We went to look, and found the finance people very pushy. While I can understand they're trying to drive sales, it was too pushy to the point of making us uncomfortable. What I was most concerned with was they kept trying to shake our hands during the Covid-19 pandemic. I refused but they shook my husband and child's hand. Even with hand sanitizer there, I did not appreciate that on three occasions they tried to shake our hands. No other dealership we visited tried to do so. Based off the pushiness and the repeated attempts at physical contact, I would not recommend going.

Went to look at some cars, just to look. We repeated this multiple times to our salesman. Instead of letting us look at a variety of cars he immediately took our licenses, scanned them and tried to arrange a test drive. Never mind that we said repeatedly we didn't plan to test drive today, we just wanted to look as I am buying a first car. He was very nice and enthusiastic, but didn't listen to a word we said and was overly pushy to the point he came off poorly. Wouldn't visit again.

FALSE ADVERTISING!!! I went to look at a 2005 chevy malibu advertised at $1655 with 79000 kms. I called first to get more info on the car, confirm the milage and price. I was told it had a hole in the bumper the size of a Tim's coffee cup which was correct. And that it had "some" rust... which was a BIG understatement. The whole rocker panel was non existant and the plastic trim was literally lying on the ground. They made sure not to post any photos of that side of the vehicle. AND to top it off the vehicle had 220,000+ thousand kms! I felt so deceived however I already made the 35 min drive so I figured I'd keep looking at a couple other options. I told Rommel (the sales rep) my top of my budget and that I would never consider financing. But that didn'y stop him from pushing vehicles thousands above my top dollar and recommending financing. Needless to say this is why I don't buy cars from a dealership used or new. Stick to kijiji people.

very disappointing experience I never write review but the owner doesn't really have enough knowledge about the cars hes selling and he didn't take the chance to ask me about the features I need in my future car. really rushed service as soon as I walked in he tried to make me fill a form without even finding the right car. he also tried to scam me by adding $2k on top of the price listed online then later I went to show my brother pictures online and I found out that the price was actually lot cheaper I addressed that right away and he was shaky and nervous but I definitely do not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Very disappointed in the quality of cars here. 2 salesmen tried to swindle my bf (tried to get him to get financed before even looking at cars). Most cars had dents or cracks in the bumpers. Another has a huge football dent in the front end. And that was just the body!! Would hate to think what is wrong under the hood. Super pushy, which I didn't appreciate. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!!

LITERALLY THE WORST DEALERSHIP TO DO BUSINESS WITH. DO NOT GO HERE NO MATTER THE SITUATION YOU ARE IN! This story is extremely long with many twists, I will summarize it to fit in this review. Spouse bought a vehicle from them, to which they completely misrepresented the vehicle. It doesn't have a block heater, a/c and they replaced worn tires with winter tires in the middle of summer, the window does not roll up all the way. The temp control knob in the vehicle was missing at the time we test drove the car so we were under the assumption the car did have a/c. We mentioned all the problems we found with the car and the salesman wrote them down. We liked the car otherwise. In the time things were being fixed and making sure were up to code, they could have mentioned to my spouse the vehicle did not have a/c. It was only until after the paperwork was signed that he found out it didn't come with a/c or a block heater. THIS IS MANITOBA! We were given advice to talk to the manager about our concerns, my spouse did just that. Took them forever and a day to get back to him as every time he called he was in a "meeting". All we wanted was to exchange the vehicle as we were told at the time of purchase was possible (we had 30 days to exchange the vehicle, it is also advertised all over their ads of a 30 day exchange policy), only to find out that it is only on cash purchases. The manager asked what the problem was with the car, to which my spouse explained he felt they misrepresented the car as he would have never bought a car without a/c or a block heater. The manager asks how it was misrepresented, and my spouse tries to explain further, only to be interrupted. The manager then proceeds to yell at my spouse telling him he worked "very hard" on this deal for him. My spouse tells the manager to please stop cutting him off, the manager then threatens to hang up the phone as "they both cannot speak at the same time" even though he was just trying to answer the managers question. The manager continues on yelling, saying my spouse needs to listen to him now. My spouse says I'm just trying to explain, the manager still yelling, threatens again to hang up the phone because my spouse is being "disrespectful". My spouse then says he is going to contact the consumer bureau, STILL yelling the manager says "go ahead and call them then!" After countless tries of my spouse trying to explain how the car was misrepresented, and being cut off, yelled and berated... he hung up on the manager. There was no getting through to this man. A manager should NEVER conduct themselves in this way. I work in a retail setting at high level, and would never treat a customer this way. I would get fired if I had. Bottom line is, do not buy a car from these scam artists. EVER.

