Pacific Motors sold me a lemon of a car. I bought it in February, and the salesman assured me they would fix all the issues (heated seats didn't work, windshield washer fluid wouldn't spray). After noticing some disturbing sounds in the engine fora few weeks I took it in to a trusted repair shop only to be told my car would need repairs costing around $3875! The alternator needs to be replaced, the controller arms are shot, the struts are gone too. The tires on the car are cracking and need to ALL be replaced. I'm appalled that a car with so much wrong with it was considered safe for sale. I'm not super knowledgeable about cars, and they must have known they could exploit that. I'm angry at myself for being taken in by a bunch of crooks, but also mad that this is a business who is likely ripping off anyone who comes through their doors. I had not opted for an extended warranty at the time, given all the work they assured me they had done on the car. I called in today to see if I could get any sort of reimbursement and they said I should bring it in to be repaired there- but obviously I don't trust them to do the job properly. I'm just so, so angry. Never buy from Pacific Motors. Just save yourself the trouble. This is not a trustworthy business.

Lewis was there to great us as soon as we pulled up to their lot even tho it is freezing today with the wind. Not only did I get a great deal on a vehicle, and a good price on my trade in; I also got my new vehicle delivered to my residence because I was unable to drive my old standard shift due to injury. The hand over was done at my house and they took my old vehicle away. I had a great experience buying a used Chevy Optra here and Scott was very helpful. Before I bought it I requested they fix a number of things (broken cabin heat select switch, rusted rocker panels, grinding sound in the brakes) and they did so. The repairs took longer than they promised for them to take, and it was an annoyance, however they also repaired the timing belt at no extra charge. Thanks guys! Like with some of the reviewers on here who purchased a used vehicle, I noticed other problems only after I took the car home. In my case they weren't very severe: the check engine light came on, cabin heat was not great, and the CD player/radio does not work. Pacific Motors did what they could to help address these problems, but it would naturally cost me more money. These are the risks we take when we purchase a used vehicle and I think people need to understand that these guys are running a business and not a charity. I intend to make Pacific Motors my next stop to purchase another vehicle in the near future.

Honestly I was so wrong buying truck F150 from Pacific Motor. I think they are selling vehicles without inspection. Because after I bought 5 days, coolant fluid had to fill up and fluid is leaking. I used 4 coolant fluid tanks in last winter. Summer is coming, I tried to used AC but is not working. As a dealer, should check before selling vehicles.

My service was excellent. I purchased a 2001 rav4. David was polite and expedient in getting a deal done. The skill he has to close a deal saved me a bunch of time. Pacific was the first dealership I checked out. There were some hiccups in getting the Rav fixed but Dave was able to help me out with a rental ????. He was great. I texted him every couple days after hours and he took time from his family to reply. When I picked up the car it was all cleaned up and Dave and his team installed my plates. This was the first time my wife saw the car and the solid service from pacific. She was nervous what we could buy for a great price but we spent all evening driving around running errands. It was a great experience.

I came into Pacific on October 27, 2018 with my grandfather in hopes to purchase a new vehicle. He was a return customer and had nothing but great things to say about his truck purchased nearly ten years ago from them. He still drives it regularly. I was eager to see what they had in my budget. Lewis sent me on a test drive in the cutest little Suzuki I'd ever seen, and I was in love. I investigated thoroughly and though a couple minor cosmetic defects, there was no rust to be found on the vehicle. It had a slight whistling noise from the fan, and I had asked Lewis and Jase to investigate when I brought it in two days later for the "detail". We paid cash and I was on my way, without the warranty as even Jase himself told me Global is very hard to get anything minor from. I drove it home that Saturday, and Sunday morning, started my engine to find my CEL on and an O2 sensor code. Could be anything, right? Didn't worry too much as I was taking it in the very next day. I arrived to the shop promptly at 5pm and was greeted by both Lewis and Jase. They took my car in for the detail (nothing more than a quick vacuum and an air freshener), leaving my seats filthy. I was told the whistling was nothing more than a cold belt, but that if I wanted, Jase could get me a price on a blower motor... For the vehicle I purchased from your establishment TWO days before. I left angry. I have drive it for just over three months now. The cluster is going (no odometer, speedometer and tachometer intermittent at best), needed to purchase and install a new blower motor because the "cold belt noise" never did go away and I eventually lost all fan altogether, will need an alternator very shortly, my muffler is rusting and coming off in giant flakes, as well as 2 of my doors, and as of Sunday, struts and shocks. To say I am disappointed with my experience and my car would be a massive understatement. I purchased what I thought and what I was told would be an extremely reliable and affordable vehicle for my minimal driving. I researched the warranty and virtually none of what I have encountered would have been covered anyhow... Edited to add that during the negotiation NO comment was made to me about any potential safety issues coming to light in the first 30 days. The information about being sold to me "as is" was relayed to me from Jase through Lewis. I'm not sure exactly what was said to Lewis. It was expressed to me that it meant that they would no longer fix the running light that was cracked, and would not offer the complimentary warranty. I would only assume that when one sells a "safetied" vehicle, it would be considered road safe for at least 30 days. I will be reaching out to Jase in hopes to bring the vehicle in for a look-over in the coming weeks.

