This dealership has changed significantly since I last made a purchase. Staff are very friendly, helpful, and treat you like family. Even after having not spoken with any of them for a very long time, they still remembered who I was, and the customer service is outstanding. Prices are extremely competitive, and if they don't have what you are looking for, they will find it for you. If you're shopping for a new vehicle, I would highly recommend checking them out.

A continuous effort to sell items in a vehicle that’s not necessary needed, staff is polite but if I didn’t know my own vehicle I would have been sold a brand new battery when the old one was just fine. I had previously given them 5 stars because of their professionalism and courtesy while having repairs done due to a recall on my vehicle but was made all to aware of their attempt to upsell in regard to my battery and other items. In addition they would continue to call my number and ask how a vehicle (which I never owned)was doing and that it was in need of repair. They only stopped after I had phoned in 5 times to complain. I never give 1 stars but at the same time I don’t want the elderly or untrained people to be taken advantage of.

I went to Eastern when I found a Ford Explorer on their lot (after an exceptionally negative experience at a nearby Ford dealer) and had the best car-buying experience ever. From my initial email being responded to by Parm, to signing documents with Jeff and going over final details with Ivanka - the experience was so great and so painless. Even the negotiating didn’t hurt much. Ivanka even worked some magic to ensure I was happy with my Sirius subscription. I’m so happy with my experience, I’ll be bringing my Ford to a Dodge dealer for service! many thanks to the team at Eastern!

In 2012, after 3 months as landed immigrants, we embarked on a search for our first car. We visited several major dealerships and finally found one who would assist us. We received less than satisfactory service. Even so, when we decided to switch from our car to a minivan, we decided to re-visit that dealership in our search. Again, poor! We visited several other dealerships, nothing. Finally, we went to Eastern...and met Phu! He made us feel welcome with his friendly and courteous disposition. Phu was able to expertly identify not only our needs, but also fulfil those needs. He was beside us throughout the entire trade-in and purchase process. Phu kept in touch with us through regular phone calls right up to the day after possession was taken of the vehicle. He followed up a week later to ensure that we were still satisfied with the purchase and to reassure us that if we had any problems, he was just a phone call away. We were so happy with the service that, of course, we couldn't stop talking about it. As a result, we were able to recommend a friend to Eastern - and Phu - who made our friend happy too! Recently,when we brought our vehicle in for an unscheduled service, Phu went above and beyond his duty to leave work and pick my wife up from our home (I was out of town and the shuttle service was unavailable) and take her back to the dealership to retrieve the van. We have truly made a friend in Phu and the Eastern Chrysler family. We will be going back and take others with us!

I brought my car in as I thought my cv joint was going as I heard rattling while driving . I brought it into the dealership and they told me that it was just loose Lugnuts. So they billed me $55 to check the problem and tighten lug nuts , fine . A Week later it was about to snow and I tried putting on my snow tires, the only wheel I could get off was the one that they checked with the CV joint as I have aluminum rims that were on the car for seven months for the summer season. The only tire I could get off was the one that they checked the CV joint . So I returned to the dealership and requested to get my two rear tires and passenger front tire loosened so I could change to winter tires as I could only get the one winter tire on . It was supposed to be a simple job, loose and three aluminum rim wheels as I already had one winter tire on the car already and explain to them that I only needed the three tires looked after. I went back to the dealership after they called to tell me that my car was ready and the girl gave me the key saying there are two cross thread studs but it’s all good to go. I get to my car and there are only three Lugnuts on the tire I asked them not to touch as it already had a winter tire on it. I went back into the dealership asking where my other two Lugnuts are. She didn’t know so she called the technician that worked on the car. Have I not seen this I could have driven off and lost a wheel causing an accident . So the technician came out and explained to me that there were two cross thread studs. They were not there a week prior and I had no problem getting my winter tire on that tire. I still don’t know why they touched that wheel but all of a sudden had damage to two studs on it. I called and talk to a manager named Jimmy and as I explained my story he kept trying to talk over me telling me that the cross threads happened when I was driving with the loose Lugnuts. So then I asked him why was that not on the first invoice when I brought the car in for the CV joint initially?And why did you guys touch a tire I asked you guys not to touch as it already had a winter tire on it? None of his answers made sense and he was just trying to talk me in circles. He even told me he could cut the price in half for me which was nice but Why should I have to pay anything on something you guys damaged? I called the dealership back asking for Jimmy’s manager to call me back and left my number and still haven’t heard back. Very unprofessional and shady , I’m disgusted. Thx for the damages eastern ! The only happy customers at this place are the ones purchasing brand new vehicles. I definitely don’t recommend anyone bringing their vehicles in to this place for repairs . Save your time and money and go elsewhere .

I've purchased several new and used dealerships and I have had mostly good experiences. When I was looking for a new vehicle, not committed, looking I met Mark Strobinets of Easter Jeep. It took us 4 months to find the right vehicle, and while everything wasn't perfect, he was honest, open on his process, never pushing, always consistent. It's a difficult role to play when you sit in the middle of a customer and your manager/dealership whose primary job it is to make as much revenue as possible per sale. But both Mark and Obie crafted the perfect deal and enabled this sale to happen. Mark and I spent over 12 hours together, which may not seem like a ton, but this was one on one on busy days, trying to make this deal work. If you looking for a great salesperson who can help you make a good decision, and a dealership/management who can make the right deal to suit your needs, this by far is the best in Winnipeg. Great job guys. I will be back.

After recently having my Chrysler vehicle of 7 years written off, it was time to being the search for a replacement vehicle. Not wanting to have large repair bills and needing a reliable vehicle, I looked at all options. Honda, Toyota, Hyundai...but none of the vehicles or the experience felt "at home" until I walked onto the lot of Easter Chrysler to check out a shiny blue 2015 Chrysler 200 that had caught my eye. Aware of pressure tactics that accompany vehicle purchases, I had received some referral recommendations on product advisors to ask for at Eastern. As I was walking towards the vehicle, Braydon met me with a smiling face and was very casual as we chatted about the vehicles on the lot. I pointed to the blue 200 at the end, and we were off to the races....literally. Braydon made things easy. His knowledge and approach to finding a vehicle that suits your needs and that would fit your price level was very appreciated. It made the whole process less of a burden and injected "fun" into the environment. I really appreciated his friendliness with my 2 young kids and making them feel at home. Braydon made us feel apart of the "family", and eased our concerns - even offering to take the kids with us on a test drive in the car seats to see if there was enough space. From there the decision was easy. Braydon directed us the rest of the way, working with Roger Dorge and Dorothy Cadorath in the finance department. Dorothy made all the options clear and easy, and applied to a few financial institutions to make the process quicker and see who would respond to the finance application sooner. For years I have heard that Eastern is a family centred business, and Braydon and the rest of the team supporting him made us feel like family in our purchase. Thanks Braydon and team for helping us find the best vehicle for our family.

Mike took care of me right from the beginning. I told him what I was looking for, Jeep Wrangler, and he let me take the 2020 Wrangler out for the afternoon to try it out. He was a no pressure, very personable, and a very transparent salesman and treated me with respect. Mike understood my position and what I was expecting and made sure all my questions and concerns were answered without any BS. It was an easy and pleasant transaction and walked out the next day with my brand new 2020 Jeep Wrangler. Ian was as well, great to deal with and go through the paper work. This is the first review I've written I hate them but here goes..My experience with Eastern Chrysler sales : From the moment I entered, everyone was outgoing and cheerful, without being over the top. I was show to my sales coordinator in short order. I must admit I can be a bit of a tough critic when it comes to these sort of things. When thousands of dollars and your future happiness are on the line... who wouldn't be ! My Coordinator listened to what I wanted , and built my Wrangler with my wife and myself. I was very adamant about the color and options of my vehicle. Even so far as to say I wouldn't compromise on the color, As wranglers offer a special color each year. I made Andrew work pretty hard to find the perfect vehicle, he had all kinds of patients with us. Even so far as to entertain our thoughts on a completely different vehicle. we spent about 45 mins walking around the lot discussing our choices and needs. When we returned Andrew was awaiting us, keeping himself free for us. ( Thanks !) At this point we had a movie to get to and were a bit rushed Jason ran the numbers in short order, they hurried us into Dorothy's office to fill out the final costs and choices (like extended warranty) in what must have been record time :). Short of it, The experience was very smooth on their end. They did everything to make our time there informative and easy. I picked my new wrangle up today and I can't say enough about how good everyone at Eastern Chrysler were to my family ! Would I recommend them ? 11 / 10 !

