Bought an rx-8 from here. Advertised as only having 2600kms on engine. Had a check engine light. They said it was just a sensor and ordered a new one. Told me to call back in a week, so i did "verbal agreements can not be recognized".... Got the codes pulled to see what sensor is needed. Misfire on rotor 2. Misfire on rotor 1, crankshaft aligment error. Called Mazda to see if they can do anything since engine was replaced only 2600kms ago. Mazda claims engine never was replaced. Also 2 out standing recalls. 10/10 honest advertising.

On Jan 25, 2018 I was on the highway in East Edmonton. A small car coming from the opposite way entered the ditch. I was sure he would be stuck. Next thing I know, he’s up on my side and boom. My 2012 Dodge Ram 2500 Longhorn Diesel is totaled. It was the first new vehicle I’d ever owned. I wanted MY truck back. I searched and searched. Longhorns are hard to come by. I found one at Winnipeg West. I made an inquiry and received a reply from Ken Langevin. It was a very prompt and professional reply, however, it was two provinces away which made it scary. More emails went back and forth. All questions were answered to my total satisfaction. I did my due diligence, Ken was amazing. I had a friend in Winnipeg take it for a drive then I called Ken a few extra times. He is so patient, helpful, polite and has a wonderful sense of humor. We closed the deal. Megan in finance was just as helpful and friendly. The truck was shipped to Edmonton on time as promised. I went to pick it up, sight unseen. It was everything Ken said it would be an more. I am thrilled to have it and drive it every day. I am so impressed with Ken Langevin and Winnipeg West. They were so incredibly easy to deal with. The bottom line, I would recommend this company to anyone, regardless of where you live in Canada!

I bought a truck there got ripped off, they made me wait 1/2 hour before they helped me, when he was helping me he left and helped an other customer, I will never go back and I don’t recommend going there. The AC pump went out shortly after, and now my alternate is shot to. Not a good experience.

Went into the dealership and was looking for a truck last summer, I like how quick I was help but I didn't like the deal that I was about to go with. The deal was alright but what they offered me for my car was pretty much like a slap to my face, they give me a low ball offer for my car witch I didn't bother doing the deal at all, plus and what the appraisal guy did to my car wasn't smart to do in front of a costumer at all, The sales guy that I was dealing with was a great guy, but the appraisal guy was a joke to me, I pretty sure the he doesn't know on how to appraise a vehicle right because I got a way better offer from another dealership, All I'm gonna say is, The sales team at Winnipeg West Auto is great to deal with but the appraisal guy was pretty much a joke.

I bought a 2016 Dodge Ram 2500 from Mark Kelley site unseen. Unfortunately It wasn't the right truck for me. Mark was very accommodating and swapped me into a 2018 Dorge Ram 2500 Diesel. There were a couple of extra things i wanted to have done and Mark accommodated all my needs. I am a very picky customer, in the end I am happy.

My wife and I had been looking for a used 3/4 ton diesel 4x4. During our search we came across Winnipeg West on kijiji. They have a great selection of used diesel pickups. Winnipeg West was the 2nd dealer we went to and the last. The atmosphere was very relaxed and inviting. After narrowing down our search in the sales office we looked at several trucks on the lot. We felt no pressure either way and further narrowed the list down to a few trucks that we test drove. After taking delivery of our truck, is where Sean and the staff earned our respect. After towing our camper the first time we noticed a coolant leak at the reservoir. I posted my concerns on the 'contact us' page on the website on Thanksgiving Sunday, expecting a response on Tuesday. Much to my surprise Sean messaged me within a few hours saying that I should call him Tuesday. Arrangements were made and they took the truck in. As it turned out the truck had a bad head gasket. They stepped up and took care of it, which on a Duramax is no simple job. Thank you Sean and staff. I would recommend this dealership to any of my friends looking to by a used pickup.

My spouse did a lot of research for me to get a motorcycle that would be suitable for me as a beginner motorcycle rider. He also researched what there was for quality, style, mileage and cost of available motorcycles. After we tried two Harley Davidson dealerships in Saskatchewan and did not find what we were looking for, we looked out of province. I spoke with Steve on the phone and put a deposit down on the motorcycle that we were interested in. We travelled from Saskatoon, SK which is about an 8 hour drive. I called Steve the day we headed out and when we arrived there, he was ready for us. There was a sold sign on the seat of the motorcycle and it was obvious just looking at the bike that it was in immaculate condition, with low mileage, as advertised. There were no surprises in the buying process and the staff at the dealership were friendly and courteous. I love the decor in the building! It is a very unique and welcoming atmosphere, and very different from the usual dealerships I have visited. We brought my Nissan Frontier truck to bring the motorcycle home with us, because of the length of the drive. Steve, Vince and Dave went above and beyond in loading the bike into the back of my truck and getting it strapped in safely and securely. It was a fun experience, with Vince riding the Harley out of the dealership building, through the snow, and up the hill to the back of my truck. Some of the other guys got called out who were working that afternoon and they also assisted with loading the bike. It was quite cold that day with the wind but no one complained. Megan was friendly and knowledgeable when it came to financing options and explained the process thoroughly so that I could make an informed decision. We will definitely return to Winnipeg West Automotive Group in the future if we are looking for another Harley Davidson motorcycle or a vehicle. No complaints and no hassles. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a stress free buying experience.

