Purchasing a car here is as stress free and uncomplicated as buying a can of soup. The standards that they hold to in purchasing cars for their lot is very very high. no beaters, no questionable or borderline high mileage nightmares to be. They fully stand behind what they are selling you, and will always address any issues or concerns if there is a situation down the road. Out of the 7 vehicles my family has purchased, only once to my knowledge was there a problem afterwards, and it was dealt with quickly and at no cost. As a business owner myself, these guys have earned my respect through providing a good product and very personalized service.I rarely recommend businesses to my clients, but I wholeheartedly vouch for and confidently direct anyone I come across who is car shopping to at least check these guys out. I went in to look for a new used truck, when I was greeted by a nice young man by the name of Clinton Bishop, he was super helpful compared to other dealers that I had been too, he was not pushy at all and asked alot of questions and in the end put me into the perfect truck with a great price. Everyone from the front desk to our salesman and to the finance manager was super friendly and approachable. Andrew our salesman listened to what our needs were. Instead of using pressure tactics like the previous dealerships we walked into he gave us the ability to be confident in buying the vehicle that we chose. His knowledge of the Nissan Rogue that we purchased was impressive as he was able to tell us the differences between the other model trims on the lot and the 2011 model we had owned previously. This was a stark contrast to the many manufacture specific dealerships who would have to make us wait and check their product knowledge sheets to confirm differences between trim levels and models. John the finance manager was great at handling things on his end in regards to interests rate and payments. He made us feel comfortable by answering all of our financing questions and by being transparent and honest with us. The combination of service, knowledge, and genuine customer care was evident in every interaction we had at Auto Gallery and we couldn't be happier with our decision buying from them.

Earlier this year I was looking for a new vehicle, as I live in a rural area on a gravel road area a 4 x 4 is an important requirement. As I drove from dealership to dealership looking at new vehicles I just got more depressed about the sticker price and having to pay $ 800 a month payment for the next five years, so started to look at what they had as a used/trade ins on the lots, still no rosy glow feeling happing. My wife had got a car from Auto Gallery about 8 years ago with only a few thousand Km on clock, saved a LOT of money and it is still running fine today. This was our first purchase from Auto Gallery. We knew what we wanted going in and we'd looked at prices at other dealerships, so we knew what to expect. The features and prices on offer on the vehicles we were interested in were far better than what we'd seen elsewhere. I applied to buy a $22,000 car at Auto Galary Winnipeg. I got approved within an hour, no paystuff, no co-signer, $0 down and finance for 6 years at 6.99%. I took my car in the next day within 2 hrs of doing paper stuff done. So if you need to buy new model used cars or so, or you have never bought a car, you have no credits but you don't wanna bother your family or friends...contact to auto galary. I'm sure they have good quality for used car in Winnipeg that you can trust to get one. The car I got from Auto Galary was used, but it's beautiful, still really new, couldn't be run better and smoother. Service is friendly and fast (it's real get straight to the point!). This past week we purchased a 2013 Ford F150 from Larry at Auto Gallery. It was a very pleasant, and easy experience. We dropped in from out of town, and they worked as hard as they could to get everything set up before we had to leave. Unfortunately, the banks took longer than expected, but Jamie in finance kept us always informed with what was going on, and even offered to put us up in a hotel room if we needed to come back. We bought a 2016 Honda CR-V back in March. I don't typically write reviews, but Auto Gallery was great to deal with. Shout out to Steven our sales rep and Nathan in management who were friendly, professional & easy going. Better than Birchwood & Crown who I visited two days prior to checking out AG and whom we've bought from before (new and used). Trade in value on our Rogue at AG was higher than the other guys too. Showed up Monday morning, test drove a couple vehicles I had seen online, left with the CR-V later that afternoon after trade in was handed over, and financing terms were settled. Prices are firm but very fair, plus I finagled a hood deflector which I was happy with. CR-V was near perfect condition but had a minor paint issue on one of the rear doors which I pointed out, and they fixed it hassle free. We live in the city and have drove passed them a couple times, but if you're from out of town or generally unfamiliar with them, check these guys out for sure. Try the bigger high-pressure dealership groups, then AG, and you'll see what I'm talking about. Great experience.

My old car was 13 years old and I had it for nine years, so I went to Auto Gallery of Winnipeg to see about getting a replacement. All of the salesmen were busy, but Nathan the general manager took time to speak with me about my needs and mentioned some options. He also explained that they make money off volume sales, not huge profits on the vehicles themselves and that they avoid clunkers. During our subsequent email discussion, he pointed me at Larry, who knew many years ago. Larry walked me through a few of the options and I went for a couple test drives. Larry listened to my experiences with the vehicles and used that information to ensure I was happy and COMFORTABLE with the car I picked. Larry's main concern was to make sure I had a car that would last for the long term, which included a good warranty. I eventually opted on a 2016 Hyundai Elantra with less than 9,000 km. Larry made sure everything about the car was taken care of and I received a beautiful looking automobile that had some great features! When it came time to trade in my car and go through the paperwork, John was of immense help, guiding me through various financing items. He did a great job of explaining everything and I was extremely pleased with his help! Because of his guidance, I was able to extend the existing Hyundai warranty for a good deal. Everybody there made sure I was going to get a vehicle I would be happy to own and used their own experiences with getting cars for their friends and families to guide them. They made sure my thoughts, feelings and concerns were handled capably. Bottom line - great people, great service and great automobiles at Auto Gallery! With the treatment I received there, I wouldn't be surprised if I bring the Elantra back there someday and get another car!