It was my first experience with autolist. Price was pretty good and we were dealt with very good customer service. I was promised by associate there to give us remote starter with installation but it took almost 10 days to give me finally an appointment. When i visited that day i waited for 3 hours for technicians to show up and during that period we were not informed about what was really happening there like if the technicians is coming or not. Guy named Kirandeep singh was there to take care of us but he didn’t provide us exact information. In terms of sales, my experience was very good but my expectations for the next time would be affected by the service of remote starter they provided me Later.

I went in and test drove one of their cars. It seemed like a great deal on paper but then I realized the engine was making some weird noises. Obviously I was going to bring this up with them, but as soon as I got out of the car the dealer is asking me if I'm ready to make a deal. So I say no, bring up the engine issues then get "blah blah blah let me ask my manager". She comes back and says "I wanna be fully transparent, this car has engine problems". Ya... fully transparent? That was real transparent when you were asking me if I would make a deal earlier. Anyways they said they'd diagnose the problem and get back to me. That was over a week ago and I haven't heard back. I checked today and saw they have the same car still posted at the same price. Take that as you will, but it sure makes me question how important "transparency" is to them.

If I could give negative stars I would give -10. This is the worst dealership my family has ever dealt with. They are rude, not understanding and thier interest rates are almost criminal. We have been making our payments and yet somehow the price of our loan has gone up thousands. They take advantage of people that can not go to a regular dealership due to credit issues and then they put you in more debit by charging the highest amount of interest they can. The manager Ishwar is very rude and never wants to communicate with customers when they are having issues. I would never in my life suggest this place to anyone and I wish we would have known about this before we started to deal with them and now we’re stuck. Save yourself thousands and the awful stress they have caused my family. DO NOT GO HERE. I suggest somewhere like Birchwood Credit solutions.

Then, they asked for $500 deposit to hold the car and assured they would return it if they didn't buy it. A day after, they decided not to go with the car. I was in the market looking for a truck and autolist had what I was looking for in their inventory. Went down to take a look and test drive. I had Mohamad as their sales rep and he answered all my questions. He was professional, patient, and laid back. We also cracked a few jokes here and there. There were a few concerns I had with the truck but Autolist took care of everything promptly and was completely transparent. Once I decided I wanted the truck, the financing was a nice and painless process. Maus was very articulate going through the financing options to suit my needs. After 2 visits, I was able to drive home in my truck. Overall I had a great experience, the staff were all friendly. Thank you Auto List of Canada.

It was a windy and cold day when we visited the lot. Selba came out and greeted us in the cold and offered to help us. He is very nice and listened carefully. We had several options in mind and the lot had lots of variety to choose from in our price range. We ended up taking 3 SUV's for a drive, but needed an AWD as we live out of town and do lots of driving in poor weather. (some were only front drive we found out) Jay and Karandeep also helped with our selection and negotiation. The service manager also helped with some questions. On a funny note, when we took our final SUV out, it needed gas and we tried to drive it to the petrocanada next door and Jay would meet us there. It stalled out of gas at regent and pandora. The guys leapt to help us and we waited in the showroom while they got and gassed up the vehicle. We also ordered rustproofing and were kindly offered a loaner car when the appointment was made 2 days later. (Jay was very helpful when we forgot our home fob in the loaner car and he found it. Many thanks.) The team was motivated to help make the sale. The day we picked up the car there was sleet and ice and snow and out trip out of town went well with our new AWD. Many Thanks Jay, Selba and Karandeep.

