Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had sold me an air ride EcoDiesel not telling me that it does not work colder than -5 after 6 months after paying $45,000 they wanted to give me $22,000 on a trade in...the truck has been in service more than I've had it..... service told me they should have told you when you bought it and they knew all about it...financing does a credit check and sends it to the bank and then the bank hits your credit again making your credit be hit 4 times in total for one application....DODGE CHRYSLER IN SELKIRK you should be ashamed of your self...buyer be ware watch for overcharging and double dipping.... This was my first large purchase for a vehicle.....this falls under the lemon law I'm bringing this vehicle back for a 4th time and don't want it back until you fix the air ride....this truck has Nooo suspension at all. The option that makes it the expense that it is doesn't even work....You sold me a lemon...IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A DODGE IT'S WORTH THE TRIP TO THE CITY

No pressure i contacted Brighton one time about a vehicle i wanted to trade my Kia but it sold so we continued looking and found a vehicle we liked in the city it was such a hassle there! Terrible experience- nasty/grumpy service department staff, misinformed about part costs and what was needed - water pump wasn't broken was the steering pump, took over a week for parts and was very poor service. Last place I'd go for an oil change - didn't tighten the oil plug, leaked -- had to have it checked by another garage charged extra $20.

Horrible service, scammers. I had my neon SRT 4 towed there due to a transmission issue. I was told that I would need a new part for my transmission and the total cost will be $2200, I had a bad gut feeling about this, so I questioned them for more details, they consistently kept beating around the bush, I even asked for them to pop the hood and show me exactly the issue, they refused. I was told that my entire shift linkage arms were destroyed, and the brand new part alone from Dodge is a 900$ part add on the labour cost would be 2200$ providing they don't run into any issues. In the end I lost it because I could feel the bad vibes I immediately had my car towed home and told the dealer I would fix it myself. Upon getting it home, the problem was a shift linkage pin, from the dealer the part costs $5.00, I decided to go get the highest strength bolt i could find from Canadian tire, a washer and a nut, that cost me only $2.00 to fix it. That's right they were trying to get $2200 possibly more out of me, and all it needed was a $2.00 bolt. This did happen about 4 years ago, but I highly recommend getting a 2nd opinion, if you are in Selkirk take you car to Bahara motors instead. Dealers are there to drain you of cash. The mistake the dealer made with me is they assumed I was gullible, I paid 200$ in total for a flat deck to and from the dealer, but boy am I glad I did.

I bought a used van sight unseen, and its condition matched the description. It came safetied, though it was slightly outside of warranty. We noticed a noise from the brakes right away, and brought it back two days later for servicing. They diagnosed the issue, fixed it at no charge, provided us a new loaner car for the week and paid our fuel to go 1700 km home and back. Quang, the manager, was quite understanding of the situation and I'm satisfied with the outcome. We travelled a long way, and they stayed open late to accomodate us. Mark, our salesperson, and everyone else we interacted with were quite friendly.

Well im sorry to say even though i love the truck i bought from you guys im very disappointed in your service. When i purchased the truck the 2 back tires were in bad shape. You made a promise to me that when i decided to replace the tires to come back to your business and you would sell me the tires at cost. A few months later i returned in need of those tires due to the fact they were no longer road safe. Your parts manager was notified by your salesman about the deal we had together and he gave me prices for 3 different sets of tires. I asked if that was at cost and he said yes. To me the prices seemed rather steep for at cost which in my opinikn means no markup value. I got a coworker to call you the next day and price out the same 3 tires and you quoted him the same 3 prices. I was not impressed so i decided to take my business else where. I went to melnick motors in beausejour which is now owned by selkirk crysler dodge jeep ram. I recieved a phone call from them at 9am telling me every sungle lug nut on the truck was way over torqued and that they were all swollen and siezed to the tires and they all needed to be replace. I was very unhappy now since your dealerahip had done the safety on the truck and were the last pwoole to touch the lug nuts. I then decided to contact your service manager and explained bot situations to him about the failure to follow through with the promise you made to me about selling me the tires and the fact that you were the last ones to touch the lug nuts on the truck. Weather the lug nuts were damaged by your employees or not you should never have put them back on the truck. Your service manager contacted melnick motors and then did nothing. There is no way i should have had to pay for the lug nuts let alone the full price of the tires. I will never recommend your services or sales to anybody and i will warn them of your lack of reliability and false promises just to sell a vehicle. This will be shared on my facebook incase you decide to delete my comments and i will go online and leave the same speach as a review to your business on any other site i can.

Worst Experience Ever 2014 Dodge Journey had a power draw from battery . After taking car in and replacing a brand new battery with another one , then 300.00 plus dollars to replace battery cables and still having the battery being completely dead after 4 or 5 days I phoned the Service Manager . His question to me was. What do you want me to do ????? Fix the problem would be nice . Then the Dealership. wanted me to buy a new car .??? I guess somebody else would then have my problem . I then talked to one of the other Managers. and he said I should take it somewhere else and maybe they could find the problem . There is definitely No Customer Service at this Dealership . Another Problem I had was the Two Managers do not like to Return Phone Calls . I left a few messages over a couple of months . Found out later they put some kind of compound on the truck when they detail it to hide the scratches so you dont notice.

After many attempts to reach a manager at SELKIRK Dodge; Chris, the Service manager returned the call. Trying to chase down some parts for an older Jeep and nobody returns my calls or gives me the time of day. And when we finally go to the dealership to ask about the parts they just looked dumbfounded and don’t even look anything up and turn us away. Very disappointed with the whole situation. 3 weeks after this review and the part has been found, shipped and installed at no charge to me. I’m happy with the install, and the end result, but the steps to get there were a real pain in the butt.
