Bon on réussi à essayer le véhicule convoité entre plusieurs périodes d’attente car on n’est pas la priorité au conseiller au vente. Après 1h15 chez le concessionnaire je dois quitter chercher ma fille à la garderie. Je quitte sans avoir pus vraiment parler avec mon conseiller. Je n’ai aucun prix pour le véhicule. Le conseiller me rappelle quelques jours plus tard. On s’entend pour qu’il m’envoie une soumission par e-mail. Je la reçoit et le terme pour le prêt n’est pas bon. Je lui renvoie un courriel pour l’informer qu’il a fait une erreur et jamais il m’a rappelé ni écrit par courriel. Je devais pas être un client intéressant pour le conseiller. J’ai finalement acheté chez Hyundai à Sherbrooke. Pourtant Magog était mon choix #1 car j’ai eu de bons commentaires de gens qui avaient acheté là. J’ai été bien accueilli par le directeur au vente, mais là suite c’est un flop.

I booked an appointment to see one of their used car at their facilities early on a Saturday morning. On the day of my appointment, I left from Ottawa to Magog. After driving for 2 hours and around 200 km, one of the sale reps called me and told me that the car was sold the day before. His excuse for not calling me earlier was that, they got my number incorrectly even thou I've been texting back and forth with one of their reps for at least a week to arrange the appointment. The guy I talked to through the phone promised I would be compensated for my time and car's mileage by sending me some gas card but It's been more than a week and I still didn't hear back from them. The guy I've been contacting, also the one who set up the appointment, texted me asking about my appointment, I don't know if there's not communication between their team or what or maybe they texted just to trolled me. I told him the situation and got no reply from him. Note that, he replied to me almost instantly every time I asked about the car. I wonder if this is professional and acceptable. I hope salesman could be more humane and care more about other people a little bit. Getting money and commission for a sold car is cool but please don't joke around with people time and effort.

The car I purchased was a "certified" used car. Obviously they don't do nothing to "certify" the vehicle other than an oil change. After I purchased it I noticed several issues. 1st issue which is a big one: The timing chain cover is leaking oil. This was very easy to notice so anyone doing a proper inspection should have easily seen it. This is a huge job and requires multiple visits to the dealership to resolve. This would have cost me thousands of dollars had I not see noticed it before my warranty was up. 2nd issue: The front right door is not aligned properly and seems to be sagging and causing issues when opening it. 3rd issue: The car was wobbling at high speeds. I had to pay $50 to balance the tires. 4th issue: They never changed the air filter. Had to pay $20 for another. I haven't checked the cabin air filter yet but I assumes they cheaped out there as well. Luckily the car still has warranty but this speaks to the integrity of the way this dealership certifies their used vehicles.