"Bought" a used vehicle over a year ago, turned out to be a lease when we read the fine print. Had no credit so of course we were expecting high interest rates, no surprise. Went back to trade in the lease and finance through a bank at a lower rate a different vehicle. They offered 1/4 of the buy out for the lease as trade in value when we have only had it for a year. We ended up financing a different vehicle from them to get rid of the lease with high interest, and pay same payments for a better vehicle. After all paper work was completed and we were done with the lease they still withdrew money from my account a week later for the lease. I called them, no one was able to help me right away no actual apologizes were said for stealing money from my account for a vehicle that was paid in full. They passed me around from person to person on the phone where i had to explain over and over what was going on, only to find out a rep from that particular company was not in. They cut a check for the withdrawn payment which i had to go out of my way to get. They have multiple businesses under the same roof that work together but apparently do not communicate at all to each other. I would never recommend this place to anyone i know, i would actually go out of my way to say do not do business with this company. The only reason i gave 2 stars is because i did like Iolanda, she was helpful. She should find another dealership to work for.

This dealership lies to you. I went there to check a yellow mini cooper. I talked to the agent and he said I could test drive it. I was so excited since I had always wanted a mini cooper. When i went there, the agent told me about the car but I noticed that he kept trying to say negative things about it and then he kept showing me other cars. I politely agreed to see other cars just in case I changed my mind. When I was about to ask to test drive the mini cooper, he said that it's already sold but will try to ask their manager if I can still drive it. He went back to me and told me I cant anymore because the buyer already put a down payment on it and I cant do it. I understood but it's annoying that he didnt inform me before hand Why did he have to show the cooper if it was already sold? He was pushing this Kia Soul to me which i test drive instead. But then after a few days, the mini cooper was posted again on Facebook. Same post. Saying its available again. They never took it down from their website. So are you guys just using the cooper as bait?? I included a picture of the recent post for two days ago.

ABOVE AND BEYOND CUSTOMER SERVICE! Came in on the blizzard of a weekend with little time on our hands and looking for a specific vehicle to compare with others we were looking at from other dealerships. Ghedna our sales associate was excellent in assisting getting 2 feet of snow off the vehicle requested and cleaning it up for us to look at. We unfortunately had to leave without taking it for a ride and upon coming home I called and spoke with the General Manager Paul to secure more information on the vehicle At this time Paul went above and beyond to give us a great buying experience. He asked for our address and said he was going to fill the tank of gas and allow us to take the vehicle on a weekend test drive to ensure our satisfaction and approval. Going above and beyond at the end of their work day made this decision very easy and seamless. Needless to say two days later an offer is signed and this proud couple are now the new owners of a great vehicle. They lied to me about not being able to get along I found out afterwards I did qualify for a loan in order to be able to lease you need good credit as well. it took them 4 days after they promised me the vehicle to finally receive the vehicle they also promised me they would deliver the vehicle with a full tank of gas because they made me wait 4 days later than the did they promised I would have the vehicle they charged me over $10,000 more than the value of a vehicle had an accident with the vehicle got written off they would not put me into another vehicle so I went and purchased a vehicle elsewhere that is 10 years newer and over $10,000 cheaper and my payments are lower I heard afterwards a lot of people have had a file for bankruptcy because of this company they also attended take money out of my account from an authorized source they lied to me about the down payment they promised me I only had to put down a certain amount then afterwards kept trying to ding me more money 3 weeks after I had the vehicle I got into an accident cargo ran off they kept promising to put me in another vehicle right away I had to pay people $50 to drive me to work one way it was an hour drive I was spending $100 a day getting to and from work because people were going out of their way I was waiting and waiting and waiting they never called me back to put me in another vehicle as they said they would I needed a vehicle went and purchased one after Auto list told me I did not qualify for a loan finding out afterwards I actually did qualify for a loan cuz I needed a vehicle I wouldn't purchase one they got their money for their vehicle now they're trying to ding me for the rest the vehicle I purchased is 10 years newer over $10,000 cheaper my payments are lower and it is my vehicle not a lease and I'll be paid off this vehicle almost 2 years earlier than the cost of the lease where they still would have wanted a few thousand dollars more to buy out the vehicle not the end quit a few people have told me later a couple of them being cousins of mine that they had a file for bankruptcy thanks to all this screwing them over not a single promise was kept and they seriously overcharged for the price of the vehicles and with the impact I had hitting a deer on the highway my airbags didn't even deploy finding out afterwards there was a few other things wrong with the vehicle

