Le temps était couvert avec des vents de 40 km / h et nous pouvions à peine voir où nous allions. C'est sur la queue de deux expériences différentes. Deux jours auparavant, un de nos coureurs avait un problème d’allumage sur son Arctic Cat à Gaspé. Ce concessionnaire a tiré l’interrupteur d’un traîneau dans sa salle d’exposition, s’est rendu à notre hôtel et l’a changé sur le parking. Tout était sous garantie. Deux jours avant mon départ pour notre voyage, j'ai découvert que ma motoneige avait été rappelée. Mon concessionnaire local (Delta Power à Tilbury, en Ontario) m'a proposé de me rendre chez moi en voiture, de prendre mon traîneau et de le réparer afin qu'il soit prêt à partir. C'était finalement peu pratique, alors ils ont conduit la pièce à mon lieu de travail, afin que je puisse le faire moi-même. Ces concessionnaires se soucient évidemment de la sécurité de leur conducteur et de leur expérience de conduite. J'aimerais pouvoir en dire autant de la part d'André & fils.

Mais Andre Hallé et Fils Matane ne reconnaît pas leur erreur malgré les preuves de no de pieces BRP. Je ne recommanderez jamais cette entreprise.

Wow ......I can't believe the service I'm so impressed!! I've never been here before. I had an issue with my skidoo and being from Ontario. I needed service done to my sled so I could finish our tour around the gaspe' area... I called first thing when they opened. I had a two hr tow truck to get there. They were kind and courteous on the phone. Then when I got there they look at my issue with my sled ....and fixed it..... I was very impressed with the whole service. I suggest this dealer to anyone who needs service or looking to purchase !!

Thank you! Was on a snowmobile trip and my track had frozen up making the sled undriveable. The service department was able to get me back on the trail within an hour and the rest of my trip was problem free. Highly recommend dealing with this dealer.