Very poor customer service, have to chase them just to find out what’s going on with your vehicle. Also being stuck on hold for over 30min and then being transferred again just to wait on hold is not very professional in my books would not recommend this dealership.

Honestly, I have never shopped here, BUT, my friend purchased a car from here and I feel like I need to express my concern. They screwed him over. He may not have been an informed buyer but this establishment took advantage of him. I’d recommend that every person who considers shopping here thinks twice, or at least completely understands how the process of buying a car works because at Eastern Chrysler, they DO NOT look out for the buyers best interest. They only look to fill their own pockets.

I had been corresponding with Tim Masters for a couple months. Trying to find the right Caravan. I finally located one at the dealership to test drive. When we got there the van wasn't the right one for us. Tim had shown us another one that was very similar with some extra features. The only thing was that it was a bit more than we were looking to spend. It had just been traded in and Tim wasn't too sure on the price. Once we saw the extra features in the van. We knew couldn't to go backwards. Tim said he'd chat with his manager to see what he could do. We hadn't heard back in a couple days. So we figured it was a no go. We started looking elsewhere. We ended up finding the same type of van. In our price range. We are sad that we weren't able to purchase from Tim. He was a really cool cat. Thanks for all your help Tim.

If 0 stars were an option I would. I bought the 5yr/100k power train warranty, and every time I take it in they fight me tooth and nail saying my issue isn't covered. I'm not trying to be cheap, but when you spend 5K on a warranty, you expect they'd cover it. Then the last time I left a review I got a call from their GM Frank Veert at the time, and asked me to take down my review...how pathetic...the GM called me personally to take down my review! These guys need to lose their dealer license. I would never recommend anyone going here because you'd be better off lighting your money on fire and watching it burn.

Purchased a used truck from this dealership a couple of weeks ago(Dec 29). When they sent me out for a test drive the vehicle was covered in snow. After we closed the deal and I came to pick up the vehicle, I noticed a massive dent in the hood which was not visible on the test drive due to the snow on the truck. The sales associate acknowledged that it was there and we both took photos. I contacted Jeff Weekes in finance and explained the issue. He assured me that they would look after the problem. He asked me if I could bring the truck in the following week and I agreed that I could but would need a loaner. That was two weeks ago. I gave them a few days to get in touch with me but after a week I started calling Jeff to get an update on the situation. He has not returned my calls whatsoever. I understand that it may be out of his hands but I have asked him in voice mails who I need to get in touch with to get this issue resolved with absolutely no response. At this point no one has been in touch with me to address this issue. On a smaller note, the ad stated that there would be a 3 month trial of the XM Satellite radio, and no one activated this feature for me. I can appreciate that a Finance person may not be the right person to deal with this but he gave me his personal cell phone number and told me that if I had any issues I should call him. After spending $40,000 you would expect a little more attention to your issues, especially one where the vehicle is damaged. UPDATE: Within an hour of posting this review(Jan 13) I was contacted by Jeff Weekes. Jeff told me he didn't have access to his voicemail at work. Kind of strange for a business that relies on communication. Partially my fault as he had given me his cell phone number but I'm old fashioned and don't want to bother people on their personal time. Fine. Tells me that Reid, the Service Manager, will call me to arrange to have the dent removed and they will set me up with the three-month trial for XM Sirius Radio. Didn't hear from Reid for over a week despite leaving over 5 voicemails asking him to call me to make arrangements. Get in touch with Jeff again to ask how to move forward with the dent repair. He says I'll 'force' him to call you. I hear from Reid within 10 minutes. We make arrangements to bring the truck in on Wednesday(Jan 27) to have the dent removed via paintless dent repair. Great. It's been a month since I bought the truck and this should have been resolved within at least a couple of weeks. Despite making it clear that I would need a loaner for the day, none was provided. My wife had to take time off from work to drive me to and from work as I was down a vehicle. I had to call them to ask if the vehicle was ready(they should be calling me to let me know) and it was. We go down there again and the dent repair looks great. Pop the hood to get a look at the underside and there is a bunch of gouges in the bottom of the hood where they pulled the dent. I am not happy. They damaged the truck. I point it out to Reid and he tells me that they will just get some sandpaper and smooth it out. I point out that exposed steel will rust and this could cause problems in the future. We visit with their auto body manager and he tells me that they will sand and paint the area and colour match the paint. Finally someone who knows how to solve a problem. I ask when this can be done and he tells me Tuesday(Feb 2)(Yesterday). Great. Reid tells me that he will call me to make the arrangements. I ask him to promise me that he will as he has never returned any of my calls to this point. He says he will. I point out that I needed a loaner for the dent pull and didn't get one despite Jeff Weekes knowing about this and that I will need one again when they fix the damage from the paintless dent repair. They assure me that this won't be a problem. Well, that day came and went and I still haven't heard anything from anyone at this dealership. The damaged area on the hood is still there and I am wondering if anyone will actually get in touch with me. Just a joke of a business.

I don't like shopping for a new car. That's probably why I've had the same car for 10 years. Having said that, I went into Eastern Chrysler with no expectations, but I have to say it was the MOST PLEASANT experience I've ever had. I dealt with Lucky for the sale and not once did I feel pushed into anything or that I was being spoken down to. He was 100% professional and fair. A huge thank you to Raj for keeping me organized and to Ivanka for helping me with all the new gadgets in my car. One more thing I'll say about Eastern: They have a great selection. Every single vehicle I wanted to see was on their lot. I ended up with a Nissan, but I was able to look at the Chevy, the Hyundai and the Kia I was also interested in. It saved me from having to go all over town to look at these other models.

The staff is always friendly and my kids love going with me and checking out the showroom! The Expresslane is NOT express!! I've been wanting to get my tires filled with nitrogen but every time my husband or myself go they say there will be a wait. The sales person and a counter person both told us prior we would never have to wait to have our tires to be filled but so far every time I've gone I've had to wait at least 20 minutes or they've turned me away because I was "too Late", which I was not, I was there an hour before they closed. I went up North to The Pas and I went to the dealership there and they filled my tires IMMEDIATELY. Their bays were full too, but they still took me RIGHT AWAY. NO WAITING. a Comparison at best. Sadly I will not be returning to this location.

Through a bad experience regarding Chrysler refusing to honor some warranty work, I was about done with Dodge, Jeep, or anything else from them. Along came a few encounters with Eastern, which brought back hope. The first was how they did their best to help cover the lack of warranty work that Chrysler refused me. (Long story short, apparently a clutch slave cylinder is not part of the power train. Figure that one out.) Eastern reduced the costs and fixed it all up, and even gave a one-year warranty on the new cylinder itself. Nice. The second was after I had a car accident that involved my passenger door not being able to open. I couldn't get in for body work for weeks because a bad snow storm and many accidents within the city. The body shop offered, free of charge, for me to bring the Jeep by and they'd fix it so it would open - on the simple promise I brought them the paperwork from MPI after I saw them. They did this on just a promise. Sure enough, I brought them my vehicle and everything went swimmingly well.

Last time I get my vehicle fixed at this spot with their service team. Use your time and money and use another business :) too much to complain about so just giving this tip! Nice people and everything just trying to save you $ and frustration in long run. Nothing they can do to fix issues, if customers $ and concerns don’t come first. For some reason it's showing under my wife's name but bought a beautiful Ram Rebel there yesterday. I was late because of work but the Finance Manager Ian Koslowski stuck around late to accommodate me. He was absolutely great and took care of all my concerns. What a great guy. Save your money!!! Don't take your car here! Garbage mechanics. Spent a lot of money only to find that they didn't do theyre jobs right and just wanted to get it out as soon as possible. They misdiagnosed a problem and didn't do the full service. Check yourself after you are done taking it in for something like a oil change. They say they will check your car and fill your fluids but take a check yourself (check your fluid levels and your wheel psi. For the price I had I would have had enough to take my car to at a quick lube place 2 times and would be there to make sure they do it right. Plus the service associate that was up front that helped me appeared cold and didn't appear to care for helping me (Maybe she only likes to help white people?).

After a horrendous experience at a different dealership, I contacted Eastern about a Jeep I was interested in. Service department is a joke, when vehicle is under warranty they couldn’t find anything wrong with it, now I’m paying all this money to fix it two months after warranty? They will treat you like family until they have your money, then they won’t even answer or return calls, I was never contacted about recalls which I found out about through other garages. I hate my car and I hate every time I pass Eastern and I’m reminded of how I wasted that much money on this lemon. Better yet salesmen told me a 6 year loan until I got my first yearly review and it said 7 year loan, always read EVERY paper they put in that envelope.

