After visiting a few used wranglers at dealerships in QC, I decided to look at vehicles out West to find something without rust. I came upon a 2010 Rubicon at City Chrysler. Travis, Travis, and Troy were absolutely amazing. Very responsive, easy to work with, and quickly delivered on all promises. They were transparent about the defects on the vehicle and were willing to get them looked after. Since I had a great feeling from them I decided to go ahead with the purchase and transport to Montreal without having seen the vehicle in person. It arrived yesterday, and WOW. I am so beyond pleased with the purchase. Took it into a 4x4 shop to install mudflaps, and right away their comment was "where did you find this jeep, it's in amazing shape!" Cherry on top? It was delivered with a full tank of gas. Even though that is such a small detail, this is the first time I have ever received a vehicle from a dealer above 1/4 tank. To me that was the mark of people who really do care and will go that little extra mile. Props guys! Thanks again :)

People there are nice but did not provide or hid information from me resulting in a regrettable purchase on a remote buy of a 2015 used vehicle. when asking to go over details any dents, scratches, issues with the car (we tried a face-time but quality could not reveal what I easily found in person). They identified: - chip in window - crack in cluster. - seat belt buckle damage. - we confirmed close up of small scratches and dents that I found from pictures. They failed to reveal which I easily found with a 2 minute inspection: -rip in seat - deep scratches on rear view mirror - rust and large chipping on door sill (picture) - oil leak (they worked on front suspension) (picture) - bad ripples in panel on body - headlight bulb burnt out (perhaps it was working in the 5 hours they had it before delivery)? - many more chips and dings that were note worthy not mentioned. - hood riddled with chips like I said people seem nice, upon reflection after the purchase, felt like they were just trying make a sale at any cost. I guess it was my fault for trusting them to reveal problems on the vehicle which I thought could be easily identified (see pictures).

To be honest I was scared to go there because of some of the bad feedback in here already, but they where very helpful in every way possible. I brought my trade in which it was a dodge as well and was happy with trade in value and the promotion they had for my new vehicle, everything they promised I got and even a lil more got a 2015 dodge journey fully loaded for a good price had some minor scratches maybe from delivery but they took good care of it without even questioning. The day I was going to pick up the new ride I was running late when I got to the dealer it was closed, but Ian the salesman came from his house after his work hours and came all the way to the dealer to assist me with some questions and concerns I had, now not a lot of ppl do that somebody else would have just said wait till tomorrow. I know I'm a lil annoying with questions about everything and stuff about the new ride but they have always answers all my questions and concerns, as well as Darcy in financing very helpful and explained everything with details before we signed anything hopefully service and warranty it's the same. But in conclusion I'm VERY VERY HAPPY from first day I came to the dealer and don't know what the other people are talking about on the other feedback but my experience was very good compared to the other dealer in town I recommend this dealer to other people

Not a place to have a fuel pump replaced. Unless you want to smell fuel as the gasket doesn't get sealed and a feeding line does not get placed back where it should go. O-ring and bracket barely hanging on. Our mechanic back home said we were fortunate we didn't come in contact with a spark. If you do have to do business there, beware. And deal with Heather. Worst experience ever. They didn't have the truck I wanted so they brought one in from another dealership. When the truck came it didn't have the options I was promised. I didn't want to take the truck and they refused to give me back my $500 deposit. "take the truck or we keep your deposit". I left and got a truck from another dealership for $1500 less than they quoted so keep my $500 I saved $1,000. They seem to think they are the only dealership around and can treat people badly. Wonder how they can still be in business with that kind of practice.

Was hoping they could be my new automotive shop. Took my van in to have a hose replaced. Told them I could show them the issue. They ended up charging $451 for a $24 hose replacement that took them 40 minutes. $99 of that was for diagnosis even though I told them what the problem was. When questioned they told me everybody has to pay that to get their vehicle in. Next time I will go elsewhere.

Don't waste your time or Money on this dealership! I Purchased a vehicle for over $33,000. Put in over $10,000 worth of work through THEIR shop.(yup! sounds like a lemon!) 2 years after purchasing and tired of the continuous repairs I returned to the dealership to trade the truck and pay cash on a used vehicle. They offered 17,000 for the truck that they would then sell easily for 29,000 and NO DEAL on the used vehicle. They have shown ZERO LOYALTY, act like they could care less about getting or keeping business, they have no qualms about overcharging people. Too late for me, but would strongly recommend you take your business somewhere where it will be appreciated. definitely NOT this dealership!

