I cannot rave enough about the service at Bridgewater VW. I'm not from Bridgewater but when my car broke down and started acting up I made it to the dealership at about 4:50, 10 minutes before they closed. Susan helped me out and miraculously scheduled my car for first thing the next morning. By 9:00 she had called me back with a diagnosis and solution. The car was ready at noon. I picked it up at lunch time with the help of their shuttle to and from the office. Except for the bill, it was like it never happened. Thank you so much to the fine folks at Bridgewater VW!

I once went in and asked for an oil change. They charged me $200, and said I asked for a multi point inspection. I did not. This was 7-8 years ago, but I'm still bitter. That being said, their parts department guy is great, and one of the new service managers seems very customer orientated. The true test will be when I go to replace my VW with a new one.

Tyler and his team hooked us up with a beautiful VW Golf with all the features we were looking for in the colour we wanted! We felt very well taken care of and well informed from start to finish. A great experience all around and still loving the Golf 3 months later just as much as the day we got it. My wife and i had a bad experience with them as after we went to bridgewater from Halifax we found a different car As it was advertized for Nissan Rogue 7 passengers . . and that was exactly what we were looking for . . . we found 5 passengers car instead . Ad. For car u0859p . . . which was changed to 5 passengers after we have left Plus a poor customer service. We will not go to volkswagen dealer in Bridgewater again

First i Saw a vehicle they had posted online and sent initial email requesting availability of the vehicle . Tyler replied very promptly and was very proactive to provide me with all pertinent info i needed. Soon after a few offers thrown back and forth over the phone we settled on a price for the transaction. The only caveat was that i was 15 hrs drive away from the dealer location. Upon getting there no surprise at all. Vehicle was exactly as described and more.I felt i got an exceptional value and received a great level of customer service from Tyler, Peter and Hart. Vehicle was detailed to a crisp , fueled up and ready to hit the road for the 15 hrs drive back and the whole transaction was completed within 1/2hr . If the occasion ever happens again i will have no problem repeating this experience and this is from a guy that has gone through this process close to 50 times already... :) So thank you Bridgewater Team for your level of excellence.
