I had to call them last week because my Forester 2015 failed MVI for snapped rear coil springs.... Service department booked me in very quickly and informed that the parts i needed were part of a recall, which they were more than happy to fix for me at 0 cost. Job was done ahead of schedule and service was very friendly. Merry christmas!

We were looking for a Subaru Crosstrek on a trade. O'Regan's offered a very competitive trade offer on our car...so much so that I drove from out of province to get our vehicle. When the exact car we were looking for was not on their lot, Darren Richards went the extra distance to find one and bring it in for us.. Although all business was done over the phone, everyone I spoke with was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Very pleased with the purchase experience at O'Regan's South Shore Subaru.

Still love my 2018 subaru impreza. Dropping review to 3 stars because the service department has been nothing but a headache to deal with over the past 2 years. Perfect example, today I asked for an adapter to attach my new Michelin wiper blades with. Response was that it doesn't exist and I have to purchase new wiper blades directly from Subaru every time they need replacing. Well that's just not practical, like at all. So I asked to have my wiper arms changed out for an older model (hook style) and the lady at the counter said that they couldn't do that.. Which left me confused and quite angry that they were unwilling to help me. After all I bought a 27k car from them, you'd think they'd try a little harder to make their customers happy. Anyway drove home extremely irritated, easily removed the wiper arms myself and contacted a salvage yard for replacements. Absolutely pathetic that Bridgewater subaru service department wouldn't help. Doubtful I'll return, for service or to buy a new car in the future.

When I had questions about my warranty, after being directed to several different departments, I was directed to call my original sales person (who advised me when I purchased my extended warranty to call any O'Regan's service center) The phone process is always infuriating and it is hard to know what department you end up at.

I was looking for at Subaru WRXs for 2 years and finally went in to O'Regans South Shore Subaru. I was met with Rick Bode who was eager to help, talked me through the cars functions and we took one out for a test drive. Darren Blinn (manager) made sure I was satisfied with the car and helped with the deal. Kyla Dunnington did the paperwork up and all is great! Im truley happy with my car and the great staff!

We come from a family owned automotive repair shop in Bedford, NS. After having really terrible service with the parts department of Steele Subaru, we started using Bridgewater Subaru for parts. They have been very knowledgeable, friendly and they know what they are doing. They appreciate the importance of getting parts to us quickly and have succeeded in keeping us on time and happy. There is a huge difference in the service and personalities between Steele Subaru in Halifax and Bridgewater Subaru. I wont be using Steele Subaru ever again. If you are looking for a Subaru parts supplier, O'Regans Subaru in Bridgewater is the one to contact!

So last Friday morning I finally drive to Bridgewater in my 2011 Subaru Outback to have the passenger airbag replaced after a recall. O'Regan's is the closest dealer to Annapolis Royal and my appointment was at 10 am. At 4 pm I drove back home in a 2019 Subaru Outback. How did this happen? Conan Brenko and the team is how. I like to talk so, faced with a longish wait for the service, I talked to Conan about the possibility of trading in my eight year old car for a new model of the same thing. He suggested I test drive the 2019 four cylinder on the lot...it's a demo so has a few miles on it, but it suited me just fine. One thing led to another and Conan got me a great trade-in on my 2011 and a very decent price on the demo. So I went to the bank and talked to them and came back with money. Wouldn't have happened without a great team of people at O'Regan's. They understand what service really means!! And I LOVE my new car!

We've always loved driving Subarus and now we're delighted to have found O'Regan's South Shore Subaru. The folks on staff are great and offer excellent customer service. If they don't have your perfect car on the lot, they'll go to great lengths to get you whatever you want - car, color, features. And when your car comes in, the service department does an excellent job of preparing your car for pick-up, sparkling clean and a full tank of gas. Then the sales staff takes you through all you need to know about driving your new vehicle - all the bells and whistles. The whole experience was professional, easy, and friendly. Highly recommended.

Not sure what kind of dealership begs you to come in for a recall, 100 km away, and tells you they can't loan you a car, but they need lessons in customer service. Go to Steele subaru, at least they have cars for you.

Try to get all my parts here to make sure I have the right part everytime. Even nuts and bolts to ensure there's no messing around when putting things together. I've spent hours going over diagrams and making lists before, to get all the right bits and pieces I need. Can I save a couple dollars else where? Probably, but is that guaranteed to be the right part and right fit? No. Part stores have sold me the wrong parts before with no proper listing for the right parts. Subaru can pull everything up for a vin and get you the right part for any stock repairs. My dealings withe Bridgewater subaru is a million times better than any of the dealerships I've tried dealing with in Alberta. Bridgewater Subaru loves to take my money for parts, Alberta Subaru dealerships won't deal with me on parts because I didn't buy a brand new car from them.

Last Saturday Oct 31st called in the morning to get a quote for a New Toyota Truck. I explained what I was looking for and was told somebody would call me back. Apparently this place is very busy as they have not even bothered or even acknowledged that they are working on a quote. Does it really take that long??? I dont think so. I'll will take my business somewhere else where they care oh by the way I called twice and both times I was told they call. Its Wednesday night 4th of November and still NOTHING!!!

Great service I dropped my car off with them because, the mechanic in my town had said it was a transmission problem I was having, super stressed out about what was going on with my car and they kept it over night and fixed it the next day. It wasn’t a transmission problem after all. I would say they are trust worthy and I’d bring my car to the service centre all the time now.