Terrible customer service. They will talk down/blame anything they can on the customer. Took in my 2012 dodge 3500 to replace the cardin joint on the front driveshaft immediately after my 4x4 is giving me issues.(Wont disengage 4x4)I called in to see if there was anything they could do. They told me they would work with me to solve the issue. After arriving at the dealership 2 days later they just accused the truck of already having 4x4 issues before the driveshaft was replaced. Obviously if I had a issue I would of resolved it at the same time as the driveshaft. They constantly insisted to open it up to see what was wrong for another 125$. You'll definitely never see me trusting my vehicles in their hands.

Last winter (Nov 2019) I took my 2014 Grand Cherokee overland to this dealership for an oil change. It was my first time at this dealership. I got the oil change and drove the Jeep home. I live about 5 mins away from this dealership. My Jeep has air ride but due to me living so close to the dealership and not going over 80 kmh, my air ride didn’t active and I didn’t notice anything. Next morning I started my drive to work and soon as I got over 80 km/h my air ride gave me a message to service the air ride. I called the dealership when they opened and asked if they had turned my air suspension off before doing my oil change. The service desk girl informs me we would have but there’s no way to check. She told me bring the Jeep in and we can have a look. I asked if I was going to be charged for the inspection and she said not if it’s our fault which I thought was fair. I brought the Jeep in and they told me to leave it overnight as it was November and it was starting to get cold. I was told the air ride can act up if it gets cold. I’ve never had an issue with the air suspension prior and the jeeps been Very well maintained with me having every service record since new. The next day when I went to pick the Jeep up I was informed I need a new compressor and new air valve as it has a leak in it. They also told me the fuse was blown so they replaced the fuse. The quote for the service was around 5k. I asked was my fuse blown cause your tech didn’t turn the air ride off prior to lifting my Jeep for the oil change and the service desk girl speaking fairly rude, informed me no, you’re Jeep has high Kms and this has nothing to do with our techs. I was told I should expect this due to the high kms. I was charged around $200 for them to look at the Jeep. Fast forward until now (July 2020) my air ride is working fine and I’ve had it looked it another shop and they found Zero issues with the air suspension and Zero leaks.... basically the tech didn’t turn the air ride off prior to lifting it for the oil change therefor the Jeep kept trying to level itself, compressor got hot and blew the fuse. Instead of taking responsibility for their actions, they told me to spend almost 5k on my air ride when my Jeep didn’t need it. I contacted the service desk and updated them on the situation and I told them I was going to be writing a review. I never asked for a free service or my money back etc. I simply expected an honest response as mistakes happen and no tech is perfect. I was met with resistance and made to be feel like an idiot cause I have a Jeep with high Kms even though the jeeps been maintained on time and always looked after. I would not recommended this dealership due to the lack of honesty, communication and not standing behind their service. -Paul Follow up.: “New management” team called asked about the review. I told my side of the story again. They said they were sorry. But made zero efforts refund me the money they charged me for no reason. My air ride is still working fine with the same parts and components they told me I needed to change....

Took my 2019 dodge ram 2500 to get the front air dam replaced,had already paid for the product and was supposed to pay only for labour.The service manager charged me for the product again when I proceeded to pay for labour charges,when I pointed him out that i have already paid for the air dam and he should double check,he became argumentative and called me a liar! Upon checking with the parts department it was confirmed that i had paid for the part they are only supposed to charge me for labour…he apologized for the mistake like he was doing me a huge favour…i will take my money and my business somewhere else,where they actually are respectful and treat their customers with some integrity!

Walked in and was overwelmed by how loud the music was, helped by a younger gal (whom was juggling more than 1 customer). All we wanted to do was look at cars. Constant interruptions from other sales members to tend to other customers and little to no knowledge of cars being sold. If that wasn't bad enough we come back from the test drive and was not impressed with the vehicle. The manager comes over to speak to us to convince us to buy the car today (offer deals ect). Not only does he stop mid sentence to YELL at another co-worker but LEAVES us to go honk a car horn and blast the music taking the sales girl with him! Wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I'd give Caidyn 10 stars for his excellent service and great follow through on all my needs. He was very patient and knowledgeable. It was a long process but he made sure we got the right vehicle for a price we were comfortable with. Ivanka was also great to deal with and very helpful. Update: five hours later, after getting my car back (not fixed) and they forgot to call AGAIN to let me know- they give me my keys but say they don't know where my car is. Somewhere in the giant lot out back, so just "honk around for it". It's minus 30 with the windchill today. Thanks for really topping off this experience. The service department is a mess. Once before I waited over two hours for an oil change. I went back today for an oil change and because my check engine light had come on. They told me it would only be about 40 minutes and that they would call me when my car was ready. Two hours and fifteen minutes later I had called them to see what was going on- my car was ready but they forgot to call me. But wait! It actually wasn't ready- they were handing me back my car with a note saying that my check engine light was on. Yeah.... I know. That's why I brought it in.

I took my van in for a second key to be made. Stood at service waiting to be helped for 15 minutes (there were guys just talking about their night). Once helped, the guy asked when I needed the van back & I told him by 4pm. He said no problem & it would be done early afternoon. It's been almost two days & still nothing. When I call no one answers the phone. I left a message & no one returned my call. Do they even have phones?! Had one of my employees take a second van to them for the same thing. Had a 9am appointment. He stood there for over 40 minutes not being helped. Then they told him no appointment was made (they called me day before to confirm) & sent him away due to not have the part to make a key. These are work vehicles that are needed to be on the road & I'm being jerked around for keys. Irresponsible, unprofessional & unworthy of my business again.

Their is so many functions on the jeep he should have went over it with me. I have so many things I'm still learning about. I did not know Sirius radio was free how long it's free no clue lol, many of the 4x4 functions I had to learn on my own,take the top off I will figure it out on the summer. Well mannered but deceiving. Lied about getting the vehicle safety check done on time. Did not keep the appointment time. Vehicle went in 130PM Oct 22. Did not touch the vehicle but sent shuttle to pick me up. Upon arriving csr Amber said it was miscommunication. Asked if I need rental. I asked why you brought me in. She said sorry promised the vehicle will be done first thing tomorrow. Today October 23 they finish safety around 11 but did not bother to bring the car in the front till 12pm. Upon complaining to her manager she lied that someone from shop shawn talked but he did not. Very bad service edicate.

Firstly, I would like to start with that they guys don’t even deserve a single star. We met with their sales Manager “Rod”, his attitude was totally disrespectful and he gave us poor customer service. We did a lot of phone calls to him and to his colleagues but no one even picked our call for two days. He gave us pick up dates but later on he flipped on his words and encouraged us to get refund. Suddenly, we went to the other local dealership and they showed up with best customer service and they also gave me a better price. Most importantly, “he gave me so much respect”.!!

Poor poor experience here from both my boyfriend and myself. Nothing but issues for the passed 5 years. Particularly in the service dept. (though that doesn't give the sales a free pass here, but we won't get into that). For over a year they told my boyfriend that Chrysler knew about the issue/sound with his jeep but didn't know exactly where it was steming from and when Chrysler knew how to correct the problem they would call. Eventually the noise his vehicle was making was so bad, he brought it in even though he had received no phone call, they made him sign a waiver that it was now unsafe to drive due to the struts underneath (forgive car technicalities). And I will never forget just last summer when I brought my car in for an oil change. Exactly one week later my car tells me my oil pressure is low, I check under the hood and there is not one drop of oil. AN EXTREMELY LONG STORY CUT SHORT it took them 11 WEEKS to finally replace my engine that they had destroyed by not doing the oil change properly. (I didn't have my car from July 3 until sept). We now take our cars else where for servicing, will not be returning and will share our poor experience to anyone who is looking for a car or a place to have a simple oil change done. BRING YOUR BUISNESS ELSEWHERE. Save yourself time, money and heart ache.

Stay away from DARNELL PALMA. if you're working with this dealership, avoid him like the plague. He's a crook. I co-signed for a friend so she could get a car on the promise that I would get a $250 cosignment bonus. That was 6 months ago. Darnell Palma was always evasive with the details of when the bonus would be paid. He was always either on vacation, or changing jobs, or blaming things on change in management or other bureaucracy. It took me a long time to realize that he never had any intention of paying the bonus. Some time later I found out that Darnell Palma had actually been fired from other dealerships for cheating clients and making promises he would not deliver. He has fooled many clients over the years, locking them into unfavourable car deals and has a pretty sleezy reputation in the car sales market. Don't believe a word he says and stay away from him. Their sales manager, K.C Livera, just told me to come by anytime so that they can make a new set of keys for my car, and that he will take care of everything. I bought a new Dodge, with lift kit bigger tires all done up in 2017, my exhaust tips have rusted all over them, which they said i'm responsible for and my alignment was off from lift kit, which wore the inside of the tires right down, they made me pay for the alignment and offered no help, after one year. My wife needs a new vehicle and will not be giving them my business ever again. Go somewhere else trust me. Only need to get burnt once. I own a business and would never treat any of my customers like this.

