I called Robbie in the service department in a panic today because I thought I lost my keys. He immediately went to work on trying to find a replacement cylinder & door locks. He was extremely helpful and reassuring that we could figure stuff out, whatever happened with the key. I ended up finding the key later that day and I didn't end up getting any service done but I am so unbelievably impressed by the immediate help Robbie gave to me. Will certainly be back if I need work done. Thank you!

Realizing that this was my last official service under my maintenance plan. An oil change usually includes windshield wipers, which were changed, cabin air filter was changed. I was told by the service representative that the tires were rotated, but clearly were not, as I specifically marked the front tires to see if they would be changed. The oil change notice sticker in the top left corner of the windshield was not updated and still says the same mileage when I took it in for the service. Overall my years of service with Mosher Motors have not been pleasant since I originally purchased my Ford Escape from Mahone Auto in Blockhouse, where I had great service and the service representatives all knew me by name. I think this is one quality that Mosher Motors does not have and could work on. I love my Escape, but do not know if I would ever purchase one from Mosher Motors because of the "not so great service" that I have been experiencing for the past few years.
Always enjoy the experience at Mosher's when taking my car to be serviced. Wouldn't want to go elsewhere.

I have been a Mosher Motors customer for many years. The service is always good. They go the extra mile to make sure my vehicles are taken care of properly. They tell me when things need attention and don't do more than is necessary for good maintenance . I can trust them and that is very important to me. If there is an issue they are quick to resolve it to my satisfaction. When it is time to renew my lease, they make me a deal I can't refuse. They take just as good care of our 2008 Escape as they do our new Edge. I would recommend them and their service department without hesitation AND DO!!

I was having car trouble - and dropped in without an appointment to Mosher Motors. The staff there attended to my concerns immediately. The service manager had my car put in the garage and found out I needed a new battery. The service was excellent, the staff friendly and in short time I was on my way home. Thank you very much for such great service.
Excellent sales support. Called in the morning explaining my requirements for obtaining a vehicle. Was able to complete the purchase that afternoon. Can't ask for much better than that. Will have all service work done at the dealership as well.

On Friday my escape was sheduled for a oil change , safety inspection and summer tires to be put on . Unfortunately it did not pass safety inspection . They picked me up on my lunch and took me to the garage to show me and explain what needed to be done. My head was going in circles as I didn't know anyone who did body work . My safety was to expire on Monday April 30 and how was I going to get back to work and home ? One of there mechanics did body work and was willing to do it for me on the weekend and they also gave me a car to use until I picked mine up on Monday ! I left there feeling that there was no way I could have received any better customer service ! Thank you Moshers motors and believe me I have been telling everyone I know about how exceptional your service was to me .
Been involved with Mosher Motors for about 18 years having bought 2 trucks and 2 cars. Their service has been excellent to this point. Staff are courteous and efficient. What more can you ask for?
This dealership was recommended to me. Excellent experience. Very courteous and friendly. Showed me exactly what they did and why. The best part of my experience was meeting and chatting with the gentleman who made the coffee the morning I was there. I believe his name was Mr. Mosher, Snr. A real nice man. I recommend you go there. And they always have Car and Driver and Motor Trend magazines on hand. Great with coffee and cookies.

Originally we did not consider buying a Ford, but we thought we would stop by and take a look. We were greeted by a very friendly and knowledgeable sales consultant. After a few hours explaining our needs and test driving a few different vehicles we decided to purchase a new Escape. The entire experience was stress-free and enjoyable. We love our new Escape and would recommend this dealership to anyone!
My 2013 F-150 had the check engine light come on warning me of a problem. Turn's out the timing chain was needing replacement. The service dept worked with Ford to keep the cost to a minimum and completed the job quickly. Whew! What a relief! Although I would have liked to have seen the old part and have it explained to me as to why it failed. Thank you John Croft
Everyone at Mosher Motors was helpful, cheerful & polite, as always, but my main contact on my last visit was with the service manager, Matthew McCarthy. He initially spoke with me to inquire what issues I needed to have resolved, not just verbally, but actually sat in my car to experience the problem for himself. After the work was completed, he sat down with me to go over my invoice to explain what was done. Additionally, he advised me of a potential problem that I might soon want to have rectified, along with a reasonable estimate of the cost. He was very professional, yet down to earth, and easily understood, without any technical jargon that someone like me wouldn't understand. Several times, while waiting for the work on my car to be completed, I observed him speaking with other customers in the same cheerful manner. I was very impressed with him and left the dealership feeling quite confident of the service I received that day as well as for future visits.

Got my escape last November and I must say it is the best vehicle I have ever had.
Find your service great. All staff present a professional but personable demeanor. All services rendered clearly explained supported by invoice attachments/checklists for reference if needed. Clean waiting area or courtesy drive and pick-up available if necessary. To date no perceived unnecessary or pressure service selling and any warranty issues fully satisfied. Would recommend with no hesitation.

Top notch customer service this was my first visit all the staff were knowledgeable and friendly!!
At a previous appointment I was told that I would probably need brake pads replaced the next time I came in. I was given an appointment for routine maintenance. I called to confirm that any work required on my brakes could be done on the day of my appointment and was told that the work could be done. I told the person in the service department that if the time was not available to do all the work, I would rebook to ensure there was time in one appointment to do all the work. I also confirmed that they would have any necessary parts and was advised that they would. I had them add checking the brakes to the work list and was told more than once that any required work including replacing the rotors could be completed at my appointment. Only the routine maintenance was done at my appointment and I was advised that I would have to make another appointment to get the brake work done. So although the routine maintenance was done satisfactorily, the fact that the person in service that I was talking to did not verify that there would be time available to get all the work done in one appointment was annoying. Maybe that person needs have a better understanding of the time involved and the availability of time to do certain services or there will be more than one unhappy customer.

We were grossly overcharged on a basic wheel bearing service any garage could do...we will happily go elsewhere for future maintenance. As the only Ford dealer in the area it seems they feel they can charge what they wish, we have had much better luck in Halifax. Note we have four Ford vehicles in our family and unlikely to go back to this dealer
