Recently had some issues with the door handle and window alignment on my 2011 Challenger, with some investigation the Service Department was able to re-align and adjust the existing door components (also in a timely manner). From experience , other Dodge Dealership's would have just replaced the components without a second thought or even try to pinpoint the issue.

I actually started my Journey for a new or used vehicle at Murray Chevrolet in Winnipeg. While looking around I was met by 1 of the sales personnel (Dennis). He showed me some of the used vehicle line up & I seen a Jeep there I was interested in. Being a Jeep owner previously as well as a Dodge owner I had explained to him I was fond of the Jeep line up. Dennis said if you still want to look at Jeeps he directed me to another Dealership. Dennis was very helpful & pleasant! This other dealership was Murray Jeep Ram Winnipeg. Upon arriving at the Dealership I was met by Qi (Mia) He, a sales consultant. She was very friendly as well & quite pleasant to deal with. I explained to Mia what I was sorta looking at for a vehicle & she pulled up a short list of vehicles available in the category I wanted. It didn’t take long & I found exactly what I was looking for. After a very short conversation I purchased the vehicle. It actually hadn’t been on the lot very long as it hadn’t been detailed yet. In this instance I had to drive back north & return to pick the vehicle up in a few days. I also wanted a factory towing package installed in the mean time. Mia kept me notified & updated as when I could return to pick the vehicle up. It was only a matter of a few day when all was done & completed. Mia was very professional as well as Liam Li (Finance Manager) & General Manager (Jared Lang). They made me right at home & such a great group to work with. I was 100% satisfied & would recommend anybody to go there as well.

There I was walking into the Ram dealership excited to check out some trucks. Thomas was the first to greet me and welcome to the dealership and he started off with just sparking up a conversation but could tell I didn't want small talk so jumped into it asking what I was looking for. He asked me a few open ended questions then started to narrow it down more and more with each response. I believe it was 15-20 mins we narrowed it down to 2 different options. We walked over to the lot where the vehicle was stored and jumped in to check it out. Thomas reviewed all the options in a personalized manner based on the responses I had given him to the questions asked prior. He put a lot of care into the conversation and his recommendation. I checked out the second vehicle but it was not the direction I wanted to go after seeing the first. I really wanted my girlfriend to see the truck before anything so he handed me the keys and said take it home to show it to her and bring it back later with your decision. Very relaxed environment which I appreciated and not quite use to from prior experiences. Came back with the truck and signed the deal with Marcos and the journey was half over. When I went to pick the truck up a few days later Thomas had everything ready so the process was easy as possible. While I got the vehicle insured he filled the tank. I love the truck more because of the purchasing experience I encountered. I even contacted Thomas a few days later and he was more then helpful in recommendations on add-ons. Very excited to not only join the Ram family but the Murray family too. Thank you to Thomas, Marcos and team for an incredible experience and I am looking forward to my next visits. Surprisingly pleasant purchasing experience of a pre-owned Volkswagen Golf from this dealership on October 16, 2021. We are from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan and therefore we did all of our negotiations via text and phone. This was the first time purchasing a vehicle without physically seeing it first so I had a bit of apprehension that we might drive all the way to Winnipeg to find out that the car might not be all that it was advertised as. Thomas Biron was our sales acquisition specialist (it is on his business card) and was ready for us when we arrived from our long trip to Winnipeg. Dealing with Thomas was a treat or I should say ‘bonus’! He did all the dancing and provided free comedic relief which we appreciated. Thomas seemed genuine, personable, refreshingly candid, friendly and funny which was exactly what we needed after our long drive! The vehicle we came to Winnipeg to purchase was as described: -Fairly priced. -No surprises. -No hidden costs! After the paperwork was completed (which was only a couple of minutes with Liam, Finance manager), Thomas took the time to slowly walk me through all of the features of the car, answered the many questions I had, made sure my phone was connected, answered some more questions, then I was good to go. I really appreciated that! He went above and beyond our expectations to look after my requests in a timely manner. Thomas even managed to secure some good quality used winter tires and rims locally for me as well. Everyone we met at the dealership was polite, respectful and friendly and we were greeted by almost everyone who we came in contact with. The dealership had a very positive atmosphere and the purchasing experience was stress and anxiety free! We would absolutely buy again from Murray Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in the future.