From the moment I called Eastern Chrysler, with Howan on the other end, greeting me with smiles over the phone and courteous conversation. I was very happy to feel like I was dealing with an honest team. He answered every last question I had with a follow up email and phone call. He then put me in touch with KC, who was sooo professional and kind. KC went out of his way to bring the car to my mom's condo in Linden Woods. It was -45 outside, and he came with all questions answered, showed me the vehicle from the comfort of my mom's heated garage. We went through the safety paperwork, the evaluation of my mom's car, answered any questions I had and went on his way back to the dealership. Within 10 minutes, I received a call from Andre who quickly answered any financial questions we had. I know we had a very fair deal, and they were willing to do everything they could to make my mom feel comfortable with this vehicle. The next day, we were again blown away, they brought the car over one more time to my mom's condo for her to have a look at it once again. The following day, we brought our own car to trade in, and we met Rome, who was very professional as well. He was VERY respectful towards my mom. KC gave us a tour of the entire dealership and introduced us to Andre, Howan and the service team, for my mom to get familiar with the new team. With HUGS! Who are these terribly well mannered people..We are soo impressed. Especially, that I do not live in Winnipeg, I just know that my mom is in the best hands with these professional people. Sales 2 yrs ago wad great. 2 yrs later and the Service end is still terrible. Booked an oil change 2 weeks in advance and wated 3hrs and never took my vehicle in. Had my van towed due to no power with an appointment at 9:30am and 36hrs later they found time to charge the battery and returned my vehicle. While I was waiting to pick up my vehicle, I over heard the oil change express which advertises oil changes in 30mins or less quoted 1hr 15min wait for service. Over promise and under deliver everytime. They know but they will not change. People will keep spending money here because we are all naive.

First they sympathize with me when I told them that I had a bad experience form the other dealership... So I trusted them both because I thought they will take care of me... I just returned from taking my motorhome for some warranty work. An appointment was made and I asked ,twice, if they for sure can accommodate the size of my motorhome and was told "Yes". On arrival I found out that they cannot accommodate it and was told that the people at the call center don't know. If you are at a call center answering people's questions and you don't know, just say so and direct the customer to someone who knows, it will save a lot of time and frustration.

I bought my first vehicle here in 1994 and have purchased all our vehicles here since. The last few years the quality of their customer service has been very poor. Regular service appointments have been absolute nightmares, I am angry and frustrated every time I leave there. Great sales team, terrible service department. My 2016 Lifted Dodge Ram Sport has 20,000 km with bald front tires. Sean the service manager refuses to deal with this issue, telling me that lifted trucks need front end alignments once a month and that I signed a waiver providing me with no warranty. I paid 70k for my truck. This is a complete rip off and bad management, which is completely unacceptable and bad business practice. I will see them in court regarding this manner and I will let a judge decide the outcome. I will NEVER buy another vehicle from this dealership.

Bought a Ram 1500 from Eastern in April and found that my cab and box didn’t line up perfectly. Not sure how Ram sends off their vehicles without doing a full inspections to make sure they are good. But I brought it in and dealt with Jimmy who’s a service manager. Jimmy was great to deal with, he got me in within a week and they were able to get it all lined up pretty close. Called right back and 2 days later still waiting for a call back. Not pleased at all. Called another dealership and have an appt set up for Friday March 15 for the recall. Would not recommend to anyone, don't bother wasting your time.

I've purchased quite a few vehicles in my time but this by far was my best experience to date. Obie Okonkwo was my product specialist and he was amazing. He made sure I was comfortable and was very knowledgeable on the products. I never felt pressured at any time and he had the vehicles that I was interested in plated and ready to test drive before I got there. He was very courteous and made me feel very relaxed, comfortable. Matt Henry the manager gave me more for my trade in then any other dealership in the Winnipeg area. He was great and checked in on me asking for feedback. Ian Koslowsky who is the finance manager took care of the finances and got me a better deal on interest than we previously thought. He was very thorough explaining every step which no one has ever done for me before. He also went through all my warranty coverage which again no one has really taken the time to explain properly. This was such a great example of team work with the three of them supporting each other and ensuring my needs were taken care of, priority number one. I actually got more savings the following day when I went in to sign my paper work and pick up my vehicle. Unheard of I know but it did happen. They even gave me a nice hat to wear on my way out of the dealership. Class A treatment that was second to none. When I got home I told my wife that I never had such an easy and positive experience purchasing a vehicle. Thanks guys for making me feel at ease and taking care of me. First wrong parts ordered, then assured a certain day where car would be complete - then 2 days after promised day hearing nothing, back on the phone to find out part is in Winnipeg finally - but parts people don't know where exactly it is or when they will receive it.. Girl on other end of phone finding the conversation amusing and laughing - totally unprofessional...I am used to dealing with Parkside / Vickers Ford where I've received absolute professionalism and customer service and Eastern Sales couldn't be any more far removed from them! The review is insisting I check a star and it is going against the grain as I don't want to give one......

Dropped in without an appointment on the off chance some one would be able to replace my broken wiper blade, with the weather warming up your wipers are crucial on the slushy streets. They were able to fit me in, give me good advice on the blades and fix me up right away including topping off the air in my tires. In and out in less than 30 minutes. Unfortunately, my 2018 laramie truck have a continual issue on its air ride suspension every year. Have never dealt with the sales side, however with service, it's always an upsell. I gave up dealing here years ago, they tried to sell me on replacing all my stripped wheel studs. When pressed as to how that would happen it would be from over tightening the nuts. Unfortunately they were the only shop to work on the car. My elderly parents still deal with them?!? In the spring service changed their wheels over and did an airbag recall. Got the car home, the passenger side was blowing hot air. All that happened was an actuator was unplugged, must've happened with the airbag work. Anyways flash forward to last week, wiring to a sensor got chewed on the engine. In fixing that somehow the part they unplugged(unwittingly?) In the spring is also turning on the MIL. Since the change of ownership that shop turned into scare tactic sales. It works on my folks, I wouldn't take my car there. If you do, ask for the old parts.

I booked an appointment requesting for the same oil change and peace of mind package I have been getting for the last 5 years. I took my vehicle in which included a check on my Diamond Kote. The oil change was done and I was told that there were no issues noted. I went home and when looking at my receipt 5w20 was put in instead of 5w30. I called the next morning and I was told it was my fault for agreeing to the service being done and not asking for the oil I wanted. it clearly states under the hood that 5w30 is recommended. I had been using semisynthetic oil which they said I would have to pay extra for it. I brought my vehicle back and the oil was changed to the 5w30 which was not the oil I was asking for. At this point I was so Irrirated and frustrated with the dealership. To top it all off I was then told that my left shock was leaking. So basically I was sent home the day before with the so called "Peace of Mind" service and the safety of my family and myself were actually put at risk. Fluids were also not topped off. Just terrible customer service. I have asked twice for a manager to get back to me and still no response. It's the last time that I consider this dealership for a new vehicle in the future.

