Purchased a vehicle, asked that winter tires be part of the package. When tires were given the Salseman said that the rims may be incorrect but that if I had any problems with the tires to call and they would take care of me. Flash towards a few months and of course the service center refuses to put the tires on my vehicle. I called the Dealership in the south shore and was dealt with very quickly and efficiently. The dealership covered all the costs and ensured I would have no issues. Not only would I recommend for a great sales team but now I can also recommend for great customer service and support months after purchasing the vehicle. I couldn't be happier with the treatment I've received every step of the way with this purchase.

I visited the parts counter and the staff was friendly and helpful with extraneous up selling which was a delight. I got what I needed and I was on my way. No muss no fuss. If I need something else for my Sienna while I visit Bridgewater I'll make sure to visit here again.

This dealership is selling used vehicles as certified when they do NOT pass certification. Totaling committing fraud. The vehicle I bought came with broken wind shield wipers, they touched-up the car with white-out which came off within days of purchase, the tires were completely worn. After 10,000km the motor starting knocking, after 15,000km blue smoke was coming out of the exhaust. I talked to the best mechanics around, they all said the vehicle should have never been certified. I am a film maker currently making a short documentary about this company and their fraudulent practices, so everyone who has been a victim of fraud from any Oregans dealership, please contact me on facebook.

Here for a service appointment. Easy to check in, friendly staff. We will see if it takes one hour, lol. I am here for a recall appointment because I got tired of all the emails from Toyota telling me that my airbags are defective. Safety first, right? Covid protocols in place. Am comfortable waiting inside. Free wifi. Even have a very cool charging station that looks like a battery, cute.

I was here with a foreign student. He wanted to buy a car and they had one on the lot that he wanted to check out right next door at their used lot. I will say that the staff was quite friendly and very helpful. They were very understanding with his English level and they didn't try to take advantage of him because he was a foreign student which is always very very good