Due to lack of inventory, finding another wheel was an ordeal - to say the least. Let the service manager know that the undercarriage of the front seat of the Jeep purchased @ City Chrysler needed replacing and requested a quote for the replacement part & number of hours of service needed for installation. Was charged $160 (x1 hour labour & shop supplies) for a technician to inspect the problem and give me the same prognosis I told them in the first place. This wasn't an oil leak or transmission problem boys it was a seat repair. An hours labour charged for a two minute inspection on a front seat??? Please.....License to steal and will never ever give this local company my business again. I suppose with charging an hours worth of labour (and shop supplies) for nothing they don't need repeat business for sales & service. Ummm....and the very fact that the sales manager himself is giving City Chrysler a x5 star review on their own review site here seems more than a bit sketchy. At least ask some friends/family for free positive publicity online

This is my, second post on this site. Unfortunately, I was bullied and threatened with police action, by the manager of City Chrysler, to remove my first post. I will reiterate again my complete dissatisfaction with this dealership - not with the product, just with the customer satisfaction with this particular dealership. From being hurried into the purchase of a new vehicle, because the salesman wanted to go home and watch a football game, to having the payment schedule reported incorrectly to the financing company, City Chrysler has left me feeling anything but gratified. When reporting my concerns to the manager of this dealership, I was told that it "wasn't his problem", and that if I am unhappy with them then "that's life". If your are looking for customer satisfaction, then this is not the dealership for you! The manager could obviously care less about repeat business from the way he treats his customers - and if you look at the other reviews on this site you will see how many people have singled the manager out as the cause of their dissatisfaction. I do find it interesting that out of the four negative posts on this site (3 of them were written by men), I was the only woman, and probably the only person that the manager of this dealership felt comfortable enough strong-arming into removing a negative on-line post. In my opinion, this dealership is more concerned with negative posts then they are with standing behind their customer service. I am miffed at how a dealership like this one is still in business. You have to drive by three other dealerships before you reach this one, and my advice would be to stop at any one of them. You definitely could not do any worse with another dealership. Happy car shopping - ANYWHERE ELSE!!! P.S. I do love my van and would buy another Dodge - just not here.

We were moving to Medicine Hat from Osoyoos BC so thought what the heck might as well buy a new truck in Medicine Hat. NO PST. So looked at some vehicles and contacted Dave who was very helpful. I advised him when we would be in Medicine Hat house hunting trip and met up with him Tuesday morning. He showed me the trucks that might interest me, I picked out the RED PEARL RAM 155 CLASSIC WITH THE HEMI......I. had given him the particulars of my 2021 Chevy Colorado trade. He gave me a $$ figure and I said I will call my wife to make sure that is ok and then when my said concurred with me the deal was done. I would say 15 minutes TOPS......We knew what we wanted and what we wanted out of the Chevy. Dave got all the paperwork done, signed sealed and off I went. I was busy the next day so Thursday morning we picked up the NEW RAM, with the newly installed RUNNING BOARDS AND MOPAR TONNEAU cover. This was truly the BEST I have ever felt dealing at a car dealership. There was NEVER any pressure from Dave, he was VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE about everything and he gave us the best handing over the keys to us I have ever had. He sat and patiently explained all the CarPlay, phone hook up and what all the little gadgets do. WE WERE EXTREMELY IMPRESSED....Thank you to Dave, his Sales Manager, the Parts fellow and also Troy the Finance guy. Everyone was very nice to deal with....

We bought a vehicle from city Chrysler on Monday during the big cold and snow fall. we were told this vehicle had a "cold weather" package which included heated seats, and heated steering wheel etc. And we were told it had nav installed in it. We did not take it for a test drive, the road conditions were poor, however we have had a ram pickup before and know how they drive. When we get the truck home, around 5 pm, and start playing with everything we discover no gps, no heated seats, no heated steering wheel. We contacted the salesman the next day, and waited for a reply. We called in a few hours and got the manager instead of the salesman. The salesman told the manager that those features were in the 'other' truck we saw, however we did not see another truck while we were there. This should be easy to resolve, we were promised something and did not receive it. Then only thing they are willing to do is take our 2 day old truck on trade and we eat alot of negative cost. Im very unhappy they lied to us, even if it was an accident and the salesman thought it had those features they should at least be correcting their mess up. As far as the service department they are top knotch, fast, reliable, no nonsense. The service department is just awesome and i will 10/10 reccomend. But I don't think we would buy from them again

Offered 10 k on a 2016 trade in vehicle while every other dealer was at 18-20K. When I said something they miraculously added 8k to make it 18K. I said I wanted 20k. They said yes, signed the deal shook hands with my salesman and then the manager Loren (who approved the 20k) tried to change it to 19K??? I said "I signed the deal and as far as I am concerned we have a deal". The manager said "you gunna walk for $1000.00" I said "yep" and left. Shocking that this guy is a manager and the audacity to offer 10K (for a trade) is an insult. They also add warranty onto the agreement without your knowledge making your payments higher (who does that without informing the client) the response is blaming a Wholesaler?????? Expected when you get a bad review. This was your paperwork I signed and you even gave me the keys to my supposedly acquired used truck after signing docs and shaking hands. I have filed a formal complaint with the Alberta Motor Vehicle Industry Council

They are a deceiving company that has no respect for anyone they are just in it for the money. they don't care what they do to rob you of your money and time. we wanted to see what we could do to get a different vehicle and they threatened to call the police! the sales manager faked a phone call to me stating that he owned the company when clearly he did not. They are the most pathetic piece of crap of a car dealership i have ever encountered. i advise anyone who visits this place to not even bother! they are the most scheming, greedy pathetic people you could meet. i advise everyone to go to a different company unless you want to be robbed of every penny you have. The sales manager is the rudest most pathetic person there. DO NOT GO TO CITY CHRYSLER!!!!!!
