Good selection of low mileage Acura vehicles. I bought a 2018 TLX with tech/navigation package that was almost spotless for a reasonable price. Good and quick initial link up enabled me to quickly see the car. The advert in Autotrader exactly reflected the specs. Was allowed a lengthy test drive and car came with full service history. Purchase was straightforward and car was clean and detailed upon delivery (and gas tank half full). Have been driving the car for 2 weeks now and everything works perfectly. Generally speaking a pleasant experience dealing with the staff at West Coast.

Please make sure you go and check the car first before you commit to anything. This company advertised Hyundai Santa fe XL AWD trim as a the ultimate trim. I trusted the manager and went through a credit application over the phone. When I went there to pick the car up, I realised that the car was advertised incorrectly. Matt, one of the workers there was so helpful and tried to apologize. However, the manager could care less. He was about 10-15 from me and he did not even come out to say sorry for making me apply for credit when he knew full well that the car was the wrong car. On top of that I had to take a taxi home. I dont think they are bad people by any measure, but they could do with showing a bit more sensitivity towards customers who choose to make a huge business investment with their company. I will from now on discourage people from going there to do business but because of the customer care. I wish them all the best. 0 points for me.

I think they should learn or the owner train their employees how to do a customer service and etiquette: 1. When I came in to sell my vehicle, no one on the reception desk. Well, that's fine since there is no one and the place seems so quite. However, the front office guy seems have no interest greeting you and at least stand up and come outside. 2. When I came walk inside through the pre-owned office. The guy was even worst. He also just keep sitting in his office desk and talking to you while you are outside the door (not letting you in). 3. They low ball you in a non-respectful manners and just talk straightforward to your face. I can't believe it, I read the review before I came here but WHAT.... lol What a joke. for those of you that had the transaction here, maybe you are lucky or they are in a good mood. no wonder, the business is so bad.

At first we were happy with the service, however the vehicle did not have working AC and a key fob was not working when we first looked at it. They assured us it would be fixed by the time we came back to pick it up...it was not. They sent us to a kia dealership to get it fixed but their AC machine was broken so we had to make our own appointment with another dealership..a month later and 5.5 hours at the dealership we finally have AC..we called West Coast about the key fob and left a message...no reply. Ended up getting the Kia dealership to put in an order for us to get that fixed. In my opinion and according to West Coast, this should have been taken care of before we picked up the vehicle. Not very impressed..

We recently purchased a vehicle from West Coast Auto and RV. Originally we were looking at one of their Kia Sedonas on their website. Unfortunately by the time I had called to see if we could come look it, the vehicle has already been sold. Max (the sales person) had mentioned that they had a Toyota Sienna available with low kilometers. We weren't really shopping for Siennas as we had previously owned a Sedona and were very happy with it. I was curious about the Sienna and mentioned we would like to come see it. Max got it ready, but last minute I changed my mind (believing it was only a 7 seater). When I talked to my wife about it she figured it might be good to look at it anyway. Turns out it was an 8 seater like we wanted. Max was patient through our back and forth and even let us take it for a test drive just before they closed for the day. We returned for a second test drive with the kids along for the ride. The whole experience was positive with no pressure from any of the staff as we walked through each step of this big decision. And the van is exceeding our expectations. One owner, clean carfax, low kilometers and best of all a great price!! Very happy we went with West Coast Auto and RV. If you are considering a new vehicle, consider buying used and save yourself thousands. And we highly recommend looking at West Coast Auto and RV as they have a great selection of quality vehicles.