Im particular with the time because my son will be out in school at 11 am. We had the privilege of experiencing the best teamwork we have ever seen at an auto dealership. We dealt with a number of the staff at Eastern Chrysler and were impressed at how everyone we dealt with was 'on the same page' in dealing with us. Unbelievable teamwork as it seemed that all the salespeople were aware of our dealings along with staff from service cheering us on. The experience was like a big family welcoming us in. Sales experience was fine, but don’t expect any promises to be kept. Different managers will tell you different things. The communication between managers and from management to sales staff is very bad. There is a definite disconnect between staff at this dealership, and it shows. Just bought a 2021 ram classic. Went in for a second test drive on a Thursday night, and were in a bit of a time crunch as our 4 year old was with a sitter. Decided to buy the truck, put down a deposit, and we were told that the finance manger would call us the next day to do the credit check etc. We told them that we would like to pick the truck up on Saturday, to which we were told “yes that will be no problem”. Got a call on Friday for the credit check, and after all our info was taken we were told that “if everything is good, we can get you in on Monday to sign the final paperwork”. When I said we were told Saturday wouldn’t be a problem, the finance manager told us “well there’s a private sale happening all day Saturday, so it’s going to be busy here”. So? You’ve already got our business and so you can push us to the back of the line, because you’ve got other people coming in who ‘might’ buy a vehicle? I don’t think so. I called the finance manager back and told him that we were told Saturday would be fine, and that we were coming in on Saturday. His reply was a very curt “well who am I to tell you no?”. Went in Saturday morning to sign paperwork and pick up the truck and the truck looked terrible. It was quite dusty inside, the inside windshield was dirty, there were blue marks in numerous places on the exterior (which just rubbed off, but why should I be the one doing that?), and white marks on the wheels. There was also a small scratch on the exterior above the gas tank. There was a patch of what appeared to be some sort of adhesive above the back window. Definitely not how a brand new truck should look to roll off the lot. The sales associate was very apologetic, and had it “detailed” (I use that term very loosely) again while we we were talking with the finance manager. It was cleaner on the inside, but the scratch and adhesive were not taken care of. The finance manager told us that someone named Reid would be in touch with us “in the next day or two” to set up an appointment to have the scratch buffed out and a “proper” detail done on the truck. 2 days passed and no call from Reid. Three days. 4 days. No call from Reid. After getting an emailed satisfaction survey about Eastern, which we did not rate them very high on, we got a call from sales manager Dion to “make things right” by giving us 2 free oil changes, the scratch and adhesive taken care of, a “proper detail” and filling our gas tank. He also said he would make sure Reid called. Reid finally called on a Friday (6 days after picking up the truck), and I couldn’t answer the call as I was in a meeting. Called him back and no answer but left him a message. Called him back again and no answer again, but left another message. Today is Wednesday and he still has not called me (8 business days after we picked up our truck). After reading other reviews, it appears that it’s fairly common to not hear from Reid. I really don’t understand how a business can treats its customers so poorly. It’s really disappointing. There is no way I would ever recommend eastern to anyone.

We have made the mistake of giving the new ownership the benefit of the doubt and actually tried them for service again. I can't even express how bad these people are. Andre Clark, from Eastern, says he's a manager and phones to let me know he's putting a mechanics lien on my truck! nice!!! Cheats and liars. Warranty work to a Ram ECO that has full coverage and they bill me over $600.00 awful people working here.

For nine years I have been telling this company to stop contacting me. I have asked the police for advice. If they were a person it would be consider a crime. But, because it is a company there is nothing they can do. I have had to block them on my phone to stop them from calling. I haven't owned this jeep for almost 5 years. They wont go away. I have asked in writing and in person as well as on the phone every time I they have managed to get a hold of me. Its creepy and harassing. Bought a 2005 jeep grand Cherokee larado. From them about 8 yrs ago. It was unsafe at the time on purchase. Exhaust leak from engine exhaust manifold. Found the leak on day when it was cool. Used the command start. Saw the gray exhaust come out from under the hood and straight into the cabin air intake..i had felt sick in it when I briefly used it off road. At slow speeds. I Thought I was just getting motion sick. Was a truly horrible thing. At the end only drove it 6 kms a day to work. Was still breaking down.

BUYER BEWARE. Purchased a 2015 Ram 1500 back in May 2015 and was sold what I thought was extended warranty. Turns out they sold me a 4 year warranty that was not an extension of the manufactures 3 year warranty. Not sure why I needed to have 2 warranty suppliers for the first 3 years of owning my vehicle. Only found this out when I had issues with my vehicle. I contacted First Canadian warranty regarding my issues and they didn't seem to care. First Canadian was happy to take my money but not interested in my concerns. Also have been lied to many times by Eastern's service department in the past and buying this vehicle was giving them a second chance. Will never shop Eastern again.

my first huge finance purchase, I feel like everything that was said to me was a lie. Everything I was told about my contract verbally to my face was different as to what was on the papers. I was told to sign all these places yet the contract sent what was discussed in the first place. I feel like I’ve been fooled. My sales associate was very kind to me, so was everyone else but I was not given the best deal or really what I said I wanted. I have been trying to get ahold of a manger but every time I call I’m told I will get a call back & I don’t. It’s very unprofessional & im not impressed. I don’t think I’ll recommend this place unless I am contacted & this gets dealt with like it should’ve been when I first called

My husband and I purchased a brand new 2019 Ram 1500 from this dealership and the hassles and dragging along the salesperson Gina went through was awful. We love the truck don't get us wrong. But go elsewhere to purchase one. We had a 2016 Ram truck with aftermarket wheels that were negotiated to be removed and transferred over to the new truck. After two weeks of being told we are working on it and saying we are looking for wheels to replace them with. My husband checks their site to see our old truck with the wheels on it, no calls saying hey we are paying you out before he finds the truck on the site posted for sale. Absolute disregard for the customer after the initial purchase. Then the salesperson says they are paying out and says she screwed up and has to pay out herself. After all this back and forth was not needed for my husband, especially after starting a new job. So I told him to break all ties and get service done elsewhere and I would buy him the wheels. They offered him $500 check and a $500 cash card for $1500.00 wheels, they never called him after July long weekend to pick them up, Doesn't surprise me or him and confirms my thoughts on the salesperson and the dealership.

Three weeks ago, I a made an appointment to have 4 recalls fixed on my Jeep. When making the appointment the person pulled up all the recalls on her computer and confirmed that the repairs had to be done. Yesterday, they called to confirm my appointment. I dropped my Jeep off at 8:30 this morning and took a cab home. Shortly after I got home they called to say they did not have the parts needed in stock. They had three weeks to order the parts needed on the recalls, since they knew exactly what was being replaced/repaired. After stating my displeasure, I was asked to hold. When the person came back on the line, I was told that one of the parts required was in shop but was meant for another customer. The person told me they would postpone the other customer's appointment and install the one part in my Jeep. I took a cab back and picked up my vehicle when they called to say it was ready. At no time did they say when the other parts would be in or ask me to schedule another appointment. Their service department is a "joke". What happened is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. I am very dissatisfied with what took place.

Terrible service experience at Easter Chrysler Dodge, 1900 Main St, Winnipeg, Mb. Dropped my truck off for service in the morning June 21st and was told it would be ready by 2:00pm as I requested. I called at 2pm could not get through to anyone in the service department, went to voice mail and mail box full message. Finally got through to service writer after 3pm. Told me, "my friend" your truck is all serviced and ready to go except for a couple warranty recall items. Arrived a while later, he did not know where my truck was and parts were missing from it that he had to go find. While he was looking for missing part, I looked under the truck to verify transmission service was performed. Transmission oil pan was not even removed and the invoice said the service was done. Had I not checked they would have dinged me for a $300 service. Got home and checked the transfer case to see if oil was changed. Drain plug was dry and had no sign of being removed. Went back to service to show them clear picture of drain plug was not removed. They eventually offered to perform the work I paid for but now the service manager is away. They gave me more run around today, I asked for my money back and they told me nobody is around that could do that. This is the worst service experience ever at Eastern Chrysler. Eastern Chrysler Service Department. I asked to see the Dealership General Manager, mysteriously could not be found to speak with. I will post a picture of the dry drain plug soon if it can be uploaded. What a terrible experience. Buyer beware folks.

Then I take it in for oil change and they sent my hood. Service manager totally denies it. But finally agrees to paint less dent repair. This was not possible as paint was cracked. Was told they would get back to me still waiting for that call. It's been 5 weeks now. Worst customer service ever.....

Unfortunately I didn’t have a great experience with my first oil change at Eastern. My dad and I both called/asked what type of oil was being put in my car and what the quote was several times, so when I went to pay for my oil change they charged us double the amount of the quote they gave us earlier because of a different oil being put in my car.. if my dad wasn’t there I would’ve ended up paying much more than I was being told. On top of that when I got into my car after they parked it in front, all of my tires were low of pressure at 20 pounds... next time I’ll make sure not to book an appointment before closing time to avoid errors like this or start booking closer to where I live.

I went there at Chrysler to replace fuse box of my grand caravan, (I bought the part (fuse box) from bucks auto they put mark on it with marker.) I placed it on the back seat of my car. Chrysler service man said it will take an hour to replace then after one hour they called me it’s done so I went to the counter and paid money about $190 for labour cost for replacement. But when I checked in my van the new part I bought it was still on the back seat of car they even didn’t touch that part and my van had same problem then I went inside and talk to their mechanic he was shocked about it how I found that (I found because of bucks auto mark was on it ) he had no answer then I talked to the manager he had no answer he was just saying sorry for that. Then again they replaced it in just 10 minutes. They are big cheater I record video in my phone when I was talking to them. Be careful to go there.