I spoke to Emily or something like that. I had a credit score of 700 and a full time job as a nurse: she flat out denied me. She told me I needed a co signer. I was quite discouraged. Then I applied to Canada Drives who hooks you up with many car dealers. I was accepted by 6 other dealerships for a brand new car (with out a cosigner): Jim Gauthier, Vikar Chevy, Vikar Nissan etc. As apposed to Auto Gallery it would of been a used car or truck. So in the end Im glad Emily from Auto Gallery denied me. I have a brand new SUV, low payments and no cosigner from Vikar Chevy.

Went in one evening hoping to find a beautiful car, and I absolutely did! Andrew, was right there to greet me into the store and even though it was close to closing time, he showed me a few options for vehicles. He gave me more information than I had gotten at other dealers. I was very happy that he was willing to show me any of the vehicles I wanted to see. Most big name dealerships will only show you a few and will keep you waiting around for hours just to make a sale. Usually they will be pushy about making a sale too. But Auto Gallery did not do that, thank goodness! They weren't pushy at all as they understood buying a car is a big commitment. Due to working full time I couldn't make it to the store before closing (and I didn't want to be rude), so the pace of the sale was at my own. Jamie, really helped me out getting me a great loan with the bank for my nice new car too. Honestly, I could have so much more great things to say about this place but there's just too much! Purchasing the car was really easy. Jamie seemed nice and made buying the car easy. However, it was not until after buying the car that I started to recieve problems. My car started to make a thudding noise and screeching when going on the brakes, so I took the car in. The car was taken for a test drive within the 30 days of warranty but the employee said the car made no noise. 2 weeks later, the car makes even louder noises. When I called the shop they seem to not care about my issue. Hyundai is now looking at my car since auto gallery does not seem to take you seriously and did not even look at my car once I told them it was making noises. All Jamie seemed to care about was receiving a good review after I bought my car, but would do nothing to try to help me after buying the car. Big mistake.

Returned to Auto Gallery a few weeks ago to buy my 3rd car. Salesperson Gilles was very friendly, non-pushy, and worked to find a vehicle within my budget. John secured a loan that fit my budget and arranged a warranty refund on my last vehicle. My last car - my 1st and last new one - was bought through a neighboring dealer who was pushy, failed to mentioned thousands in extra costs (i.e. transporting the vehicle, power options, etc.) until I was signing the loan, and then published photos without my permission. That's why I returned to Auto Gallery - there are no hidden costs or pressure tactics - just friendly, honest, hard working people. The car I bought was mistakenly advertised with heated seats (see disclaimer) but they worked with me to make it right. I won't look anywhere else again - just head straight on down to Auto Gallery!!! It's worth the trip!

I would never have thought we would buy a car from a used car lot! We knew what we wanted--a van with full stow 'n go--but HATE going to car dealerships because of the haggling and the up-sell of add-ons. One evening, I stumbled across an on-line ad for a 2017 Caravan with less than 100 km at Auto Gallery. The price was fair and they offered a free on-line Car Proof, which was sent immediately. We went for a test drive the next day and just like that, bought ourselves a "new" van. No pressure, no haggling (the price is the price), no games, no up-sell. Wow--that's the way car buying should always be. We bought from Darryl and then finalized the details with John. Both were so pleasant to deal with. (My only criticism would be that the vehicle could have been given a better going over before it was put on the lot--Darryl was left scrambling to find some missing components.) Overall? In the past, my wife and I have had horrible experiences purchasing vehicles. From getting forced to leave deposits before dealing on a vehicle to sticker prices on the vehicle changing when we went to go to finalize the deal and do financing. When we bought our last vehicle, we had to go back to the dealership multiple times and I was so stressed, I felt nauseous when we would go there. I won't mention the name of the dealership because I signed an agreement to remove my horrible review which they paid me to remove but let's say it rhymes with smautier. I bought a 2005 model from them in 2008. I was assured by the salesman that the car was never in a accident etc. Well after 6 months I noticed that the drivers door became out of alignment and soon after I had putty start to bubble up on the passenger door on drivers side. I made numerous calls to them but none were returned and due to health issues and trouble with a house contractor besides leaving messages that was all I could do. Now I have had the car for just under 5 years and lots of areas have the paint falling off/chipping. I suggest if you consider buying a car from here, get it checked by a outside source. I can not tell family or friends to buy from them.