Just completed a purchase of a 2019 Ram 1500 Limited. I had a 2016 Ram Limited and thought that truck was nice. The 2019 blows it out of the water! Their customer service was a disaster. I picked up my brand new 4xe only for three weeks. I have had twice issues happened to me already. I took it to the dealership two times and they didn’t want to fix it. The service department asked me to wait for the next issue and send it to the dealership again. I even talked to the manager Andre. He asked me to take the car back even though they know there was some issues with my car. They didn’t want to fix cause they said” your vehicle is clean in the system.” They said although my vehicle has a no-start issue, it’s still safe to drive and if I had any accident, they won’t take the responsibility for it. Okie, then I talked to the boss Jared. He also said that he believed it won’t happen to me again. Can you imagine if my vehicle can’t turn on the engine in the middle of the highway or it loses control while I drive. Any worse you can imagine. They were doing great to sell you the car. But they won’t care or pay attention to you after they have done the business. The only thing solution I got from them is “Drive it first, tow it to the dealership right away if your vehicle has the same issue again.” Just a head up, my vehicle couldn’t turn on twice within nine days. I had to spend few hours to push the start button in order to wake it up. And they said it’s totally fine.???? By the way, if you chose to purchase a vehicle from them, make sure you have to have video evidence and photo evidence. Otherwise, they will look at you like you are a liar???????? and think that you must have plenty of time to go to the dealership and looking for customer service.

I don’t usually write customer reviews - but after my recent purchase, I feel compelled to pay it forward. Interestingly, the General Manager of the dealership, Jared Lang, was also a prominent figure in my journey. I was surprised to get so much of the GM’s time and care. Overall the experience was ok. I traded my 2015 2500 Laramie Longhorn for a 2020 Ram Rebel. First, I was told my old truck would be listed $40-41,000 and they were giving me the best offer they could for my trade in. A week later the gentlemen who sold me the new truck called to tell me the sold my old truck for $47,000. Next, the salesman told me Sirius Radio was free to me for 3 years and Sirius Connect for 1 year. This also turned out to be not true as I am now being solicited by Sirius Radio to renew as my radio term ends 1 year from the purchase. When I went to pick the truck up the sales person was installing my “new” front license plate mount which was agreed upon for purchase and to my disbelief he was installing a mount meant for a different truck that he had physically cut himself to make fit the best he could. On that same visit I inspected to ensure the undercoat was done to a decent standard to find that no undercoat was even applied after spending $700 on it. After driving in from St Andrew’s I had to return home to only return later that week to pick the truck up. The GM was very helpful and negotiated a few items with me and as far as I was concerned was very reasonable. While I won’t mention any names, the sales person was young and eager to please however made a lot of silly mistakes along the way. His head seemed to be in other places and did more talking than time spent making rational decisions.

Our newest Jeep is a Wrangler Rubicon and I am loving it. Yet again the staff at Murray (in Winnipeg this time) have made the experience fun, quick and hassle free. As Jeeps sell themselves, our "Vehicle Specialist" Thomas Biron was straightforward and knowledgeable and good for a few laughs while he brought me up to speed on the new features. I have a couple complaints about our experience, and they are; that the selection of available Wranglers in Manitoba doesn't include any manual transmissions, yet manual is supposed to be the standard option. As well there wasn't any Dealership Cooperation between provinces to acquire the perfect vehicle. Our overall experience at Murray was GREAT! @Thomas is awesome, but unfortunately the Wrangler selection was low. See you on the Trails.