Went in there about a month ago to get some warranty work done, found out warranty wouldn't cover what was needing to be done. I asked to speak to the manager to see why I was being told this and as soon as he came down and was explaining what was happening and I was then being sworn at and I quote he is "tired of dealing with fuc*ing bullshit customer problems" and from that point he was clearly not trying to help me at all and I was demanded to pay regardless if I wanted to take my car home. I was so disrespected and have never been spoken to at a dealership like that before. I recently purchased a brand new 2019 RAM truck from this dealership, I purchased a 2016 two years ago from them. Two years ago the sales services was fine, this time around after what I went through I will never buy from them again nor will I get the vehicle serviced there just because of the sales person. I was cheated and lied to for about a week and a half after the sale of the vehicle. My 2016 had after market wheels that were confirmed to fit my new truck, in the negotiation of the sale it was agreed they would be removed, it was specified I didn't have the old factory wheels which was fine. The sales person (Gina) for a week said they were working on getting me the wheels, after a week they said they were looking for factory wheels. Couldn't tell me that though. Near the end of the second week I checked their website and saw my old truck with the aftermarket wheels being highlighted. I called asking why the truck was posted when the wheels were not removed. NO ONE CALLED to tell me they were posting it and that now the wheels were to be paid out to me. Then the salesperson calls me and pleads to me that she now has to pay for them because she screwed up on the requirements of the sale. After all the back and forth BS I told them that I don't want to deal with them anymore. She made an offer of half in check and other half of a cash card for the dealership that the dealership would pay out, not her. Which was it her our the dealership paying it out??? I said right now I don't know if you telling the truth or not, I said if you call me after the July long weekend with something to pick up I will get it. if you don't contact me, then it still confirms what I have been dealing with the last two weeks. Guess what? NO PHONE CALL. I guess my convictions on this dealership and this salesperson were completely true. They obviously don't want to make right on what they screwed up on.

First of all I didn't purchase my 2014 eco diesel in Manitoba and my only previous dealings with Eastern was to buy an oil filter and some def fluid prior to the engine blowing up in my truck. So then I went in and talked with Ian about a new engine and between himself Reg and Amber they bent over backwards to make sure I was happy with every thing. So I'd like to say that between the three of them.....they set the bar for customer service and satisfaction. I highly recommend that if you have any issues with your vehical that you give this team an opportunity to give the small town service in the big city.

About a month ago after messaging one of the staff for a couple days during a big promotion/celebration they had going on about upgrading my current Jeep to a bigger Jeep for my growing family the staff member who was messaging me told me to come down to the dealership to fill out paperwork and look at new Jeeps. I was so excited because I had heard such good things about this dealership but in the end I was embarrassed and disappointed. I was on maternity leave and took my newborn and 6 year old daughter down with me (which was hard enough) but I did so because I felt confident I was going to leave there in a different vehicle after trading in my current Jeep to them. After sitting there for 20 mins answering the employees questionsj about my income etc (I couldn’t help but notice every employee at the back behind a big table was not wearing a mask) he went to talk to somebody (I’m assuming a finance manager) about what they could do for me and he came back and he looked almost annoyed for wasting his time. He told me that I would most likely need a co signer which I found odd because my credit was better then what my credit was when my got my Jeep initially 1.5 years before. I then took my 2 kids in the finance managers officer because then employee told me I’d need to go talk to him. I went in there and all I could smell was cigarette smoke. He asked me how much I made etc and sounded and looked so annoyed and said I’d need a co signer most likely.. which I would never do. I’ve never needed a co signer on any of the vehicles I’ve ever had. He never called 1 bank to even TRY. In the end I felt embarrassed and disappointed.

Used to be a great dealership. But after new ownership, it's gone downhill. I'd rather lick a running belt sander than go back there for any type of work on my vehicle. Follow up edit - I made the mistake of going there for an oil change. The service advisor told me the tech inspected my rear brakes and they were under 3mm and "must be replaced immediately because it's dangerous!". He attempted to book me in for a $700 brake pad replacement. I declined. That weekend I figured I'd just do them myself. When I pulled the old brakes, they still had 9mm of pad left and were almost brand new. The business practices at this dealership are shady at best. I'd avoid them at all cost now.

They wanted me to sign the commitment on a particular vehicle before they discuss the payments, interest rate etc. I really don't know why they wanted to restrict me or I must say indirectly forced me to buy the vehicle from them. I spend good 2hr with them and they appraised my vehicle but not willing to disclose the appraisal value.

I brought my ram in for service. It was not disinfected a they said it would. I asked for them to find out why my ac wasn’t working, also why my latch wasn’t working in the back. They didn’t check anything and told me my warranty was up on my new truck. They told me I had 5 years when I bought it brand new. They lied. Turns out it’s 3 years and they just want you out the door. Guess I’ll have to fix it elsewhere. Never buying from them again

The second most expensive thing you own was done in 5 minutes, then I was rushed to go get my autopac nothing was explained to me and when I complained about how I was treated I was reassured by the g.m. Frank that he was going to make it right! I bought the vehicle dec1/18, had a meeting and still waiting for Frank to get back to me, is this how you treat your customers? They made this experience an excellent one, as a team. This purchase started out as a frustrating adventure. I decided on which used vehicle that I would like and I started my search. I found this amazing example at Eastern and contacted them. I went down for a test drive and the sales person that I was dealing with was helping another customer so I was passed off to another salesperson that wasn’t busy. Test drive went great, vehicle looked great, a little dirty and the check engine light was on. Neither of these being an issue to me I went ahead with the purchase contingent on me finally getting my settlement from MPI and I needed that check engine light issue fixed and I wanted to know what the issue was. I left messages for my salesperson several times over the next two weeks and never heard back. When I went to take delivery of the vehicle, it was a fail. Nothing that I requested had been done, and both key fobs were dead. I was passed off to a different person in finance to give my money to, and he seemed quite busy and didn’t seemed concerned about my issues with the key fobs or the issue with the check engine light. In hindsight, I think that he knew his dealership would make it right, and wasn’t concerned. I, obviously not familiar with the dealership that they were pulling a fast one, they were not. He even provided me with a vehicle to go get insurance and plates. I dealt with him a couple times after that day and he was really nice, probably because he wasn’t so busy at that moment. I had to come back after my purchase to get the issue with the check engine light fixed because I didn’t want to wait, I was excited and honestly was nervous that I would somehow lose out on this gem of a vehicle. I started to notice just how dirty the vehicle really was. It was very presentable, but it was previously owned by a smoker, and a smoker that never cleaned their vehicle, ever. The dirt/smoke was deep and had never been cleaned. To me, this is the defining moment of the dealership. I’ve seen reviews stating that they don’t care once they have your money. My experience was exactly opposite. They all cared, a lot. The general manager, the sales manager, the Body Shop manager and Marko, who is in charge of detailing, all got involved. There were some hiccups, it’s hard to get good help sometimes, lol. BUT THEY NEVER GAVE UP!! They could of told me to take a hike, and at some points I was wondering if I deserved it. But no, they went out of their way, above and beyond my expectations. I think that I’m actually better off than if the delivery went smoothly, lol. If you’ve come this far, thanks for reading. A vehicle is a big investment, and this team will be here for you. Thank you Chris, Tim, Raj, Shaun and Marko, I’m still smiling

Their service department is horrible. My fiancé went in a few weeks ago for a oil change. They said they got busy. He had his appointment at 9 am. Didn't get his truck back until after 3 pm. Despite this, they rectified the situation for him. So I decided to go get an oil change and a 85 point inspection before my warranty came up. I got a call 5 hours later saying I "missed" my appointment. I actually gave them the keys 40 minutes before my appointment time.. and they didn't know what was going on. Frantic, I drove down there and saw my jeep parked. Took the girl forever to find out if anything was completed. I will NEVER go back to this dealership. They are very unorganized and for their mistakes I never got any rectification. Very disappointed.

Really disappointed in this dealership. I bought a chrysler from the dealership three years ago and ended up getting into a pretty serious accident. They were good about it and offered a replacement vehicle (Jeep) to buy. I bought it but it was nothing but problems. I brought it in for service the same week i bought it because it smelt like coolant was leaking. After I got the Jeep back there was severe rear bumper damage and the A/C didn’t work... I’ve been trying for months to get in touch with them to fix what they broke... Any decent dealership would return my calls and care for the fact they damaged and broke a customers vehicle. Oh, not to mention the sales person Gady failed to mention the vehicle was in an accident and lied to me about the paperwork I was signing. Because I bought a car from them previously and was happy with it (for the most part), I didn’t think it was necessary to read the same paperwork I signed and felt with last time. Man was I wrong!!

