw Kirk's sign and gave it a shot. He had us in the shop, tire changed for a new one for under $400 and back on the road in one hour! Super-fantastic, thank you - I owe ya' one!

Thank you to the co owner of Kirks Tire who took the time check out the Screw in my tire on July 13th. We were in town for a funeral and heading home to Edmonton when I phoned and told him I have a screw and didn't want to drive on the highway with this potential hazard. The owner came out, It was so busy!! Every bay was full and people were lined up! He pulled out the screw and assessed that it did not need fixing. I was so relieved, as we were on a schedule. What a great business Redcliff!! My hometown.

This place has outstanding customer service! I was a student driving from Calgary back home to PEI with everything I own in my car with me, I had a dummy tire on (after I got a flat) and desperately needed a new tire so I could get back to my long drive. This was two days after the first snow fall and they were crazy busy.I explained to the lady at the front desk and she had me in and done in less than an hour! Not only that but they took everything out of my trunk (there was a lot in there) and put the dummy tire back in its spot - I am so thankful they made this already stressful experience so much easier for me. This is a great business and I definitely recommend coming here :) Thank you again!

We were half way through a long drive to Saskatchewan with our trailer on when we started losing air in a rear tire fast. We pulled over only to discover our spare tire lowering mechanism wasn’t working and all the tire shops were packed. I called Kirk’s and within 3 minutes Scott was on site and had us back up and on our way! Can’t be the service and it saved us on an already long day. Thank you to Kirk’s and Scott!

Though it was the busiest time of year this shops mismanagement boggled my mind. After repeated attempts to get the tires and rims I had them order for me installed they were too busy. Then when I asked to just buy the tires and rims without install they refused. Then when I offered to just buy the rims they also refused. Sitting at Costco right now and would 100% recommend it over Kirks

We got a flat while driving through Medicine Hat on our way to Calgary over Thanksgiving weekend while everything was closed. Someone in town recommended Kirk's for after hours availability. The technician was very nice, but very rough on our car. When he manually jacked it up he jacked it up unusually high, putting a lot of weight on the front driver's side wheel and let it drop very hard while letting it down. The tire was fixed though and we were on our way. We made it back to Calgary and on the way we noticed a shimmy while driving. After talking with a shop in Calgary, they think the shimmy is from a bend in the axle, which they think likely came from the rough treatment at Kirk's. The emergency tire repair cost $150 (quite steep, but understandable because of the situation) and now we're looking at even more cost to try and fix the problem that came from having the tire repaired. The technician who worked on our car mentioned that he had just started at Kirk's, so hopefully his work will improve with time.

Purchased a brand new set of tires for my car for a pretty good price so that was pretty good I guess, But one of my tires ended up having a slow leak due to the bead not properly sealing and ended up getting driven on low so the sidewall of the tire started to separate and bubble. I immediately took the tire off my car and when I went back to see if I could get any kind of support for getting a deal on a replacement they actually tried to charge me more than what I paid before for the tire! Went to Hyundai and got a better price on the same tire with no issues and with way better service!

Motorhome needed all new tires. Received verbal quote and when I went to pay the bill it was significantly lower than the quote. Pleasant surprise. Six tires changed up in just over an hour, retorqued on my return an hour later after run in, no waiting. Clearly a business that knows what they're about and delivers. Impressive.

I don't know what to say. I went based on Kirk's reputable business name that the old man developed over years in Medicine Hat. Since his arrogant sons took over, i dread going in there dealing with them. I know they had the super difficult task of taking over an already successful bisiness, but its not an excuse to be regularly rude to customers. The short fat one is an A1 loser and sucks at life, simple as that. The place is not the same as it used to be.

Had a blowout on boxing day on the way through town. The guys met me at the shop within 15 minutes, tried a fix that unfortunately didn't work. Love this shop! They brought in a set of unusual spacers for my Firebird (in 4 days) and squeezed me in just before christmas, to mount my new tires on my new rims. Im as close to clueless as it comes, but they treated me with patience and made me feel comfortable. Customer for life ????
