Took 2016 ram hear with 40 000 km 2 years 8 months old refused to cover rear differential as the say parts have acessive ware so they do not half to stand behind their warrenty customers be ware of purchasing a dodge as the will not stand behind warrenty will take 2 weeks to try to prove that you are to blame instead of fixing thir faulty parts went threw extrem lengths to blame the customer when truck was used as a car so if you are look to bye a truck to tow or do truck things ypu best look elae ware as that is an outside factor you will not have warrenty also will not allow me to get my truck with out paying them 420$ just to look at it

Terrible customer service. Having tried to charge me $300 to diagnose part required, it turned out that part wasn't faulty after all. A different part finally failed altogether on a two-year old RAM truck, but they would not stand behind it and charged nearly $1,000 for a new fuel pump. Who makes a truck that has a failing fuel pump after two years? Sales manager who sold us brand new truck two years ago, didn't even bother to call back when he said he was going to. Don't buy RAM truck and don't use these people.

Called their service department repeatedly but no answer. The receptionist took my info and said someone would call me back. They never did. If this is a representation of their service, I'll be going elsewhere.

The whole team at Saunders Motors are fantastic, they understood my situation and did everything possible to get me into the vehicle that I wanted. They communicated very well and kept me updated on my file. Before going to Saunders I went to some of the dealerships in the city and received awful service. The team a Saunders could teach the larger dealerships a thing or two about customer service and customer relations that's for sure. Instead of being treated like a number you're treated like a person which makes the process of buying a vehicle much more enjoyable and stress free. I'd also like to thank the two ladies that helped me through the entire process. Management should be extremely proud and fortunate that they have them on their team. A+++, if I could give more than 5 stars I would. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING IN TO SEE THE TEAM THERE IF YOU ARE LOOKING AT PURCHASING A VEHICLE; NEW OR USED THEY HAVE IT ALL!!!!