My initial interactions with Eastern were great except for the last 3. I have no qualms at all with the sales team but my issues stem from the service department. Had to return to the dealership on 3 separate occasions due to them not having the part required or creating errors on their own by not returning a fuel line causing me to lose a tank of gas, get my vehicle towed, renting a car (that was supposed to be covered under warranty) and then being told I'm not being compensated for something that is covered. Then when you ask for an update after your situation has been escalated, I hear nothing but crickets from the Service Manager who has given me assurance that this will be handled with care. Unfortunately they have failed in customer service, escalated situations, basic coverage of services purchased and disregard of time. I even gave them a chance to rectify the situation before posting this review and based on the information above, you can all see how important customers & customer service is to Eastern Chrysler.

Not friendly for first car buyers Was starting a new job and I wanted a nice car to go with it. Was looking at a bunch of used Dodge Chargers across Winnipeg. This one was listed on Auto-Trader as a 2019 Dodge Charger with 32,000 Km, which was really good compared to the others! When I got into the dealership, I was seated for around 20 minutes to half an hour before I spoke with Parm. First visit barely went anywhere as they were beating around the bush cause I wasn't ready to fully commit to buying. Came in a second time when I was more confident in making a purchase. We test drove the vehicle before talking numbers. Found out that the vehicle was actually over 40,000Km, and was priced higher than any other car in the kilometre usage. When we spoke with them, they adjusted it to the the exact same price as all the other cars, others were still cheaper. Either way I tried to make a deal with them and this is where it gets worse. I began speaking with their finance office, and my finance manager there made us wait for long periods of time. We'd schedule an appointment at a specific time and still I'd wait for 30 Mins - 1 Hr. Began feeling like it was done purposely to make me tired, hungry, and more likely to sign a deal. It took 3 hrs in the office to finally get anywhere with the deal once the General Manager came in. Once I had taken the car home, I found out that a lot of the features mention such as the car supporting the dodge app (it doesn't), and the car having an SoS button were not present. The car had no spare tire, and the tires are not even matching on the vehicle! When I got in touch with Parm to look into the spare tire he promised along with the mats, he said he'd "Speak to service and the sales manager".... This was a week ago after a previous week of messaging back and forth with him. If you are a younger person buying your first car DO NOT GO HERE. They will pick up on your dealership inexperience and begin using tactics such as "Are you really going to pass up a new car for the price of a coffee? Can't you give up a coffee a day?" When the negotiated price was too high for me. Will very likely seek out a different dealership in the future. Update: They have contacted me again today. Will update review if issue gets resolved.

Met with Andrew in my search for another van. He quickly determined my requirements and budget. A search of their used vehicle database turned up exactly what I was looking for. After a test drive and a complete description of vehicle options, the negotiations began. After meeting with Andrew's boss and also the Sales Manager we agreed on a price and signed a deal. The following day I picked up the vehicle and discovered it came with only one key (another would be $200). Also the power sliding doors were not operating correctly. Back to the shop it went the following week. The repair was actually quite extensive and I was provided a U-drive. I got my van back with no cost to me and everything works perfectly. The service department was excellent to deal with and I will be back for all my regular maintenance. Thank you Andrew (sales) and Gerald/Walter (service) for your assistance.

*READ ENTIRE REVIEW* I'm not one to honestly give out 5 star ratings however, i do firmly believe in credit when credit is due and a 5 star rating is genuinely deserved for this dealership and the team i dealt with. For sales i dealt with Parm Sran (Product Advisor) and from the sit down it was a nice casual chat about what i was looking for with no pressure at all from him to be swayed into something more expensive. Me being a type of specific person, told him the things i was not willing to budge on and then things i was willing to be flexible on in terms of the truck i wanted and the features it had. He wrote everything down and then himself paired with Obie Okonkwo (Sales Manager) locked down a couple options for me to look at. Honestly was never questioned during the look through these first couple trucks and all my questions were answered as well as any that couldn't be answered right away were answered via text later that night. They never once rushed me out of the dealership even with some visits going later then store hours as well both Parm and Obie were available via text when i had a possible questions arise. The guys were able to locate a truck exactly (plus more) what i was looking for. I was looking to trade in my previous car towards this truck as well and their price for the trade-in was very fair and not low balled at all, i took it. When the truck came in Parm introduced me to Nathan who took care of every single in and out and detail of the truck which i really appreciated, It didn't feel like he was just "going through the motions." We had an awesome chat about music and guitars in the truck while going through all its infotainment options. I was then put in touch with Ian Koslowsky (General Finace Manager) for the financing side of things and honestly money makes me nervous, but Ian made myself and wife very comfortable with the numbers and we were able to hit my bi-weekly payment budget perfectly along with some great coverage! The entire team i dealt with Parm / Obie / Nathan / & Ian from beginning to end we very professional as well as they all kept it light and easy to chat about a large purchase like a truck. I would highly recommend this dealership to any of my close family or other loved ones and as well as to any of you reading this. This is not a fluff piece, I'm telling you how it is, and how my time was there, MY EXPERIENCE. I do hope that the GM catches this review and reads it because these guys deserve a long weekend and a bottle of whatever they drink on the weekends. Worst service over many visits and many different staff changes. I kept being told the new service staff is better. Heck no. I bought a vehicle in February because a previous vehicle got written off due to wildlife. I was told that the vehicle had summer tires in storage that were included. I said I'd leave them there until spring to get them installed then. Big mistake I went in the spring to have them installed I was told that they were disposed of with other unclaimed tires. So fought for a bit meaning until the summer when the service manager found me some tires which were sub par. I still had to pay for the install after the run around I received and even after I almost lost a wheel from a previous service that no one seemed to care about. A technician left notes on my work order about things needing to be done but were not even to do with my vehicle. I was told when I finally got summer tires put on my vehicle by the service manager he personally made sure my winter tires were in the back of my suv I got back to work they were nowhere to be found I called the service department and was told to come back and get them when I had already gave up my lunch break for my vehicle. I gave eastern chrysler another chance as my other vehicle needed new winter tires in was told buy 3 get the 4th for free. I was charged for 4 I've called and left messages for the service manager and never recieved a call back. Never going back again.

Went down to the dealership with a promise of $2000 off any deal. I explained that I wanted a vehicle from a different dealership and was told no problem. Was also told that the financing rate would be 4.29%. After all said and done the vehicle ended up being $8000 more than the original dealership. Needless to say I didn't purchase the vehicle nor will I go back.

Don't buy at Eastern. High pressure sales. Only interested in making a sale. Don't listen to what you are looking for. If you don't know paperwork you need for insurance find out before leaving dealship. They don't give you all information required. I showed salesperson box cover I wanted she order different one. She told me she would fuel truck and then didn't. Also told me no winter front inclued. I bought one. I got home cleaned inside of the new truck found a winter front stuff under front seat. I could go on but won't. All I can say is Don't Buy at Eastern.

NEVER bring your vehicle here for an MPI claim. They mishandled our claim from the beginning. During the initial assessment, they only reported bodywork damage. When I asked about the mechanical issues I was then told that they didnt look at anything mechanical, basically did a walk around my vehicle. Because of this, MPI denied any mechanical work because it wasn't in the initial claim. The customer service was awful, Sean was rude and would talk like a mechanic but when questioned further he would state he was not a mechanic. Issue was raised to management. Management did nothing at all other than offer us free labour if we bought the part. The labour involved is less than 30 minutes. Basically, the worst experience I have ever been through. They use scare tactics and have lied to us from the start. Do yourself a favour and take your vehicle to a reputable company. Edit: manager contacted me to make things right. They fixed the issues with the engine light. It is unfortunate that this situation happened and that I had to go through this but credit to them for taking the steps to correct the issue.

When i came to pick up the truck how ever they forgot to put in the spray in bed liner, so about a year later & 8 or 9 phone calls later i finally got it booked in so the customer service after the purchase i'd say is quite poor.

Unfortunately my transmission had problems and went to eastern Chrysler on Leila and main to get it "fixed", when they called and said that it was ready for pick up my shifter (automatic) was loose and asked why is it loose it wasn't like this before I brought it to get serviced and one of the guys said that transmission repair doesn't have nothing to do with my shifter very frustrating after spending close to 3thousand dollars to get my transmission replaced and the transmission that was replaced broke down on me again and now im over my warrenty but files show that I put on 30k km on it from when I go it fixed. And I called them and they said I should trade in the truck feel like I got robbed and was set up They don't care about customers !!! They just want your money !!!!

