I didn't feel special when I did business with this dealership. They didn't push the limits of customer service to give me that feeling. The feeling I did get was that they strive to give the absolute best customer service that they possibly can to every person who walks through the door. There are no special customers because in their day to day operations everyone is special and there is no improving that. From the day we bought our SUV from them they have backed it 100%. This is just over a year since we made our purchase and every phone call was taken seriously and what few issues arose in this time were handled quickly and efficiently with them taking more than their share of the costs associated with what has turned out to be a small amount of concerns post purchase. Every claim they made about quality has proved itself in the last year and we will definately be coming back for our next purchase when the time comes. Amazing to see this customer first attitude that is starting to disappear in this industry. Thank you very much guys.

Everyone has a unique situation. And mine was like no other. I had a lot of fun challenging mark and Jeff to get me now a new car with all my rights and left turns. I had a lot of fun asking for help, and I am betting gave them a few hoops to jump though. But in the end I asked and I received. If you speak to anyone in town and say you purchasing from HOC they ask you if your speaking with Mark of Jeff. Their positive reputation is well known for what they do for people. i don’t recommend this place at all, before i decided to go with them i read so many good reviews. i started the process a week ago and i was in the dark the entire time, i didn’t know what was going on and as a first time vehicle buyer i was so confused throughout the whole entire process, i didn’t know until 6 days after that i wasn’t even able to pick my own car and they would practically assign a car to me. i was approved one minute and not approved the next minute, i feel so exhausted from this entire experience, i was stressed the entire time, the person i dealt with had even told me that i was not her priority instead the people in the dealership were which makes me feel my business is not valued, i would not recommend anyone go there, a 2 day process turned into a week.

He sent me a video showing all the imperfections, which were few, and started it for me. The deal was put together online. I signed it with the caveat that I could decline it when I saw it. I had my insurance and plate in hand and when I got to Medicine Hat after my drive from Saskatoon. The F-150 was better then described. Had a great drive home and would do it again.

They have a vehicle posted online, when I visited they said it is already sold. After waiting a while, I was seated with an agent. He asked what my budget was, he then showed me couple of vehicles 5k over my budget. He did not show me any of the ones I wanted. After few days, the car that was supposedly sold is still on their website. So, I called and was told the same info that it just sold. What a scam, bait ads to get your in the door and pressure you to buy something much more.

I was called by one of Mark staff members to bring in my 2015 equinox to see what they could give me for it. Mark sat down with me was very knowledgable and personal. He didn't beat around the bush didn't try lowballing me and was very forward in saying what it was worth. I ended up selling it privately the next day but we were very close to making a deal. I called last year because I was in desperate need of a working vehicle. I was connected with the Med Hat location. Things moved very fast and I received a vehicle that the lot got in the day before. I was on the "Go Plan" for credit building. I guess I should have been happy just to get a vehicle, but the whole point was for me to build my credit and then be able to sell the vehicle back to them and trade for a newer one. Well here we are a year later.. the vehicle that she sold me is worthless. She fudged the km so that she could get that vehicle off the lot and make her money. I now have a worthless SUV with too many km and not even House of Cars would trade it back. So now I am stuck making 4 years worth of payments on a vehicle that isn't worth half of what I am paying for it. On top of that.. because they got it the day before, they didn't check anything. So my check engine light came on a week after getting it. Sensors always go on and I have no warranty to get it looked at, so everything has come out of pocket. Not impressed at all. They are the typical car dealers.. just in to get a buck. Would recommend you checking other options. They are not the only dealership that has credit programs. Don't get burnt like me!

I walked into House of Cars with a piece of paper for a complimentary Splash and Dash clean that I had received from an event. The multiple staff that greeted me were so friendly and helpful. Stefanie the Detail Manager wasn't in at the time, and they left her a note to call me back. Today I received my Splash and Dash detail. With it being a free complimentary deal, I had expected a quick interior vacuum, wipe and wash. I left there with a vehicle detail better than what I have received elsewhere for an expensive package. Stefanie and her staff went WAY over and above on a free detail. She called me after a couple hours asking if they could keep my vehicle longer to put on a fabric protector free of charge! The interior and exterior of my vehicle was spotless and they still apologized that they didn't get to do as much as they wanted to for a complimentary Splash and Dash. I drive on gravel every day, so there is endless dust on my vehicle and I was 100% satisfied and grateful for everything they did for me. I highly recommend the House of Cars Detail team! I will be sharing my experience and recommending them to many! I will be back for sure with my vehicles. I haven't dealt with the House of Cars for anything else, but the entire staff were very welcoming and helpful from the moment I walked in the door! Thanks so much!!!

Fantastic experience, I took over a year to finally decide on the exact truck I wanted. I kept changing my mind and my budget. Jennifer helped me every step of the way. Whether it was asking any questions about the vehicle, or general purchase. I stumbled across a rather unique truck at a dealership elsewhere. But that dealer gave me probably the most horrible service i've ever seen. Not willing to make any arrangements or help me in any fashion with the deal. I messaged Jennifer and she was able not only to get all the information i asked(even when the other dealership was being rude to her) she managed the get the vehicle from them so i could purchase through her, requiring her to goto BC to get it for me. Overall she went above and beyond any dealership out there. The entire staff and process was quick and efficient once we settled on a truck and I would gladly recommend or do business there again.

Awesome place to go ... we have purchased a few cars from jeff ... he's informative and friendly ... if you want to go somewhere that has true values such as honesty and integrity house of cars is the way to go .... your bottom dollar is what they work with , not theirs... The owners Mark&Andie treat you like family and will go above and beyond to make u feel at home ... it doesn't matter if your looking to get into 100k car .... or 20k every customer is treated with the same amount of respect... after dealing with a few terrible dealerships , and salesmen ... jeff managed to get me out of a car with ridiculous interest rate ... into a bmw all while fixing up my credit ... they know how the car world works !.... they also know the tricks other dealers will use to break your bank , and they choose to go the other way and inform and educate you .... as well as work with you on what is realistic for your life ... that alone made them the only option for us .
