Stayed 2 nights for the MHDRA Drag racing event. booked 48 rooms. When we gathered in the parking lot for a visit, she phoned the police on us. not cool. Her pink haircut was the clue that she didn't like our kind. General manager supports her staff. will not stay there next time. Rooms were nice, Desk staff wasn't.

What can I say? It has everything you want in a hotel, nice rooms nice pool and then even go a little bit further by selling snacks at the front counter so I don't have to drive to a convenience store. Also a big bonus that both bossy pizza and Montana's is next door.

We decided to stay at the Hampton because it was a newer hotel and it had a pool with a water slide that our daughter was so excited for. When we arrived we were greeted by Penny at the front desk who’s customer service was exceptional, she really went above and beyond for us. The hotel was so nice, our suite was perfect, the hot breakfast is good and the area is so nice, Boston pizza and the keg are right next door and offer a discount if you’re staying at the hotel. The pool was unfortunately closed the day we arrived as they needed to shock it because the night before was New Year’s Eve. Penny made sure she would let us know the next day, as soon as it was re open because she could see how disappointed our 3 year old was, and wanted to make sure she got to swim. Sure enough as soon as the pool was re opened Penny called our room and we had one very happy little girl, she even surprised her with a chocolate bar. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Pros, This was my first time in this relatively new property.The check-in at the front desk was ok. My room was clean & looked nice. The internet was good. The location is very nice & noise free. Cons, There definitely needs to be vast improvement in the lighting of the room. Very insufficient lighting. No microwave in the room was surprising. Almost all hotel chains have this(microwave) as a standard amenity, especially with the covid scenario. The overall lack of storage was another con. Absolutely no cabinets/drawers except one closet to hang clothes. Also the common sliding door for the bathroom & the closet is not a smart design. Your closet or your bathroom is exposed at all times which is precisely what one dosen't want. Overall, I am not too impressed with the room design & lighting. Its functional but not upto the mark. The property is decent in an area with very imited options.

Beautiful room, I had the Studio King. Great pool area with tons of natural light. Staff were friendly and courteous in the hallways and front desk. Cleaning staff were helpful with local information, always greeted us. Front desk staff happily stored our bikes. If the special snack reserved for diamond Honors members was provided to us we would have felt more valued. That sort of stuff makes me feel second class. Loved the location next to Costco and several restaurants. Very clean room.

Stayed at this hotel couple times first time for five days will racing with my boss . And not once did they clean the room. Or even bring clean towels to us. The second time same thing and the front desk staff was very rude after driving 21 hrs to get there and to deal with the lady at the front desk. Believe her name was tanner. All I know is she had pink hair at the time. She was also rude to some other customers that where there . Will never stay there again. And also after paying $1100 to stay for 4 days. Every morning breakfast was a bagged style lunch I got back in school from my mom . But was a bagel and a small container of milk

Beautiful new hotel. Outstanding breakfast in the morning. Good water slide and pool. ADDITIONAL EDIT: I was just there for a conference and the facility was fantastic. They had a coffee service with cookies etc, and until desk staff was welcoming and friendly. The facility was very professional and impeccably clean.

STAY HERE????????????☝ The girls at front desk all postive and helpful. Rooms new and clean. Wifi great ???? pool had great waterside for kids and gym new equipment for great workout and open for 1hour slots per room during covid. They even had great hot breakfast and to go bags. Ice machines on every floor parking lot spacious for big trailers and safe location. Thanks for making me feel right at home I would give u guys more stars if I could ????⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