These people are liars and heartless. The cheaper car that I wanted was already sold. They got me to spend more on an expensive car with the wrong color and worst - I have to wait for it for 5 days. Its 6th day now and no car. They say maybe next week with no guarantees. So tough luck for me. I trusted them and they broke that. I told them I would like to cancel. The agent (not worth a mention because she literally has no idea what customer service means) told me she'll ask her manager and never called back and just closed shop on me. They are the worst. I will never deal with these guys ever again. Not only I was never shown the car specs I wanted, they didnt even offer to let me drive it. They just left me on my own on the shop like I was nobody on the day I went there to buy the car. Worst car dealership experience. I really hope nobody else is victimized by them. So please, if all the signs are telling you to just walk away, don't trust your inner politeness to give them a chance - they'll break it even more heartlessly and cruelly...

Do not pay any fee or payment in advance of the loan and ask a lot questions about the deal you are getting...... Do not sign anywhere. Do not trust deal guy and finance manager.

I had a very good experience buying our car. Liam, our salesperson was sweet, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Our only negative was the sales manager. I don’t remember his name. He was rude and abrupt. I understand that the sales staff have to play a “good cop bad cop” game, but he could use some sensitivity training. That did not trump the rest of my experience. Kanwal the finance manager was friendly and helpful, and Ivanka was thorough and lovely. I am very happy with my new whip and would recommend Eastern to others, especially as a woman shopping alone.

Brought my 2010 caravan in with 75225 km for a whining sound so They replaced the power steering pump and 4 belt pulleys for $1133. Picked up van and was still making the same noise and now they are telling me i need to replace my transmission for only $3800

HORRIBLE customer service. If there was an option for zero stars they would get zero. Had an appt for a specific vehicle, they called to confirm twice on the day of. When we got there the vehicle had sold. A courtesy call to say it sold would have been nice. Needless to say, upon leaving we called to speak to a manager just to voice our experience and after talking to him for a while and the conversation going in circles and he ended up hanging up on us. Upon recently dealing with them for repairs on our van I have to say the service is the worst I've dealt with in a long time. No call backs, lies after lies, and very sloppy work on detailing. Also took a month and half to get van back. Some staff were good to work with and really seemed to try but as whole they didn't do well.

I'm not happy with the service department. I had an appointment for 3:00pm. Arrived at 2:45 and my truck didn't get inside until almost 4:00pm. Then I waited for another hour and 10 minutes. Was there for an oil change and tailgate latch, which was another recall. "Had 5 recalls in a year.". So ya not a happy repeat customer.

Never shop here for a car! Winter of 2016 I purchased a 2016 Chrysler 200c that was newer preowned with what they told me was 16km on the odometer. We haggled over the financing and options and settled on this particular vehicle. Paper work was signed and we were told to give it about 3-4 days for the car to be shipped in from Saskatchewan. Well 3 to 4 days turned into a month. My first car payment for my new purchase was set to come out of my account and I had not even accepted delivery of my new car. I called several times to see what the hold up was and i was told everything from 'we have a new driver delivering it' to 'the weather is bad and roads have been closed' for over a week of calling. Finally the car comes in and I go to pick it up. Not only was the mileage not what I was told. 20k instead of 16k. I'm handed a keyfob and some disingenuous handshakes before I realized that they only gave me a single keyfob for my car. When I asked about the second keyfob I was told 'the driver probably forgot it so we will call the dealer in Saskatchewan and have them send it by mail' 2 weeks go by... no word from Eastern, so I called again asking about my second keyfob and this time I was told 'it was misplaced and they will need to order my second keyfob from Chrysler so it will take a little to come in' Almost 2 months in and I received my second keyfob. Now the fun begins. We start smelling a sweet burning scent after the engine has been running for any length of time. I called and asked service if they can address the issue. When I brought the car in they found a 'leak in the system' and replaced all the hoses and coolant. I picked up my car and drove it home... something told me to open the hood and look as there was still a funny sweet burning scent coming from the engine bay. Sure enough the coolant was COMPLETELY empty. I rushed back to the Eastern Chrysler and was told 'I guess the technicians forgot to bleed the line'. Fast forward 2 months and I have to bring it in again due to the coolant level being slowly depleted. Lo and behold, it's another coolant issue and this time they replaced a coolant housing cover or something. Fast forward another 2 months. Now it's the entire water pump that had to be replaced! Oh and while their crack team of service techs were checking the same issues I've had since I bought the car, they also said you also need new sway bar links. 'Don't worry' they tell me, 'its covered under your warranty'. Today, I've still not received the proper service work on my STILL coolant burning car with bad sway bar links. I have not been happy since I signed the paperwork. They don't care about you or your vehicle once you drop that pen. I will never again step foot in this dealers door. Now I'm looking for another Chrysler dealer who has a reputable service record to handle my issues with this utterly regrettable purchase.

We purchased a 2019 ram from you guys and traded in our 2013 ram in April. We we're told by our sales guy Parm that we would not have a may payment for our old truck as we bought the new one in April and traded in our old one .I am STILL getting hounded by the finance company for a may payment that there saying I owe when we we're told that we wouldn't need to pay it .Why would we need to make a payment for our old truck in may when we traded it in before may ...Makes absolutely no sense .I have spoken with a manager Rod on Friday June 14 who told me to give him the day to figure it out ,it's now June 18 I tried calling and of course no answer .How can you treat customers like this that are spending thousands of dollars on your vehicles ?disappointing .I'd be willing to change my review if I get a call back today.

My experience at Eastern Chrysler was one I definitely can say I have told many of my family/friends. I went in looking for something specific and came to realising that what I wanted was not in my price range and may not be the best suited for my life, they then showed me something they thought would fit. Which happened to be the 2015 Jeep Cherokee North. I've loved the make ever since I had seen one, just never thought about purchasing one myself. Gina had it ready for me when I arrived ( second visit to the dealership), first thought.. I dislike coloured vehicles, I like black.. I like white.. that's about it. This Jeep was a Deep Blue. Everything else, I loved .. The interior.. the way it drove.. the options it came with .. the fact it was not my Ford.. the colour was my only issue. I had a specific price that I wanted to stay in per month. They made that happen with this vehicle.. the colour then wasn't the WORST thing anymore.. I'm now a proud owner of a BLUE Jeep Cherokee... I couldn't be happier with how they treated me throughout the whole process ! Especially Gina ! ( after what ? 3-4 visits in one week) -- Thanks to everyone at Eastern Chrysler.. My 2006 Caravan was regularly serviced by Eastern. After the accident I called Walter Konowalchuk at service to tell him that my Van had been written off and that I wanted to get a replacement. Walter referred me to Andrew Hryniuk who helped us with selection process to determine what vehicle would be best for us. We ended up with a 2013 Grand Caravan demonstrator that was exactly what we wanted. Andrew was very helpful, going over all of the details of financing etc. He made sure we understood all of the details and the deal went thought as promised. We knew we wanted a Caravan because we have two small kids and were out growing my Civic. I started calling Dodge dealerships in my area and Eastern Chrysler was the only one who picked up their phone. I made an appointment to come see Brad the following week to look at vehicles, but made it clear I wanted the payments similar to what I was paying for my Civic or I wasn’t interested. When we arrived the following week we were greeted by Brad. He was a very friendly and genuine good person to deal with. We didn’t get any cheesy sale tactics for ‘’tricks’’. He was very patient with us and our two small children; he started off by asking what we wanted in a vehicle and then quickly found one that suited our needs. While we were working on finding the perfect vehicle for us he was having the manager look over numbers to find a payment plan that worked for us as well. In the end they were able to come up with 3 payment options for us. We chose the one that suited us best and the rest was easy. This wasn’t my first time buying a brand new vehicle but the experience was totally different from any other. They didn’t waste our time, it was quick and the customer service we received from everyone in the showroom was great. We came back the following day to pick up the vehicle which was clean and ready for us. We dealt with finance manager Greg who was so efficient and friendly he made the whole process that much smoother. Everyone remembered our names and came to greet us again when we returned the following day. The whole experience with this dealership was so great I don’t think we would ever go anywhere else. There is no comparison to the last time I purchased a brand new vehicle; we would always choose to come back here. I highly recommend Eastern Chrysler, Brad and everyone else who made this experience painless.

July 16, 2020 "Great Service" - Rick and Pat Picked up our 2020 Dodge Grand Caravan yesterday. We actually purchased it the day before. Our sales associate was Mark Starobinets. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in finding us exactly what we wanted. Once we found our new vehicle, he passed us over to Ian Koslowsky who was there for the signing of documents and the final paperwork. When we went to pick it up yesterday, Mark had come in on his day off just to hand us the keys and make sure we were happy with our purchase! Great job guys...we love our new van!!
