I recently bought a 2015 Hyundai Elantra from this place and I can't say enough good thinga about my experience! I was going into needing a new vehicle no question and didn't have the best credit score to go in with. He understood my situation and did everything he could to help me. Manager was on top of everything before I even arrived to look at cars. He came in to see me on his day off because I was in such a tight spot and made me feel very secure with what my choice. Even during signing the papers, he made sure I was biting off more then I could chew. If anyone I know is looking for new pre-owned vehicle, I HIGHLY recommend checking these guys out!

Bought a 2014 Malibu LT with 74,000 km in July 2020, car has been running great for a near 7 year old car, had one minor fuel emission issue which was a $200 dollar fix. Friendly staff, car was appropriately priced for the condition and KM. They let me know my other options on warranty etc but didn't put the full sales pressure on which is typical among many dealers.

I bought my vehicle here 6 months ago thinking I found a great deal. Honest and reliable...the only good about about this little dealership is Michael who works in the front. The first month my breaks weren't fixed. I asked about my safety....now everything that was "repaired" to pass safety is needed repairs again. I feel dismissed and feel so dissatisfied with my experience with auto Excell. I've tried several time to contact them but have yet to have a response. Very frustrating!

Had a really positive initial experience talking to the general manager and receptionist with my brother who is looking for a vehicle. In fact he called back the next day to book a test drive and talk financing. He was told the vehicle was going to undergo some repairs so they booked him in after the weekend and assured him he would be the first to know the repairs were done. They then sold the vehicle under his nose the same evening he called. He called back and spoke to a man over the phone who claimed the awesome receptionist and very helpful general manager were "Just part time people who dont know what theyre doing."

I did not get good customer service. Was bargaining for a kia soul with about 131,000 km and the sales guy said to get approved for financing first before agreeing on the price. Well, I did get approved and went back for disscusion. First, the girl at the reception did not tell me that the sales guy was not in and kept me waiting while she was on the phone for God knows how long. Then she told me that $1k was deducted from the advertised online price and that is it. She called the sales guy on phone and he said the same thing. I informed her to remind him of his words for further bargain and he stated that it was the least he was willing to go. I understand that he was not feeling good, but he did not have the courtesy to speak to me on the phone. I felt the service was lackadaisical, and they just did not care that I wanted to buy the car.

Victor was my sales person and I couldn't recommend a better person to communicate your needs with. When I went to the dealership, I was greeted with a very kind staff. The salesperson, Victor, was unlike other salesmen that I've met before. He was not pushy in any way whatsoever and I did not feel pressured to purchase a vehicle. He was also very knowledgeable and had a very vast selection of different vehicle recommendations. The other staff members there were also very polite and kind to me. The paperwork was also fast and see less. Overall I had a very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone shopping for a used vehicle. I'm happy with my BMW X1!

Service was very friendly. Was able to be in contact with the salesperson via text which made it more convenient. Did not push anything on me or make me feel like I had to buy something right away. Nothing good to say, husband bought a car from here, he was the one who had to point out the issues, they fixed most but didn't fix the engine belt WHICH HE TOLD THEM TOO... not even three months in and the engine is completely shot... great job guys, just made someone waste their hard earned money!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE! The safeties are sketchy! Let's see if they can redeem themselves somehow by helping him out

My least favorite thing about car sales people is how pushy they can be, however that was not my experience here at all. The service from all the staff I interacted with was great and they gave me the space and time to make my own decision after we collaboratively identified my possible options. I bought a truck from them on the condition that they would fix a tire sensor. One week later I called them to arrange the repair and I was told that the machine used to make the repair was down. We agreed that by the 28th of December the machine should be repaired or they would have booked a third party to make the repair. Fast forward to the 28th and they have not done so. I offered to pay for the repair and fax them the receipt for reimbursement but declined that as well. So no I have to wait another week before they even book me an appointment anywhere. They even went on to say it was a low priority, like now that they have my money my business doesn't matter.

I just purchased my very first car from here, a Hyundai Accent. The owner Drazen was exceptional, and didn’t hide anything about the vehicle. After purchasing, the car was sent to be safetied. Drazen paid for everything that came up in the safety, including brand new brakes, and 4 brand new tires (even though the original tires did pass the safety). You can really tell he wants the customer to leave and stay happy years down the line. Overall great customer experience, would highly recommend.

When i went looking for a new car after mine was stolen, i happened across Auto Excell and from the moment i met the staff there i knew that i wold be buying my vehicle from them. I found a very nice 2011 F-150 with a lift kit, which is exactly what i was looking for. I can tell you that i had a lot of fun with the dealership and the truck! I would recommend this dealership to anyone i know. From detailing the truck before after i bought it and putting the license plates on themselves for me, the experience was top notch!! good job guys!

My wife bought a vehicle here, and never again, sure the customer service was great, but we but a just safetied vehicle that needed new tires and front and rear brakes, in not sure how severely weather cracked side walls on tires pass safety, or break pads that are almost metal to metal also pass, I would highly recommend staying away from this place

I have purchased a 2015 Sierra from AutoExcell a little over a month ago. Drazen was upfront on the history including providing carfax documentation and repair/maintenance history. During the test drive, I had found that the ac was not working. Drazen had the AC repaired as part of the deal. When I picked up the truck, I reviewed the safety and seen that the lower ball joints and tie rod ends required replacement for the safety. So far so good… In the first couple weeks, I experienced a few issues related to those repairs. I also since replaced the tires for something a bit more to my liking as well as scheduled an alignment more for the sake of preventative maintenance than anything since some front end repairs were recently made. I could not get that alignment as there was an issue with the recently replaced lower ball joints. I don’t fault AutoExcell for the issues with the lower ball joints as those were replaced by a different shop hired by AutoExcell. I explained the situation to Drazen and he went the extra mile to ensure that these issues were addressed. Turns out the previous shop installed the incorrect ball joints. Drazen made sure that the correct ball joints were indeed installed, and arranged for a follow up alignment. Guys! Drazen is the real deal! He wants to make sure customers are taken care of. I highly recommend checking these guys out. They will make sure you are squared away with your new purchase. Anybody who runs into any issues with their purchase, I urge you to reach out to him before anything else. Thank you Drazen! You are awesome!

Seems they don’t care about the shape of the vehicle they are trying to sell. Might as well get from Kijiji you’ll probably find a better vehicle. I bought a vehicle less than 6 weeks ago from these guys. The guy who does the financing talks so fast about nothing that you can’t keep up and I picked up my new vehicle which was dirty, almost out of gas and now 6 ish weeks later requires an oil change which all should be provided when you buy a vehicle. Take your money else where. Trust me