Bought an 09 Tundra here 6 months ago. Truck still runs fine, I've only had to replace the battery which appeared to have been the original. Interest rate was through the roof but the truck I cant complain about

We bought our camper here last fall and we were very pleased with the camper (and still are) and with the staff involved, although the price was quite high. They even offered to store the camper for us for the winter. However, when we picked it up in spring it seemed that things changed. We had been told (and the salesman agreed that it was promised to us) that an equalizer hitch would be included, but then they told us that it was not written on paper and so they would not be able to do it. They had also promised to wash the awning to get rid of the moldy smell, but it still smells as moldy as ever. This was quite disappointing to us.

LIARS!!!!!! I recently bought a vehicle form here, vehicle is alright but they lied to me big time! I bought it on the condition they would find a mid row bench seat. Apparently they found one in minutes at a auto wrecker, all I had to do was pick it up. So I went to pick it up the next weekend they had no record of them calling or even ever had parts close to that! And ever since then I can't get a hold of anyone that can help me there, they are either on "vacation" or "out of the office" I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE GO THERE. unless u like the stereotypical used car salesman! Ended up buying the parts on eBay, thanks winnipeg west automotive dinks!

My worst experience to date buying a used vehicle. I wouldn't send my worst enemy there. There's a reason they push the extended warranty so hard. Their vehicles get a sloppy safety inspection and pretty wheels, like lipstick on a pig.

Not your typical used vehicle lot! We were pleasantly surprised at the friendly service we received from Winnipeg West! Broden and Mark were accommodating, helpful and knowledgeable as we were looking at a used Honda van. Due to limited supply, we put down a deposit on a very suitable vehicle. However, the next day we changed our minds and the dealership returned our deposit, without question, as promised. I would definitely return to this dealership.

That is not the way to deal with customers. We were in the middle of settings things up, just talked on the phone and bang! The car is sold? Even though the sales person knew we were coming and do the paperwork within next hour.. how is that good service? No, I leave my money else where next time.

Bought a car here 2 weeks ago and I absolutely love it. It did have a couple issues that weren't mentioned but there was nothing major and most of it was pretty easy to fix. I got a check engine light after the car had been standing outside for a few hours and i started it up but the throttle body just had to be cleaned. If you're inexperienced with buying a car, just make sure you have someone with you that knows their stuff or make sure you have a checklist of things to check on the car. Other than that, the financing was hassle free, i got a good finance rate, and everything was very straight forward. The salesman was friendly, helpful, and wasn't pushy. In all I think this is a great place to buy a vehicle.

Salesman made a few claims about services Winnipeg West would provide and then called us "overly cautious" when we asked him to put what he had promised us in writing. When the Manager came in, salesman put it all on us, twisted his words around to make it look like we were being unreasonable. We had recorded the conversation where he had offered us these services (we hadn't asked for them, he just offered!) and offered to play it back - not interested in hearing it. Our "unreasonable" requests were: to record our conversation (glad I did, though) and to have everything their salesman said they would do for us in writing. For example: He told us they would guarantee "everything" would be in good working order on delivery and for the whole of that day. The contract says we are buying it "as-is", so we asked to have it written in that everything is in good working order. The salesman said "oh it's fine, they all say that. You know we talked about it!". I know, but we want it in writing. Totally unreasonable, apparently. We're just supposed to trust them. Why even have a contract? Then the salesperson said they would store the trailer for the winter for free and that they would guarantee everything to be in good working order in the spring. We didn't ask for this - he offered it as part of his sales pitch! When we asked for it to be in the contract, the manager came in and laughed in our faces. We were shocked, to say the least. All we wanted was what the salesman had said (on video, if anyome cared to hear it!) in writing. Good thing, too. We hadn't even signed the papers yet and the story was already changing drastically. Be "overly cautious". Get it in writing. It's the only thing that will hold up in court if you have a problem. If they are on the up-and-up, they should welcome and calmly and professionally address your concerns. Anything else is shady, shady, shady, and you should run, not walk, away from that place.