Not only did I get a great car ( love my fusion) but I needed a bit of after service and they made good on it. Ratheesh, the sales manager there was straight up and delivered a great expereince. No high pressure, took the time, looked at many vehicles ( this place has serious variety) and finally picked the right one for me. Overall I had a very positive experience buying from Paul Singh. I got a good price on the vehicle I bought and was made a fair offer on my trade in. There were some issues with the vehicle I bought. I would like to share the true culture behind Auto List. This is a buyer BEWARE dealership. The owner has 0 care for any of his clients which is fair if you run a business but what really is the issue is that it's ok to take (borderline steal) from the lower class and credit trapped people to give to himself and gullible people fall for this everyday. Trapping consumers into "29.99%" rates with thousands and thousands in "extra mandatory fees" which are nothing but pocket fillers. As for the cars on the lot, besides being over priced (obviously to charge the bad credit customers more than they should be charged). All of them have the bare minimum of safety work done to them and some that have been sitting for years. So I would absolutely recommend taking it to an reputable shop for a second opinion. Some of the cars don't get me wrong are good and will be a good purchases and the people there are amazing to work with but this review is for everyone to know the truth behind the scenes from the top.

I accompanied my gf who was looking to buy a car: there were two she was interested in. Asked the receptionis for the cost and referred us to a salesman. Salesman wrongly assumed it was me buying the car while ignoring my gf (mistake #1). Salesman immediately begins to ask her name, phone number etc while writing on what appeared to be a contract. This was done without asking any type of information about what her needs ina car was or what she was actually looking for (mistake #2). I interrupted this process and said! “Before we write things down, we’re just looking to know the price of two cars on your lot.” The salesman replied, “Prices are all online.” To which I replied, “Why are you filling out these forms if we’re going to find out the price by looking at it online?” The salesman ignored this question and we got up and left (mistake #3). Upon leaving, I turned to my gf and said, “Can you imagine what the after sales service would’ve been if we bought one of their cars?” I strongly advice people to think twice before giving your business to this organization. There are way more reputable places there and we bought a nice Lexus somewhere else. And Auto list, instead of using some ridiculous form-letter response apologizing for our eperiences, why not get your act together and begin to properly train your staff to take care of your customers and be a quality organization instead of chasing the quick buck by ripping people off?

very disappointed with their service I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone!!! me and my dad went their to purchase a car, Daniel found us a car which was perfect for us and we agreed to purchase the car for $21200.00 plus taxes, we paid the deposit of $1000 on the same day and signed the agreement. we told Daniel that we need the car ASAP. Daniel told us that our car will be ready to pick up for Tuesday, On Tuesday we could not go to pick up the car for some reason so we told Daniel that we will come on Thursday to pick it up. So we went there on Thursday around 9:00AM to pick up the car when we went there Daniel told me that the car is ready but the price that was marked on the car by one of their employee was a wrong price and they cannot sell the car to us at that price now, he knew this but he did not inform us about this until we went to pick up the car. Even though my dad had signed the agreement and they kept our deposit there for almost a week and when we go there to pick up the car the answer we get from him is that he cannot sell the car to us at the price that we both agreed because the price was marked wrong at their end. Since one of their employees cannot do their job right, now my dad don’t have the car to get to work and he have to go through the car finding process all over again. please think before you go there to purchase a vehicle!!!