I just bought a brand new 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan CVP with uconnect, tri climate packages with black pearl paint. Very nice vehicle. I started off speaking with a very young salesman named Josh. Great kid. Listened to everything i wanted via phone calls and texts. Josh was extremely patient while we flip flopped in our decisions. After some negotiating before we met we got to a point where we needed to go into the dealership. Now at the dealership we met the friendly receptionist and Josh came right away. Jared the sales manager/part owner came with a friendly introduction. We test drove a van but not the one we bought because that one was in Brandon. Once we came back the real negotiations started. It was hard faught by both sides but remained extremely friendly and professional throughout the whole deal. We bought the van and we were told if the van had any issues we would be refunded or another van would be found. This added a lot of comfort since we were buying unseen and not driven at this point. We then dealt with Christian in finance and he informed us about extended warranty but did not push when we turned down and remained friendly and professional throughout. The van arrived the next day (friday) but unfortunately the detailers had gone for the weekend. We had to wait until monday to pickup. We had to wait quite a long time for the vehicle. Josh was busy with other clients When we finally got to see our van it was nicely detailed. We did however find a very tiny scratch. Josh and Jared looked at it and asked detail what can be done. We have been told we can bring it in and they will buff it out. Upon delivery we did find that Josh and Jared did lack in knowledge of the product they were selling. As Josh has only been with Dodge for 2 months this is understandable. Jared is also new to this brand. I am extremely confident that with time they will become more knowledgable about there product and if they maintain the level of exceptional customer service they are currently at that this will be the best Dealership in the city. We were definitly treated way better here than any of the other Dodge dealers in this city. My grandpa boughta ram here, i have now bought a caravan here and i hope to maintain this relationship a very long time. Thank you very much Josh and Jared for the respectful and honest treatment i received from you. Jared, do not let Josh go to any other dealer. After payed 2000$ to fixed my air suspension, I found than the air suspension was still leaking from air lines connected to air springs after was replaced at dealership and nitrogen tanks valves also leaking after dealer refilled the nitrogen tanks.missing hardware, clips, screws. it’s looks like the damaged my air suspension compressor, and told me my air compressor quit working but when I came to dealership my compressor was working with out any issues. I’m not recommending to service your car in this dealership.

Thomas Biron was the salesperson that sold us our brand new 2019 Grand Caravan. My initial inquiry about a van was made late one night online through the website. In fact it was after midnight. I was surprised to get a reply from Thomas within 15 minutes after my inquiry. I had questions and he answered them all for me, even though it wasn't within his normal hours. We made an appointment to see the van and met with Thomas. He made us very comfortable and never applied any pressure to buy the van we went to see. He also met the conditions we wanted included before we would purchase the van. I would also like to mention there were no surprises or hidden fees or costs to complete the deal. Jeep Grand Chrokee. Always having new troubles with my car right after their service. After reading some of the reviews here I see that I'm not alone with this problem. First time, after $1100+ repair they forgot to plug back data connector and it took me a while to find the reason for the remote engine start failure. Second time, they replaced new battery for $570 and forgot to plug back gas drain connector to the battery that is located under front passenger seat. Moreover, after the battery replacement I got engine malfunction light on and engine stopped several times on the way home. Now they charge me $810 for the engine tune-up... Sounds like never ending story... Eventually they told me that they've found there is no block heater installed in my vehicle and proposed to install it for over $300. Since I had a cable for block heater installed in my car, I didn't trust them and one week later I went to Canadian Tire Auto Service and they have found that THERE IS a block installed in my vehicle and the reason for the failure was just a defective plug on the block heater cable and replaced it just for $7.... I don't understand how their service business survives with such an approach?

Worst service station in Winnipeg. My vehicle has been in four times this year with new problems that Murrays technicians forget to do. It started with a oil change and check up. Apparently they didn't do a check up because a week later a rad was needed to be changed.Then their tech was having a bad day and broke the two rad brackets putting it back together and missed a bunch of bolt clips. Luckily for me I have warranty cause this would be all pretty expensive. And now they forgot to hook up the fog lights when they put everything back together after this fix. Real great job guys. You'd think if a customer pays for an extended warranty up front you'd have some better service. Not every one has time to leave there vehicle there all day for you not to do your jobs.

I'll start off by saying that this was one of the best experiences we've ever had with a dealership and the purchase of a vehicle. Jackson and the rest of the sales team are very personable and apply a no pressure atmosphere, which is such a welcomed change compared to other dealerships. However, there was slight miscommunication involved with our used purchase regarding a half vs. full tank of gas, and the use of a courtesy car, as well as not including a lug nut key and the battery dying a week after purchase. These hiccups aside, I would still highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase their next vehicle.