I am only posting a brief comment/review/experience with my purchase of a vehicle at pacific motors. The staff is very nice and it's a very friendly family business as the many reviews indicate. I belief it's important to warn customers that this business is selling unsafe and clearly not inspecting the quality of internal and the mechanical parts at all. With many reviews that I have heard is a quick car wash to clean your new purchase will result more paint removal and loss than dirt loss. I am not intending to discredit this business whatsoever but a clear message and heads up to future customers to do very throughly inspect any purchase of a vehicle at this business.

They played good cop, bad cop. Paid cash for the truck and couldn't even get new tires because I was told it shouldn't have passed safety. They charged me to repair it(not even a week owning it). One month into owing the truck the oil pump went. Then the big repair came a few months later with the engine going. They referred me to their mechanic and the truck has lasted another 3 months. I have owned this truck a year and have spent an additional $4000. They sell high mileage vehicles that are ready to go. Don't waste your money. I also left messages asking the owner to help resolve this and never got a call back. Brian should be ashamed of himself calling this a family business. My family won't have Christmas now because of the lemon you guys sold me.

We have unfortunately had a very unpleasant, disappointing and regretful experience with Pacific Motors and would strongly discourage anyone from purchasing a vehicle from them. Within weeks of selling us a van this past summer that was promised to be "in excellent mechanical condition", we realized that it had been sold to us with winter tires on it (but this was not disclosed to us). We promptly purchased summer tires and while they were being installed, an engine coolant leak was noticed. This is a MAJOR and essential repair that certainly existed when we purchased the van. It costs $4500 to repair as the entire engine has to be removed. Long story short, and sparing the details, Pacific Motors refused to pay any of the cost. We made a complaint to the BBB as they have an "A+" rating (feel free to see our complaint on their website). We learned through the process that a company can keep their "A+" rating provided all they do is verbally acknowledge a complaint, but they don't have to do anything to respond and there is no accountability. Therefore, we encourage others to no longer consider a business's BBB rating as unfortunately does not mean very much. We strongly encourage others to keep shopping elsewhere when looking for a used vehicle, it will be worth the extra cost.

I called their office 5 times but the person who sold me would not come on phone New update : after 23 days the motor blew up now they tell me to pay another 6 grand to get it fixed. We are very pleased with our purchase from pacific motors. Right from the beginning process of looking for another vehicle they were very friendly and helpful. They answered all our questions promptly and efficiently. They also aren’t pushy and let you take your time deciding on a vehicle. The only reason for not getting 5 stars is we have to return to fix a few minor issues instead of the vehicle being ready to go - otherwise 5 star rating.

I was in the market for a used truck and found myself at Pacific Motors looking over their inventory. Their vehicles were all in such fantastic shape it actually made choosing one a bit difficult, lol. Beyond the quality vehicles the staff, particularly Dave Lewis, were phenomenal to deal with. There was no pressure at all and they were very accommodating with requests for fitting in test drives that worked for my schedule. When I did settle on a truck I wanted to buy they negotiated fairly, including properly valuing my trade-in and stood by their word taking care a couple of small details that popped up after my purchase. I'll be honest, I don't write reviews often but my experience with Pacific Motors was first rate from start to finish and worthy of a minutes of my time to type a few words of praise. Hopefully if you're reading this you'll consider bringing them your business in thanks & recognition for the excellent service and vehicle I received.

This truck that DONNA is refering to was sold by Pacific Motors LTD Through associated public auto auction, the trucks was deemed as red light. On the windsheild of the truck it was stated that there was a knock in the motor so it shouldnt have been a surprise. Also, this 18 year old kid got a 15000 dollar tuck for 8000 dollars. Brian is right, it is a good lesson to be learned. He was not in the wrong by any means as he thourghly stated that there was a probelm with the motor, it would be a different story if he was trying to hide it but he was truthful and honest about it and even offered the kid and his parents his cost to get it fixed. Pacific Motors was kind enough to offer their help even though it was sold red light AS IS through a public auction.