I bought used car from them and found out that there's a missing headset for intertainment screen and headrest on the second row. They gave us the headset and the headrest is almost e year and ask them where is it they always said they're going to find one. Almost a year since I bought the car still didn't have. This is not a "real business", IT IS A SCAM BUSINESS RUN BY A CROOK. It is a whole SCAM. AVOID THIS LOCAL WINNIPEG RUN DEALERSHIP. THE OWNER ISHWAR THAWANI IS A CROOK. I do not understand how it is even legal, and has not been closed down yet. It is run by an Winnipeg family. The employees are rude and uneducated. My husband and I were approved through our bank but the owner told us we would get a cheaper finance rate through the company, and was pushy to sign the papers. Later we found out he changed our interest rate to 34%, and we tried to meet with the employees to them it was a mistake but we waited there for hours and no one would see us. We wanted a cheap work vehicle for my husband for $12,000, but our only option the owner gave us was to "return" the car, and keep making our payments for 7 years of an interest rate of 34%. I wish I had done research about this company before making the biggest mistake of my life. I have friends and family who have received the same experience. SHUT THIS BUSINESS DOWN, AND STOP SCAMMING LOCAL PEOPLE. The employees are equally at fault for running a scam. The business bureau needs to look into this local business.

No really all that impressed..drop 10k on a car and they can't even fill it up? Give you a 10 gas card? That's awful. They say they check the car over and do the safety inspection. Not sure that actually happens. Had something go wrong with the car that should have been caught on inspection. Never return calls always passing it off to someone else who makes promises and doesn't come through. NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! If there was a negative rating,they would have gotten that. Once you give your money to them or a deposit everything they promised to do goes out the window. Bought a car here (July) and it had winter tires on it. I tired to work out a deal with them to get a cheap set of tires they just kept beating around the bush, i asked several times and on the day i came to pick up they still couldn't even book me an appointment to come in. Also they promised to clean it up a little bit more, scratches, detail even an oil change. When i picked up the car it was on empty. they gave me $20 in gas cards enough for a 1/4 tank. when i was pumping gas i checked the oil and it was pretty dirty. And also the airbag light was on driving it home the first day... EDIT* called you guys and was told to get in touch with the salesman. And you guys would get him to call me. No call back when someone higher up should be helping this matter. The salesman that was dodging me before obviously isn't going to help me now.. No wonder their reviews are so high because they make you review them before you officially buy the vehicle and drive it home...

Me and my husband were recently interested in purchasing a new DODGE GRAND CARAVAN. We walked into the lot and honestly as soon as we did I said to my husband, UGH I HATE PUSHY SALESMEN. Then Andriy walked over. He was polite and kind and asked us about us and what we wanted. We gave him our dos and donts in the perfect vehicle and he brought out what he had. We saw about 3 vehicles. And we ended up buying one of them. He didn’t minimize our requests( even tho some of them were hard to accomplish ) made sure the vehicle we left with was fully equipped, he even gave us a deal on installing one of the features the van we chose didn’t have. Because he wanted to make sure we were 100 percent satisfied When we came back to sign our papers we dealt with Karandeep, and again not pushy at all, very kind and knowledgeable about what we we’re getting . He got us a amazing rate of financing on the vehicle including 3 different types of warranty and insurance .He had called ya at 9 pm in the evening after we left the lot because he was working so hard on our file to get this done quickly and with everything we needed We were blown away by the customer service we received. We are looking for a second vehicle in the near further and I can assure you we will return to Auto List of Canada and deal with Andriy and Karandeep. I was scared that this was going to be a long complicating stressful proceSs but waking with these men it was the exact opposite. We walked in on Monday afternoon to LOOK AROUND and we left on Wednesday afternoon with our practically BRAND NEW Dodge Grand Caravan . If you need a vehicle please go see these guys

The worst car dealership in Winnipeg. They screwed up everything from sales on up. First, offered price on their site was 10990 and tried to get 15990 even though site said, "price you see is price you pay". Second, a person used as a reference only and sales person on up knew and was told no credit checks and was even written down and all parties involved sign and agreed...they proceeded to put car as a joint account on credit file. Third, they put on credit file 52 biweekly and was actually paying 230 biweekly. Forth, when they changed that made credit score drop by 40 point cause they marked 2 payments 30 days late. I beg everyone that reads this not to buy here. We had to get BBB involved, and people they are not accredited even though window shows they are. Look at how many complaints they have on BBB.