Each one of these guys were prompt with responding to calls, emails and questions about the car involved and really appreciated the no pressure way of dealing with them. Matt was my first contact and delivered all the info on the car with carfax info, details on their options and what they could provide. Due to weather, being out of town to take a test drive, Max happened to live in my area and drove out to my residence to show the car personally. He was prompt, phoned ahead to advise his arrival and even walked around our home area in -30 to wait on my test drive. He was very knowledgeable and understanding of my concerns. This was very appreciated, and saved me time and hassle to come into Winnipeg on a busy weekend to look at the car. I was then referred to Mike for the final details on possible financing but chose to complete a cash deal and gave me all the options without any hidden fees. Mike was knowledgeable, easy going and had everything ready as asked when arranging the delivery appointment. Just bought the car of my dreams from Matt at West Coast. This is what I experienced. 1) They made the CARFAX available for free. 2) They did not hide the fact that my MINI came from Ontario. They did not have to, because CARFAX showed the car was only driven in Ontario for 2 years. 3) They let me take the car to my mechanic to verify its condition. He found NO major rust issues. After looking for a truck for months and dealing with about every new and used dealership I ended up at West Coast Motors and ultimately bought from them. I was treated great, the truck was exactly what they said it was in the ad (not like every other place), there was no dealer fees (big deal for me as I will not pay those and walked away from a deal because they would not waive it at a different dealer).They did not try and charge me for the new tires or box cover etc (like another dealer tried), they were just good guys to deal with and I will be back for sure for my next one. Overall courteous and somewhat helpful. Justin was very helpful. Was very difficult to get specific information on the trailer we selected to purchase. No spec sheet made it confusing to know exactly what options were on our unit. Did not appreciate scheduling a pick up day and coming in from outside of Winnipeg, only to be offered rust proofing and coating add ons (at additional cost). Then asked if we wanted to bring unit back or leave it for another week or so. This could have been scheduled when the deal was set and coatings applied prior to pick up with no additional trip to Winnipeg required. Also, the advertised price was not the price. Agreed to advertised price and then was told had to pay additional $900 for outfit package. Some of outfit package items like sewar and water hose usually come with a new trailer. The 1 year wheel warranty, and $5000 discount on purchase of a new unit (if yours is stolen within 5 years) are useless fluff items. Basically about $400 to $500 of useful equipment for $900 add on fee that you’re told you cannot opt out of. I tried, and was told no. Did get a rear camera included after my wife and I pointed out that we were told the unit came with one during original showing. Very tough to get answers on the extended warranty details. Make sure to read the warranty information carefully. Coverage is very specific and not as “all inclusive “ as we were led to believe. Lots of conditions and claim limits to the number of warranty claims the policy holder can make. If you’re at all handy, you may want to consider putting the $4000 aside for when you need to repair/replace something and skip the extended warranty. We were hesitant to walk away from deal as trailers in short supply and did like the unit. Hopefully any future dealer visits for any repairs or issues will be more straightforward.

The worst experience Ever with a car dealer. They are not professional at all and should learn about customer care and how to deal with customers. I went there to buy a car. Once I entered the place there is no one at the reception to greet the customer and offering help. after a while a man come from inside I started to talk to the man standing facing me who even didn’t introduce himself for me , I was astonished that another man answering while laughing loudly from a room inside. When I started talking to him he continued talking with the same careless way while he is sitting there in the room and the third also joined them talking to me while looking at his cell phone screen he didn’t even bother himself to look at me. So I left. Actually, I went there as there was a car which they have online and I decided to buy it for my wife. But they even didn’t give me the chance to let them know that. So what if I buy the car from them and there is a problem?. How they are going to deal with me I will never go there again even if I have to pay more for the same car with another dealer who knows how he can provide good service for customers. it was a very bad experience I don’t recommended this dealer to any one .

Car was misrepresented as no accidents, but had been in a substantial collision. We viewed 2 Volkswagens a few weeks ago and were really impressed with the condition of a white Volks Golf, we were advised it had no accidents and just a "hail claim" . After a test drive, close inspection of the rear hatch and bumper showed they were a different shade of white and the hatch did not close flush. The bumper was missing fasteners underneath. I pointed this out to the salespersons and they tried to explain this as a result of the hail damage. The next volks golf we drove was a blue one with 30K that had appeared on the lot and then disappeared for a few weeks while a blown injection pump was changed. It was back on the lot, so we test drove it. It drove fine, but an inspection under the hood revealed that a used injection pump had been installed, according to the salesperson, Volks Winnipeg had installed this used pump. So, we've got an almost new car, with 30k on, with a critical part, the injection pump, have unknown remaining life. I will give these guys the benefit of the doubt, that they truly did not know the history of the cars, I'm sure they are honest, good salespeople. However, I strongly recommend that if you shop there (or anywhere) for a used car, bring a friend with a keen eye to look the car over.

I will highly recommend this place to first or 10th time buyer for cars or Rv. You don't feel pressured or cheated if you don't know anything about cars. They explain everything with the financial terms and no gray areas left out for you to figure out later. 10 times better then dealership.... No hidden charges. I can write so many things about them because I visited so many dealers in Winnipeg which gave me lot of stress. Honestly worth paying a visit. Matt, Mike, Justin and Zane all took the time to answer all my questions, accommodating me when thanks to Covid delays my originally pre-ordered camper didn’t come in on time. Matt showed me other options and Zane worked with me on a great deal on the new bigger and better selection!
