My car was on its last legs, err wheels, and I needed a new vehicle soon. After perusing O'Regans website for used car inventory I came across a few that fit my criteria and budget. I drove down to the lot, without an appointment and was greeted by David Cherry. He made the process smooth and enjoyable. He was knowledegable about the cars on the lot and not pushy at all. I test drove the first vehicle on my list and decided that was the vehicle for me. Much to my suprise and delight, I drove off in my new vehicle that same day!! Talk about phenomenal service!! I will definitely come back to O'Regan's for future vehicles and highly reccommend them.

Aakash was involved in our recent purchase of a 2018 Subaru Forester. What impressed me the most about his work is his passion and his understanding of what was on the lot. We ended up running into an issue the day after we took delivery and through a coordinated efforts. Through Aakash, the South Shore Dealership and ORegans NAPA Halifax, we were able to get an issue resolved within a week without having to return to the South Shore! Not that we would have minded going back. It was just easier for us since we lived in Dartmouth.

Well not sure where to begin but I will give you the shortest version here. I know the person who sold my daughter her car no longer works at Green Light in Bridgewater NS but you are still responsible. I want the owners of green light to know how she was treated. My daughter bought a 2014 Subaru Forrester from Green Light in Bridgewater July 2017. First car / first car loan only 20 years old and here is a list of complaints and concerns 1. There was no safety inspection done on car before the sale. A year later we found out and had to fight to get one. 2. There was a recall on that engine and she was not told about and it was prior to her purchase. IT WAS BURNING OIL!!! 3. And last but not least when we looked at trading it in it had 3 accident clams on it prior to her purchasing it. And no one told her. This has got to be the worse sale I have ever come across in all my years buying used cars from any dealer. You should be ashamed to have sold a car to a young first time buyer with so many issues.

Buys used cars Jack's up the price removes the mvi. They don't look over the cars so if there's anything wrong it's on the buyer Don't buy used from these snake oil salesmen

We will not be returning here, poor service, myself and my husband went into look at a specific car and the sales guy was extremely obnoxious and pushy to the point that we wanted to walk out of the office, we ended up just saying we would think about it for a few days, well we didn't even leave the lot for maybe a hour and he was constantly calling us say come on...come on you want this beautiful car...over and over again, we were going to get the car but after the way this sales guy was no freaking thank you, we will be taking our buisness else where, we're we don't get harassed and pushed onto something!!! Maybe hire new staff who are not pushy jerks or remind them to not sit there and be pushy and pretty much beg you to take the vehicle!

We just bought a Subaru Outback from Ashley, who is superb. He had helped us to buy a car last year, but an unfortunate accident left that car a write-off. Ashley walked us through our second purchase with all the knowledge, ease, and good humour we enjoyed the first time, and we are very happy with our purchase. He is honest in his dealings, sugar-coating nothing and avoiding none of the challenges of buying a second-hand car. He understands the customer's need not to rush anything and to have all questions answered. Five stars.

Dale Langille the salesman I dealt with was very accommodating and went out of his my to help me purchase the car that I wanted. He didn't push me to buy a car like most sales people do, part of the reason I chose to return there after my first visit. SHADY SHADY SHADY - I’d be running scared from this place, put my family in a car with NO breaks. Worst experience. The man who fixed the car I purchased from Green Light had never seen a car so tampered with in his 30+ years as a mechanic. Nail in the break line to hide the issues, no breaks pads, etc... I could go on about my experience but it’s not worth my time, spent thousands of dollars putting the car on the road. Didn’t even get an apology from the dealership. They just lectured me like I’m some kind of idiot. Bad place to do business!!