The experience was pleasant and in the end led us to decide to go through with the purchase. *Updated - Was told that I had new tires which i suppose is somewhat my fault for not checking. Turns out the tires are old (probably the original tires that came with the car) and I have to think about replacing 2 of them already. Just have to watch out for the small details.

i need to update my very bad experience with auto list, fellows the name auto list is associated with fraud. i was new to Canada needed a car for my family to get around, they know that i was so desperate to get one . They did all they could to strain and inflated the price and the leasing % because i was just few days new, not knowing the system. i later discover their trick and I decided to payoff the total cost of the vehicle only to find out that the total cost of the vehicle was inflated. i was in the office to talk to somebody about it but a lady called Susan told me that there was nothing she can do, i asked to talk to the Manager she bluntly refused and told me to leave the office or she will call the Police for me I WILL NEVER RECOMED ANY ONE TO AUTO LIST AGAIN

I never knew buying a car was very easy, both Paul and Sofia were very helpful with making the right decision once I told them my budget. I would advise against going here. I purchased a vehicle that only had 45 000km on it as it was a rental car prior. Auto List switched out the tires and put on completely bare ones. I had to replace all four as it was a hazard to drive. They even went as far as switching out the air filters within the vehicle as when I went to get the oil changed the mechanic checked everything out and pointed it out. Stay away and go somewhere legitimate

Extremely dishonest people there. Save your time and hassle. not go there. Musbah (VP) needs to learn how to do business. I was shopping for a car and went there just to do the test drive, not to buy that day. Typical sales strategy that they wanted me to buy at that moment, I wasnt ready to put all that money as I have recently bought a house. Sale guy Selebo called their VP to close the deal and VP insisted that I write my best price. I wrote down my best price and he said "deal" and shook hands. I was shock how quickly he agreed and didnt do further negotiation at all. He left and sales guy made me fillout the finance form. VP came back in 5 min saying I have your finance form ready and I just need the "permission from owner" to sell this car. I have dealt with numerous dealership before and their VP doesnt need "permission" from owner to a sell car, I guess he realized he could get more money for that car and got carried away. I knew they would refuse the offer tomorrow, so I told them not to do a hard credit check until your owner "approves" the deal, VP was OK with that. Sure enough, next day they did a hard check on my credit and refuse my offer. When speaking to VP he completely denied and said I submitted finance form before you made a request. I can assure, people I know and myself, will never ever do the business with them. I request you guys to avoid them and save yourself time as their business pratice arent ethical.

Although the first gentleman we encountered there seemed a little in experience he made the effort to involve the more experienced personal to help him through the sale. The first few vehicles we drove didn't suite our needs, with a small budget we soon realized our budget was going to move up or our repair costs go up. The Father in law was looking to get a vehicle from there today, at 1st a young salesperson was helping him and told him there were 4 vehicles to choose from. Then a older east indian fellow took over and then proceeded and told my father in law they only had a high km, older unsaftied vehicle for sale but on top of the $2000 deposit he was trying to tell him to leave the $2000 and come back with $3000 for a downpayment. While talking he was being persistent on making judgement on if he can afford it and insinuating he should apply for CERB for the rest of the downpayment and asking where the vehicle will be and if it will stay at his community. Horrible service once the east indian fellow took over. Dont recommend them if they are trying to put my father or anyone in an unsaftied vehicle.

They tried to sell me something else on the lot not remotely the same. I won't ever get that afternoon back. Shady business. Be warned.

