Called and asked what they had available in their 'RV Rentals'...guy responded "we only have trailers...and you need a truck." I guess that somewhat answered my question e.g. passive aggressive way of saying "we don't have u-drives or small trailers". Background noise from radio/some other source was so loud that it was drowning out the conversation and the guy kept say 'hello?....hello?" Haphazard way of trying to communicate with your customers and if you're that difficult to have a phone conversation with, can't image any better to do a deal with.
