J'ai décidé de ne pas embarquer car pas convaincu et me suis mis à chercher le problème seul, j'ai fini par mettre la main sur la vraie source du problème, qui est d'ailleurs commun pour ce modèle, et cela m'a couté seulement 35$. Je retourne les voir afin de changer la pièce en défaut, on me dit qu'il faut faire un diagnostic et c'est la procédure, bien que j'ai expliqué que j'avais déjà fait un diagnostic j'ai trouvé que le courant ne passait pas bien et décidé de remercir le gars et j'ai rebroussé chemin. Aujourd'hui mon véhicule fonctionne trés bien et pas grace à eux. Je me pose cependant ces questions : 1) Pourquoi est-ce-que le mécanicien se fie seulement sur son scan ? mon problème n'était pas détectable avec le scan et est connu et commun pour mon modèle. 2) Comment se fait-il que quelqu'un comme moi qui a des notions trés basiques en mécanique et sans outils ni garage arrive à diagnistiquer convenablement un problème et eux non ?? 3) Pourquoi ne voulaient-ils (agent à l'acceuil) pas reconnaître leur faux (ou du moins biaisé) diagnistic ? il a même eu une réaction défensive. 4) Pourquoi continuent-ils à mettre un agent intermédiaire (agent à l'acceuil) entre le client et le mécanicien ? les choses vont mieux et bien dans les garages qui n'ont pas cet intermédiaire. À la fin, j'avoue que la salle d'attente est relativement confortable et le café est bon mais je crois qu'à 110$+tx de l'heure, le café n'est pas donné. De mon coté, je ne pense pas retourner à cet endroit et pesne à changer de véhicule.