I bought a Honda Civic two months ago. The car runs well after I bought it for two months. Nothing wrong with the engine, transmission and brake. The sales whose name call Tim offered me a reasonable price. Staff at car service department treats me very nice. But one thing I would like to tell is that the receptionist needs to improve the customer service. A lady who is the receptionist didn't call customer's name, just spelt customer's name and didn't listen to customer's words completely on phone. It happened to me after I bought the car. This is one thing Auto List should improve.

Few moons ago wife considered looking at a car but would like to go home to think about it. Help by a salesperson named On Diggs (Forgot threw out his card.) forced friendlyness and uncomfortably awkward and looks like he just came back from Cancun. After looking at the car, wifey wanted to go home and discuss with me. On told her to just hang on and ran to a tall man in a turban that smelled greeted her. Politely forceful and would not take NO for an answer for the next two hours. Eventually a creepy Elderly Caucasian in a suit with a crooked grin tried and close the deal explaining how this is a great deal but it was not, not for the condition of the auto.

So incredibly helpful. The car was I purchased from them was in perfect condition as they disclosed, even allowed me to get it checked out by my own mechanic prior to purchase and were up front with everything with the car. My sales associate, Aun was incredibly helpful, as this was my first experience purchasing from a dealership, was incredibly accommodating, even though I was a bit of a difficult customer. I was even able to finance with an affordable rate, comparable to what my bank offered me but with less stress and they answered all my questions regarding the process. They have incredible patience and I would 100% recommend.

I was looking for an SUV for my kids and I and just happened to stumble across auto list online and found my 2013 Ford Escape. I took it for a test drive and it drove beautifully. It smelled clean and was clean. there were a few problem areas inside the vehicle but they were taken care of before pick up. I did also tell them about the tire pressure sensor fault thing that kept popping up and even after i had purchased and left they were kind enough to make sure that was taken care of for my family and I right away. Aun was the gentleman who i spoke with, he was very professional and kind to us as well as Paul. They were all wonderful. they gave me space to think things over there was absolutely no pressure from them to buy the vehicle which made me feel comfortable. I paid the vehicle right out and they were fair with the price, they were awesome! i would recommend going to autolist to everyone. i checked out other dealerships before heading down to autolist and i am so happy i did because i seen how outstanding they really are! Thank you all for being so kind to me while finding the right vehicle for my family and I! P.s. they young man who cleans the building does an outstanding job! as soon as you walk in you can smell the fresh lemon cleaner that helped me to feel safe during the covid19 pandemic! If i purchase another vehicle in the future i will return to autolist!

They were willing to get us close to the price we wanted, although there was the initial inclusion of a $1400 warranty that we did not want. Made an appointment over the phone to view a vehicle. When I got to the dealership I found out as I looked at it that it wasn't safetied. Now the ad did not say it was safetied but being from a used dealership I just expected it to be. So the list price was attractive for a safe vehicle but not a unsafetied vehicle. I of course did not purchase the vehicle but simply wanted to share my experience. Sales team was nice but just wasn't happy in how the car was being sold.

Here is the worst place to buy a car. My son got a lease a few months ago, We are trying to terminate the lease because the car he got was a garbage car. Winter tires on during summer time, car without air conditioning, car full of rust both chassis. We have been trying to comunícate con the Dealer but no one seems to care, they bounce us between departments sales- collections- administrative managers, Even send a letter to the owner of the business. We been ignored but that’s ok we are taking the case to court Won’t make the same mistake and save money on legal aid.

Total Rip off, becarefull, they are going to check your chedit score right away, do not give them any of your information, they will ask for a copy of your drivers licence, all you have to do is show them you have one and it's valid, also if you do a deal on a car from the front lot make sure you are dealing on that car, DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING, they are notorious for bait and switch, they will try too tell you, you are not APPROVED on the car you looked at but you are however approved on this other one that is like the one you looked at but it will have more miles on it, they do this move to hide gross, if the car costs less then they can gross you more in finance, they are the bank if you are doing a 35% lease so they can approve you on anything, don't get fooled..................
