Quand nous somme revenu il nous a demandé de dire à la personne (une compagnie avec laquelle ils font affaire) que le nettoyage avait été mal fait, alors qu'il n'avait jamais été fait. Ensuite, la personne avec qui nous avons affaire pour le financement, Jacinthe, n’est pas professionnelle et stressante. Il y avait des frais ‘’cachés’’ sur le contrat mais dont elle n’a jamais parlé et elle me pressait pour que je signe, car madame avait deux ventes après moi. Il y avait le 500,00 de financement que la première personne nous avait parlé, mais ajouté sur le montant de la voiture, donc nous avons payé des taxes donc 560,00, ensuite il y avait des frais sur le contrat à tempérament (50,00 divers) ensuite des frais de gestion avec la banque qui fait le prêt 89,00… Bref elle ne fait pas bien son job et elle veut faire sa vente. Elle a essayé de nous vendre ses produits d’assurance sur la voiture, et mettait la pression pour que je les prenne, chose que je n’ai pas faite… Finalement, ils nous ont tellement ``crossé `` avec l’histoire du financement, que celui-ci sera remboursé avant le 6 mois afin de m’assurer que ne fassent plus d’argent sur notre dos, 550 c’est assez, alors qu’habituellement il n’y pas de frais car la banque remet un montant en récompense au concessionnaire pour un prêt contracté.
