Very pleasant experience with the Powerhouse buying a Honda TRX 420 ATV, I can't say enough about the old fashioned mom and pop style service I got here. Glad I came from the city to this dealer rather than deal with a place in the city. The sales/finance team were awesome to deal with as well as Blair for my first service. Great job all around. Really made me feel like an appreciated customer. You don't get that type of service many places these days !

I recently needed to bring a newly purchased used car (from another dealership) there for service after only 3 days of ownership. Heidi DeMont, a Service Provider at the dealership was so kind and helpful. Though we only spoke over the phone, she was like the friend I needed to hear from at a stressful time. She helped facilitate payment from a dealership in Moncton and even spoke to the salesman directly. I was beyond impressed. I’m sure there are others on her team that helped as well, and I’m so thankfully to everyone there. Not to mention they fit me in the following day I called, while I would have had a 10 day wait in Halifax. Extremely professional, and I would go out of my way to go back again.

The staff are pleasant enough but its not a place I will buy a used car. Old time car dealer taking advantage of those who don't ask questions about charges. They have a $700 admin fee on a cash purchase of a used car. Just a jack to the prices which seems reasonable. Then they try to add a $400 tire and rim warranty on a set of half used tires. Good place to avoid if your in the market for used wheels.

I purchased a 2022 Honda 520 Forman yesterday from these guys. I delt with Ron in the sales department. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the bikes that they sell. I also purchased a kids helmet for my 4 year old son. The guy in the parts department was very helpful and got him fitted in a new helmet. I would definitely recommend buying a machine from these guys over Pro Cycle any day. Great experience I will continue to give Bridgewater power house my business.

The staff at Honda Powerhouse are excellent. From the folks in sales, to the parts shop, and the technicians. It’s just an excellent overall experience. Important to note that I drive 90 mins to get there instead of 15 mins to the much larger Honda dealer near my home. They keep the prices fair, and treat my friends and I with respect. Bad business practices! Be mindful of this company and go over your contract with a fine toothed comb. The purchase price on my contract was almost $2k higher than our agreed upon price. Winter tires and rims that were supposed to be complimentary were invoiced for. When I brought it to their attention, they tried to negotiate and I ended up leaving without the vehicle. Before I was out the driveway they texted and said they would honor our original agreement. When I picked up the vehicle the next day it had a half tank of gas although they promised me a full tank. A very stressful experience with a company who does not keep their word or honor their promises.

I just had the most incredibly easy, non-hassle and pleasurable experience I've ever had, purchasing a new vehicle from Bridgewater Honda this week. Savannah and Lyndsay are both absolutely amazing. I had a credit history that was in need of some repair and was hesitant to even apply. I've been through hell and back, when it comes to buying vehicles. But I decided to send off an 'ah, what the hell' email anyway earlier in the week, and within 24 hours...I was approved! I'm still completely in shock about it. The entire process was smooth as silk, and actually highly enjoyable. I am extremely pleased and thankful I decided to purchase a new vehicle from Bridgewater Honda. From now on, the ONLY dealership I will ever buy new vehicles from. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Yep. I'm sure that my review below is the right place. The service was under my partner's name. I contacted them like the owner asked me to and they've ignored my email. ---- DO NOT GO HERE. The staff are persistent, rude, overbearing and will harass you non-stop. They will find you on Facebook and call and message you for months after going here. Went in for a repair, and they tried to sell me a new car, after I said no multiple times they have called my cell, texted me, Facebook messaged. This is disgusting and predatory.

After finally negotiating a price an a civic, they inform me that if I pay cash, which I wanted too, they charge another $800. But if I finance through the dealership the only charge an extra$350. $800 dollars too process a cash transaction. Sleaze bags. Not legal or ethical. Stay away.

After phoning several Honda dealers to have my AC clutch replaced and getting prices all over the map I chose this store. They had the cheapest quote and honest about refilling the AC with the gas from my car. All other shops said they had to do new refill. They gave me a budget price and came in under the budget price by $60! The staff were professional but treated you as a friend not a customer, a welcome change in this day and age. I drove here from Dartmouth and I will be back it is more then worth the drive. I can't recommend this place enough.

Great customer service, did not PDI or calibrate my 2021 Honda Pioneer 1000-5 properly even after 3 tries, Honda relies on their dealers to perform, this is where they stopped short, recommend performing all required tests in their parking lot before leaving with a machine.

Nothing good to say about my recent experience! 4.5 hr wait until they gave me a loaner, while trying to find out what was covered under warranty? Dealerships should obviously know this. Also issue with wheel studs, 5 previously broke off, we paid out of pocket to have them replaced, along with all brand new lug nuts. Then recently say all studs need replacing because wrong lug nuts that were installed by their tech and over tourqued! They serviced the vehicle since this issue and expected us to foot the bill. Totally unacceptable. We had bumper to bumper warranty.. Studs are part of the hub assembly and should not break off period! So disgusted. Customer service was terrible, to the point we won't be dealing with Bridgewater Honda ever again.

I talked to Troy who passed my information along to Brogan - everyone worked so hard to get me into a vehicle that I loved - especially during this COVID Pandemic. I was approved and driving my new to me SUV in 3 days with a much better interest rate than I was expecting! Overall a great experience everyone at the dealership was friendly and accommodating! I love my Honda!
